Gore DID NOT say “that the Congressional climate bill will help bring about ‘global governance.’” He said the awareness will drive the change through global governance. In other words, through global governance, awareness will drive the change. Al Gore is not saying the bill will help bring about global governance, but that global government is a given and will change people’s awareness (which is worse, I think).

Please be more diligent in analyzing what someone is effectively saying. Otherwise, your twisting statements to fit what you want them to say and misleading people.
