Internment Camps Readied For Mass Illegal Alien Influx?
Texas officials say contingency plans are in place for collapse of Mexico, policy only covers “law enforcement” needs, does not address humanitarian issues

The news that Texas officials are working on contingency plans to deal with a sudden influx of illegal aliens following a collapse of the Mexican government has sparked fears that FEMA detention camps, the expansion of which is the subject of current legislation in Congress, are being readied to detain thousands of illegals as well as American citizens.
According to an Elpaso TImes report, “Texas officials are working on a plan to respond to a potential collapse of the Mexican government and the specter of thousands fleeing north in fear for their lives after recent reports indicated the country could be on the verge of chaos.”
“You hope for the best, plan for the worst,” Katherine Cesinger, spokeswoman for Gov. Rick Perry, said last week. “At this point, we’ve got a contingency plan that’s in development.”
Texas Homeland Security Director Steve McCraw stated that a “preliminary plan” was in place that dealt only with “law enforcement concerns” and did not address “humanitarian needs”.
Such a plan is likely to include designated internment locations, including “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act.

Ominously, the bill states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.
During the Iran Contra hearings in the 80’s, previously classified information came to light about Continuity of Government (CoG) procedures in times of national crisis. The masterminds behind these programs were Oliver North, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney. The Rex-84 ‘readiness exercise’ discussed the plan to round up immigrants and detain them in internment camps in response to uncontrolled population movements across the Mexican border.
The real agenda was to use the cover of rounding up immigrants and illegal aliens as a smokescreen for targeting political dissidents and American citizens. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the “ADEX” list.
Since 9/11, shadow government and CoG programs that were outlined in Rex-84 have been activated, including mass warrantless wiretapping of American citizens. The internment camp program is now being readied for execution following the announcement on January 24th 2006 that Halliburton subsidiary KBR (formerly Brown and Root) had been awarded a $385 million contingency contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build detention camps.
According to respected author Peter Dale Scott, “Both the contract and the budget allocation are in partial fulfillment of an ambitious 10-year Homeland Security strategic plan, code-named ENDGAME, authorized in 2003. According to a 49-page Homeland Security document on the plan, ENDGAME expands “a mission first articulated in the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798.” Its goal is the capability to “remove all removable aliens,” including “illegal economic migrants, aliens who have committed criminal acts, asylum-seekers (required to be retained by law) or potential terrorists.”
The pretext given for which the camps would be used, as the New York Times reported was, “an unexpected influx of immigrants, to house people in the event of a natural disaster or for new programs that require additional detention space.”
With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps as part of a “new program” amidst a crisis caused by a sudden influx of Mexican immigrants are all too real.

I seriously doubt the Mexican government is going to collapse so this is a gigantic waste of money. If any government is going to collapse it will be the U.S. government which spends all of its time on stupid useless projects like this.

That is probably one of the biggest lies cirulating on the internet. They want you to believe these half truths so that you do not have or obtain the power of the living Christ through faith and repentance. All of this new age stuff is designed to distract you so that you never come to the full knowledge of the truth. Repentance and acceptance of Christ through faith is the only way to receive forgiveness and to know that you are indeed born again, or “born of the Spirit”. There is much afoot trying to discredit Jesus so that you will not know which way to turn in these last days. I say again, the only way for salvation now and in the days to come is through repentance and accepting Jesus Christ as the son of God. You will see much persecution of christians soon as the power that controls the government is from the pit and is satan himself. Upon repentance Jesus will send you the Holy Spirit who will guide you into all truth. There is no other way to salvation but this. They tell you that you are god so that you won’t look outside yourself. It’s a big scam. I know because I have been baptised with the Spirit of God and He is with me no matter what!

Most people are not even told that the spirit of God will come to be with them and guide them through life. I have said what came from my heart so that people will turn from their belief in hope from the government, hope from false doctrine such as new age, hope from alien intervention. I will say what the spirit has told me to say. The world is going crazy because they don’t know where to turn. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is scripture but people are led to believe that they will walk alone and that they have to live by the law. The spirit changes people from within. That is the power that God sends to everyone that believes that Jesus died for us. If you do not believe this than perhaps you should ask yourself if you have the Spirit of God yourself. God will supply our needs but there is pain on this earth because of sin and we may have to suffer for a time. Jesus sent us the spirit as “comforter” why would you deny anyone the knowledge of such a gift?

With millions of empty homes across America and more than 800 “Internment Camps” around the country, it seems plausible to me that they are expecting millions of people to come from south of the border and to allow more housing for them, they will place Americans in the camps because they claim we don’t work for low enough wages to give the Corporations a large enough profit margin.
They have set us up for failure and now they are blaming US for the problems that they created with the skyrocketing home prices (that were artificially inflated for higher tax profits) that forced wages higher to pay for it, yet it is all OUR fault and now we are the ones that have to pay again to “Save the Banks”!
Many may accept this as part of being an American, but, I have a hard time paying to make the filthy rich even more filthy and rich.
At some point in the very near future, many will come to the realization that you are being had! Used for your money and wealth to give the elite more money and power at your expense. How much will you allow them to get away with before you have had enough?
New Hampshire has the right idea in their Legislation that the rest of the country must follow if we are going to prevail over the Evil NWO crowd that wishes to control us.

They are trying to end upward mobility by destroying capitalism (not as it has been practiced, but as it is supposed to work). They don’t want common folks to be able to make themselves rich.
As for NH’s resolution, there are 8 other states with similar ones on the table, and 13 more considering it. The states are the biggest threat to the NWO, and our greatest ally against it. Pay close attention to your states, people! If you don’t know your state reps and Senator, get in touch now. Urge them to declare 10th Amendment sovereignty and do it quickly. Then start preparing to back it up…
If you live in a state that will go along with the NWO, MOVE if you can. If not, make bug-out plans (destination, transportation, pack bugout bags, food/water/necessary meds for the trip, weapons, and plan a route not likely to be patrolled or traveled heavily). There are lots of sites that offer guidance on this.
We WILL get through this. Many have declared America dead before. They claim we are weak; they do not know Americans like US, only the whining scum shown them on TV. The true spirit of America is alive and well in millions of us, and we are preparing… and very angry.

I live in El Paso, TX and it is amazing how these things are unfolding. There are so many people walking the streets blind to the truth. There are many people getting in line to work for the prison system. They do not want to understand that one day they will be switched from guard to prisoner. What better way to practice than on illegal immigrants? That question was not posed to say anything negative aginst this group of people. This group is comprised of human beings who should be treated as such (human beings). Not treated like experiemental rats. But once they are finished practicing, they will bus in the US citizens. Living here is going to be interesting, to say the least.

Silver Bullet the best thing to do is exactly what you are doing. Knowledge is power. There is strenght in numbers. It starts with one, then two and the next thing you know there is a wall of strenght. I and you can start here in El Paso. We can keep others informed as best as we can. Keep an eye out for the blind ones. They are too blinded by the glits and shimmer of the new fangle things their money can buy. That is just for right now. What their money should be buying is knowledge through the internet for as long as they let us. Keep focus and the rest will reveal itself in time.

It is highly unlikely that there will be an “Influx” of Illegals flowing into the U.S. when they are not likely stupid enough to enter into the same situation or worse than what is happening in Mexico right now.
These Camps are not for ANY Illegals that may come across the Border and they won’t be coming across until the unification of the North American Union sometime in 2010.
This will allow the Corporations to have the lower wages given to the people from south of the Border as opposed to the higher wages of the Americans.
Somehow, they will find the justification to put ALL Americans and any other Dissident in the camps and exterminate any person not worthy of their slavery.

Am trying to cook and all, so I did not catch the name of the man talking about his ranch and the illegal mexicans. This man has every right to be frustrated and sick and tired of it all.
What I want to do is…if they say these camps are for the mexicans or anybody else, how can these places help? It would be a prison and most likely scare food or none at all, very unsanitary…remember the stadium during katrina? Well…..how can anybody say these so called camps are going to help?

I don’t think they are preparing these camps for an “illegal alien influx” because those in charge don’t consider them illegal. I think they are preparing those camps for something big. Like a total meltdown of the economy, the country, etc. Those camps are being prepared for those that speak out against the government. They are preparing them for US!

In any other mass disaster across the world (earthquakes, tsunamis), it has been cheaper to transport across tents, food and medical supplies then evacuate the seriously injured than to ship everyone off to a new city or town. Usually the middle classes will take the first flights out to move to friends and relatives. It is only those who are left who would be moved to these camps.

Don’t think for one second that this government won’t kill you or let you rot in a jail. If you get in the way of the MONEY men watch out. Those crooks in Washington have been selling out it’s own people forever. All for What? PROFIT. The passage of this spending bill will bring in a flood of illegals from everywhere. Companies will hire these people and pay them less then they will pay you. Remember PROFIT. That’s going to be a problem when all of a sudden a loaf of bread will be 10 bucks. What will happen when you have no cash and your kids need to eat. It won’t just be you. One day there will be a chance to save the USA and we will have to have people who won’t sell you down the river so they can PROFIT off you.

The prison industry in the United States: big business or a new form of slavery?

Human rights organizations, as well as political and social ones, are condemning what they are calling a new form of inhumane exploitation in the United States, where they say a prison population of up to 2 million – mostly Black and Hispanic – are working for various industries for a pittance. For the tycoons who have invested in the prison industry, it has been like finding a pot of gold. They don’t have to worry about strikes or paying unemployment insurance, vacations or comp time. All of their workers are full-time, and never arrive late or are absent because of family problems; moreover, if they don’t like the pay of 25 cents an hour and refuse to work, they are locked up in isolation cells.
There are approximately 2 million inmates in state, federal and private prisons throughout the country. According to California Prison Focus, “no other society in human history has imprisoned so many of its own citizens.” The figures show that the United States has locked up more people than any other country: a half million more than China, which has a population five times greater than the U.S. Statistics reveal that the United States holds 25% of the world’s prison population, but only 5% of the world’s people. From less than 300,000 inmates in 1972, the jail population grew to 2 million by the year 2000. In 1990 it was one million. Ten years ago there were only five private prisons in the country, with a population of 2,000 inmates; now, there are 100, with 62,000 inmates. It is expected that by the coming decade, the number will hit 360,000, according to reports.
What has happened over the last 10 years? Why are there so many prisoners?
“The private contracting of prisoners for work fosters incentives to lock people up. Prisons depend on this income. Corporate stockholders who make money off prisoners’ work lobby for longer sentences, in order to expand their workforce. The system feeds itself,” says a study by the Progressive Labor Party, which accuses the prison industry of being “an imitation of Nazi Germany with respect to forced slave labor and concentration camps.”
The prison industry complex is one of the fastest-growing industries in the United States and its investors are on Wall Street. “This multimillion-dollar industry has its own trade exhibitions, conventions, websites, and mail-order/Internet catalogs. It also has direct advertising campaigns, architecture companies, construction companies, investment houses on Wall Street, plumbing supply companies, food supply companies, armed security, and padded cells in a large variety of colors.”
According to the Left Business Observer, the federal prison industry produces 100% of all military helmets, ammunition belts, bullet-proof vests, ID tags, shirts, pants, tents, bags, and canteens. Along with war supplies, prison workers supply 98% of the entire market for equipment assembly services; 93% of paints and paintbrushes; 92% of stove assembly; 46% of body armor; 36% of home appliances; 30% of headphones/microphones/speakers; and 21% of office furniture. Airplane parts, medical supplies, and much more: prisoners are even raising seeing-eye dogs for blind people.
CRIME GOES DOWN, JAIL POPULATION GOES UP
According to reports by human rights organizations, these are the factors that increase the profit potential for those who invest in the prison industry complex:
. Jailing persons convicted of non-violent crimes, and long prison sentences for possession of microscopic quantities of illegal drugs. Federal law stipulates five years’ imprisonment without possibility of parole for possession of 5 grams of crack or 3.5 ounces of heroin, and 10 years for possession of less than 2 ounces of rock-cocaine or crack. A sentence of 5 years for cocaine powder requires possession of 500 grams – 100 times more than the quantity of rock cocaine for the same sentence. Most of those who use cocaine powder are white, middle-class or rich people, while mostly Blacks and Latinos use rock cocaine. In Texas, a person may be sentenced for up to two years’ imprisonment for possessing 4 ounces of marijuana. Here in New York, the 1973 Nelson Rockefeller anti-drug law provides for a mandatory prison sentence of 15 years to life for possession of 4 ounces of any illegal drug.
. The passage in 13 states of the “three strikes” laws (life in prison after being convicted of three felonies), made it necessary to build 20 new federal prisons. One of the most disturbing cases resulting from this measure was that of a prisoner who for stealing a car and two bicycles received three 25-year sentences.
. Longer sentences.
. The passage of laws that require minimum sentencing, without regard for circumstances.
. A large expansion of work by prisoners creating profits that motivate the incarceration of more people for longer periods of time.
. More punishment of prisoners, so as to lengthen their sentences.
HISTORY OF PRISON LABOR IN THE UNITED STATES
Prison labor has its roots in slavery. After the 1861-1865 Civil War, a system of “hiring out prisoners” was introduced in order to continue the slavery tradition. Freed slaves were charged with not carrying out their sharecropping commitments (cultivating someone else’s land in exchange for part of the harvest) or petty thievery – which were almost never proven – and were then “hired out” for cotton picking, working in mines and building railroads. From 1870 until 1910 in the state of Georgia, 88% of hired-out convicts were Black. In Alabama, 93% of “hired-out” miners were Black. In Mississippi, a huge prison farm similar to the old slave plantations replaced the system of hiring out convicts. The notorious Parchman plantation existed until 1972.
During the post-Civil War period, Jim Crow racial segregation laws were imposed on every state, with legal segregation in schools, housing, marriages and many other aspects of daily life. “Today, a new set of markedly racist laws is imposing slave labor and sweatshops on the criminal justice system, now known as the prison industry complex,” comments the Left Business Observer.
Who is investing? At least 37 states have legalized the contracting of prison labor by private corporations that mount their operations inside state prisons. The list of such companies contains the cream of U.S. corporate society: IBM, Boeing, Motorola, Microsoft, AT&T, Wireless, Texas Instrument, Dell, Compaq, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Nortel, Lucent Technologies, 3Com, Intel, Northern Telecom, TWA, Nordstrom’s, Revlon, Macy’s, Pierre Cardin, Target Stores, and many more. All of these businesses are excited about the economic boom generation by prison labor. Just between 1980 and 1994, profits went up from $392 million to $1.31 billion. Inmates in state penitentiaries generally receive the minimum wage for their work, but not all; in Colorado, they get about $2 per hour, well under the minimum. And in privately-run prisons, they receive as little as 17 cents per hour for a maximum of six hours a day, the equivalent of $20 per month. The highest-paying private prison is CCA in Tennessee, where prisoners receive 50 cents per hour for what they call “highly skilled positions.” At those rates, it is no surprise that inmates find the pay in federal prisons to be very generous. There, they can earn $1.25 an hour and work eight hours a day, and sometimes overtime. They can send home $200-$300 per month.
Thanks to prison labor, the United States is once again an attractive location for investment in work that was designed for Third World labor markets. A company that operated a maquiladora (assembly plant in Mexico near the border) closed down its operations there and relocated to San Quentin State Prison in California. In Texas, a factory fired its 150 workers and contracted the services of prisoner-workers from the private Lockhart Texas prison, where circuit boards are assembled for companies like IBM and Compaq.
[Former] Oregon State Representative Kevin Mannix recently urged Nike to cut its production in Indonesia and bring it to his state, telling the shoe manufacturer that “there won’t be any transportation costs; we’re offering you competitive prison labor (here).”
PRIVATE PRISONS
The prison privatization boom began in the 1980s, under the governments of Ronald Reagan and Bush Sr., but reached its height in 1990 under William Clinton, when Wall Street stocks were selling like hotcakes. Clinton’s program for cutting the federal workforce resulted in the Justice Departments contracting of private prison corporations for the incarceration of undocumented workers and high-security inmates.
Private prisons are the biggest business in the prison industry complex. About 18 corporations guard 10,000 prisoners in 27 states. The two largest are Correctional Corporation of America (CCA) and Wackenhut, which together control 75%. Private prisons receive a guaranteed amount of money for each prisoner, independent of what it costs to maintain each one. According to Russell Boraas, a private prison administrator in Virginia, “the secret to low operating costs is having a minimal number of guards for the maximum number of prisoners.” The CCA has an ultra-modern prison in Lawrenceville, Virginia, where five guards on dayshift and two at night watch over 750 prisoners. In these prisons, inmates may get their sentences reduced for “good behavior,” but for any infraction, they get 30 days added – which means more profits for CCA. According to a study of New Mexico prisons, it was found that CCA inmates lost “good behavior time” at a rate eight times higher than those in state prisons.
IMPORTING AND EXPORTING INMATES
Profits are so good that now there is a new business: importing inmates with long sentences, meaning the worst criminals. When a federal judge ruled that overcrowding in Texas prisons was cruel and unusual punishment, the CCA signed contracts with sheriffs in poor counties to build and run new jails and share the profits. According to a December 1998 Atlantic Monthly magazine article, this program was backed by investors from Merrill-Lynch, Shearson-Lehman, American Express and Allstate, and the operation was scattered all over rural Texas. That state’s governor, Ann Richards, followed the example of Mario Cuomo in New York and built so many state prisons that the market became flooded, cutting into private prison profits.
After a law signed by Clinton in 1996 – ending court supervision and decisions – caused overcrowding and violent, unsafe conditions in federal prisons, private prison corporations in Texas began to contact other states whose prisons were overcrowded, offering “rent-a-cell” services in the CCA prisons located in small towns in Texas. The commission for a rent-a-cell salesman is $2.50 to $5.50 per day per bed. The county gets $1.50 for each prisoner.
STATISTICS
Ninety-seven percent of 125,000 federal inmates have been convicted of non-violent crimes. It is believed that more than half of the 623,000 inmates in municipal or county jails are innocent of the crimes they are accused of. Of these, the majority are awaiting trial. Two-thirds of the one million state prisoners have committed non-violent offenses. Sixteen percent of the country’s 2 million prisoners suffer from mental illness.

Charles, I have to second you in this. It is sad, but oh so very true. Our eyes have turned away from the real problem for far too long. The Chinese and Japanese are very smart in that they have ALWAYS planned ahead. They look down the road for the long run. We in America, always want EVERYTHING right now. Well, we have gotten our WANTS and now we are paying BIG TIME.
Goodbye America. You will be missed. I only pray that my Lord will come quickly to take me home.

It will be much quicker than that. They have imported guillotines from the Chinese and installed then in the FEMA box cars, so you will be dead in a second and never even get to the camp, only your body will go there to be chucked into the industrial furnace, after they have removed anything of value from it.

Please, please! Spare me the bible quotes and the Jesus rants. I can’t scroll past them fast enough! As soon as I see even a hint of either, I start to get a sick feeling, literally. As a youth of 5, the brainwashing began, the guilt followed, the questions remained. Then, a couple of years ago, I quite suddenly had a TRUE REVELATION! All my life I had been deceived, relying on ‘faith’, furthering the cause of the evangelical ‘profits’. Every thing done on this planet is for some form of gain, whether it’s power, money, sex, whatever. One person’s ignorance is another’s opportunity. Take some time, spend a year or two or three, study the information available freely to you on the internet. OPEN your mind, be willing to consider alternative viewpoints, make some logical conclusions. Then you will truly see ‘THE LIGHT’!.
