Investigation Could Sink American Police Force
Attorney General orders secretive paramilitary group to turn over all its records

The plans of American Police Force to boss the $27 million dollar detention center in Hardin Montana as well as expand their presence across the country while training foreign troops inside the U.S. could be mothballed after Montana’s Attorney General launched an investigation and demanded the organization turn over all its records.
Suspicions that the paramilitary unit, which attempted to pose as law enforcement in Hardin last week by placing decals on SUV’s that read “Hardin Police Department,” is a cut-out or a front group for a larger company, may be realized after AG Steve Bullock ordered Hardin city officials to turn over all their documents related to their dealings with APF by October 12.
“His office made a similar demand of American Police Force, including information that would back up (Michael) Hilton’s claims of multiple defense contracts with the U.S. government and other agencies,” reports the Associated Press.
As we have highlighted, APF grandstands as a major player in the world of international private security, even claiming on its own website that it runs the U.S. Training Center, a Blackwater or “Xe” owned facility. This has led many to claim that the company is a shell or a front organization for something far more sinister, rumors that have only grown with APF’s blanket refusal to name its parent company.
The investigation was prompted by the revelation yesterday that APF founder “Captain” Michael Hilton is a career criminal and a convicted fraudster who has operated under no less than 17 different aliases. Hilton, a native of Montenegro, was sentenced to 6 years in jail in 1993 for “Such schemes you cannot believe,” according to Joseph Carella, an Orange County, Calif. doctor, namely a dozen counts of grand theft. Hilton has defrauded numerous different individuals to the tune of $1.1 million dollars over the past 20 years.

APF’s plans to construct another facility in Hardin that will train international paramilitary forces also looks doomed following intense media scrutiny of the organization’s shady dealings with local authorities and their probable violation of article 2 section 33 of the Montana Constitution.
Judging by the reaction of Attorney Becky Convery, who negotiated the original deal between Hardin authorities and APF, the contract to man the detention center and build the training facility could be torpedoed.
“Convery said Two Rivers director Greg Smith had a tentative deal with Hilton’s company to provide law enforcement service, but she said it was never finalized and she was uncertain whether it would be legal,” reports the AP.
“We are not at all pleased with American Police masquerading as if they were the police for the city of Hardin,” she said.
American Police Force and Hilton are now obviously engaging in desperate damage control, trying to offset concerns that they were on the verge of transforming the town into a “privately run police state,” as the AP article puts it, before press scrutiny forced them to put the breaks on.
Hilton has now pledged to donate the SUV’s that were marked with the police decals to the city while still pushing ahead with plans to provide law enforcement for the area for $250,000 a year. The fact that APF’s training center plans to recruit foreign assets who could then be patrolling the streets of America bossing U.S. citizens is obviously a frightening prospect, completely unconstitutional, and another reason why APF needs to abandon its plans to act as a private police force completely.

They impersonated the police. This is a major crime. Is Montana such a lawless place that these guys are not going to be prosecuted? Apparently if you’re ‘juiced in’ with the right local ‘officials’, the law doesn’t apply.
If you live in Montana, call your elected representatives and tell them there is photographic and video proof that these APF guys were impersonating police officers and DEMAND that the law be upheld and that a thorough investigation is initiated.
If they get away with not being prosecuted for this crime, look out because it will happen again.
It would help to call the county sheriff’s office and ask how can we know whether his vehicles are the real deal from now on since they’re going to let people get away with impersonating his officers. If I were working the beat in that county, I’d be super-pissed about this.

BTW, donating the SUVs = bribe to avoid prosection. It seems the local ‘officials’ are corrupt as hell and it’s open season for bribery. First you have the wife of a TRA top-dog getting a new car and $60K/yr payment plan, and now a bunch of shiny SUVs to keep everybody quiet.
This is CRIMINAL what is going on, yet nobody is going to enforce the law. The judicial system in Montana is failing it’s citizens. There is only one way to get justice when the supposed enforcers are criminals themselves.

As a convicted felon, “Cap’n Mike” would normally be investigated for possession of firearm by convicted felon, a federal crime. Might as well use their laws against them ;^D. Even if he doesn’t touch a gun in public, the Cap’n would be guilty under the federal “constructive possession” interpretation of the law, which has been upheld by courts of appeals. That means that if he had control of, or keys to weapons lockers, etc. he is as guilty as the guys they like to bust who happen to live in the same house as a gun owner. The feds love sentencing those guys to a 3 year stretch of unicor slave labor. Lets see how they handle one of their own. I bet he gets a free pass…

yes, i believe that ted turner is the largest private land owner in that state (and a few other states). he has huge land holdings in most northern plains/rocky mountain states. there are many celebrity/elitists that own large “ranches” in montana. i know david latterman is one of them. have heard of many others from time to time, but cant remember all the names i have heard.

The state is a magnet for those with money, however the locals are mostly lower-middle class or poverty level. The economy has been destroyed due to NAFTA, and almost 100% of the jobs in the state are now Service Industry (Wal-Mart, Taco Bell etc) to service the rich that vacation in state.
I’ve been in California for 10 years and recently ventured back only to find that the my home town is now all box stores boutiques and a mini california. Hooray for the new world!

Tracks 8-11 are good. I went through tracks 1-5 on my way home from target. It was decent driving music, I didnt find myself hitting the skip button. Not sure if its better to buy this album than to buy an older album to support the band and not big record company. IMO CountDown To Extinction is the best Mega Death Album.
I am sort of over exposed to give The Title Track #07 End Game a fair review.

I respect Jones more than anybody else..he is a Hero and I love him,and he deserves all respect..but I think he really missed the point with mentioning NATO bombing of Serbia in a sense that Serbia was a independant country that got in a way of a New World Order and that poor Serbs are being set up by NWO. The wars in Croatia and Bosnia were complicated and confusing. But when it comes to Kosovo there is no doubt, Serbia definitely stood up against the NWO there. They lost the war, but what is important is that Serbia stood up and made a great sacrifice. In the end it looks like the Kosovo war in 1999 was the turning point for the NWO empire. They were then at the peak of their power. Just look at the players. Bill Clinton, Madeleine Albright, Tony Blair, Richard Holbrooke. NWO stooges all of them. After 1999 the empire has weakened and it is weakening still.
I think a big factor was the trial against Milosevic in the Hague. Milosevic was a bad president that made many mistakes. But in the Hague he made up for it by exposing the rotten inside of the New World Order to the world. Milosevic knew all about them, and he exposed it all in the trial. No wonder the corporate controlled media went dead silent about the trial as soon as Milosevic started to expose them. But the trial transcripts are still available online for everybody to read. You can learn a lot about the NWO by reading those trial transcripts. Especially the ones from Milosevics defense.

Davor is spot on with this post. David Icke really does a great and thorough job wth his research as does alex.I agree with icke over jones 100% on this topic. The Serbs wernt victims of NWO they have fundamentally the same policy…The balkan war was centered around Serbians wanting a greater Serbia which has been their policy for centuries…sounds familiar?.I cant believe in this age of ‘polical correctness’ that they would even allow the serbian coat of arms to be displayed in any form given the worlds knowdedge of what attrocities occured under this symbol. This in itself indicates they are in with the government/nwo. Poor Montana. You will surely underestimate these people. They are serb ex army men who have no employment prospects in Serbia. Bull shit. Serb didn’t want to create a greater Serbia. Milosevic in the first place wanted to keep Yugoslavia together (with pressure, he was indeed a dictator). When he couldn’t do that (no secret that Germany and others wanted to drive Croatia and Slovenia out of Yugoslavia) he wanted to protect the Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia. Because Tudjman of Croatia started to killl off Serb mayors, doctors, police etc. in Krajina, the Serb area of Croatia. That is why Serbia attacked Croatia, to protect the Serbs there and to annex the region to Serbia. Same thing in Bosnia. Everybody knew that if Bosnia (read muslims) would proclaim independence, that that would lead to civil war. Well….it did. Because the US pressured Sarajevo in doing so. Izetbegovic the illegal president of Bosnia proclaimed independence. The result is known. Croatia and Serbia wanted to divide Bosnia between them because of the large population they have/had there.
The muslims of course, didn’t want that. With American backing, independence was called. Bosnia was particularly bloody because most of the weapons factories of Yugoslavia were in Bosnia. Croatia and Serbia wanted to protect their peoples.
Did Serbs commit war crimes? Yes they did and they commited most of the war crimes but they had the most to loose (which they did) and the biggest army.
You talk about prison camps. There were indeed prison camps but all sides had them. Remember that skinny guy behind the barbed wire? That was a hoax. The reporter stood behind the wire. That camp -Trne Polje- was a refugee camp. The skinny guy suffered from an illness. He survived the war and later was annoyed by the way he was portrayed.
Again, Serbs did most war crimes but also lost a lot of people. Overall Serbia had to absorb 1 million refugees. At least 500,000 from Croatia (cleansed during Operation Storm 1995, the USA had trained Croatian troops), 200,000 at least from Kosovo and the rest from Bosnia.
Do you really think that the US helped Bosnia and Kosovo because they like them so much?
No, they do because they have a geopolitical, geoeconomical interest. Do a google on Camp Bondsteel. Then you will see why the US takes an interest in the region. Everywhere where the US shows its face, people will die by the thousands.
The Albanians stole Kosovo from Serbia. 100 years ago they were a minority but now they are 95% of the population because they have large families and Serbs and other minorities were ethnically cleansed. Kosovo and Albania are now hubs of international crime involving the heroine from Afghanistan, weapons and people trade. This goes all the way to the top of the Kosovar leadership.
Oh, and the US used cluster bombs and depleted uranium when they bombed Serbia and Kosovo.

David Icke is a total wackjob to say the least which is why Alex Jones has distanced himself so far away from him as to not discredit himself. Jones is totally right in saying that Serbia stood up to the NWO and sacrificed a great deal. During the Yugoslav war the “west” supplied and supported the right wing fascist groups such as the Ustasha into becoming a major force once again just like they were in WW2 when they exterminated over 1 million Serbs and Jews in Yugoslavia. Magnus you are also right about Milosevic although he wasn’t perfect he did what he felt was best to protect his people who were under assault from all angles. POINT 1. There was not a bomb droped at Serbia until 1999 by NATO.
POINT 2. The war in Yugoslavia started in 1991. Serbia attacked. It was not “under assault from all angles”
It started by attack at Slovenia, then attack at Slovenia by Serb dominated Yugoslavia army which at the time had atleast 50 more weapons than Croats did. Basically David against Goliath. Then it spread by Serbian attack at Bosnia. Then it spread by Serbian attack at Kosovo Albanians(90% of Kosovo population).
POINT 3. NATO bombed Serbia cause just one reason..Serbs connected with Russians, and NATO punished it and established a base in Kosovo.
POINT 4. NATO did 8 years(1991-99) nothing against Serbs..it just watched people die in Croatia and Bosnia

The former Yugoslavia had a rotating pairlament which was a farce and not fair as serbs always had the power then and the money all went to the Upon slovenia declaring independence the serbs attacked with all their military might which was accumulated by the former yugoslavia (ie serbs,croats, bosnians, macedonia etc) but as Belgrade and later used against any state declaring independence from a communist Yugoslavia.

The Serbs didn’t start the Yugoslav war, Slovenia fired the first shots when they began attacking the JNA that was stationed in Slovenia which compromised of all nationalites. Croatia then began to do the very same thing but on a much larger scale by ethnically cleansing the Serbian Krajina area which forced the hand of Belgrade to react. The Croatian president Tudjman HIMSELF admitted his goal from the begginning was to provoke the Serbs into war and to create an ethnically clean Croatian state. As for Bosnia Islamic mujahadeens were flown from all over the globe by the CIA and other such organisations. Prior to the so called massacre in Srbrenica over 2000 Serb civillians were slaughtered at their hands which caused the Serbian reaction. The false estimation of 8000 has been debinked already by countless amounts of independant investigations and documentaries from human rights organisations.

Yeah this man (Hilton) isn’t too bright … for starters he could of strolled into town, low key and kept a low profile (isn’t that what security corps do?), but he literally used a trumpet blast to catch the attention of the peaceful town folk. And if it’s true about the locals having helicopters and training missions going on in their foothills, then I’m sure they are a bit paranoid to begin with, least I would be.
However Steve Quayle’s source seems to be a bit more paranoid than most, he said they were building a gate (not so from the tweets I hear) and he said there were a dozen SUV’s (maybe in his mind, but I’ve only seen three) and where he got the stuff about the flu shot, again I think he’s running on high paranoia. Better to be a bit paranoid then caught trusting I suppose. When paranoia skews the facts making Steve look bad I would question that source in the future.

The APF arent allowed to do lots of things because of legal reasons but it doesnt seem to stop them doing what they want.
There are far too many questions that need answering.
My guess is is that they think that the US is the same as Serbia that has corruption and disregard for the law but then perhaps thats exactly the reason they are in the US ?

Obama should appoint Hilton as Czar of Foreign Security to add to his list of criminal advisers. I find it hard to believe Hilton was working alone. Someone had to dish out the 2 million for this deal and furnish those vehicles. A con man usually cons the money from somewhere else. Rarely will they put up their own funds especially to the tune of 2 million. Follow the money. If this man has several felonies why is he even walking around armed? If you go to jail for selling pot you lose the right to have a gun yet he has several felonies and masquerades like a police force? That is another felony. Something is really fishy about this setup. Why would we bring foreign troops to train here when we have a so called ‘terrorist’ problem? Isn’t that inviting the terrorists here? Is he backed by the government? What most people don’t know it that the muslims in the area prior to the genocide on 8,000 people, committed their own genocide on the Serbian population of the area. Carla del Ponte stated that the international community before hand knew that enclave of Srebrenica would fall and that mass murder would follow.
The French general Mourrillon (commander in chief on the ground at the time) in 1998 before a French senate commission testified that he believed that the fall of the enclave was orchestrated by Sarajevo.

Yes, before the events in Srebrenica muslim forces (led by Nasr Oric) had killed around 2000 Christians in the area during the course of several months. When Christian forces entered the Muslim stronghold around 2000 were killed. No women and no children, only men at fighting age. Then bodies from all over Bosnia were collected to add up to this magic number 8000. There was no massacre of 8000 people, it didn’t happen that way.
Those Muslims hiding under UN-protection i Srebrenica was not only Bosnian Muslims. They also had Al-Qaida in there. Al-Qaida Mujahedeens were taken from Pakistan to Bosnia with US military transport planes into the Tuzla no-fly zone by night. All this and much more will be revealed in the trial. The trial will prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that the US intelligence (CIA) and Al-Qaida are closely knit together. This has tremendous implications for, among other things, the 9/11 attacks.

I live in Montana, although about 400 miles away from Hardin. Our local newspaper’s headlines are all about this issue. Nobody seems to know how this APF suddenly appeared as the police force in Hardin. Lots of questions need to be answered. I think the AG of Montana did the right thing, but the Governor needs to step in and squash this unconstitutional ‘police force’.

There are 4 different unmarked types of cars patrolling my town. Each of them have police sirens, but no identification. Some of the sirens are on the dash, some on the bumper, some are part of what looks like luggage on a ski rack. Some are just plain white pickup trucks with no sirens. These are not civilians. They answer apparently to no one and all they do is patrol. PERIOD. So while my town is adament about its police harrasing the crap out of its civilians, these bozos are up and down the streets… sometimes even pulling over and watching people. They’re like stalkers. It’s really been creepy since they moved in with the ever increasing amount of military.

Not much is being released by the ADF representatives about the identity of the parent company of American Police Force. ADF has a stringent policy of not releasing any information about its shadowy parent company.
However, this policy was apparently only instated as of late. According to this AP article from September 12th, Hilton said his boss was a Mr. Richard Culver.
This man is Richard Culver. He is a retired Army Colonel and Senior Director of Security Services for International SOS. which appears to be what I would call a private sector FEMA, for lack of a better description.

I think you mistake the Serbs for the Croats. The Croats are Katholics and they collaborated fully with the Nazis. In Serbia you had the Chetnicks/nationalist who to some degree collaborated with the Nazis but most of the country fought the Germans. The mulims in Bosnia by the way, had their own SS divisions.

Here’s the deal on Montana- They recently allowed all Montanans to purchase any firearm or ammo made in Montana WITHOUT a federal background check. They claim state’s rights as far as interstate commerce is concerned, the Feds having no legal foundation to register firearms that are not shipped from another state. This also includes silencers and flash suppressors. This is pissing off the Obama administration no end. You are allowed to carry a concealed weapon in any unincorporated part of the state WITHOUT a permit, including your glove compartment and pocket. The whole state is armed like no other, and it’s citizens jealously defend their freedoms as defined in the second amendment to the Constitution. The insertion of something as powerful and sinister as APF into the mix is no accident. That’s why the FBI refuses to answer any questions about this from the press or local police. There are larger issues at stake here for the administration and for all Americans in general. This is a major Black Op designed to instill fear in those who cling to such outmoded fantasies like the inherent validity of the Constitution and the right to bear arms. Montana has come closer than any other state to defining a sequence that would lead to secession from the USA. This scares the crap out of the Obama-ites too. Down with APF and all government controls over the local police departments. We need separation of powers promised in our Constitution to give us our freedoms in America. The NWO led by the International Banksters are creating a Police Force to dictate to the world population. This is done by a privatized army paid for by the Federal Reserve that now controls all the stimulis money coming out of DC and their other black operating budgets. Give the local cities, towns, and states back their police departments. Get the Feds out of all state and local politics that is not designated to them by our Constitution. Lock them all up for violation of our Constitution and Rights. Throw out the religious Vatican out of Washington politics who have diplomatic exchanges with each other in violation of the US Constitution. This happened under Ronnie Red REagons presidential watch in 1984. The Jesuits have been thrown out of 80 countries in their history and should now be thrown out of the US. Let them go to the moon.

I am aware that knit-picking over figures is not what we’re normally about here, more the moral and or constitutional issues surrounding events and people under discussion but please indulge me for a moment. How can a 27million dollar complex only house sixty inmates. The average state of the art prison in the UK costs well under ten million pounds to build and will house anything from 400 – 700 inmates. Even allowing for the difference in currency 27 million dollars for a 60 – man prison does not make sense. We have more holding cells in our police stations over here (ok not something to be proud of) but it sounds like very creative accounting to me. Bet joe public picked up the tab!
