This is all bullshit. The Fed/Bank of England (Same Firm) have already created and loaned out hundreds of billions of dollars/pounds. Apparently over a couple of days they loaned out more than 700 billion. Now they're saying that if the country doesn't sign up to this so called 'Bail-out' of 700 billion all hell will break loose! This is a ruse. I don't think they want the senate/congress to sign it. Then they can blame the people when there's an economic disaster and they have to declare martial law! I smell a rat.
