The EU’s Lisbon Treaty may not be ratified in Germany until legislation has been put in place to safeguard national parliamentary powers, the country’s top court ruled on Tuesday.
In a keenly-awaited decision, the Federal Constitutional Court said the document “may not be adopted until the sufficient legal groundwork for parliamentary participation as foreseen in the constitution has been laid.”
“If one wanted to summarise this result, one could say: the constitution says ‘yes’ to the Lisbon Treaty but demands that parliament’s right to participation be strengthened at the national level,” the court said.
“The court is confident that the last barrier for adopting the ratification document will be cleared.”

Thank God… Finally! A small glimpse of hope. I’m excited to see some resistance to the whole the Banker take over. Everything lately has been so Doom and Gloom. I was about to get to the point of taking a break from reading the news.

How would that help? This is a fight for freedom of the individual and there aren’t so many of us that are sufficiently awake to take a break!
Don’t you understand that the wall-to-wall doom and gloom is a deliberate demoralisation policy? We won’t overcome it by just giving in. We WILL overcome it by taking action at every opportunity to wake more people up.
Don’t forget that Brzezinski himself is ’seriously concerned’ about the ‘massive global political awakening’ – that’s us – no time to back down now if you want your kids to have anything of life at all outside of a FEMA camp.

Yeah, i know. The last part was more of a figure of speech. Really kind of a sarcastic joke. I am HEAVILY involved with politics and do what i can to deter any totalitarian agenda that may be on the rise. I pay sums to the campaigns of Ron Paul and NRA organizations. I attend rallies, and tirelessly write congressman and senators. Not many people take on the responsibility of a citizen as they should. Its probably why so many compromised reps are in office right now…

Actually, this decision effectively kills Libson. The reason for that is the decision allows the EU to create a new treaty in which the powers that be would be forced to create protections for each nation to exist as if it is a US state. Therefore, the German high court is asking for protections equal to the Tenth amendment ot the US Constitution. Basically, look for a announcement regarding Libson’s death in mid July at least.

should this go forward and i forfeit my rights to be European and i will be only a Portuguese, warrior, this treaty is dead hmm im not sure i think we will have to appeal to arms and revolt at some point no way i want a freaking US parallel ruling me, my brothers sisters and friends… NO FUCKING WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This decision does NOT kill Lisbon treaty! It merely delais it’s ratification, except if Ireland votes no for a 2nd time.
German law scholar Professor KARL ALBRECHT SCHACHTSCHNEIDER (Alex should get him on the show btw) will issue a scientific statement today concerning the ruling of the German Supreme Court.
