French Government Plans Mass Swine Flu Vaccination Program
Shocking internal document outlines plan to bypass medical establishments and GP’s during military-style swine flu inoculation program

A shocking internal document outlines the French government’s plans to impose a mass swine flu vaccination program on the entire population which would be focused around regional vaccination centers and would be carried out by H1N1 injection teams, completely bypassing medical establishments and GP’s.
French Health Minister Roselyne Bachelot told the Associated Press last week that the vaccination campaign would be “voluntary,” but she urged all French residents to receive the shot when the vaccine becomes ready in mid-October. 94 million doses of the vaccine, more than enough to cover France’s population of 61.5 million, were purchased at a cost of €1 billion euros and the first batches have already been received.
However, a leaked internal government document signed by Batchelot and Minister of the Interior Brice Hortefeux describes a systematic procedure for vaccinating the entire population via specially secured “vaccination centers” that will be set up across the country and staffed by vaccine “teams” working in four hour bloc shifts.
According to the document, schoolchildren will also be vaccinated by mobile injection squads who will travel from school to school, covering the entire country. Babies from 6 months old will also be given the shot.
Crucially, GP’s and medical establishments will have no role in the vaccination program, a factor that leaves the plan resembling more of a military operation than a public health campaign.
While avoiding volatile rhetoric about “forced” injections, the document does state that the entire population will be vaccinated without exception, thereby implying that the shots will be mandatory, contradicting public statements made by Health Minister Batchelot.
Another vital aspect to the document is that it describes tracking procedures for keeping tabs on who has and who has not taken the vaccine, which will be done through microchipped state medical ID cards that all French residents hold by law. Data will be centralized to identify those citizens who have not taken the vaccine.

According to an analysis of the document posted on theflucase.com, “Data from the health insurance bodies are to be used to ensure that everyone receives the toxic “swine flu” jab. The need to implement measures to track every single person in France to determine whether they have been vaccinated or not is stressed.”
The August 21st document issued by the French government appears to be a chilling plan to initiate the mass murder of the French population by means of toxic vaccines under the cover of offering protection against a pandemic in just four weeks time.
Similar documents are believed to be circulating in all 194 member states of the WHO.
It is addressed to high ranking government officials who are ordered to prepare to supervise and coordinate the implementation of the forced vaccination programme in their regions, and to submit appropriate plans by the middle of September.
The general public is only to be “informed” at the end of September of the plans by means of communications to the local press.
The establishment of large-scale vaccine centers in “secure” facilities is a chilling echo of the Nazi concentration camps such as Buchenwald where inmates were killed by injections.
The French plan lists in detail the duties the “vaccination” teams are to perform, the layout of the vaccination centers, the location of the furniture, such as tables, and the number of vaccinations to be carried out in specific time frames by centers of various sizes.
The number of people prescribed to be vaccinated in four-hour sessions by a typical “vaccine team” is 360.
A typical vaccination “post” is to consist of “three agents”, one “agent” responsible for “preparing” the vaccines, one for administering them and one for tracking people who have been vaccinated.
The document mentions French laws (Article L3131-8 and Article L3131-9) that compel medical personnel to administer vaccines by government decree or face penalties, a factor which clearly implies that some health workers will face difficulties arising out of people who refuse to take the shot.
As we have previously documented, the swine flu vaccine is being rushed through safety procedures while governments have provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.
It was previously revealed that some batches of the vaccine will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders. The vaccine will also contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.
It was also recently reported that the UK government sent a confidential letter to senior neurologists telling them to be on the alert for cases of a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.
While the fact that the government would plan to forcibly vaccinate people against their will, amidst rising awareness of the dangers associated with the untested H1N1 vaccine, is a shocking story in and of itself, the question of whether they would ultimately be successful in doing so is another matter entirely.
The French people are renowned for cherishing their personal liberty and resisting government enforced tyranny and are nowhere near as apathetic as their English neighbors across the channel. The French routinely go on strike, conduct mass demonstrations and set up blockades when the government attempts to force through unpopular measures, and the response to an attempt on behalf of the state to forcibly vaccinate people against their will would be no different.

I also have a question for any mathematician out there.
I witnessed an army of birds flying overhead last week. All seagulls from the looks of it. They spanned over a mile across and they just kept coming for about 10 min or longer. They filled the sky and were close together. How many birds could that have been? 100,000? 200,000? They were seen by other people too and they are around the area for some reason. It was a sight I have never seen in my life before. It was scary in a way. Has anyone else seen an army of birds, there’s no other way to put it, flying by you at anytime lately? Something that is really out of the ordinary for the mass numbers of them. I’m just curious.

A month ago, I sent e-mails to 75 First Nations leaders in Canada. I provided all that I could with links etc. to warn them. Ten of the mails could not be delivered but the rest went out.
I did not hear back from one single person.
I let them know that I was sending mail to other First Nations leaders hoping that the message would get out.
I suppose time will tell if they instruct their people to line up and take the vaccine, or to avoid it like the plague.
I hope for the latter.

I live in France and the interesting thing is Sarkozy has vanished of late. He used to be on TV ten times a day but since he gave a few talks in Spring, that the French hated, insulted, etc., he’s gone into hiding.
The French won’t accept enforced vaccinations. Hard to know how it will go down but resistance will be strong, perhaps strong enough to topple this corrupt regime and help start the whole NWO collapse.

Firstly the document is talking about the infrastructure needed to carry out a national vaccine program. The document is addressed to Mayors, Governors and the like so that they can organize their areas of actuation, either on a local (town Mayor), State and national level.
Of course they won’t notify the public until the infrastructure is worked out and running. The publics’ part is to go to the centers and get vaccinated, the public doesn’t need to know how many vaccines are being provided, nor how many people will work in each center.
By the way, in no part of the document does it say that the vaccines are mandatory, implied by your comment about people refusing to take the shot. I don’t know where you got that idea. If somebody doesn’t want to take the shot, they simply don’t turn up at the vaccination center. The law is that the doctors have to give the shot, but not necessarily to people who don’t want it.

If the vaccination program does indeed go into effect this fall/winter this will be a possible landmark test case for the Elite to see what the French reaction will be. The Elite will be watching this very closely, obviously. A lot of us would be very happy indeed to see the French agitate against something like this. If that were to happen, does anybody think that the house of cards fear tactics the elite use would come tumbling down? Or more likely, the Elite goes to Plan B and something else is put forward to achieve their nefarious obvjectives? This fall/winter it will actually be fun/interesting to see what or if the Elite does to advance THEIR agenda.

The French are quite rebellious but the French state is very powerful. It is a very centralised country. All the districts and towns basically do what Paris tells them. The police, the secret services and the military are also quite strong and under the control of l’Elysee. Resistance traditionally comes from the unions, the farmers and the communists. But regarding the swine-flue I don’t expect eugenic-programs really taking place. I think the whole swine-flue-alert thing is the pharma-bailout. It is just about money. The government in Germany, France, US orders a couple millions vaccines for 100$ each and these companies dont fail this year.

I’ve come to the same conclusion. Remember that a vaccination only protect you for 4-6 months if it’s works. That means that those who take the vaccine will be weaker against future flues at the same time the flues themselves will be more potent. In only a few decades from now the world populations and their governments will be “hostages” to the medical companies. Vaccine will then be a matter of life or death and therefore almost priceless. I think the almost limitless profit that waits in the future is the key to what’s going right now. Do NOT take the vaccine!
Of course the “NOW people” wouldn’t hesitate to commit genocide if it’s necessary for their survival or maybe even their agenda, but I just don’t see that it would benefit them at this time.

What the woman did was ludicrous, especially in light of the fact that she had kids in the car, the street was obviously dangerous due to the snow and slush on the sides of the road. What was the officer to do, fist fight with her?
I mean, show me the tape, show me the tape….she can fight like that in court, not attempt to fight the cop right there. He told her to stay in the car, she did not, she did not listen to him, although some may feel that he was over reacting, really, when is it that people can start becoming beligerent with an officer for a ticket? He was not harrassing her. There are people talking on cell phones all the time where I live, almost running people over, pretending they don’t see you as they stare straight ahead as they nearly miss you. Wish there was a cop around at those times. People like this are a danger to all of us.
Whether this lady is dangerous is another story. However, the pure lack of judgement on her part is amazing to me.
How many have seen the video of the cop tazering the Salvadorian in Maryland who was resisting being hand cuffed? In MD cops are being killed by the dozens by the gang that uses Machettes. So, when someones arms are flailing around as the sole police officer on a lone street is attempting to arrest him for some thing, what does he do? If you all are thinking that arresting someone who is belligerent is a bad thing, do you think all of your protests against the NWO will mean anything. Really folks, the punishment of an officer should at least fit a crime. When the lady was refusing to do anything at a check point, here we had too much that the officer was asking for. When she said, what have I done, and he had no answer….okay….she wins. But this lady was downright idiotic for challenging the ticket as if she was the court of last resort.

I understand your sentiment. However and yes, there is a “however”. The “Law Enforcement” officer could have treated this much better. Not once did she pose a risk! period. As for that, why not just say “look.. lady… I’m just doing my job..”. One thing they have not thought through, is that the Doctors in France may not be too happy with their families getting the mandatory vaccine. How will thaht play out? Will they give them Vitamin C injections, or a secret code to avaoid it? I doubt it. My dear Sir you really must try and stop putting personal opinions in your articles to try and influence the reader.
Will vaccination squads go round to schools to vaccinate children? Of course they will. It’s the ideal place to find concentrations of children of school age!
Will the children be forced to have the vaccine? No.
Are vaccine centers being opened to apply vaccines rather than using hospitals? Sure.
A hospital is a sterile environment and needs to remain so for the sick and injured people who are admitted there. Having thousands of people entering a hospital to receive a vaccine (or two) when they don’t need a sterile environment doesn’t make sense. It is an unnecessary germ risk to the hospital. Why do you think that visitors are not really all that welcome to the hospital? Because they create more of a hazard than good.
As for saying the campaign resembles military style, I imagine that there is no other really efficient way as to plan such an operation, unless you can shed light on this for me. I’m trying to imagine planning such an operation in an accountants style, or perhaps even a clowns’ style.
Doctors are involved in giving vaccines, however ’secondary’ health carers (nurses to you and me) will probably actually give the vaccine. Why take up the time of a doctor when a nurse can do the job?

You are right about your kid though .Its very sensible to keep a child that has been vaccinated/infected with an H1N1 vaccination away from other children that havent been injected/infected with H1N1.There is less chance of it spreading.

When you were a child, were you EVER asked if you wanted the injections or were you and your classmates just herded off to the matron’s room, where a ‘friendly’ visiting nurse would shoot you up?
Admittedly a clued-up parent can give the child an exemption certificate to take in with them but even there it’s the parent’s decision, not the child’s and who knows, the paperwork may be ‘lost’ and the nurse may refuse to accept the child’s claim that an exemption exists and inject anyway (after all, what adult believes a child – even when there isn’t an agenda?).

When I was a kid, even to go have my head checked for fleas once in a while, we were sent home with a note explaining what was going to happen.
It’s for the parent to sent in a letter against the vaccination if the child is not to have one. No school will allow injections in the children without the parents at the least knowing about it or ideally with the consent of the parent (usually a type of sign this sort of document).

I was curious to see how “Steve” would answer your questions. But I think, being a skeptic myself and having agreed with much of what “Steve” has said here (although I don’t really trust him due to the fake style of his posts and the fact that he seems to go out of his way – posting numerous replies etc.. – to brandish his skepticism and undermine the vaccine = eugenics theory) I’ll answer them myself while I wait.
My personal viewpoint, as a skeptic, is that the H1N1 vaccination is not a secret mass-eugenics program, or any kind of mass-harm program. Why do I think that? For one because I have serious doubts that the logistical obstacles of pulling off such a far reaching project could be overcome, not to mention while keeping the whole thing a secret. I mean, one would think that with hundreds of millions of doses being produced and sent all over the world, many scientists would be able to look at the vaccine under a microscope and detect if something was there that shouldn’t be. However, taking into account the facts that A. the vaccination programs seem to be leaving out GP’s, clinics, hospitals, etc and concentrating on schools and ad hoc “centers”; B. they seemed to have overcome the immense logistical obstacles of getting a vaccine developed and produced in hundreds of millions of doses and rolled out all over the world in a matter of months; and C. I really wouldn’t put it past them…taking those facts into account, I’m not prepared to say the the vaccine is definitely not intended to be harmful either. Speaking in terms of percentages I’m probably 70/30.
However! That being said, would I allow myself to be vaccinated? Absolutely fucking not. Why not? Because, being a skeptic, I don’t trust the WHO, Baxter International, the CDC, or the Government at large, whatsoever. Nor do I believe in taking drugs in the first place (with some exceptions) as I believe that A. answering every ailment with a drug, as we like to do in the Western world and especially in the US, weakens the body’s natural defenses and B. our medicated culture discourages real wellness, undermines peoples ability to connect their lifestyle to their health and promotes increased reliance as a person ages. And who does that setup benefit? Gee, I wonder. That, in case you guys didn’t know, is the main reason why the FDA fights so hard against the claiming of any health benefits for the eating of fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc., and why the organic movement was basically killed by the FDA organic certification (see: The Omnivore’s Dillema by Michael Pollan), and why this codex alimentarius thing is so fucking scary…because they’re basically forcing and tricking people into living unhealthy lives so they will either die early or if they survive they will have to resort to drugs to retain any functionality. Thats $$ for the healthcare companies AND population control combined. In all honesty I find the immense effort that the powers that be have put into crushing wellness scarier than this swineflu/vaccination thing. Because not only could the government be trying to make me sick, but they’re simultaneously trying to take away the natural weapons and defenses that God gave me to stay healthy.
So to summarize, do I think the the vaccine program is actually a eugenics program or something harmful like that? I doubt it.
Would I take the vaccine? Hell fucking no. I’ll sniff Purel before I put that shit in my body.
P.S. That 30% of me that says that this vaccine is something really fucked up could be totally right. So I will be keeping careful watch as the Fall comes around and this thing pans out. One thing is for sure, if the situation degenerates, people start dying en masse, and/or if forced vaccinations really are put into effect, there will be characters on tv and in other forms of media talking strongly in favor of the program, and most likely fiercely denigrating any opposition to it at the same time; pay close attention to who those characters are. There will also be people standing out as doing more than others to support the program. These developments, if they happen, should remove any doubt about who cannot be trusted (but not who can!).
And once again, if anyone cares to post a full, non-slanted translation of that document, it would be greatly appreciated.

I never said that forced vaccines will never happen. I said the document didn’t say that it was. The article writer suggested that it did.
Would I ever take the vaccine? I think, as any human being wanting to survive it will depend on the situation. If the H1N1 gets to 1918 proportions, I’m absolutely sure that a majorityof the most adamant ‘non takers’ will fight to be the first in line to get their shot.
However, if the pandemic is just a quick sniffle and cough then I probably wouldn’t. After all there’s no need to pump your body with viruses for a sickness that is not all that dangerous.
I live here in Brazil and not really in a too highly populated area. I also have a small farm in the hills, so if the flu starts to ravish the bigger cities, I would go on holiday for a few weeks or months until the thing passes over.
@ Mind3l3vation, I’m a moderator in one of the alternative theory forums and so I frequently answer posts that interest me, specially if I feel the original post (or in this case article) is off base – they had to change the headline of the original post. It’s not that I’m skeptical, it’s that I’m fair. If the French document said what Watson claimed, I would have agreed, but it didn’t. Check out the post from a French person a few posts down.

WASHINGTON – Doctors don’t know yet if it will take one dose or two of vaccine to protect against the new swine flu. Add that to vaccine for the regular winter flu, and it could be a multi-shot season for a lot of people – or a multi-squirt season, for those who choose the FluMist nasal-spray version.
Some possibilities:
-One shot: Older adults currently aren’t on the priority list to get swine flu vaccine but they should get the seasonal vaccine, which is already available.
-Two shots: There’s a potential for the regular vaccine in one arm and the swine flu vaccine in the other, if that one requires just one dose.
-Three shots: The swine flu vaccine might require two doses three weeks apart, plus the regular vaccine.

Just been reading over the document…either way they will force us all to be vaccinated with this vaccine, saying it’s a “vaccination campaign” etc, that’s just candy talk…ok so they will as i said vaccintate the risk groups first, but in the end the virus will ge tout of control and they will say ok now the whole population neds to be vaccinated, and they will force us to have it, by delcaring a national emergency, they won’t let us live our daily lives, work etc to earn money and buy food unless we have been vaccinated!
