Once again it seems that the “Advanced Targetting” of the F16’s targetted civilians, with such advanced weaponry can this be an accident or is it deliberate?

Again, see the 4th Geneva Convention, and Nuremberg principles. The problem here, is the lack of international interest in sacrificing capital and soldiers to buffer the conflict, like they’re doing in Lebanon. UN soldiers should be sent to replace the IDF at checkpoints and slowly but surely disassemble Hamas, Fatah, Islamic front as terrorist organizations. Why we sent so many people to Afghanistan to fight the Taleban which was’nt an internationally recognized terrorist organization, while we accept the slow death of innocent palestinians who are caught in the middle of a brutal proxy war is beyond me. It will always go like this: Some ragtag group shoots rockets into Israel, IDF responds, lots of dead-including some children, Israel has a right to defend itself, ragtag group vows revenge, rinse repeat.
Here’s a better cycle:
Ragtag group wants to shoot rockets, but has trouble finding volunteers, because most young people are working and well fed and don’t want to risk going to jail. Ragtag group decides to go at it anyways. Near the fence, they are caught by a contingent of UN soldiers. They are arrested, but treated decently, get in jail where they get an education to be able to get a job when they are freed. They are freed, and meet with old members of their ragtag group. Some want to go and shoot rockets at Israel, but the recently released prisoners are all well paid and able to feed their families, and don’t want to risk going back to jail right now, since they are about to get a promotion and be able to buy some land from a nearby settler. And Israelis, able to get some peace and quiet, are able to turn their attention politically to the disastrous economic situation their religious freeloading brethren are plunging their state into.

Air strikes on civilians done by governments are as much an act of terrorism as are those done by rebels. Israel chose the hour when the children get out of school to begin its assault on Gaza. We must demand that Congress not allow another dime of our tax money to be sent to Israel, or provide them with any more weapons, otherwise, we are responsible for the slaughtering it does.
