Group With Big Pharma Ties Wants to Shut Down Vaccine “Conspiracy Theories”

A foundation populated by the giants of business, banking, government and military wants to “vet” websites and limit the spread of information that it says creates “conspiracy theories”.
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), fronted by Internet creator Sir Tim Berners-Lee, says it is worried about the way the web has been “used to spread disinformation”.
Speaking to the BBC, Berners-Lee said that there needed to be a new system that would give websites a “label for trustworthiness” once they had been proved reliable sources. Only then would the rise of “cult thinking” be avoided according to Berners-Lee.
“On the web the thinking of cults can spread very rapidly and suddenly a cult which was 12 people who had some deep personal issues suddenly find a formula which is very believable,” Berners-Lee said. “A sort of conspiracy theory of sorts and which you can imagine spreading to thousands of people and being deeply damaging.”
Deeply damaging to who? one might ask. The answer is revealed in the list of The World Wide Web Consortium’s 400 plus members, the cream of the corporate world in conjunction with government agencies such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and military entities like the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Berners-Lee cites two examples of such “disinformation” or “conspiracy theories” in his interview with the BBC, both of which speak volumes about the aims and goals of this elite consortium:
Sir Tim talked to the BBC in the week in which Cern, where he did his pioneering work on the web, turned on the Large Hadron Collider for the first time.
The use of the web to spread fears that flicking the switch on the LHC could create a Black Hole that could swallow up the Earth particularly concerned him, he said. In a similar vein was the spread of rumours that the MMR vaccine given to children in Britain was harmful.
First of all, the fears that the CERN atom smasher could create dangerous miniature black holes was not simply made up out of thin air by tin foil hat wearing kooks. It was a theory cited by preeminent scientists such as Professor Otto Rössler, a German chemist at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, who were so worried they attempted to obtain an injunction from the European Court of Human Rights that would block the collider from being turned on at all.
A further lawsuit was filed by two American environmentalists in the Federal District Court in Honolulu who sought to force the U.S. government to withdraw its participation in the experiment.
The debate and furor over the LHC that followed was in reaction to legitimate news articles and reports surrounding the project and the opposition to it. So you see, far from what the W3C would have you believe, the fears were not unfounded “conspiracy theories” pedaled by basement dwelling internet trolls.
But of course, that wouldn’t matter to W3C given that they proudly list CERN itself as one of their members, thus any dissenting or critical material would naturally be considered “disinformation”.
Example two, the “damaging conspiracy theory” that MMR vaccines are harmful, stems not from paranoid forum postings and misquoted blog entries, but from scientific research into the mercury based preservative thimerosal, developed by Eli Lilly and subsequently used in the MMR vaccine, along with many other vaccines.
Another big pharma kingpin, Merck & Co., Inc, is the world’s largest supplier of the MMR triple jab, which was linked to autism a decade ago by scientists such as Dr Andrew Wakefield, amongst others.
Studies have shown a direct relationship between mercury in children’s vaccines and autism. Further studies have shown a decline in neurodevelopmental disorders after the removal of thimerosal-containing vaccines. The preservative has been banned or limited in Europe, Japan, England and Russia. Furthermore, there are no reported instances of autism amongst religious groups such as the Amish community and very few instances are reported in the third world.
Autism was a practically unknown affliction some decades back, but now one in every 150 children is affected.
Mercury is the second most toxic metal known to man behind Uranium. Thimerosal is used in vaccines not because it is good for you, but purely because it prevents vaccine contamination. Yet some have questioned why thimerosal is even considered for vaccines because there are obviously safer alternatives to preventing contamination.
Many believe the only reason it is still in vaccines is that it allows substantial savings for pharmaceutical companies. Questions also remain about how those companies conduct vaccine research and how the government regulates them.
While the corporate media continues to hype reports that contend the evidence for links between mercury laden vaccines and autism are not concrete, there are scores of studies and testimony from credible figures asserting the exact opposite, some of which we have previously covered in depth.
However, it is little wonder W3C considers such information to be “damaging” given that Eli Lilly and Merck & Co., Inc. are both paid up and approved members of the Consortium!
Other W3C members include Novartis Pharma AG and Pfizer Inc., two more giants of the pharmaceutical industry.
Though it is abundantly clear that the aim of the World Wide Web Consortium is to relegate and eventually eliminate any information that its corporate and government sector members consider dissenting, the BBC article concludes, “The Foundation will also look at concerns that the web has become less democratic, and its use influenced too much by large corporations and vested interests.”
The irony, the horrible horrible irony.
If anyone should be labeled with an “unreliable” rating, it is the WC3, a private interest group with a client list of big pharma titans as long as your arm telling you that their multi million dollar vaccine industry is totally safe and that any dissenting scientific fact or opinion, is a damaging conspiracy theory.
The efforts of groups and movements such as W3C represent an ongoing move to reign in the internet and limit its freedom.
On weekly basis we at Infowars and Prisonplanet receive e mails from across the US and the UK from people who have attempted to visit our websites yet found them to be blocked by filtration software that lists them as “hate” or “violence”. The sites are already categorized as “untrustworthy” on forums and social networks, despite the fact that 90% of the material we post is made up of mainstream news articles.
This precedent is merely the first indication of what is planned for the Internet over the next 5-10 years, with the traditional web becoming little more than a vast spy database that catalogues people’s every activity and bombards them with commercials, and where only government-approved websites that have obtained permission by means of an accepted registration application are allowed to be seen by web users.
Those who comply with centralized control and regulation of content will be free to enjoy the new super-fast Internet mark 2, where DVD quality movies can be downloaded in seconds, but at the cost of the Internet losing its role as the last true outpost of freedom of speech.

Crazy Old Guy: Make some TV… oh… I think they should be more detailed information about what’s going on, there doesn’t seem to be that and what is given doesn’t allow much of choice. Same with our elections… our taxation. They cut away… the, uh, municipalities are all cutting budgets, and the taxes still remain the same. Which means that somebody’s pocket is being lined. Just so many other things that I could say, the weather, the changes that have happened, that are coming about, that we don’t know anything definite how we stand with our climate. We… Everthing, industry, the automobiles cost the, now the prices are the salaries of the individual. The… taxation in general. There’s… the biggest problem of all is we’re not earning that high income to be taxing people the way we are and then our values in terms of properties have gone to such extremes, that housing you can’t afford it anymore and um… those people that do buy their housing, it’s because they get a lottery chance and nothing else. Uhhh… Industry, manufacturing, the clothes we wear is not suitable to be worn. It’s miserable and those that are suitable are very high priced. There’s a lot of things that could be say, issues that have to be discussed, that are affecting every single of us in one way or another. The cigarettes, they’re penalizing these companies, this means jobs for these people. That’s another factor that’ssssss taken a high hit. Petroleum… Taxes with the oil… Gas… with the phone companies. They’re really feasting on the public and we still have nothing to say. You know, we just go on paying whatever rates they want, whatever taxes they want… and mean while, we’re the ones that are getting the shaft. I think in one way or another… That’s it. Goodbye.

I was already deeply suspicious of doctor drugs, as well as doctors, well before I ever had a computer or had any experience with the net. People are going to figure things out, one way or the other — it would be slower without the internet, that’s all. Besides that, I’m not all so sure that “they” can control cyberspace the way they’d like to, as it has gotten quite out of hand already.

just humans. Prison could have serious ramifications for people who are relied upon. Violence and imprisonment is force, being forced to do something isn’t aid and abetting it is being forced to do something.
A better way may be to work completely out side of the main stream economy.

So… what happened to these comment boards? In almost every article’s comment section I see someone being labeled a “Zionist shill” or someone with the title “Zionist Troll”; and there’s almost never a coherent discussion occurring, just ad hominems and other such distractions. I used to post on these comment boards a long time ago and it was nothing like this, even if I encountered someone who did not agree (at least then they simply pointed out why and made an argument).
I made an account on the prison planet forum about two years ago, but I haven’t posted anything and especially won’t now as I fear there’s nothing but petty in-fighting, cointelpro labeling and much similar things. I haven’t been to the forum for as I said over two years so I don’t actually know, but from these comments I get that impression.
Like all articles on the web, you need to do some searching of your own to help find confirmation of their truth value. Books help too (Maude Barlow is a good source, especially when it comes to the water crisis we’re going to face), but just outright labeling and trolling is a waste of energy that could be better spent co-operating and whatnot.
As for this article, regardless of whether you trust prison planet, it would be a terrible thing if every site had to go through some government-approved/created, privately funded/supported sifting process and seal of approval. The internet shouldn’t be like that, but that’s my opinion. That’s like allowing private water companies dictate points and debates via the UN on whether or not water should be a commodity and under complete private ownership in both the 3rd world and the first.
Anyway, that’s all I’ll say. Think for yourselves and stop the energy-wasting. I’m not above being proven wrong, none of you should be either. Making mistakes and errors is part of the learning process.

We are all fucked. However, knowing you’re fucked could give you an edge. Opportunity structure will only be noticed by those who understand how things work. The less traveled path will only be noticed by those who are awakened to truth. When the time comes to act accordingly, I will. All I can do now is prepare. My ultimate goal is to find a way to get off of the grid. I have reduced my possesions to only survival tools. I still work and pay taxes, however, once (IF) I become completely self sufficient of all my needs, there will be no need for a job that makes usless money (and trust me the money will be useless). Seems the military men are captive guinea pigs. And now they’re building “private hospitals” to take care of military spinal injuries, and surely they will “further” medical-science there. What happened to all of those taxes Americans were paying for government hospitals? Private corporations buying up the public-owned facilities without our consent?
They’re quietly sliding control of prisons, veterans facilities, jails, and government courts…. to the private elitist owned companies.
With American health, is anything “natural” anymore?
They are breeding dogs now whose heads are so large the pups cannot be born naturally, and if a veterinarian isn’t handy or affordable, then the mother dog will die in agony. And a veterinarian will scold you for feeding anything other than manufactured dog food. So what are they engineering? What’s their long-term plan, even if it isn’t a conspiracy. Animals who don’t eat meat or natural foods?

In our home town, in the late 1960’s the same general practitioner doctor handing out amphetamines to teenagers (as diet pills) was making money experimenting with heroin addicts and the methadone program. In the 1940’s a man named Hitler was addicted to amphetamines, then 20 years later, we find doctors handing it out to American children, prescribing it for “ADHD” and now, the streets are flooded with it.
If the Government is running drugs, you can bet they’re experimenting with the poisoned children and adults and gaining ground for scientists in their quest for full control of “the last frontier,” The Human Brain since they’ve so proudly progressed with the gnome.
And the AIDS patients in one state just might be shipped to another for “tests” or experiments, because the states are BEGGING for research labs and pharmaceutical and med outfits to come to their state and set up shop. It’s money. Whomever makes the “Breakthrough” drug, then hits the jackpot.
This “species” of human virus we’re dealing with calls itself “Scientist” yet, often creates it’s own wealth and cures by first creating destructions and horrors which require a “cure.” Was AIDS engineered? Some “crazy” conspiracy theorist people believe it was.
Set up the packaging factory and production lines, then poison the tylenol and force a new industry. They put the cart before the horse in planning these things.
It’s no wonder “it” wishes to block free speech, free thought, and freedom in general and among regular, honest people. It fears having its wings clipped and bank account threatened.
Will “Scientists” ever reach the end of their rainbow?

Better story this time Watson. I still would like you to cite your information better. I think you were mostly spot on here but I think in the future you might consider researching some quotes from say the opposing scientists themselves and linking any articles that show their protests and what scientific facts you can present to refute the pharma-corps(who I dislike as much as you).
I would think it would be fairly easily to make a list of politicians in your country who have connections to corporations like these and some laws they passed. Maybe information about American politicians is easier to come by but there you need to be balanced and show like you mostly did here, how your own country is at fault.

I find it hard to believe he would try to restrict info on the web. I guess he’s getting old and conservative now. Maybe his world wide web was just a giant honey – trap. They will do everything in their power to stop you having all the facts and opinions to make an informed choice. It is our job to research the validity of what anyone puts forth as true. Not some agency hiding behind bull about being there to protect us. The only thing they protect is their own interests. People are skeptical of everything big business tells us and thats a good thing. Nations of sheep are waking up to the crappy control systems that benefit the few. They can call it cynicism if they like. We call it healthy skepticism!

Meanwhile groups not in bed with the drug companies have noted some startling statistics about cancer and how it is linked to diet and how certain places in the world have strangely low cancer rates. Their common sense approach to research is marginalized.

I think it is. Anyway groups of scientists have all but conclusively proven the low cancer rates are a result of the local diet. Mainly an ingredient found in the seaweed they eat.
I honestly believe if a major drug company stumbled upon a cancer cure they would make sure it was buried. Along with the researchers. When it comes to billions and billions of $ murder is more than acceptable, its a neccesity. And anyone who thinks morals comes before money with these individuals at the helm, especially billions, is beyond naive.

The MMR vaccine has never contained thimerosal, and no vaccines containing it have been given to children less than 3 yrs old in 7 years, yet autism has not gone away. I doubt that this is a major cause of autism. Possible causes of autism include reactions to other components of the vaccines, genetic factors, cow milk intake, and trans fat intake. It is not polite to call a child mentally retarded, so I suspect that many children who were previously labelled as retarded are now called autistic.
The studies funded by the drug companies showing that vaccines are not at fault impress me as coverups. These companies know how to doctor research to make it prove what they want it to show. For example every company that makes an antibiotic for ear infections says that its med is the best, and each of their drug representatives has a research article to prove this. If these studies were accurately done, a single antibiotic would always be superior, not the numerous ones that these studies recommend. For some reason, the antibiotic produced by the company paying for the research seems to almost always be the best one.
It has been known for over 50 years that a low fat diet can arrest the progression of multiple sclerosis. The NATIONAL multiple sclerosis SOCIety, whose board members are routinely recipients of drug industry grants, disavows the effectiveness of this treatment, saying it has not been studied in a properly controlled trial (that is, randomized and double blind – the kind of trial that can only be performed on a drug). Instead it promotes drugs that cost $20000 a year and only work 1/3 as well as the diet, which is free. I believe that keeping patients in the dark about an effective treatment for MS in order to make money for the drug companies is as evil as anything Hitler did. At least Hitler did not pretend to be helping the Jews.

I was given a sedative injection at the hospital just over a week ago and i’ve suffered from a constant headache, blurred vision, dizziness, upset appetite, flu symptoms, nausea, concentration problems (sometimes needing simple things repeated to me) and mood swings. A couple of days ago, i was so worried that i was going to pass out, i telephoned my girlfriend to keep an eye on me.
Up until that point, i had been 100% free for months from vision trouble, because i had been following my own mercury chelation therapy to get that stuff out of my brain.
All those months of hard work cleaning my body… then they slip in loads of toxins.
It’s my own fault. I am a regular listener of Alex and i follow the movement pretty closely. I should never have put a single speck of trust in those doctors, but i thought at the time “Well, i haven’t heard anything bad about sedation.”
I did contend while i was laying on the hospital bed, that i had never had a sedation for that procedure before… they insisted, i trusted, i lost.
Whatever the reason, i’m never allowing them to rape my veins again, EVER!
I’m back at the hospital in October, to discuss how things went. I’ll be giving them my thoughts and be getting the name of the sedative. I can’t remember its name, but the nurse did say something weird to me while i was there. She said “You never had X sedative, you had X instead.” That sounds really strange now looking back.

hospice or nursing home settings? Now there is a whole new wrinkle to be
investigated by brave souls who would risk all in search of truth and justice.
Methadone was invented by NAZI scientists during WW 11. It is considered
cheaper than other opioids, saps the energy of already weak individuals and
dispatches them quickly and efficiently. Eli Lilly produces it in U.S.; who
was on their board? Rumsfeld, GHW Bush, Scooter Libby and others in
the Bush precincts of influence. Do the math. It is easy to see why Mr.
Bernes-Lee would want to protect such profitable entities.

Barb, no the traffiking of cocaine products isn’t unusual in drug-infested climates such as the greater LA area, but the overuse of opioids in health care facilities is a whole other social sickness. Methadone is a synthetic used clinically to ween an addict off heroine or other
toxic substances in the opiate family. It tranquilizes the nervous system and is now widely used as a pain reliever in terminal cancer patients. On the surface, the practice seems
a humane way to facililtate “end of life” situations. Under the radar, however, it is being abused. So much so that a patient’s advocacy organization has been formed to address this egregious practice, especially in hospice homes or in-home hospice care.
Who judges whether a patient is terminal? The doctors–not always in the camp of their patients; not always competent. Who administers the controlled drugs? The nurses under the suspervision of the house doctors. The doctors step out of the picture as far a health care goes and leave the terminal individual to only nurses whose sole purpose is to give out the medication. Once the doctors are sidelined, the patient is fast-tracked onto the pain killers which can be lethal. The whole system is immune from prosecution. The patient or his legal guardians sign away his/her rights; deemed terminal anyway, in no true sense of the term “health care” will they then be adequately served. They develop side effects from the drugs such as swelling, diarrhea, inability to urinate, resulting in renal failure, mouth sores, bed sores, which are rarely treated properly; nursing staff, as in any institution, is stretched. The whole mindset of this regime is what the advocacy group calls, “a culture of dying.” We must educate ourselves on this abuse and demand oversight and if necessary, prosecution of those engaging in what can only be called euthenasia of our most vulnerable population.
Google euthenasia/hospice care. It will take you to the site where this is discussed in depth. They plead for our attention. One third of ill patients are now being rushed into hospice situations. Will you be next? A society is measured by the way it treats its “unproductive” members–the young, the old, the sick and handicapped.

Anyone with even an ounce of sense knows that pharma drugs are very bad for you, this includes vaccinations whether for humans or animals, all of it is to do with making as much money as possible… big pharma = big business/fraud. They don’t care who they kill, disable or make sick at all, as long as the money continues to come pouring in!!!
By the way, I am in my 7th year of not taking ANY pharma drugs and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been… let’s see them trying to shut me up, it’s NEVER gonna happen!

I sent the following email to Bernes-Lee a week ago but oddly enough I haven’t received an answer.
Dear Sir Tim Berners-Lee,
I was really interested to read your interview for the BBC, but absolutely flabbergasted, however, to read that you suggested that the information that the combined vaccine MMR, had damaged children was some kind of misinformed conspiracy theory.
If you spoke to one or two of the parents of vaccine damaged children you might get a more informed understanding of this tragic situation. But, of course, you must have already done this, in order to speak with such confidence about it, to pick it up out of the millions of megabites of information on the internet.
I can’t really summon up the energy to put forward the arguments to rebut your hopelessly misinformed opinion about the battle over MMR. I will just state a few facts that might, if you have a flexible mind, and are not wedded to dogma, set you on a path to understanding.
1. In 1988 the government introduced 3 brands of MMR. In 1992, two of those brands were withdrawn after serious adverse reactions were recorded in Canada, Japan and Britain.
2. That the government underwrote claims against any damaged from the remaining vaccine for GlaxoSmithKline.
3. Dr Wakefield’s research into the adverse reactions of inflammatory bowel disorder and regressive autism, following their child’s vaccination with the one remaining MMR vaccine began around 1992, when parents hearing about his work on Crone’s disease in children gravitated to the Royal Free Hospital.
4. Around 1993 Dr Wakefield wrote to the NHS asking for a meeting about what he thought might be a crisis in public health caused in a sub group of children who had received MMR. It was 1998 before Dr David Salisbury of the DH granted him a meeting.
5. The Lancet paper published in 1998 that described the cases of 12 children was not a study or a research paper, but a case series review of children who had been referred to the RF consecutively. Dr Richard Horton said of this paper that it was an excellent piece of science.
6. The whole controversy about MMR is shot through with endless conflicts of interests amongst people concerned with the pharmaceutical industry and government.
7. MMR is now the only childhood vaccine in the history of world vaccination that has not caused one single serious adverse reaction.
8. That the legal case brought by parents of vaccine damaged children, against the pharmaceutical companies took ten years to be put together, in and out of the court system, before just six months or so before the case came to court, the government withdrew legal aid funding from the parents.
9. The government are so deeply involved with the pharmaceutical companies that even relatives of people injured and killed by the drug Vioxx (death toll around 50,000) have been denied legal aid in Britain.
If you are sufficiently interested – and you should be if you are willing to tell the public via the BBC that the science that critiques MMR is a conspiracy, little more than a dangerous rumour – could I ask you to go to:

“Branding” websites on fitness and trustworthiness; The problem is “the who will be doing the branding”! Not much different from a thug pointing a gun at you, demanding everything in your wallet, and branding you as selfish and hateful if you disagree with him or his methods!
Where is the “We, The People’s” “UNDERNET”! Shouldn’t there have been some sort of “Freeware”-based networking in operation by now??? What about all those households that have wireless access points and routers? I could see a wonderful, locally-based solution for information sharing and networking!
