Huge Protests As New Jersey Declares Flu Vaccines Mandatory
Parents seething over “requirement” that children get a flu shot in order to attend preschools and day-care centers

Hundreds of concerned parents participated in demonstrations outside the New Jersey Statehouse yesterday in protest of the State’s decision to mandate flu vaccinations for young children.
Protesters also turned out to support a bill that would allow for conscientious objections to forced vaccinations, arguing that medication should be the choice of the parent not the government.
New Jersey’s health department has indicated that it is strongly opposed to such legislation, stating “Broad exemptions to mandatory vaccination weaken the entire compliance and enforcement structure”.
New Jersey’s policy was approved last December by the state’s Public Health Council and is taking effect this fall, reports the Daily Texan.
Children from 6 months to 5 years old who attend a child-care center or preschool have until Dec. 31 to receive the flu vaccine, along with a pneumococcal vaccine.

Ralph Fucetola JD, trustee of the Natural Solutions Foundation, a non governmental educational body, insisted that there is a universal right to vaccine exemptions.
“It is so important to remember that this harm that is caused by vaccines is a foreseeable harm. The insurance industry foresees the harm, and will not insure the pharmaceutical industry against this harm. Yet we as parents as being forced to give these dangerous substances to children in exchange for alleged free public education. This is simply wrong.” Fucetola said.

Ralph Fucetola also referred to a case we reported on in Prince George’s County, Maryland, last November, where parents of more than 1600 children were told they could be put in jail for failing to get their kids vaccinated. At the time a local Fox News affiliate reported, “A new law was passed last year requiring children from 5th through to 10th grade to have the vaccine,” which was a total lie.
The non-complying parents were not charged not under vaccination laws (because there aren’t any) but under truancy, neglect or child in need of supervision laws, which state that the parent is culpable after 30 days of a child’s unexplained absence from school.
The school itself triggered the truancy violation by unfairly kicking the kids out of school, and failing to inform parents about vaccine waiver forms. A state prosecutor involved in the case then admitted that there is no law that mandates any vaccine.
This trick will continue to hoodwink Americans into taking all manner of dangerous and untested vaccines, the number of which rises every year, until they realize that there is no law that forces them to take any vaccine.

More recently, large Pharmaceutical companies, unable to sell the “benefits” of vaccinations to make enough profit out of them, have increasingly turned to state legislatures and attempted to pay off Governors and other officials to curry favor and force young children to take vaccines such as the flu shot and the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
However, pharmaceutical giants have faced a fierce backlash from concerned parents and religious organizations.
We previously exposed Merck’s role in one such crony deal with Texas Governor Rick Perry which saw a resulting media campaign fool parents into thinking that the HPV vaccine had been made compulsory by law for all young girls.
Without consulting and doctors, scientists or medical experts, Perry, who has various close ties to Merck, issued an executive order requiring girls to be vaccinated against HPV. Several Texas lawmakers subsequently petitioned for a reversal of the decision without success.
Almost immediately following Perry’s announcement, newspapers and TV stations began to report that it was “the law” that parents had to have their child vaccinated. This reflects a national and international hoax that is repeatedly being perpetrated shortly before school terms begin each year.
There is no law in America, aside from those applying to medical workers, that says any citizen or their children have to take any vaccine whatsoever, no matter what any executive order, requirement, mandate or policy dictates.
As in the case of all other vaccines, Perry’s executive order merely stated that the vaccine is “recommended,” yet the mass media drumbeat constantly conditions people to believe that if they don’t take their shots they will be kicked out of school, arrested and thrown in jail.
Until this is drilled home with parents we will also keep seeing relatively unchallenged moves to pass legislation to make mandatory all vaccines recommended by the CDC for all children, including infants and toddlers.

I wish I had known about the protest. I live in NJ. I’ve written all my state representatives in Trenton and I would say that they ranged from very receptive to somewhat receptive to philosophical objection rights. So, I have hope but that’s no reason to give up fighting.

All that is needed is parents filing lawsuits against school districts and this will lose traction in record speed. Do not bother with the state government, it will never make to a trial. HOWEVER, suing a school district will force the district to PRODUCE the reason for the expulsion and the non-existent laws forcing vaccination.
The people that run most school district low level power junkies and idiots. Easy to beat and bend EASILY under any amount of pressure.

Flu shots are made from last year’s flu virus. Since the virus mutates quickly, there is absolutely no reason to believe the vaccine does any good whatsoever.
I love the argument that if I don’t get vaccinated, somehow I am endangering someone who DID. If that is the case, then they are admitting that vaccines DON’T WORK.

Your child is a healthy toddler, running around the house, learning to read before the age of 4, observes everything with his bright blue eyes. He starts talking very early, parents are so proud that they even start to wonder what college the toddler will attend, everything is wonderful in the Smith house.
At age 5 the Smith toddler is to attend preschool for which he is truely ready. But first a mandatory series of vaccinations are required. Three shots ouch, toddler crying.
Two weeks later the once happy 5 year old seems withdrawn and quiet. His eye contact with mom has stopped. He’s in his own world now. The Smith’s don’t know if he can still read the books he once did because the toddler doesn’t even pick them up anymore, he wants nothing to do with books he once enjoyed. Most of the talking has come to a complete halt, he seems silent and unaware, sometimes he drools. Mom knows something is seriously wrong and eventually narrows it down to the vaccinations two weeks ago . Confronting the Pharma company about the problem the spokesman for Merk says, “There is nothing wrong with your child…he just wants attention, he’s faking it.

The largest effect mercury has on you is that is destroys neural receptors in the brain. I’ve seen the lab experiments that reinforce this. Mercury does not really wear off too quickly either. Same goes for Flouride. Mercury destroys brain activity and Flouride dampens brain activity. Having mandatory immunizations gurantees the required dosing of the american public. The biggest targets are children and elderly as they really have no say in the methods of their medical care.

I feel a peaceful resolution to our problems in this nation is a pipe dream. Peaceful this and peaceful that is not working. Will we resort to the second amendment when all our kids are autistic from the vaccines? Would we even go to physical force if we saw someone beating our children? I think the people are spineless to let these animals have their way with their children. Would it be any different if they were sacrificing our children in some Mayan ritual, then would people move to stop these crimes against children? Are the people just cowards with no intent of putting their lives on the line to stop this madness? I honestly think that most people will let anyone who is appointed an authority to have their way with their one children. COWARDS!

Surely this is a good thing? If the kids aren’t vaccinated then they can’t attend school. Just think what that means – no more teaching of evolution, lies about global warming or homosexual indoctrination in sodomy class. Instead they could be educated at home – by REAL PATRIOTS. Is it any wonder that the state of New Jersey leads the country in Autism? The nation’s figures is 1 in 150 versus New Jersey with something like 1 in 80. Well I’m glad that my kid isn’t in Day Care. Also, the farce of flu vaccines is laughable. They make a vaccine for what they think will be the the most common form of the virus that year. Oh and how about the “Bird Flu” epidemic that never happened. Lemmings were turning out in droves to get a vaccine for a form of the flu that hadn’t even mutated into something that humans could easily contract, making the vaccines absolutely useless. Their $$ would have been better spent on on Lehman Bros. stock, then atleast they would have a piece of paper showing that they got screwed.

This idea of yours is a no-go because I don’t like waitin’ around for two months while a judge determines exactly what a Special Master can do in this case and then maybe lose the hearing. This government, and all corporations, and big pharmaceuticles are all in bed together scratching each other backs. Only caring about how much money, and taxes is being made. I trust no one anymore. My babies rely on me as thier voice, thier gurdian, thier protector. That will be the day before I let some beurocrat tell me I have to inject my kids for the greater good. Mercury, alluminum all have oxidative qualities once inside the human system, and if your child is one of the unfortunate ones that this oxidative process happen, you child could die or get autisim or many other neural types of dysfucntions. It takes that one genetic code that lets, and none of these socalled medical experts and scientists can figure it out. People wake up no one cares about you or your family. While the flu vaccine has been shown not to work and in most instances (ca. 85-90%) contains 0.01 weight percent thimerosal which is the equivalent of containing more than hazardous waste levels of mercury, we can provide the following jingle or trademark ad:
