Have Our Leaders Made Us Safer?

The McCain campaign has made 9/11 the centerpiece of their platform. The argument, of course, is that America has not suffered another terrorist attack since 9/11 because of strong Republican leadership.
Let’s put aside the fact that the anthrax attacks occured just a couple of weeks later (and were an inside job).
Let’s put aside the fact that America hasn’t suffered any more terrorist attacks simply because the boys haven’t authorized any more false flag attacks (yes, they do deserve credit for that!)

And let’s put aside the fact that the Iraq war was launched based on an intentional false linkage with 9/11.
Let’s just focus on whether the Republican White House and their democratic and republican co-conspirators in Congress have made us any safer. The answer is clearly no:
- The “war on terror” in Iraq and elsewhere has gravely interfered with our national security. For example, American intelligence agencies have concluded that the Iraq war has increased the threat of terrorism (and see this and this)
- While the 9-11 Commission made numerous recommendations on how to prevent future terrorist attacks — many of them simple and inexpensive to implement — the Bush administration has failed to do so (and see this). Moreover, the White House has actively blocked efforts to do so
- The Department of Homeland Security, instead of protecting vulnerable targets, has instead randomly made up lists which include kangaroo centers, petting zoos and ice cream parlors as high-priority terrorist threats. And the administration is refusing to fill important positions at DHS so that our security can be protected
- The government is using all of its resources spying on innocent people who obviously have never met a terrorist in their life, and harassing reporters, children and other innocent American citizens instead of real terrorists (see this, this and this)
- The administration has rolled out a massive torture program. However, torture makes us less, safe, not more safe, because – according to the top experts – it interferes with interrorators’ ability to obtain information, and it radicalizes the people being tortured
- By needlessly extending the state of emergency up to today, sidestepping the Constitution and stomping on American’s freedoms, they have created unrest and instability. Unrest and instability can lead to civil disobedience, civil war or revolution
- America’s reputation in the world has been destroyed. Everyone with a tv anywhere in the world knows that the “war on terror” is a fraud (even insider and war hawk Zbigniew Brzezinskiother leading experts are now admitting that the war on terror is a racket; a top advisor to the U.S. military has confirmed that the war on terror is a hoax because there is no battlefield solution to terrorism; and the neocons themselves admit that the war on terror is a hoax)
Given that the White House and their republican and democratic co-conspirators in Congress have made America significantly less safe in their handling of 9/11 (oh yeah, that was a false flag attack also) , it is good that they are making 9/11 the centerpiece of the campaign. It gives us the opportunity to point out how unsafe the government has really made us.

I fear that if Obama wins the far-right will conduct another False-Flag attack on Americans. The Far-Right will make an attempt on Obama’s life.
How can Americans defend themselves from these nuts?

Maybe you havent been attacked again because the bad guys couldnt find any more pilots as skilled as those on 911, who, without ever having practiced that specific action on the simulator, knew exactly how much angle of bank to apply, at full speed, to come out of their final turns, to exactly line up to strike the 3 buildings. They also perfectly planned their descents, without radar and ground electronic-aid assistance, which could possibly be done by an experienced pilot. However, even an experienced airline Captain/ex military Topgun, could not have calculated the angle of bank required as stated above. Signed. Retired Airline Training Captain

This campaign strategy seems insane to me. Completely insane.
Is it really going to help McCain to bring up 9/11?? When 9/11 Truthers are EVERYWHERE? Is he talking about 9/11 in New York?
WeAreChange would be on him 24/7 with hard questions you would think.

John McCain has been trying to escalate the war in Iraq ever since it started 5 years ago,he even has a stupid song that he sings boom,boom,Iran ,in the hope of expanding the war to Iran.Since he has been running for the presidency he has tried to change his image to a caring and compassionate politician that wants to put the American people first and politics second.He has been a senator for 26 years and has never put anyone first but himself and the lobbyist.John Mccain has selected a running mate that to me sounds like an honest and sincere person in the hope the American people will think that he embraces the same philosophies as her.She is nothing more then bait .She could have the greatest ideas in the world but it means nothing unless he is willing to implement these ideas .Here’s something that he won’t tell you he is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations. an organisation that was started around 1914 by the Rothschild stooges.

The fact that we have not had another terrorist attack is certainly not due to the embecilic and traitorous actions of the Bush/Cheney clown act. These same “guardians” have left our borders wide open, obscured and impeded the 911 investigations, and shamed the name of the US in the eyes of the world. They have entered into agreements with foreign countries allowing their military into this country, and committed endless constitutional crimes. How has betraying the American people made us safer? We are in more danger than ever, because the terrorists are leading our government and attacking countries like Russia through their puppets. After 8 years of Bush, we are under full blown facism.
