The Missouri National Guard is training to engage in combat with “militia” groups, according to the News Tribune.
“During the battalion’s annual training exercise, eight members of the Jefferson City-based unit, acting as a fictitious militant group, attempted to disrupt the battalion’s operations through attacks and harassment. The battalion’s other two units, the Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company, and the Springfieldbased 206th Area Support Medical Company, fended off the attacks while performing their medical duties,” the newspaper reported on June 30.

The article was written by Silas Allen, a journalist with the Pentagon. In 2006, the Pentagon officially announced it would declare psychological warfare on the American people by planting propaganda in the corporate media and the Allen article is a less than covert part of this process.
An earlier article written by Silas Allen, also posted on the News Tribune website, details a Missouri National Guard unit practicing basic convoy operations during a training exercise in the Black Hills of South Dakota on June 14. During the exercise, an “insurgent group” with “a reputation for harassing convoys with ambushes and improvised explosive devices,” attacks the Guard convoy. “The unit was also told to look out for civilians trying to approach the convoy on the battlefield. The civilians could be working with the insurgent group or could simply have a legitimate complaint,” Allen writes.
The two exercises serve as prime examples of an orchestrated attempt by the government to train soldiers to militarily confront domestic “militia” groups.
In April, a leaked DHS report on “rightwing extremism” said “right-wing militias” will recruit veterans returning from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. “DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat,” the report claims. “These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists — including lone wolves or small terrorist cells — to carry out violence.”
The corporate media hyped the supposed threat posed by “lone wolves” after white supremacist and probable government operative James von Brunn allegedly attacked the Holocaust museum in Washington. “The lone wolf is what concerns the Washington field office, what concerns the FBI the most,” John Perren, head of the counterterrorism branch at the FBI’s Washington field office, told the Associated Press.
After Von Brunn’s brutal attack, the corporate media shill and government disinfo operative Glenn Beck attempted to link 9/11 truth activists to the deranged accused killer. The corporate media has attempted to link truth activists and patriots to the Von Brunn incident and an earlier one in Pittsburgh.
A report produced by the Missouri State Police, entitled “The Modern Militia Movement,” specifically characterizes constitutionalists and Ron Paul supporters as domestic terrorists. “Red flags outlined in the document include political bumper stickers such as those for U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, talk of conspiracy theories such as the plan for a mega-highway from Canada to Mexico and possession of subversive literature,” the Missouri Information Analysis Center report states.

In April, the Maryland National Guard was put on alert in anticipation of Tea Party protests, thus revealing that the government considers constitutional activists to be “insurgents” and “militants,” as characterized by the DHS and MIAC reports.
In March, the United States Army Reserve Command published a Force Protection Advisory recommending “situational awareness” and “mitigation measures” in response to End the Fed protests. On November 22, 2008, Alex Jones led a rally at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas Texas. The Dallas protest is specifically mentioned in the official Army document. Ron Paul’s brother was also in attendance. The event was monitored by the Pentagon.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates has recommended merging the National Guard into the “Total Force” of the U.S. military. “The recommendations that are so disturbing are those involving the assimilation the National Guard and Reserves into the regular US military, under control and management of the DoD,” writes Carolyn Harris.
The DoD currently trains its employees to regard protest as a form of domestic terrorism. “It has come to our attention that the Department of Defense’s Annual Level I Antiterrorism (AT) Training for 2009 misinforms Department of Defense (DoD) personnel that certain First Amendment-protected activity may amount to ‘low level terrorism,’” complained the ACLU last month.
The federalized National Guard has increasingly engaged in training exercises and drills designed to confront the American people. The exercises in Missouri and South Dakota reveal how the government is brainwashing troops to consider constitutionalists and patriots as “insurgents” who will attack military checkpoints and convoys.
In February, the National Guard conducted an “urban military” training mission in Arcadia, California. The Guard conducted a reconnaissance operation in the small town “to identify possible locations of the weapons dealer,” according to the Times Herald. The DHS, MIAC, the Virginia Fusion Center and others have characterized Second Amendment supporters and activists as potential terrorists.
National Guard troops in Ohio, New York, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Kentucky have deployed to conduct exercises against the American people, including taking over schools and jails and assuming police functions illegal under the Posse Comitatus Act. National Guard troops were used to control the public during the Boston Marathon, the Kentucky Derby, and during New Year celebrations in Times Square last year.

CAMP CROWDER, Mo. — It isn’t easy being an insurgent in Neosho, Mo.
The long hours. The blistering heat. And, of course, constantly having to come up with new ways of harassing the Missouri National Guardsmen training in the area.
Such was the case for several members of the headquarters detachment of the 229th Multifunctional Medical Battalion.
During the battalion’s annual training exercise, eight members of the Jefferson City-based unit, acting as a fictitious militant group, attempted to disrupt the battalion’s operations through attacks and harassment. The battalion’s other two units, the Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company, and the Springfieldbased 206th Area Support Medical Company, fended off the attacks while performing their medical duties.

Generally, the “militants” came in groups of two to four, said Capt. Joseph Schmitz, a member of the insurgent group. Because the training exercise was geared more toward the units’ medical duties, the attacks were rarely intense, and the militants gave up easily.
“If they shot at us at all, we were pretty happy with that,” he said.
Simulating an insurgent group involves a fair amount of acting. During a late-night scenario, Schmitz played a local townsperson with a minor shoulder injury. While waiting to be treated, Schmitz addressed everyone who passed him as “GI,” and spoke in broken English — phrases such as “You want I help, GI?” and “I am not fighter.”

You train to deal with threats. Around 9/11, the threat was Islamic extremists using planes as weapons. So we had multiple drills geared around that subject.
Today, among other threats, there is a growing movement of people willing to take up arms against their fellow countrymen. The motivations of the enemy are secondary to the war fighter. Regardless if they are an Al Qaeda terrorist wanting to kill as many Americans in your local shopping center or a right wing gun club from the hills that wants to take out ATF agents who’s policies they don’t agree with.

No,what we are willing to defend is our constitution. The armed forces are to protect the constitution. If we patriots have to resort to arms in order to save our constitution. Then we are within our rights to do so. Which is also stated in the U.S. Constitution. If the armed forces fail to realize that. Then they become the enemy for not joining in our rights to save the United States and it’s Constitution.

most folks that join the military (2/3 or greater) do so because they are poor and need money. this comes from the army’s documents. needless to say this isnt the best way of going about getting money. private pays a lot more.

This may not work as well as the government thinks it will. I’m glad to see that the government is failing to realize that many of the National Guard will probably defect to the militias to fight with their brothers, friends, and family. Alot of the military maybe brain washed but not all. So, many of the soldiers that learn skills of this “exercise” will train the militia’s how to counter their measures. If i were in a general or leader in the Missouri militias i would start training my men to combat a large military advance. Whether it be foreign or domestic. That would be send a message right back to the Feds. All i have to say is “bring it bitches”

The Guardsmen should be training to BE the “insurgents” or freedom fighters should the need arise. If martial law is declared for any reason who do you think will be enforcing it, the armed forces and cops of course. If they don’t show up or refuse to beat down/round up/shoot their fellow Americans then it won’t happen. The Guard and Regular Army, Marines, etc. are to obey LAWFUL orders and their oath is to the Constitution, not big brother, NWO, Obama, etc.

If there is ever a real “insurgency” in this copuntry I would suspect that many of it’s members will come from military and police units. That’s why I urge people not to pick fights with those groups but cultivate them. Rather than cause trouble with police and military cause it for those with the money that back your enemies. Their “money nerve” is very sensitive. Events can appear as “accidents”.

I highly doubt the majority of Marines and police will disobey orders of martial law. I highly doubt that most police and Marines even know that they can legally disobey a direct order they KNOW is unlawful. But if that doesnt convince you just check out youtube and type in martial law in New Orleans. Marines and police armed with machine guns unlawfully entered homes, searched and seized propery (including firearms) and illegally detained people who resisted to leave their homes. The armed forces even themselves disagreed to the orders but did nothing but enforce them. Total and complete insanity…

Regardless of the Newspaper title, those interviewed used insurgents and militants. I didn’t read one National Guardsmen state they were US militias. Like I said about spin, everyone writes with their own spin as rarely anyone cares about truth, but how you believe.

The article isnt going to refer DIRECTLY to US militias. They cant do that. They know that will cause a major uprising of opposition. But if your too dense to see that they’re NOT refering to militias indirectly, then your just as brainwashed as the others in denial. All this article is proof of is that the government is planning something. Something is gonna go down soon and they KNOW civilian opposition is going to result in violence and militia movement. What about foreign troops? If US troops are all sent abroad to handle some new war (perhaps Iran) then maybe foreign troops will be brought in to handle Americans.
It will be much easier to get Chinese or Russian troops to shoot Americans that to get American troops to do it.
Might sound far-fetched now but wait until the US Dollar falls apart. And before 9/11 flying planes into the twin towers, demolishing them with explosives and then blaming the planes for destroying the buildings would’ve seemed absurd, too.

1st- No foreign troops would ever invade the US. The Japanese emperor in WW2 said the reason they wouldn’t invade mainland US was because of the amount of gun owners in America. That has gone up quite a bit sense then…

There is a reason they are most concerned with a lone wolf scenario. It is impossible to defeat. There is no one you can betray if you are captured and you work by yourself. There is no chain of command to disrupt. There is no order that can be determined if a few hundred people act in a lone wolf capacity. Two idiots on a shooting spree, calling themselves snipers, paralyzed a tri-state area some years ago. They were complete idiots, random targets, all for money to be extorted, and yet they had an affect on a tri-state area. If a few hundred lone wolf types, with a mission mind-set of resisting a tyrannical dictatorship were to begin operations, it would do far more damage than you could imagine. Not just snipering, but thermite (easily made) on a variety of targets, IED on a variety of targets, all with a military strategy of creating chaos and confusion in the dominant government would unravel the dictatorship. The “militia insurgents” expression is a media psychological operation. There is a particular group in America who are under psychological attack. They are intimidated, and they feel threatened, and they have no one to talk to about their fears because they are likely to be perceived as crazy. I served in the 1/508th abn inf lgt in Panama from mar 87 – Nov 90 and then straight to 101st until Mar 92. Did the 101 still suck ass when he was in it? Absolutely not one ounce of professionalism in it when I was there. I actually got in trouble for training my guys. My platoon sgt said “they need a break because they are about to go into combat”. And they had no knowledge of shit. No training for shit. When I first got there, I was helping train Division Officers in squad tactics as my BC from Panama had connections there and they were apparantly expecting me. But they didn’t want to train at all. So sad.

I’ve just recently taken to reading this site (thanks dad!) and I have to say I’m disturbed and confused. If even 10% of the news posted on this site is correct, and I don’t doubt that it is, why isn’t there more outrage from the public? How is it possible that our own elected officials can consistently violate, infringe upon, and outright deny the rights and privleges protected by the Constitution, the very foundation of our country?
Given the amount of abuse, allegedy or otherwise, already inflicted on the people, I can see how this particular “training excerise” could grate on a person. Having said that, I do believe that our military needs to be prepared to meet threats abroad and at home. Where do you draw the line between a terrorist and a person who simply wants to express their displeasure in a loud, but legal, way?

Alright…. the article was about the National Guard training to fight Miltia “Insurgents.” For the record…….Our country was forged by a group of folks who were fed up with a “tyranical” government. The second ammendment was not about giving us firearms so that we could hunt. The second amendment to the constitution was placed there because our founding fathers knew that at some point in the future …. our government could cross some yet to be determined line…….and become tyranical. The Posse Comitatus Act was passed during the reconstruction and was a compromise. The northern troops left the south and the precident and law was set so that the states would police citizens…not the feds. FYI…while the regular service branches are blanketed under this act…the Department of Homeland Security is exempt. Bad Idea!!!!!
The point is… that after two “civil wars” the folks that had lived through them learned some things. After the first civil war “British vs British” the “insurrection group” that won………… the Americans…..figured out that at any point….. a government could become tyranical……and they realized that the people should be spiritually, psychologically, and physically on guard for such a time. Thus…they gave us the right to bear arms.
After the 2nd “civil war” American vs American in which the “insurrection group”…. the south… lost….someone figured out that the military does not need to be policing citizens….because that can get very ugly!
Those folks knew that history would repeat itself……..and they took measures…passed laws that would limit federal power and give the people the right to “physically” fight back if necessary.
To the boys that claim that they are not afraid…I say “HOGWASH!” Boyish bravato has no place here. It takes a very tough person to admit their fear….and an even tougher person to work through that fear and to act when necessary. I have known many a man that came back home from a foxhole…and readily admitted they were afraid. They WANT the man next to them to be afraid…..if their buddy in the foxhole next to them is not afraid…quite simply…he is CRAZY!
To give a bit of background…I have degrees in psychology and sociology. I was not in the military. To give you an idea of my age…my 25th high school reunion was last week. I am a Christian….. However, let me state that the contemporary organized church is just as sick and disfunctional as our government. We call one heretical and the other tyranical.
I am getting slightly off the subject in order to say this: I believe that “rapture theory” is designed to lull otherwise fairly good folks into a state of apathy. I am not going to go off on scripture here….but will say that it just doesn’t fit. Historically, Christians endured persecution…they became ….in many instances, the scapegoat. Feed an escapist doctorine to an escapist society…and they will become apathetic. Contemporary Christians are in no way spiritualy, psychologically, or physically ready for what they will shortly endure.
I am going off course a bit…but I promise to bring it all home shortly. It is not enough to know your American history… You also need to know some world history. Before Hitler came to power….Germany was in bad shape…their economy was in the dust….just as ours is about to be. The liberals were in charge…..and the “moral right” was indignant about all of the “imorality” that was “rampant.” Notice any similarities???
Enter Hitler. Most of us do not read or understand German……so if the History Channel does not tell us that he started out using ultra conservative Christian rhetoric…….we will never know it. People do not knowingly let serial killers into their home….nor do they knowingly put such individuals into governmental power. If you are not scared…..You are IN FACT CRAZY!! We are SOOOOOOO set up to repeat history that it is not even funny. After some opening chaos………Someone is going to step in to fix it……and the poison is going to be in the cure!
What am I scared of? I am afraid of the Christian that has been so brainwashed that they choose to believe denominational doctorine over what The Revelation actually says.. I am afraid of the soldier that has been so brainwashed that he chooses to follow an order rather to realize that the order goes against everything that he is supposed to stand for. I am afraid that the masses may ultimately see the enemy as the “savior.” I am afraid that those in power have us right were they want us…..calling each other names…rather than having legitimate conversations about where we are…….or what we really have facing us.

I don’t criticize him, I support his right to his opinion, and the freedom that allows him to say it.
Sometimes, he will say something in a counter point to someone that does make a lot of sense, on occasion.
He reminds me of some of my southern, army friends, who have been brainwashed by the country to the point that they will shoot civilians who practice civil disobedience and peaceful protest.
In many ways, he and his kin will be what starts the new US revolution, not out of hatred of the American people, but simply by blindly following orders.

It is clear to me that these soldiers are conducting training exercises silmilar to the conditions they will face in either Iraq or Afganistan. To assume any thing to the contrary is pure ignorance and false speculation. This is some of the “outside the box training” that will keep soldiers safe on the complicated battlegrounds they will be going to where the enemy blends with the local populace. As for local Militias all military members swear an oath to defend the Constitution of the US against all enemies foreign or domestic. Whether that enemy is a corrupt government or a buch of good ole boys playing “Milita” they will realize that with the experience the US military has from fighting two wars over the past 8 years that they are fightining out of their leauge. Because first and foremost our alegence is to our fellow brothers in arms not to extremist upset because a hispanic family moved in next door or that gas is to high for their Hemi out in front of their house. These days I think that the only true Americans left are those wearing a Military Uniform.

I was told that there is a law that our military is not allowed to attack us citizens, so could this be why they are using the National Guard? They are training the NG to be used also against the our military men. There is a terror list that contains the names of all ex-military, retired military personnel. They need to train NG to possibly fight against these military trained people in the event of a revolution. The government knows that they are on borrowed time with the crap they are pulling and it is only a matter of time. They are feeding us all this stuff for our own protection BS we need to be protected from them.
