Hit TV Series To Feature 9/11 Conspiracy Plot
Rescue Me star makes revelation during book signing but disagrees with 9/11 truth advocates

The hit TV series Rescue Me, a drama about New York City firefighters, is set to feature a 9/11 conspiracy plot in the first ten episodes of the new series, according to the show’s main star Denis Leary.
Leary revealed the details during a book signing in Los Angeles, where he also offered his forthright personal opinion on the collapse of WTC Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that collapsed into its own footprint on the late afternoon of 9/11 despite not being hit by a plane.
“When asked by a hesitant fan as to whether or not the actor thought there should be a reinvestigation into the events leading up to and surrounding the 9/11 tragedy, Leary’s eyes lit up as he revealed that conspiracy and reinvestigation into 9/11 are, in fact, major plot lines in the first 10 episodes of Rescue Me season 5, set to premiere in April 2009 for a 22-episode run on FX,” reports L.A. Weekly.
But Leary deflected questions about the collapse of Building 7, stating, “You guys don’t want to get into that with me,” adding that he “knew several of the guys who had been there working to hold that building up.”

Perhaps Leary also knows some of the people who are on tape on 9/11 saying that the building is “about to blow up” too? Perhaps Leary can help explain how a massive skyscraper which had been structurally reinforced can implode within 7 seconds after suffering limited fires across no more than ten floors and in doing so completely defy the laws of physics?
Perhaps Leary’s friends can tell us why the Windsor Building in Madrid burned like a raging inferno for 24 hours yet retained its structural integrity?
The L.A. Weekly failed to report what happened at the end of the conversation. After the question about Building 7, security thugs stepped in, blocked the camera and proceeded to kick the protagonists out of the bookstore. There was no hostility or impoliteness on the part of the 9/11 truthers, but apparently Leary’s security thinks it necessary to physically eject anyone who expresses an opinion different to his.

The real hero in all of this is obviously Daniel Sunjata, who co-stars in Rescue Me. Sunjata has been a vocal advocate for the 9/11 truth movement in questioning 9/11 and he likely had a massive influence on the decision of the script writers to dramatize the issue.
The prevalence of 9/11 truth in a plethora of different mediums is exactly what is required to spread the truth and wake up people who would not necessarily come into contact with this information through the usual channels.

Dennis isn’t a comedian, all his material was stolen from Bill Hicks and re-written to seem like his own work. Dennis is a bitch who doesn’t know ANYONE who tried to “holding building 7 up”. He’s a shit talker.

I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m not denying their good intentions but we’ve seen the criminal faction of the government intervene through instruments like operation Mockingbird and the like. If it does see the light of day it will most likely be so watered down or twisted that it will be unrecognizable. Let’s face it. 911 is among other things a massive trauma based mind control initiative. This can be seen by the fact the we are not PERMITTED TO DISCUSS IT apart from parroting the 911 mantra of da terry wrists did it…why does da terry wrists hates us?? Any other dialog is forbidden. Not being free to discuss it publicly without sticking to the lyrics is anathema. Case in point, Leary’s reaction and the security guards cue to act.

why does anyone care what an MSM troll thinks, do the people think it adds credence to valid questions about an event? denis leary is exactly what people that who want to know the truth should stay away from. does it soothe people to have a celebrity on their side? leary knowingly or unknowingly are the problem with finding the truth, they live in a fantasy world along with the mass of fools that watch the crap they make. seek truth not some camera grabbing toss that is most probably vacant of any real opinion. i question why this crap is on prison planet.

“I am an Air Force veteran. I was serving at Langley AFB, Virginia on Sept. 11. (not to be confused with CIA headquarters at Langley, VA). The “Alert Squadron” of 4 F-16 Falcons also stationed at Langley AFB was scrambled AFTER the “plane” crashed into the Pentagon. Because of my position as a ground equipment mechanic, I had access to the flightline operations that day. My friends were Crew Cheifs and Weapons Loaders, among other professions on the flightline that day. One of my [unusual] duties that day was to drive a Loader (personal friend) along with a rack of live missiles (AIM-9’s and AIM-120’s) across the active runway to the Alert Squadron and drop them off. I was towing equipment to the flightline, so when it was time to go back and pick up the Loader (and our missile trailer) I was unable to do so, but another member of my Flight (a good friend, and later roommate) did go. According to my roommate (and I later confirmed with the Loader) the Loader was completely silent most of the trip back to our side of the base, after they crossed the active, he spoke. “They shot one down.” JJ replied “WHAT?” Loader:”One of those 16’s came back with one less missile than it left with” That was all. As they pulled back in to the squadron area, The loader was whisked away by his commanders for debriefing. I didn’t see him for a few days, but when I did, he said he couldn’t talk about it, but he confirmed that what my roommate had told me was true.
The US Air Force shot down Flight 93. I haven’t told this to many people. I told my parents and other family members shortly after I left the military. They didn’t believe it. After watching this a couple of times it’s soooooo obvious this guy was caught bluffing a very bad hand and if the truth were to be known, he probably didn’t have a clue to what she was asking him about Building #7… You could see in his face the “Back-flash” and his temperature rise about 20 degrees as he clamored for something to say back…. Which usually comes from where the sun doesn’t shine….
What I find more telling is how “Private Security” feel they have the “RIGHT” to grab at ones camera and then man handle people from the premises that didn’t pose any kind of real THREAT to anyone…. This is what is disturbing, that we are seeing more and more of as each day passes here in Amerikka.. If we had done what Security had done, that is considered an “Assault & Battery”.. For there wasn’t a REAL PHYISICAL THREAT posed by anyone.

The truth of 9/11 has just got to come out and soon, otherwise our whole society is just bullshit. Obama is picking up the ‘war on terror’ ball and he and his new ’security team’ are running with it. I’m so sick of this crap. As most people posting on here know, the evidence is completely OVERWHELMING that 9/11 was an inside job. The crime is still only 7 years old and it MUST be properly investigated as it never was. Then the criminals in the White House, FBI, CIA, CISIS and many other areas who enabled or covered up the attacks of that day can be prosecuted and punished as they should be. A new independant investigation into 9/11 would make the best tip of the spear for a new era of truth in government and the media. Bring it on!

The problem with 911 truth being “mainstreamed” into a TV series is that it thus becomes another part of the massive, on-going indoctrination program. Commercialization equals co-optation; co-optation reduces the real issue to fantasy and deletes the truth: see the building fall, watch a Walmart commercial, see the people die, watch a McDonalds commercial. “Truth: The Movie.” Brought to you in HD by Microsoft. Ugh.
So, I’m not sure this is a victory for truth, but it will be a victory for the sponsors.
Another important issue: how does the series turn out? If, in the end, the series obfuscates, rather than educates, the Million Mushy Minds will accept its conclusions as the truth – “I saw it on TV – that makes it real!”
“Reality TV” is the ultimate oxymoron.

I think it is time these discussions – on the discrepancies that seem to have created a wee bit – but not much noise – go to TV where they can be handled like any sitcom – with humour and fun – one must remember NO ONE of consequence was killed on 911. There should be an investigation into 9/11. But presuming that it WAS an inside job, as most commenters here apparently do, does more harm than good to the cause of an independent investigation. The more the conspiracy is put forth as the real truth, the more people balk at it. Try to re-frame this issue, please. There must be an argument that will resonate better than “911 Was an Inside Job.” The problem is that the more you try to force people to confront their cognitive dissonance, the harder they dig in their heels in a bunker mentality against it.
The truth is, there is ample evidence that something was very wrong, many pieces don’t fit the conventional narrative, and we should look into the questions. But, being open to the truth means that each side should be open to having their theories disproven, too. That means that it may not have been an inside job at all; it may have just been a series of horrible coincidences that happened to occur at the same time. But, we’ll never know if people keep presuming one narrative or its opposite in stubborn delineations of their particular camp following, will we?

Tom opinion 32, I have worked on buildings smaller then #7, say 5 and 6 story office buildings, The amount of steel that goes into the shorter version is amazing, I beams that are 18-24 inches thick and a foot wide, bolted together with 1 inch bolts and welded, all of this put together like a honey comb. There is no way in hell those buildings could have fallen as quickly as they did, from a piddly little fire and a couple of floors. No disrespect intended.

If the subject was presented as fiction people would probably have an easier time believing it. The event has lead our country to it’s current demise and the crimes cannot be forgiven and shoved under the rug. We have to keep pushing no matter how long it takes to get justice. Until these criminals are punished we won’t in reality have a country.
Can anyone believe that the people we have in Congress are really so stupid that they have no inkling that 9/11 was an inside job. If they are that stupid it’s no wonder the country is in such dire straits.

‘A series of horrible coincidences that happened to occur at the same time’ really mountainaires?
Ok lets examine just some of the coincidences-
Before 9/11 NORAD had 100 percent interception rate
The morning of 9/11 if failed on 75% of the targets.
The Bush and the Bin Laden Families are major shareholders of the Carlyle Group (Major Weapons manufactures).
Marvin Bush, the current president’s youngest brother, became the head of the entire WTC complex security team a year before 9/11. Also calls off bomb sniffing dogs a week prior to 9/11 as well as cutting the power to the entire complex for “renovations” the weekend before 9/11 thus cutting off the energy to all the security cameras that might have picked up n e suspicious activity that might have happened.
PNAC (Project for the New American Century, a neocon document) clearly states, “to promote American global leadership. … A ‘ catalyzing event — like a new Pearl Harbor’—was seen as necessary.
The P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act which is actually an acronym “Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism.” Was written a year b 4 9/11 happened
Troops where also deployed and ready to invade Afghanistan before the “evil doers” ever attacked us.
Several of the hijackers are still alive, FBI refuses to update its list of the supposed suicides. FBI also fails to update its most wanted person list with n e charges of Bin Laden being the master mind behind 9/11 due to lack of sufficient evidence linking him to the event. (Don’t believe me go to their website fbi.gov)
Larry Silverstien becomes the leaseholder of the WTC complex and buys specific insurance for “Terrorist attacks” AND the rights to rebuild the asbestos filled buildings in case of n e thing ever happening to them. Also when interviewed by PBS he mentions a fire chief saying to him that day that they couldn’t contain the fires on building 7 even though there where only small fires on a less than a dozen floors. So they decide to “pull it” (pull it being a term used by demolition experts to bring down buildings). Then we watched the building collapse. Witnesses even claimed to hear explosives, a countdown and numerous policemen/firemen saying ‘that building is going to come down’, not to mention the BBC and CNN reporting future news, building 7’s collapse way before it actually happened. (Keep in mind the building wasn’t hit by an airplane, and every other WTC building that stood right next or in front of the towers, although experiencing way more structural damage than building 7, remained intact.)
Molten metal was underneath WTC 1, 2 and 7 for several weeks after the attacks even though Jet fuel instantly burns on impact, thus not allowing it to heat steel to the melting point. (Only thermite or thermate posses these capabilities.)
The list goes on and on, isn’t it ironic? But, you may be right mountainaires. We shouldn’t say inside job. That might shift the blame from the real culprits. Lets continue saying ‘horrible coincidences’ and stick our heads in the sand until the truth comes out.

It’s just a question of where this fits in in the guide on deception.-
1. Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. Regardless of what you know, don’t discuss it — especially if you are a public figure, news anchor, etc. If it’s not reported, it didn’t happen, and you never have to deal with the issues.
2. Become incredulous and indignant. Avoid discussing key issues and instead focus on side issues which can be used show the topic as being critical of some otherwise sacrosanct group or theme. This is also known as the “How dare you!” gambit.
3. Create rumor mongers. Avoid discussing issues by describing all charges, regardless of venue or evidence, as mere rumors and wild accusations. Other derogatory terms mutually exclusive of truth may work as well. This method works especially well with a silent press, because the only way the public can learn of the facts are through such “arguable rumors”. If you can associate the material with the Internet, use this fact to certify it a “wild rumor” which can have no basis in fact.
4. Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent’s argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad. Either make up an issue you may safely imply exists based on your interpretation of the opponent/opponent arguments/situation, or select the weakest aspect of the weakest charges. Amplify their significance and destroy them in a way which appears to debunk all the charges, real and fabricated alike, while actually avoiding discussion of the real issues.
5. Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as “kooks”, “right-wing”, “liberal”, “left-wing”, “terrorists”, “conspiracy buffs”, “radicals”, “militia”, “racists”, “religious fanatics”, “sexual deviates”, and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues.
6. Hit and Run. In any public forum, make a brief attack of your opponent or the opponent position and then scamper off before an answer can be fielded, or simply ignore any answer. This works extremely well in Internet and letters-to-the-editor environments where a steady stream of new identities can be called upon without having to explain criticism reasoning — simply make an accusation or other attack, never discussing issues, and never answering any subsequent response, for that would dignify the opponent’s viewpoint.
7. Question motives. Twist or amplify any fact which could so taken to imply that the opponent operates out of a hidden personal agenda or other bias. This avoids discussing issues and forces the accuser on the defensive.
8. Invoke authority. Claim for yourself or associate yourself with authority and present your argument with enough “jargon” and “minutiae” to illustrate you are “one who knows”, and simply say it isn’t so without discussing issues or demonstrating concretely why or citing sources.
9. Play Dumb. No matter what evidence or logical argument is offered, avoid discussing issues with denial they have any credibility, make any sense, provide any proof, contain or make a point, have logic, or support a conclusion. Mix well for maximum effect.
10. Associate opponent charges with old news. A derivative of the straw man usually, in any large-scale matter of high visibility, someone will make charges early on which can be or were already easily dealt with. Where it can be foreseen, have your own side raise a straw man issue and have it dealt with early on as part of the initial contingency plans. Subsequent charges, regardless of validity or new ground uncovered, can usually them be associated with the original charge and dismissed as simply being a rehash without need to address current issues — so much the better where the opponent is or was involved with the original source.
11. Establish and rely upon fall-back positions. Using a minor matter or element of the facts, take the “high road” and “confess” with candor that some innocent mistake, in hindsight, was made — but that opponents have seized on the opportunity to blow it all out of proportion and imply greater criminalities which, “just isn’t so.” Others can reinforce this on your behalf, later. Done properly, this can garner sympathy and respect for “coming clean” and “owning up” to your mistakes without addressing more serious issues.
12. Enigmas have no solution. Drawing upon the overall umbrella of events surrounding the crime and the multitude of players and events, paint the entire affair as too complex to solve. This causes those otherwise following the matter to begin to loose interest more quickly without having to address the actual issues.
13. Alice in Wonderland Logic. Avoid discussion of the issues by reasoning backwards with an apparent deductive logic in a way that forbears any actual material fact.
14. Demand complete solutions. Avoid the issues by requiring opponents to solve the crime at hand completely, a ploy which works best for items qualifying for rule 10.
15. Fit the facts to alternate conclusions. This requires creative thinking unless the crime was planned with contingency conclusions in place.
16. Vanishing evidence and witnesses. If it does not exist, it is not fact, and you won’t have to address the issue.
17. Change the subject. Usually in connection with one of the other ploys listed here, find a way to side-track the discussion with abrasive or controversial comments in hopes of turning attention to a new, more manageable topic. This works especially well with companions who can “argue” with you over the new topic and polarize the discussion arena in order to avoid discussing more key issues.
18. Emotionalize, Antagonize, and Goad Opponents. If you can’t do anything else, chide and taunt your opponents and draw them into emotional responses which will tend to make them look foolish and overly motivated, and generally render their material somewhat less coherent. Not only will you avoid discussing the issues in the first instance, but even if their emotional response addresses the issue, you can further avoid the issues by then focusing on how “sensitive they are to criticism”.
19. Ignore proof presented, demand impossible proofs. This is perhaps a variant of the “play dumb” rule. Regardless of what material may be presented by an opponent in public forums, claim the material irrelevant and demand proof that is impossible for the opponent to come by (it may exist, but not be at his disposal, or it may be something which is known to be safely destroyed or withheld, such as a murder weapon). In order to completely avoid discussing issues may require you to categorically deny and be critical of media or books as valid sources, deny that witnesses are acceptable, or even deny that statements made by government or other authorities have any meaning or relevance.
20. False evidence. Whenever possible, introduce new facts or clues designed and manufactured to conflict with opponent presentations as useful tools to neutralize sensitive issues or impede resolution. This works best when the crime was designed with contingencies for the purpose, and the facts cannot be easily separated from the fabrications.
21. Call a Grand Jury, Special Prosecutor, or other empowered investigative body. Subvert the (process) to your benefit and effectively neutralize all sensitive issues without open discussion. Once convened, the evidence and testimony are required to be secret when properly handled. For instance, if you own the prosecuting attorney, it can insure a Grand Jury hears no useful evidence and that the evidence is sealed and unavailable to subsequent investigators. Once a favorable verdict (usually, this technique is applied to find the guilty innocent, but it can also be used to obtain charges when seeking to frame a victim) is achieved, the matter can be considered officially closed.
22. Manufacture a new truth. Create your own expert(s), group(s), author(s), leader(s) or influence existing ones willing to forge new ground via scientific, investigative, or social research or testimony which concludes favorably. In this way, if you must actually address issues, you can do so authoritatively.
23. Create bigger distractions. If the above does not seem to be working to distract from sensitive issues, or to prevent unwanted media coverage of unstoppable events such as trials, create bigger news stories (or treat them as such) to distract the multitudes.
24. Silence critics. If the above methods do not prevail, consider removing opponents from circulation by some definitive solution so that the need to address issues is removed entirely. This can be by their death, arrest and detention, blackmail or destruction of their character by release of blackmail information, or merely by proper intimidation with blackmail or other threats.
25. Vanish. If you are a key holder of secrets or otherwise overly illuminated and you think the heat is getting too hot, to avoid the issues, vacate the kitchen

It’s sad to see this denial of the laws of physics and common sense so deeply rooted in our society. I wish I could say that the fist episodes of the new seasons of Rescue Me being about a 911 conspiracy and plot will be good, but I feel one of the strogest and typical resistances to 911 truth is that people think that it is unreal becuase “stuff like that only happens in movies” and in this case now, TV shows. The television is the main tool in the brain washing of our society and untill CNN, MSNBC, FOX, etc, etc start telling the truth and the “news” starts doing it’s job, the majority, left and right, will refuse to believe it. Being that the media and “news” is now, more or less, owned by the military industrail complex and corporate elite, it’s not likely they will stand up and do the right thing. I pray and I hope I am wrong, but I am losing hope. In fact in trying to tell people of the facts of 911 on my own, I have met stronger more violent (vocally) opposistion from many who claim to be progressive liberals, the righties just seem to call you nuts and walk away as the lefty’s fight it harder becuase deep down they might just believe it and are cowards. I don’t know. It wieghs heavey on my heart. I hope, wish and want to believe that these episodes will help open minds and not lead to more scepticism of the facts of 911. Thanks.

I have one minor qualm with this article. Regarding this sentence:

I have no idea how DC can make the “leap” from reading Watson’s comment about Sunjata’s POSSIBLE influence on Rescue Me writers to finding it “condescending”.
Watson was obvious that he was penning his opinion and used the word “likely”. That would qualify as a “gut feeling” as in, it’s likely that my wife fixed dinner since she was in the kitchen before the meal appeared on the table.
Why are so many truthers so touchy?

Yeah, just what it needs, Hollywood taking advantage of another event to use it in their plotline to get the ratings of a suspect show. First we had Bush by Stone, now we got Nixon by Howard, all these fucking Hollywood types can go back to your mansions and let the little people take care of what really matters to America. We don’t need your help. AND fuck you Springsteen, we will get our homes back without you too.
