NPN polls show dozens of Senatorial aides have watched our 10-minute video “Holder Admits: No Equality in Hate Bill.” Dozens more, both Democrat and Republican, are promising to watch it or pass it on to Senators.
With possibly only a week left before a Senate vote on hate bill S. 909, this video is the political dynamite that could blow apart the pro-hate bill Democratic coalition in the Senate!
Why? It features Attorney General Holder flatly stating that, despite promising to do so, S. 909 will not protect all Americans who are victims of violent hate crime. It will only protect a privileged minority, including homosexuals, blacks, and Jews. Secondly, Holder can provide no example of even one state failing to enforce the law against hate criminals.
Courtesy of the U.S. Attorney General, this video knocks the foundation out from under the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act. It proves S. 909 is both discriminatory against most Americans and unneeded!

Surely you’re not suggesting that imprisoning people for profit is not a legitimate business to be in.
Next you’re going to tell me that buying politicians for the purpose of inciting war and selling weapons is an illegitimate business. Under the Hate Crime bill you cannot say the Jews killed Christ even though it is true historically or you will be locked up. How about a law to make it a crime for a politician to lie. Gary is correct, this law is for dividing Americans, and MORE than that it is to PROMOTE HATE. On the 8th Alex had on Rv Pike talking about this hate crime bill. Alex and Pike assume that the bill has “certain historically targeted people” to actually protect those people, and nothing could be further from the truth! Those groups have been historically targeted because the EUGENICISTS/Nazis/NWO want those groups dead! So, since the NWO/Eugenicist/Nazis are the ones CREATING a “hate crime” bill, the bill is created PURPOSEFULLY to MAKE PEOPLE HATE THOSE CROUPS MORE! If ONLY certain groups are included, then the rest of the people will be resentful and angry. The so-called “protected” groups will become more and more hated. I called the office of my state’s senior senator, Richard “Frankly the banks own the place” Durbin, and the aide I spoke with said they’d been getting a lot of phone calls about the Hate Crimes bill.
I pointed out that, according to Eric Holder’s admission in the Senate hearing, the bill is a direct assault on the 14th Amendment. Did the senator plan to uphold his oath to protect the Constitution, or would he be joining the assault?
I also pointed out that the 14th Amendment also includes the assurance that private property will not be confiscated without just compensation–a guarantee that was wiped away with the Supreme Court’s 2006 decision in the New London case that enables municipalities to confiscate privately owned real estate if a developer can prove that he could enhance tax revenue by building something else in its place.

It would be easier to separate them from political power without giving our freedoms away. It wouldn’t even take street protests to accomplish that. Just persuade the so-called “main stream” TV networks to stop indoctrinating and to begin broadcasting the truthful and unbiased samples of the reality.

True, but there is high opposition to this bill. Many speculators, including senators, are doubting the passage of the Cap and Trade as well. Not to say that is a reason to let our guard down, I will still be sending/making strong letters and phone calls to the appropriate reps. Not that it has done much lately, but its good to let them know we know whats going on and we are aware WHO is responsible for each bill’s passage or denial. That of course if “we the people” decide to start a shit list.

Hate Crime legislation is dumber than shit. There are already laws in place against physical assault, murder, robbery, vandalism, etc. All of those things that are covered in the Hate Crimes legislations to date. But, to attack the freedom of speech? I don’t hate Jews, Blacks, Homosexuals, etc., but I don’t support special laws to protect them from words from people that do. If words hurt so much, then the person being hurt is a pussy and undeserving of special treatment. Free Speech is supposed to be unruly and rude. Those who act thus are the ones we protect the most, as their freedoms dictate ours.

Good point Jim. Keep in mind though, it isn’t about hate, it’s about punishing thoughts that Leviathan deems wrong. It always begins with some noble intention, and it ends up like China where the people are so scared to criticize the government that even when they leave China, they’re still nervous about criticizing their governing criminals.
We see how China’s criminal regime has decided to cut internet usage to prevent the race riots from fomenting online. I suspect we’ll see similar things here where the government pretends to be concerned and uses that facade to actually limit free speech.

It begins with hate crimes and most would argue certain groups need protection (I don’t, but the average American Idiot tv watching slob does). Next, it will come to not offending religions other than Christianity. It is nothing more than step by step move to eventually limit you from criticizing government and then you are a mindless slave like the Chinese have become. Imagine living in a country where you cannot criticize the criminal government who kills indiscriminately? The “historic” requirement for the “hate crime” to be prosecuted under the bill is actually very threatening to those unprotected Caucasians. For if hate violence against whites erupts now (for instance, “Hispanics” activists trying to “encourage” whites to “go back to Europe”), the attackers will not face the charges under this bill due to a lack of the “historicity” of the crime, but if the victims of those attack try to self-defend themselves, they may end up in jail for their “hate crimes” against “historically” oppressed population (”Hispanics”).

Bush was only half-bad. He characterized himself as “compassionate conservative”. The “conservative” part was mostly OK. The “compassionate” part was what spelled out bid trouble for America. Out of his being “compassionate” he allowed Democratic activists (Barney Frank, Chris Todd plus the management of Freddie and Fannie) to engineer the largest wealth redistribution scam in history of America. It resulted with mass real estate speculation (mostly by the “underqualified” borrowers who got 100% no-risk financing) that inevitably led to the market crash and economic crisis that we all are suffering from today.
It needs to be remembered that Bush was not the one who created this mess, He just allowed the “bleeding hearts” Democrats to make it happen.

If this stupid and draconian law is passed then we as a nation should wait for Obama to make his next prompter speech and then as a nation we should all file complaints against him. The bill has only one word in it that is the reason for it being there… Jew. I’ve seen white surpremises guys beat a black man. I’ve seen rowdy teenagers beat a homosexual boy. But when was the last time you saw anyone just pounding on a semetic Jew with all his black garb? Never! When was the last time anybody beat up a jew for being a jew. Frankly, I can understand why the ADL is going for broke at this point. I know alot of you hate people who go on rants against Jews, and if it makes you feel any better, I think they (i.e. those who act as representatives of all Jews everywhere, like the ADL) are just as controlled and manipulated as everyone else in Congress and the Senate, albeit in a slightly different way, but getting back to my point, that’s who this bill is for. This is an act of desperation by people who are just now realizing the full magnitude of what they’ve done and what they face as a consequence, and that they’ve been hung out to dry by the REAL “progressives” (The NWO super-elite) who run the show… The whole “zionist control and manipulation of money/credit” thing has been blown wide open, as have their theologically-based supremacist motives, and the information is spreading like wildfire.
The Jewish PEOPLE, mostly guilty of only the same ignorant complicency as the rest of us, not their/our “leaders” (or, “masters” if you prefer), will once again become the strawman dangled in front of all those homeless and destitute people their leaders left in ruin, who are now, or will soon be, salivating for blood. Unless THEY wake up (and they never did in previous models of this same scenario) and recognize that they are being set up as the fall guy (again), most of them will meet a similar fate to their predecessors. This scenario is predictable because it’s happened SO MANY times before. Though, considering that there is no more Western Civilization, because there is no more “Westward Expansion” (unless this moon colony thing kicks into high gear fast), thus, there are no more countries for them to flee to and start anew, we may be in for a few surprises this time. The jig is up for them AND us. This could very well be the “endgame”.

As some Christians say, “ye must be born again,” and as others say, personhood begins before breathing and thus before one’s Christian name is registered, and, as a result, one can’t be born a Christian.
There is open debate on whether one can be born gay, and it’s unlikely to be resolved any time soon. IMO it’s irrational to say anyone could not be raised in a way that could influence orientation. Environment is most certainly a major influence. For instance, I don’t think any male child raised on a desert island populated only by heterosexual females is going to decide he’s gay. It would never enter his mind.

Let me ask you this… I was raised strict Roman Catholic and I did not know what gay was until I was 12 years old. But I always had an attraction towards men even when I was 8 or 9.
I dated women until my early 20’s but it felt unnatural. It was not until had a relationship with a man that I am happy and nothing feels more natural. We have been in a monogamous relationship for 10 years. Nothing against women and I DON”T HATE women in fact most of my friends are women, it’s just the sexual part grosses me out.
How is this a choice?
Are you not with the partners you are attracted to?
Does your relationship and love feel natural?

There are radicals in ALL special interest groups that feel that their way is the only way including religious institutions. Does that make the rest of them bad? Well, judge them by their actions – as in how they treat other people, not who they have sex with.
I can tell you I have seen many straight and gay friends make some very poor choices (at least in my opinion.)

CIA Admits It Misled Congress in Past, Lawmakers Say

July 8 (Bloomberg) — Six Democrats on the U.S. House Intelligence Committee said the head of the CIA admitted the agency misled Congress since 2001 about “significant actions.”
In a letter to CIA Director Leon Panetta, the six members said he had “recently” testified that “top CIA officials have concealed significant actions from all members of Congress” and “misled members” from 2001 until this week.
The letter, released today, didn’t describe what CIA actions were at issue. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Republicans have been feuding over her claim that the CIA misled Congress in 2002 about harsh interrogations of suspected terrorists.
The letter called on Panetta to “publicly correct” his May 15 statement that “it is not our policy or practice to mislead Congress.”
Separately, the House committee’s chairman, Democrat Silvestre Reyes of Texas, said in a statement tonight that “in rare instances’’ CIA officers “have not adhered to the high standards’’ that the agency sets for “truthfulness in reporting’’ to Congress.
Praise for Panetta
Reyes, who wasn’t among the six lawmakers who signed the letter to Panetta, praised the CIA chief’s “recent efforts to bring issues to the committee’s attention’’ that “had not been previously conveyed’’ to it.
Reyes was blunter in a July 7 letter to the panel’s top Republican, saying that the CIA had lied to the committee at least once.
Information Panetta gave the panel June 24 “brought to light significant information on the inadequacy of reporting to the committee,’’ Reyes wrote to Representative Pete Hoekstra of Michigan.
The information provided by Panetta “led me to conclude that this committee has been misled, has not been provided full and complete notification and (in at least once case) was affirmatively lied to,’’ Reyes said in a letter, first reported by Congressional Quarterly.
The disclosures came on the eve of a scheduled House debate on an intelligence spending measure. It would expand the number of lawmakers who must be notified of covert intelligence operations from eight congressional leaders to more than 35 members of House and Senate intelligence panels.
Pelosi’s Charge
In May, Pelosi charged that when she was a member of the House intelligence panel, the spy agency gave her misleading and inaccurate information whether it had waterboarded suspected terrorists. The CIA has acknowledged that it used the interrogation technique on three detainees suspected of being al-Qaeda operatives to simulate the sensation of drowning.
House Republican Leader John Boehner of Ohio has challenged Pelosi to either produce evidence to support her claim or retract her assertion that the CIA “misrepresented every step of the way” its use of harsh interrogation techniques on suspected terrorists.
The lawmakers’ letter said Panetta’s recent testimony disclosed concealment by the CIA that is “similar to other deceptions of which we are aware from other recent periods.” The intelligence committee regularly receives private briefings from U.S. officials.
CIA spokesman George Little said in a statement that Panetta “stands by his May 15 statement” because “it is not the policy or practice of the CIA to mislead Congress” and that “Director Panetta’s actions back that up.”
The agency went to the panel with the new information, the agency’s statement said.
“As the letter from these six representatives notes, it was the CIA that took the initiative to notify the oversight committees,” Little said.
The letter was signed by Democrats Anna Eshoo of California, John Tierney of Massachusetts, Rush Holt of New Jersey, Mike Thompson of California, Alcee Hastings of Florida and Jan Schakowsky of Illinois.

Churches seem to do much more recruiting. Here in St. Paul, I get a visit from the local Evangelicals at least twice a month asking me to convert and visit their Church. They always seem to take offense when I tell them ALL religious institutions are just tools of control.
