Here in Washington, the Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee has drawn up a bill to place regulation on banks and change the role of the Federal Reserve. But even if this legislation moves forward will it prevent another financial collapse. Here to talk about it is Gerald Celente, the director of the Trends Research Institute.
