To set the record straight on the 9/17/08 post that claimed the Pope wears a Masonic ring, the Catholic Church has long been the strongest opponent of the Masons. In fact, the Catholic Church still forbids the faithful to join the Masons — see http://forums.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=649 and http://www.ewtn.com/expert/answers/freemasonry.htm — that is the official teaching and it is reflected in Catholic practice. There has been some confusion in recent years because the Catholic Church broadened the condemnation to include other organizations, and the more general language was wrongly interpreted to mean a watering down of the ban on Freemasonry. The EWTN Catholic network recently had an author on the show The Abundant Life who was an ex-Mason and wrote an expose on Freemasonry and why he got out (if you’re interested the title is Masonry Unmasked by John Salza). Also, at a Catholic Conference I attended, Fr. John Corapi asked us to pray for the Masons who were having their conference in the next building. The ring you saw on the Pope was probably his seal ring — used to imprint the sealing wax to authenticate documents. Even the secular sources recognize the Catholic Church’s opposition to the Masons, as in these quotes from MS Encarta: “Opposition on the part of the Roman Catholic church has been chiefly on the grounds that Freemasonry, with its binding principles and religious nature, has usurped the prerogatives of the church. As a result, the Freemasons have never been permitted in some strictly Roman Catholic countries, such as Spain….Anti-Masonic sentiment occurred chiefly in two ways since the founding of the order. Governments do not have any rights to make laws , nor do lawyers have any right to make changes to law or to encourage changes to take place in law policy.
If you cannot take your government down by the use of law , then try do it by the use of force. You do that by just going into the White House or whatever place it is which keeps the person responsible for this , and remove that person – and throw the person out , live and well. I totally believe the Catholic church is EVIL and the whore of Babylon like the Bible says! I DO believe the Pope worships Satan too as he has a Masonic ring on his hand, which is sure sign of evil!
