Kouchner said he hoped tough diplomacy and sanctions would persuade Iran to halt its uranium enrichment programme, which Israel and many Western countries believe is aimed at developing nuclear weapons.
“Iran with an atomic bomb is unacceptable at all… Talking, talking talking, and offering dialogue, sanctions, sanctions, sanctions. Is the alternative to bomb first — I think not.”

What the Israels don’t know. Is that the work in Iran is a front. Bomb away because they know you will do that.
I think real work is being done in a secret location in Russia. The Russian’s are helping them achieve their goal.
Once their goal is achieved, then they can move everything into Iran and defend themselves.
Silly to build something so important with no defense in place to safeguard it.

Nuking Israel is pointless. The radiation fallout will harm the neighbouring Muslim countries. Israel with a nuclear weapons is a danger to all the countries around it including around. Just as the former Soviet Union and USA realised – it is mutually assured destruction MAD. Sarkozy has it all wrong, Israel is the one which will nuke Iran. But Iran is not Iraq. Israel destroyed the only nuclear power plant of Iraq way back in 1979. Israel threatens to do it but has not done it as yet because the world has changed a great deal since 1979. Iran can retaliate by using its military attack Israel – imagine Israel being occupied by Iran.

If Israel does attack Iran – Iran has promised :
1. U.S. interests around the world will be targeted.
2. The troops in Iraq and Afghanistan will be targeted.
3. 29 sensitive targets in the West will be targeted.
Not to mention the fact, that there`s already cells in the U.S. (courtesy of its open borders)
An attack on Iran will be extremely costly to the U.S.
