German Government Advisor Proposes Personal CO2 Budget For Everyone On Planet
Says westerners should pay climate reparations to poorer countries

The top climate science advisor to the German government has proposed that everyone on the planet should have a personal CO2 budget and be forced to pay a tax if they exceed it, adding that westerners have already exceeded their allocations and should pay climate reparations to poorer countries.
This is not just another tax being rammed through using the phony pretext of global warming, it’s the entrée for complete government tracking and control over your personal life. This is the “inventory” that Nancy Pelosi called for during her visit to China in May.
On May 28, the Associated Press reported that Pelosi told a Chinese student that in order to cut back on CO2 emissions, “Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory.”
German climate scientist Joachim Schellnhuber is pushing for the same thing – the nanny state on steroids.
How will a personal CO2 budget be enforced? Every plane ticket you buy, every time you fill up at the station, every mile of every journey you make will be fed into a centralized government database, creating a leviathan matrix system to catalogue every aspect of your personal behavior. Exceed your personal carbon budget and you’ll be hit with a hefty fine, with the majority of the proceeds no doubt going straight to the huge international banking interests that own the carbon trading market, mainly N M Rothschild & Sons, as well as people like Maurice Strong and Al Gore.
This CO2 tax will bankroll the very same globalist interests, specifically groups like the Club of Rome, that resolved decades ago to invent hysteria surrounding climate change in order to advance their agenda for global government.

“Schellnhuber is proposing the creation of a CO2 budget for every person on the planet, regardless whether they live in Berlin or Beijing,” reports Der Spiegel, a “breathtaking” idea according to Czech physicist Dr. Lubos Motl, who said Schellnhuber’s proposal helped him “to understand how crazy political movements such as the Nazis or communists could have so easily taken over a nation that is as sensible as Germany.”
Schellnhuber goes further, claiming that westerners have already exceeded their CO2 allocations and will need to pay climate reparations to poorer countries amounting to no less than $142 billion dollars a year, every year.
“Humankind has to limit itself to emit only fixed amount of carbon into the atmosphere until 2050. [...] Because the industrialized nations have already exceeded their quotas if you take into account past emissions. [...] With the current output you see that Germany, the US and other industrialized nations have either already used up their permissible quota, or will do so within the next few years. [...] The industrialized nations are facing CO2 insolvency. This means that they have to notch up their efforts to reduce climate change, otherwise they will use up the CO2 budget actually designated to poorer countries and future generations,” he told Der Spiegel.
The proposal mirrors similar measures called for by MP’s in Britain, which would force every adult to use a “carbon ration card’ when they pay for petrol, airline tickets or household energy.”
The next step has also already been floated. Should you become a serial carbon offender, no doubt your thermostat will be forcibly turned down by the government via remote control. Sound too far fetched? According to a January 2008 New York Times report, “State regulators are likely to have the emergency power to control individual thermostats, sending temperatures up or down through a radio-controlled device that will be required in new or substantially modified houses and buildings to manage electricity shortages.”

And they ought to pick on a better compound because the truth is CO2 is necessary for survival of the planet. CO2 is not the pollution problem it is unnatural toxins in the air and byproducts that are produced by unregulated factories and oil fields etc. They are the real culprits. But alas that is their bread and butter isn’t it? Wonder what the next genius German will suggest. And good luck enforcing China the biggest polluters of all. China’s pollution travels in a black cloud across the ocean and they do not say a word. Oil spills and production kill tons of wild life and fowls up the air constantly and still are not held accountable. What a joke this Carbon Tax is.

I’ve only had to use that on the M5 motorway in Sydney. It’s more convenient than holding up traffic with a pile of change, but people are free not to have an e-tag, for now at least.
With that said, I hate paying $3.80 for that stupid road since you’re cruising pretty quickly until you’ve paid the toll, then the traffic suddenly gets held up for miles. Ugh.

The upcoming disclosure of blood type distribution reveals decreasing blood types A/O prevalence and increasing type B prevalence will “prove” that CO2 levels are rising. (See above section on current blood type distribution in the United States.) In truth this is evidence populations are dying off, have been in negative population growth, with much of the world in the final extermination phase for generations now. The last remaining nations, the Western nations, were set up in the final extermination phase in 2005. Like the United States, these western nations’ populations peaked in about 1979-1980.
The remaining blood type AB, the only normal healthy blood, will be the ones to survive; hence — “survival of the fittest”.

Commentary dicey at best. If the West is being set up for the final extermination phase, then why do western governments continue to allow uneducated genetically inferior third world immigrants into their respective countries.
Even with the US mired in a deep recession along with high unemployment for native citizens the government continues to allow approximately 1.8 million new immigrants into the country each year. This does not take into account the number of illegal immigrants, from border crossers to visa over stayers to anchor babies.
The reason the population is thinning out is due to the fact that married couples are having less children due to lifestyles and the cost of raising children. Take for example, Italy, couples are not producing enough children to replace the population, so what does the government do, they start importing populations from North Africa and the Middle East to make up the population decline. Much to the Italian’s chagrin, these new immigrants are outpacing the native Italians in producing children by a margin of 4 to 1.
The world population is not declining as indicated but is in fact increasing and will reach a population of 9 billion sometime this century. Are there people out there that would like to thin the herd, you bet. You probably would to if you take into consideration exactly who the breeders are.

I foresee 300 different carbon taxes coming our way. Tax for having an open fire place in the house, one for open fire in your garden, one for baby diapers, for every mile you drive, hell, they are going to fine us for every fart we let out! it’s really gone to far now. Maybe 6 or 7 years back when I lived in Germany I heard there would be a new tax for RAINWATER. The reasoning went like this. Rainwater falling on your land, including your roof and any bit of concrete etc, would have to go to the sewers and increase the amount of sewerage, hence you are TAXABLE for it. At first I laughed my head off. This would NEVER go through, I thought, but then: voila, I had to pay for it every quarter.
If we let them get away with it, they will do it. There is no stopping their insanity now, it is skyrocketing. They call your children carbon polluters. In the end, if you aren’t rich you will be unable to have children as you won’t have enough carbon credits — and if you do it anyway: prison, for destroying the planet!
Let’s makean end to this folks, I had enough of the utter insanity of our governments, in the USA and in Europe. It’s total tyranny and the only way out that I can think of is massive non-compliance. Let’s stop paying taxes, you don’t have to anyway, research freeman-on-the land. let’s go back to common law and f*ck the statutes! I have an urgent message for you, more important than any message you can hear. God is Holy and cannot accept sin(honor thy mother and father…, thou shall not kill, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor, thou shall not covet..etc…Exodus 20:12-17). But God has provided a way for each to escape the lake of fire. Jesus was conceived of a virgin by the Holy Spirit of God, lived a sinless life, and suffered a horrible death/shed blood and rose again 3 days later to take the penalty of YOUR sins so you dont have to pay for them in hell for eternity! He loved you so much which is why he did it! He is the only one to have fufilled the law perfectly(sinless) and paid the price of the entire world’s sins so that man could be saved on the merits of His perfection(see Romans 5:19). All you must do to be saved is BELIEVE in Him(trust in Him to save you as a sinner). You must confess/admit your lost sinful condition to Him, and ask Him to save you as a hell deserving sinner by placing complete trust in Jesus ALONE for salvation(an example in the Word of someone doing this- “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.” Luke 18:13).It is not even partly by yourselves that you can be saved, but only by the merits of Jesus Christ!
“For God so loved the world, He sent his only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16.
“And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world” 1 John 2:2
“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

No works or anything you do can save you! May God open your eyes, that one day I may see you in heaven. Read the Word of God(the King James version) before rejecting it! Death is fleeting. You may NOT have tomorrow! For death comes when we least expect it! Make sure you are saved TODAY! The Bible condemns the rich, the wealthy, and those who take advantage of the poor, so it CANNOT have been made up by the elite. Because the Word clearly CONDEMNS people such as those! It declares all mankind as sinners(myself included). Read the Word for yourself and see that the claims are true!!!
I am a Christian, and love you enough to warn you of the dangers of the lake of fire(hell). Many so called professing Christians are arrogant and hypocritical and think they have it all together.
