The swift and ruthless exploitation of the economic meltdown on behalf of globalists and central banks revolves around their drive to move towards a one world currency system and an unprecedented centralization of global financial power.
Statements on behalf of world leaders and central banks over the past two weeks have made it clear that the agenda to further collate economic power and control of currencies into the hands of the few is rapidly accelerating – all in the name of solving a financial crisis that was caused as a result of the same fiat money system that the elite themselves created and maintained.
The original Bretton Woods agreement in 1944, spurred by the depression of the 1930s and the second world war, created the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and laid down common standards for markets around the world. Now with the current financial crisis EU leaders see another opportunity to impose global regulations on sovereign economies.
As the crisis reached its peak at the end of September, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown led the call for “a new global financial order” in which the world financial system would be built around a centrally coordinated policy of international regulation.

Morgan Stanley Chief Executive John Mack has also called for a new global body to oversee the financial crisis, warning that it is like nothing he’s ever seen before.
The sentiment echoes those of elite figures such as CFR member Jeffrey Garten and Timothy Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, who have both recently called for a “new global monetary authority”, a de-facto global financial dictatorship, operating across borders and forcing nations and corporations to register and adhere to strict monitoring and regulations.
European Central Bank council member Ewald Nowotny told Bloomberg yesterday that the centrality of the U.S. dollar was in question and that a “tri-polar” global currency system is in development between the U.S., Asia and Europe to replace it.
This followed a call by French President to question whether a “worldwide currency system” should be introduced in response to the financial crisis.
“Another subject in tomorrow’s world is that of the great currencies. How many should there be? What should the agreement between these great currencies be? Should we organize a discussion? Should a country like India one day have a global currency?” Sarkozy told a news conference, reports Reuters.
Any discussion would be purely academic, as the ruling elite long ago decided to force a global currency down our throats. In fact, a global currency is at the very core of their plan to dominate the world. Control money and you control the destiny of states, you eliminate national sovereignty. “The control of money and credit strikes at the very heart of national sovereignty,” A.W. Clausen, president of Bank of America once observed.
As Georgetown professor and CFR historian Carroll Quigley noted, the goal of the banking families and their minions consists of “nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole… controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.”
It remains to be seen if the EU will realize its “solution” to the world economic crisis. In 2007, Robert Mundell, “the father of the euro,” noted that “international monetary reform usually becomes possible only in response to a felt need and the threat of a global crisis.”
Certainly, the elite cooked up an appropriate global crisis, now they will engage in a full court press to establish a global currency and eventually a global government.

I’ve an idea for an international currency. Anyone for gramgold? Abbreviation GG. But seriously folks, an international currency out of control of the treasury would eliminate the reserve status of the dollar, and end the destruction of the US industrial base. All our exports would become much more competitive, and the ability of the federal government to run deficits would be greatly reduced. Maybe we could only afford to kill and maim civilians in one country at a time. It would probably become illegal for US citizens to own the new currency though. As in the old USSR the government would seize them at the border, and give you a third of what the dollar is trading for on the international market. Importing oil might become a problem though, at least until our exports picked up.

We will never have Amero. I am Canadian, and I know that switching to Amero would mean bailing out the USA. There is a better chance that Canada adopts the Euro currency. There are serious talks between Canada and EU for a free trade agreement. Those talks originated from Quebec, the French part of Canada. And with all the oil in the Artic (Canadian terriroty), Euro has better be our friend. Also, for Europe, it is gonna be much quicker do trade with China going through Canada.
Americans gotta go into a long recession and start producing instead of just consuming with credit cards. I mean, if the USA was a candidate to enter the monetary EURO zone, I would personally consider first Russia, Turkey and most of the Easter Europe. Probably that I would let in some African countries, and then maybe the USA. Who wants to have a global currency with a country who has more than 10 trillions debt, is only consuming and is on the verge of being a fascist state?

The funny thing is that many still can’t believe all this is going on, and yes alex just is not right. It does not matter what documents he has, and what proof he produces, it just does not matter.
Alex I feel is 90 percent right, now since I am not into religion and do not believe in the bible, well that is the 10 poercent I will not follow.

Hmmm. I’ve heard about Ithaca Hours as a local currency! That came to be about a few decades ago, didn’t it? A friend told me about this a few years ago. He said virtually all of the local merchants and even the banks accepted it as the “local currency”! Where I am, we have a big enough problem before us: The disappearance of ALL of the farming!!! Because we have so few farms left ( those that are still using the “old-fashioned” method of irrigating ), we are seeing our once “well-watered” area revert back to desert! Boy howdy are we in for it?!?!
If you want to make a local economy really work, you need to keep adequate farming going strong! Without the ability to produce enough food for your area, you’ll never achieve true community independence!

Finance, corporations(large) and govt working in tandem. A “global economy” will require a “global administration” which will certainly be more “effective” with a “global currency”. There’s a story in France about how their was a mini economic boom when France announced that they were going to adopt the Euro. Everyone who had literally been keeping money hidden under the bed and in shoeboxes had now to dispose of it, and the only way to do that was to spend it.
Bring in a new currency and everyone is forced to spend their savings not already in a bank.

not to sound like a paranoid freak, but has anyone considerd that now is a pretty good time to start stocking up food, and non perishables? seems to me, in the case of a pure meltdown of our monitary system, the availability of food and basic needs will be pretty hard to come by. another “great depression” is coming, sooner or later. otherwise, no one will accept a “world currency” or a global government. If they starve us, we wont resist. So perhaps we should really consider bulk dry goods, and life stapels… please consider it my friends! worst case, if this is wrong, is that you will have extra food…
