Glenn Beck’s Outrageous Lie: Racist Von Brunn is “Hero of 9/11 Truthers”

There should be absolutely no doubt Glenn Beck is a government disinfo operative tasked with taking down the 9/11 truth and patriot movements. In fact, Fox News — as a primary fount of Operation Mockingbird — is tasked with attacking not only the 9/11 truth movement but the pro-liberty and Constitution movements as well.
“Our country is now vulnerable,” the operative Beck declares. “Those people who would like to destroy us — our enemies like Al Qaeda. They’d like to destroy us, and they will work with anyone. There are also people like white supremacists or 9/11 truthers that would also like to destroy the country. They’ll work with anybody they can.”
In other words, the 9/11 truth movement, according to Beck, will work with al-Qaeda. If you read between the lines, Beck is calling for the government to dish out the same kind of violent response to the truth movement the CIA-created al-Qaeda received in Afghanistan or at Camp Gitmo. Beck is calling for murder and torture of people who disagree with the government.

Fox News did a smash up job subverting the tea parties and reducing the movement to a carnival sideshow while CNN and especially MSNBC went into overtime to portray the “tea baggers” as irrelevant and absurd.
On October 22, 2007, Beck — then a host on Prime Time News — viciously attacked the 9/11 truth movement, describing the whole movement as “insane” and branding 9/11 activists as “dangerous anarchists.”
“These truthers are exactly the kind of people who want to rock this nation’s foundation, tear us apart and plant the seeds of dissatisfaction in all of us” said Beck. He later said the 9/11 truth movement is “the kind of group a Timothy McVeigh would come from,” insinuating the movement is intent on violence.
In November of 2007, Beck the operative teamed up with the scurrilous ex-Marxist and neocon David Horowitz to denounce Ron Paul’s supporters as terrorists. “Beck opened up his show segment by inferring that the U.S. military should be used to silence domestic dissent against the war, claiming that those he would later identify as Ron Paul supporters, libertarians and the anti-war left and link with terrorists, were a ‘physical threat,’” wrote Paul Joseph Watson for Prison Planet.
“When you enlist in the U.S. military, you have take an oath that says you’re gonna support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies – foreign and domestic – we talk a lot on this program about the foreign threats – maybe we should spend some time tonight on the domestic one….the physical threat may be developing domestically as well,” said Beck.
Last week the corporate media reported that U.S. counterterrorism officials “authenticated” a video by a supposed al-Qaeda recruiter who claimed he has the ability to smuggle a biological weapon into the United States via tunnels under the Mexico border. In the video, Abdullah al-Nafisi also suggests that al-Qaeda might want to collaborate with “members of native U.S. white supremacist militias who hate the federal government,” according to the Washington Post. The video was posted on the web by MEMRI, a documented Mossad front and Israeli propaganda outfit run by intelligence operatives and neocons.

What about the accountability and responsibility of scary air wave pundits, (and stations) some whom are mainstream? A lot of people believe the stuff media puts out there, and do not seem to differentiate between NEWS and OPINION. Scary rhetoric needs to be balanced or replaced with common sense, and toned down about 100 notches. In the stampede to make money with advertising and grab viewership, they pump up their stories and programs with scary rhetoric. Urgency sells, false or otherwise. Revving up a story to be far fatter than it is has become the American way, and it’s doing real harm to the county’s morale and sensibilities, IMHO.

I feel stupid after watching this. I happened to see Glenn Beck the other day while i was paying my light bill. He was doodling on some board. I remember seeing triangles with letters in them. He looked like an ape with a crayon. I was expecting him to scratch his head and grunt at any moment. People actually watch it too with this glazed over look in their eyes. They know it makes no sense but they just watch it anyway. They pretend it makes sense so they don’t seem stupid to the people around them.
I’ve met white supremacists in my life. The irony being most of them were making passes at my white/mexican self. The irrationality they spew is stunning. They would never work with arabs. Beck is an Operative – this much we already knew. But an interesting sidenote: Beck converted to LDS (Mormon) faith within the last few years. I wonder if there was anything about the Mormon church’s (leadership) stance on constitutional freedoms that attracted Beck to them?
Note: Until the 1980’s – the Mormon church was one of the most ardent defenders of the constitution – and had very outspoken leaders/presidents who would speak directly about the importance of saving and defending our constitutional freedoms.
Maybe this is what attracted Beck? I think not.

To those who seem to revel in personal;ly attacking those that don’t see your view 100%, it is a shame. I think those who move on these things are noble in desire, lackluster in direction. When you see things that could be trouble, you start shouting about how aweful and evil a person is (or use less sophisticated 4 letter words). I have seen things on this site about Beck that are taken way ouit of context. I.E. the above is only snippets of what he actually said. go back and look at the whole thing, and you will see he was not referring to all truthers, just ones that personally attack and vilify others. I agree with some of your aims and theories, 9/11 is not one of them, but you don’t see me screaming that you are all a bunch of idiots etc. I hjave seen many things on this site that are great, others bother me (see the lifting of a few senteces from a segmant and “commenting” on them.) or interpreting what they “really mean” when if you would listen a bit more, you’d see it acally means something else. In this reguard, you do the same as the pundits i.e. lift a few lines and then sounsd off, then the masses go off on whoever said it. If inside, cover the T.V. and let them know that YOU think talking is more important. Ask questions of friends and family that allow them to express their OWN opinion. Ask questions of your guests and find out how many have the SAME answer. Watch as the “group” of message consumers have learned to agree with each other and nod their heads together. They may not even know the facts of the subject but have been programed to go with the group thought. Ask where they get their information from. Encourage people who are thinking outside the box-even if that is not exactly how YOU think. This is a starting point. Plan party rewards for people that are in contrast to what is being mocked.
We have become PROGRAMED not to speak up if our own ideas are opposite to the streamed message. That must be broken. People MUST be encouraged to come together and also disagree.
That is first key step to independent thinking and the beginning of the end of the MONO message forever.

I think your logic is flawed, but let’s bet on this, shall we? Let’s see what happens to Ron Paul’s bill to audit the Fed, H.R. 1207. Let’s see how the “peaceful” (or the “alright”, as you define it) approach works. You think Ron Paul is the first to try this? Anyway, I’ve called and written to my representative in the congress asking him to support it, so you can’t say I WANT the bill to fail, or that I’m instinctively prone to violence. But my guess is that it will go down in flames without so much as a word from the mainstream media.
I went to this guy’s site and read his very lengthy account of the ‘81 incident yesterday before the Feds took it down, during which he actually had ONE testimony on his behalf, from economics expert, Dr. Elgin Groseclose. Here is what the good doctor had to say, not about the man’s racial views, for which he probably cared little (although, being a victim of a lifetime of propaganda, his racial views are ALL the media want you to see and you oblige);
“8) Dr. Elgin Groseclose, monetary expert, who had testified in that capacity before Congress several times, appeared as Expert Witness for the Defense. He testified (I paraphrase) that: the FED is privately owned, subject to U.S. Tort Laws; acts independently of the 3 Branches of our Government; the FED Note is worthless as a storage of value — is conceived out of thin air; the FED deliberately creates boom-bust periods to the detriment of the American people; that VIOLENCE may be required to unseat the FED because its enormous power controls Congress. No wonder the mass-media was not allowed to attend the trial! Dr. Groseclose’s testimony is virtually omitted in the Appellant’s Brief except to say that Groseclose blamed the FED for inflation.”

And that assumes that Von Brunn acted violently in the first place, which he did not. In fact, he really just took a cue from government and attempted to use the FEAR of violence (yes, terrorism, definatively). By the way, he never took anyone hostage, but the group that he PLANNED to take hostage, the Federal Reserve board, have been holding YOU hostage, at gunpoint, for years. Your sympathy for your elite masters is actually shocking to me. But hey, let’s see if the “alright” way works. How much of not only the next generation’s future, but YOUR future, are you willing to keep betting on these cowards. First off, I’ll concede that an INDIVIDUAL (or “lone wolf”) attempting to violently take on the Federal Reserve is a lost cause, not so much because he’s using violence, but rather, because even if he succeeds, the odds of his message reaching the general public would still be filtered through the MSM, and for that reason would, as you have indicated, be self-defeating. Thus, I am not eliciting individuals to take to the streets armed and alone.
In fact, I would agree that at the moment, the so-called “infowar” is strategically more important… but once you’ve “woken up” enough of the population, what then? Do you think that they still won’t wield enormous power and influence? Do you think they’ll just walk away? Tell that to JFK. I don’t think you’ve really played this scenario out. The reason I say violence, even against the lowly security guard, is justifiable is because that is the decision you (and they) will be faced with should you actually WIN the infowar. The reason the police apparatus has grown enormously is because there are no other jobs, and the reason there are no other jobs, is largely because of the Fed, and largely because of our ignorance and cowardice. Thus, most of the police (and most private security firms) will be faced with obsolescence. Of course, most of them won’t know this, and most will simply continue taking orders that will call for more and more of them to USE violence against YOU as the central bank loses control. It will be a civil war. The police apparatus vs. the worker apparatus.
And I am a former security guard and I have been shot at, by the way. I quit when I “woke up”. I’d prefer that all of them “wake up”, but I’m familiar with the sociological and psychological make-up of people attracted to such positions based on self-evaluation and personal experience with others in the profession. Regretably, most will not make what I believe is the “right” decision. So, it will come down to you or them. Your ideology vs. theirs. They WILL win if you hesitate at the crucial moment.
But I didn’t mean to imply that the shooting of the guard at the Holocaust Museum YESTERDAY was justifiable, however, in my opinion, the guard he DIDN’T shoot in ‘81 WOULD have been justifiable. Not that I have any great love for “holocaust” museums, but you’re right, the guard probably could have cared less where he worked, and in my mind was a hero for saving the innoccent people inside. But the Federal Reserve board is not “innoccent”, and a man sacrificing his life to protect them is a fool. Maybe he doesn’t “deserve” to die for his foolishness, but neither do people who make the mistake of “resisting arrest” in the police state, and yet they die all the time. Unfortunately, they reduce themselves to pawns. If you decide to play on the board, you can’t be THAT surprised when someone removes you.

The guard who got killed was a six year “veteran.” I’m saddened at his death. Now, this guard was two steps up from a mall cop and two steps below an average street-beat cop. They’re making this guy into brave hero. Yeah, protecting the biggest lie since the first denial of Jesus Christ’s divinity.

Beck was wrong and ill informed. Face it, he doesn’t like you guys. He doesn’t like that the rest of the media tries to connect him with the truther crowd. Case in point: On Becks radio show today, he had a long segment on an article in a mainstream paper linking and blaming HIM with Von Brunn’s actions, and aligning him with you guys! He got his own medicine and deserved it for how he classified you guys. He makes these mistakes, but has way more in common with your views than you care to look into. If he aligned himself with your point of view, FOX would can him in 2 seconds flat. Give the guy a break, there is a lot of “common ground” between you guys and him. Don’t blame Beck if you fail to prove your case(s). Alex’s statement about Beck are often wrong and ill informed as well.

Glenn Beck is a sensationalist employed by ‘the status quo’ in our society, and employed by Newscorp/ ie. Rupert Murdock. Look at how little he has talked against the ‘conservative’ golden calf, the Federal Reserve, and makes as though health reform = communism. Ownership of car companies may = communism, but screwing the worker will surely bring communism. He cries wolf far too often, about the entire day long, actually. He also tries so very hard to curry the favor of the Jews, while downplaying his own German ancestry. Ah heck, he’s just a nutjob, and then maybe he knows where his bread is buttered.
Von Brunn was a sick man under the delusion of some paranoid fantasies such as blaming all our current woes on “the Jews”, and using that blame to justify his ‘blanket hatred’. While some bankers may be jews, not all jews are bankers. While our system crumbles from within, it is not the fault of every illegal who swims the Rio Grande. While some islamic believers are terrorists, not all islamic believers are terrorists. The world of instant gratification IRC chat and the mind-world that it creates certainly fed his paranoia. Hopefully the widow of the guard he murdered will sue for his estate. My condolences.
That being said, there was an element of truth to what he said, and if not, the paranoia couldn’t have been fed. That kernel of truth is that the Nazi death machine consisted solely of ’starvation camps’ and shootings, not the fabled gassings that we’ve been led to believe. This has been well documented by the Institute for Historical Review. Although no less horrific, starvation is more so; if the facts were to be uncovered without the purile labelling of “holocaust denial” then perhaps the cycle of paranoia could be ended.

According to a CNN poll 84% of Americans believe the government has not told the truth about 9/11. Then there was also the Zogby poll from 2006 in which 47% of Americans believed 9/11 was an inside job.
