Foreign Cops Take Part in “Domestic Terrorism” Drill in California

Earlier in the week, Chris Matthews attempted to portray Stewart Rhodes of the Oath Keepers as a paranoid conspiracy nut for suggesting the presence of foreign troops in the United States.

Matthews, as a supposed news anchor, should read the newswires instead of relying on his CIA Mockingbird script. But then, of course, MSNBC is not interested in reporting the news.
On October 22, two days after his disgraceful attack on the Oath Keepers, The Oakland Tribune reported on just that — foreign troops inside the United States.
“Armed officers in full battle gear will be scattered throughout the Bay Area this weekend, rescuing hostages, fighting bank robbers and quelling terrorism at the Oakland Airport, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, the NASA Ames Research Center and 22 other high profile sites,” writes Sophia Kazmi. “For the first time in the three-year history of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department-sponsored exercise, there will be a foreign team of officers taking part and international observers. An eight-member team representing the French National Police’s Research, Assistance, Intervention, and Dissuasion unit will compete” (emphasis added).
French police are technically speaking not troops. However, the French RAID unit — Recherche Assistance Intervention Dissuasion (Research, Assistance, Intervention, Deterrence) — is a militarized SWAT team that uses special forces techniques. It is accused of triple tapping a mentally disturbed man who took school children hostage in 1993. RAID killed the man while he slept.

It is interesting to note how terrorism is conflated with bank robbery in the article. It’s part of a federal effort to characterize all crime — from marijuana possession to bank robbery — as terrorism.
“There will be the sound of gunfire and blasts — all part of Urban Shield, one of the biggest domestic terrorism drills in the country. The $1 million, two-day event begins Saturday and will test the training of 27 crack teams from throughout the state, elsewhere in the country and the world,” the Tribune article reports.
Urban Shield is funded by the Department of Homeland Security and at least one large corporation — BAE, a death merchant based in Britain. BAE stands accused of paying millions of dollars in bribes to secure contracts in Africa and Eastern Europe.
BAE’s “generous contributions” to Urban Shield will get the residents of Alameda County acclimated to the “sound of gunfire and blasts” and the presence of militarized cops “in full battle gear ” roaming the streets of the Bay Area this weekend.

There have been Canadian troops working at NORAD for years and years. There are U.S. troops working in Canada and have been for years. That is normal in most armed forces, it is usually called an exchange posting. I had an opportunity to be posted there myself but went somewhere else. Nothing unusual aboot it at all. Eh?

Sometimes people say, “Sgt. Fury, how do you shave a hamster without nicking it.” Well the trick is to make sure the hamster is asleep before soaping it up and shaving with a Gillette two blade. The soap offers a close shave in warm water and the two blade is far more dexterous than the four blade.
To ensure that the hamster is asleep and cooperative, first you must dilute 1/20th of a valium tablet in 25ml of water, put a drop of vanilla essence and shake well. Allow the hamster to drink and wait 20 minutes.
Once the the hamster is fully shaven, moisturise its skin with hypo-allergenic cream then take a glob of vaseline in your left hand and place the hamster on it. Carefully rub in the vaseline and do not get any on its face and insert as you would a suppository. You might want to use a some kind of funnel for the insertion. Normally a short plastic plumber’s pipe will do but make sure the cuts are smoothed down.
I find that being caring for the hamster will ensure that it is not be harmed. You should avoid sharp movement while the hamster is in place; you might also consider inserting a small cube of cheddar prior to the deposit of the hamster. This will allow the hamster to look forward to an adventure and actually train it for many months of enjoyable fun.

This story fits in what I’ve seen on a California military installation: foreign troops being trained on American soil.
While outrageous, readers need to know that you don’t have to be an American citizen to be in USA Inc.’s war machine, and USA Inc. is an occupying force on American soil, hence the Admiralty flag (with gold fringe). Another point, while swearing allegiance to the Constitution; American military are denied civil rights under the UCMJ (subsidiary of the UCC). American military officers do not swear allegiance to the Constitution and enlisted men usually don’t know any more than the title of this document and that it provides vague protection for loathsome civilians. To be respectful of American military, my experience is that they are as much a victim of the pyramid scheme as you and I. You could be right as I have seen UFO’s on two seperate occasions on Long Island, N.Y. in the early 60’s. One sighting was of a round black disk surrounded by fire on the rim of the craft moving at about 1-2000 mph. The other sighting was 16 red and green lights in a pattern of 4 diamond shapes which at the time I thought were airplanes flying very close to one another, but when I got home my mother asked me if I saw the UFO,s as the news was reporting and made headlines the next day. A few years ago, I confronted (in a non-threating way) a bunch of British Troops, out for lunch. I told them that as an American, I did not want them in my country, and neither did most other Americans. I told them that I understood that our countries were “allies”, and that they were following orders. When they started “getting abusive”, I showed them MY ID. (Col.’s have a way of intimidating the lesser ranks).

According to at least one major network, Obama is already declaring an “emergency” with regard to swine flu. Now, I’m sure that there are cases of flu out there – swine and ordinary – but certainly it comes no where NEAR an epidemic – unless, of course, one uses the “new” definition of that word as promulgated by the UN. Under that NEW definition, just about anything can be declared and epidemic and governments of all shapes and sizes can make moves accordingly including the imposition of martial law. If old “O” thinks he ain’t gonna get his agenda and if he believes his friends and co-conspirators will be voted out of office, I will not be at all surprised to see martial law declared in certain large cities (like San Francisco) and American elections “postponed” owing to the looming “crisis” (whatever that may be at the time).
Yes, “foreign troops” are involved in a great many “exercises” on American soil because in the elitists’ plan for the future, everything and everyone will be under the UN which means, of course, that the very definition of “foreign” will be non-existent.

Many countries, particularly Japan and China, manage the political and economic matters of
their country like they were conducting a war – to destroy competitors. America has already lost the all-important economics war. We lost it because we didn’t even know we were in it. The Bay Area is one of the few places in the USA where humans will be left alive according to the United Nations map, “UN-US Man And Biosphere Reserve” (MAB) Wildlands Project, UN Agenda 21, UNESCO. So, it makes sense that people caught in outlying areas will be trying to get into the Bay Area in order to survive, and it makes sense that they will be repelled by UN troops.
