Group: Israel deliberately attacked Palestinian journalists

Israel deliberately targeted Hamas-run media installations in its bombing campaign on Gaza and is practising media censorship, a journalist rights group said Monday.
The installations in question include Al-Aqsa television, Al-Resalah newspaper and Sawt Al-Aqsa radio, which the Israeli army bombed on December 28 and over the weekend respectively, the Geneva-based Press Emblem Campaign said in a statement, citing a Palestinian media non-governmental group.
The press group, which fights for better protection of journalists in conflict zones, also condemned the recent deaths of two journalists as a result of Israeli attacks.

“Two Palestinian journalists were killed one in previous attacks by Israel, photographer Hamza Shahin,who died on 26 December 2008, and another during the current military round on 3 January, Omar Silawi.
“The current attacks against Palestinian journalists remind the media community of the attacks that were committed by Israel against Lebanese media in the July-August war 2006,” the press group said, referring to the conflict between Israel and Lebanon’s Hezbollah militia.

I don’t think they are using their kids as human shields… I just think they are all sort of trapped in Gaza, like caged animals, and are being shot down like animals. Anyone who is willing to point that out during the occupation and genocide, will be dispatched.

How sick to imply children are being used as shields. In the US the people will not be given the real truth by the media or our government. But reports from outside the US are: Isreal’s attack is brutal, bloody and sick on a trapped population with no where to run.

There is protesting taking place in the U.S today against Israel’s attack on Gaza.
Israel has the right to defend itself against terrorist attacks. Hamas is indeed infiltrating innocent civilians homes and using human shields. And they are audacious enough to continue firing missiles into Israel. How stupid is that?
And no I have not lost my soul. I pray for both sides here,as I know there will never be any peace in the region until Yahshua Messiah( Jesus Christ) returns. Man’s peace will never work.

How many people here know that original Christianity had nothing to do with the Old Testament, but the success of christianity caused jews to infiltrate the movement and convert it back to a form of judaism. Original Christianity (the religion of Jesus) was NOT judaic, but modern Christianity (the official religion of the genocidal forces of the crusades, and of nazi Germany, and present day USA/UK) is a judaic religion.
The american people support their jews, who consider Jesus a vile blasphemer, and wish to create the holocaust foretold by their holy book that will create the circumstances that will cause the ‘true messiah’ to appear, and enslave every remaining non-jew on the planet. BRILLIANT- WHAT POSSIBLE PROBLEMS FOR THE PLANET COULD THAT SET-UP CAUSE?
The German-nazi project could boast support from most of the ‘civilised’ world, and this would have include the jews too, if Hitler had accepted the offer from leading jews to work with him. The world turned against the nazis very, very late in the game.

Let’s cut the bullshit about this attack on Gaza and clearly state what it’s about.
The Palastinianians don’t want to be prisoners in their own land. Israel claims it wants protection from what is calls – rocket attacks.
Get this straight. We have people with home made devices, no better than fireworks, protesting against people with nuclear weapons and advanced military hardware supplied by the USA for free.
Yep, that seems fair to me.
Every world leader who is sitting who is sitting idly by cross armed and patting their foot for Israel to get on with cleansing Gaza of Hamas, should be ashamed.

First of all, you nitwit, they allegedly fired rockets, as in bottle rockets more like it, NOT missiles! BIG difference! We still can’t discount the possibility that they were fired by either Mossad or Fatah provocateurs.
Second: what are they supposed to do? Stand there meekly waiting for Israeli forces to just mow them down? Where are the reports they are firing ” missiles” as you assert?
