Captain Mike Hilton may have been the public relations stooge decoy to focus people off Civilian Police, International.
Civilian Police International (CPI) is a joint venture between MPRI, AGS, Wackenhut and Kellogg Brown and Root that “was created specifically to bring new discipline, new efficiencies and new responsiveness to the [International Police Task Force] IPTF program.”[1]
The United Nations’ International Police Task Force was established in 1995 to carry out programs of police assistance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. [2]
CPI was formed in January 2004 to handle a contract to support the U.S. State Department in international law enforcement and criminal justice programs. [3] This initial contract was awarded in February of 2004 and was worth $1.6 billion. [4]

Specifically, CPI recruits former, experienced law officials of a variety of sorts, and trains them for State Department funded training operations in cooperation with UN CIVPOL (Civilian Police) programs directed to recent and emerging police and security forces around the world. They have been active in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
CPI, along with DynCorp and Pacific Architects and Engineers / Homeland Security Corporation, recently received a contract from the State Department to fulfill the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs requirement to work with civilian police and law enforcement programs in support of international peacekeeping missions.
They will be working with the Civilian Police and Rule of Law office to “recruit, select, train, equip, deploy and support the officers and experts” involved in CIVPOL programs in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Haiti, Liberia, East Timor, Serbia & Montenegro and Sudan. [5][6]

Well, I see you are not one to draw first blood or throw the first punch. Many people have no idea where to begin. I believe the place to begin is at home. Speak out about what is going on to the people near you. Educate them and yourself, prepare yourself and help prepare them for what is to come.
Try to change things peaceably if you can but be prepared to protect yourself and loved ones if necessary with lethal force as a last resort. God did not place us on this lump of dirt to kill each other. He put us here to grow and prosper and learn.
Do not fall victim to the goading of others who do nothing themselves and try to make fun of you for expressing your opinion. Peace is always the best way, violence is only a last resort. It doesn’t take a big man to beat up a little boy to make him do something. It takes a great man to teach the boy the way to do the right thing.
Call me a coward if you like; many have, until I step out in the street with them. When they are suddenly confronted with my presence right in front of them they quickly change their opinion. Such is the way of the bully.
When the time comes I to will resort to violence, but only as a last resort, because it never solves the problem. It only delays the discovery of the real solution.

This is all part of the civilian police force equal to the U.S. military that Obama was talking about in his election. The civilian police will work with the community organizers, in step with the community informants, they will oversee your every move. Handing out bogus tickets for all conceivable infraction in order to generate revenue. It will be the real Prison Planet that Alex Jones has predicted.

You’re right. Speaking as a Patriot, disabled Vet, and former LEO, An ultimatum should be issued to the agency that brought them in, and, the Mercs themselves to get the fuck out. If not, form a citizens militia and take their asses out before this gets out of hand.
These actions are not only Unconstitutional, they are Illegal. As far as I know, in every state, law enforcement agencies on the local level MUST be accredited by the State.

Who benefitted?

why did 9/11 happen – to generate oil revenues.

what does this have to do with the civilian police?

what happened? the current economic crisis.
what will that do? cause the ordinary citizen to have to become dependent financially.

less resources are used by less people.
why is the war still going on?
the main purpose of war is to spend greater resources (money) of the people (i.e., taxes) without increasing the standard of living, in fact, decreasing the standard of living.

It is possible that they want to utilize Hardin Montana for just this purpose as their fist plan was to steal millions of acres in south eastern Colorado, but when the farmers and ranchers failed to capitulate, they stopped pushing so hard for that piece of the pie and are now scouting out other prospects in other areas of the nation to use as their staging ground for the eventual takeover of America using their NATO and other Foreign troops to do their dirty work for them since they are nothing but nutless bastards.

Don’t be disheartened by all the talk. I’m sure there was plenty of talk before April 1775…then when the time for talk was over, everybody knew it was….and acted accordingly. The talk helps us to steel ourselves for what we all know is coming.
