Government Prepares the Public for Cradle to Grave Surveillance

Last week Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood floated the idea of a mileage tax. “The idea — which involves tracking drivers through Global Positioning System (GPS) units in their cars — is gaining support in some states as a way of making up for a shortfall in highway funding,” reports CNN.

It didn’t take long for Obama to reject the idea — at least for now. The National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission report rolling out the mileage tax is designed not to foist this intrusive technology on the American people in the short term, but rather get them acclimated to the idea of being tracked and taxed.
“The White House was somewhat premature,” commission Chairman Robert Atkinson told Bloomberg. “It’s absolutely critical that we look at it. The members of Congress that are committed to a robust transportation system are certainly very aware of the risks of that system not having as much money as it needs because of the stated policy of the Obama administration.” According to Atkinson and the panel, the so-called stimulus bill won’t be sufficient to meet highway-funding needs and financing programs in partnership with private companies “can play an important supplementary role.”
Private companies such as defense contractor Lockheed-Martin currently manufacture and profit from red light cameras now going in around the country. Lockheed-Martin not only manufactures the cameras, it also takes a cut from fines issued to red light violators.
“Not only has the sheer number of tickets issued and money reaped increased, but the type of photo enforcement and surveillance the government uses has also vastly increased,” notes the National Motorists Association. “There are red light cameras, speeding cameras, railroad crossing cameras, and most recently face identification cameras. Tampa Bay, Florida is now scanning the faces of pedestrians on the street to compare them to their database of criminals. The Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles is investing in a camera system that will map the face of anyone with a driver’s license thus creating a photo database of the vast majority of their population. How long until the system used in Colorado is married to the system used in Florida?”
Adding GPS tracking to this emerging surveillance network would be a control freak’s wish come true. Obama’s supposed rejection of the GPS track and tax idea is a public relations trick. In fact, the global elite have long planned to impose a high-tech surveillance and control grid on humanity.
At approximately the same time we were told Obama rejected the GPS track and tax idea, CFR member and current DHS boss Janet Napolitano was rolling out the idea of “enhanced driver’s licenses,” that is to say RFID national ID cards.
“Privacy advocates are issuing warnings about a new radio chip plan that ultimately could provide electronic identification for every adult in the U.S. and allow agents to compile attendance lists at anti-government rallies simply by walking through the assembly,” writes Bob Unruh for WorldNetDaily.

“Enhanced driver’s licenses give confidence that the person holding the card is the person who is supposed to be holding the card, and it’s less elaborate than REAL ID,” Napolitano said in a Washington Times report.
Globalist servant Napolitano’s idea is a classic bait and switch. The government introduced the idea of REAL ID a few years ago and after this technology was rejected as “flawed” by Congress and a number of states, Napolitano’s “less elaborate” scheme was floated.
Michigan State Rep. Paul Opsommer told WND when he sought an exception to the growing federal move toward driver’s licenses with an electronic ID chip, and he was told that was “unlikely.” In addition, Opsommer was informed that the government is “trying to harmonize these standards with Canada and Mexico [so] it had to apply to everybody. I was absolutely dumbfounded.”
In other words, implementing this intrusive technology — facial recognition cameras, RFID chips, and GPS track and tax — is part of the world government agenda, beginning with the merger of Canada, Mexico, and the United States, otherwise known as the North American Union.
Robert Atkinson was correct when he stated that the “White House was somewhat premature” in its supposed rejection of the track and tax idea. As the banker devised “stimulus” borrow and spend bill flounders — it wasn’t designed to address such problems, but rather hand out pork in the name of political favor and inflate the national debt — and the nation’s crucial infrastructure continues to crumble, the track and tax idea will be forced on the American people along with the RFID national ID card and other control grid schemes.
The global elite will track our every move. Imposing burdensome taxes on us is only part of the agenda. The other and equally important part is the “electronic identification for every adult in the U.S.” (and eventually the entire world), especially those who may attend anti-government rallies.
In the not too distant future, if the effort to surveil our every move is not defeated, merely attending such rallies will become impossible.

There’s a non-violent way of stopping all of this crap but its going to mean working smarter.
All across this nation we have state gun/consumer/organic farm groups that lobby at the state level.
These are the grass roots that can be come the info warriors that we need to restore this nation.
I’m not talking about creating an organization or a coalition I’m talking about giving these groups the national exposure that they need and educating and encouraging them to make a unified effort to stop

What is needed is a seed planted in these groups, under Gods plan seed time trumps order out of chaos.

I know they’d love to do this but you have to look at who is trying to do this. The idiots in DC re so inept they can’t track an express mail package with a barcode that never leaves their facility, the Pentagon completely “lost” $4 Trillion and I believe them when they say they don’t know where it went. The TSA are whizzes at sniffing out small tubes of toothpaste and nail clippers, but test after test results in guns, bombs and in one case a Samurai sword getting past “security”.
Face it, the government is totally and completely incompetent.
These days they try to compensate by being brutal and merciless but they are all terminally stupid. I for one have no doubt that countermeasures against their surveillance will be simple, inexpensive and effective. They will bankrupt themselves trying to create their panopticon.

Dream on pal. Once they have multiple computer systems in place interfaced with each other and the requirement that you carry your ID at all times, you’re screwed. It might be a good idea to take a look at Revelation in the Bible. The mark is coming very soon and this is the prelude to it. You WILL have to face reality and choose sides very soon. The popular belief that it can be stopped is futile. They are ten steps ahead in the game. When the shtf, it’ll happen so fast most won’t know what happened until it’s right there in your yard. I can envision the dollar collapse and in lightning speed all phones, television, computers and electicity being disrupted just long enough to put the UN troops in the ten regions of the US. Sure, you must try to survive but if I were you I’d start thinking about the afterlife.

I don’t mind the bible references and whatnot but if you read Jason Hommel’s Silver Stock Report’s sister web site ‘bibleprophesy’ he writes about ‘the mark’ being fiat currency (graven images and all)…which makes a hell of a lot more sense than some actual physical mark and all that yak. I agree people need to get smart to face this crime gang. Also, I think the army is being kept out of the US because it is a threat to the NWO and their plans to impose martial law.
The crime gang group controls all the vertical command lines going from the top to the bottom of the US society. People have to link up with their peers along the horizontal lines.
Americans have to start setting up small local groups to talk, first, and plan. These local groups need to link up with other groups and work on a joint agenda (Ron Paul’s?).
Or they could call themselves “American Constitution” groups.

I still think it’s better to die a free person than to live as a slave under evil tyrants.
However, it is not responsible to make that choice till all other options have failed.
It’s easy to die for a good cause but harder to turn that good cause into reality.
The aim has to be to rescue as many people as possible across this chaos and rescue as much of the substance of civilisation in terms of values, constitution, law
these would be the foundations of a new republic.
So, yes, I think forming small local “Protect the Constitution” groups would be a first step that everyone can start.
Reach out to everyone around and start holding meetings, discussions.

a) talk to others
b) give them information
c) get a group together, meet, discuss, set up a blog/website
d) link up with other groups
e) get communication going between groups and a HQ /like Ron Paul?
f) work on a clear agenda
set goals
work out steps to realise goals
- how to leverage influence on politicians
- how to resist legislation such as arm control
- how to resist effectively using weapons in the last resort
support each other through tough times
moral support
(lend each other guns, ammo)
prepare for all eventualities including growing own food, installing solar panels for energy
The NWo wants people to be on their own, isolated and the first step is to break down the barriers and get talking and organising larger groups again
everyone has to pitch in, rep and dem, young and old, black and white, christian, jew and hindu because this is an attack on everyone

In a way, most ordinary americans would be re-assured by the truth, since it suggests that the isolationist life continues for the american sheeple, at least until Blair’s global war finally eliminates most (if not all) life across the planet. Americans like, NO AMERICANS ***LOVE*** IDOL WORSHIP. You think that other sophisticated people do the same in the lands that you respect, but you couldn’t be further from the truth.
You americans worship presidents that were rapists, racists, pedophiles, and proud to be all of this and worse. The truth of their depraved natures are actually stored in the historic documents carefully preserved in temples to their names. No speculation is required by people like me as to their truly evil nature. But to you americans, these truths do not matter. The disgusting acts and words of your past leaders do not change the desire you have to worship such twisted monsters, or to condition your kids to do the same.
No such thing happens in present day Britain, France, Germany, or any other nation where the population have a modicum of self-respect. America is the only apparent non-despotic regime where the population willingly hero worship evil past leaders. Such a situation has not come about by accident but is at the heart of the ‘America Program’.

Is it too early to start sueing the govement. The RFID chip in my drivers license from North Carolina caused my arm to go numb! The chip is known to cause tumors in some animals that been injected.

this, in theory, is a good idea. instead of a GPS device, would those who object to this idea prefer implementing a toll system to every interstate? that way, no one is “tracked” (which i do not think is the ulterior motive here), yet those who USE will be those that pay.

I think it’s a good question to ask, as we know there are people who want this to happen.
It would take an enormous amount of bandwidth, processing power, etc…
Can satellites handle all that information? I know satellite internet sucks and is slow. Maybe if they turn off all those worthless ESPN channels no one watches…
If you wanted to crash the system just have everyone go outside and do something (drive, walk, ride a bike) till the system crashed.
Just a thought before we get so doom-a-fied that we lose all hope.

Maybe what needs to be done is to wake up all those sleepy ministers of the conservative Christian sheep. Get them off floridated water and make them realize that their tax exempt status will do them little good once FEMA trucks them off to FEMA camp. They should stop worrying about being raptured or going to a place of safety because JC will not put up with them for acting like cowards and refusing to have in face confortations with NWO neo-cons and the like. How long do they expect MEN like Alex Jones and all the other people like him to do all the work of witnessing while they just wait as LUKEWARM Christians to skiptown before all the misery really starts to happen? I doubt very much JC will put up with them, Revelation 3:14-22. Hey, maybe what we need is some of those fired up Women’s Temperance Sufferage gals to show these so – called of the shepherds of the flock how to do it. It can be done peacefully and forcefully. MLK did it peacefully even if he got shot for double crossing those that thought he was their puppet.
