Iran doctored missile test-firing photo: defence analyst

A defence analyst said on Thursday that Iran had apparently doctored photographs of missile test-firings and exaggerated the capabilities of the weapons.
Iran on Wednesday test-fired nine missiles — including a Shahab-3 it said was capable of reaching Israel — angering the United States amid fears that the standoff over the Islamic republic’s contested nuclear drive could lead to war.
Photographs published on the Iranian Revolutionary Guards website showed four missiles taking off from a desert launchpad.
But one of the missiles had apparently been added to the photograph using elements from the smoke trail and dust clouds from two of the other missiles.
After being shown the photograph by AFP, Mark Fitzpatrick of the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) said: “It very much does appear that Iran doctored the photo to cover up what apparently was a misfiring of one of the missiles.

“The whole purpose of this testing was to send a signal so Iran both exaggerated the capabilities of the missile in their prose and apparently doctored the photos as well.”
The state-run Iranian channel Al-Alam said the missiles test-fired by the Revolutionary Guards included a Shahab-3 with a one-tonne conventional warhead and a range of 2,000 kilometres (1,240 miles).
But Fitzpatrick, a former US State Department official, said: “In terms of capability, they claimed the Shahab-3 could travel 2,000 kilometres carrying a one-tonne warhead. This is very unlikely.
“The Shahab-3 normally has a range of 1,300 kilometres and the range can be extended to 2,000 kilometres but it would require a much lighter warhead.
“This is typical of Iran to exaggerate the accomplishments of the missiles and its nuclear programme.”
Several experts on photography agreed that the photograph had been manipulated.
“It’s a doctored image,” said Gerard Issert, a technician at Granon, one of the largest photo laboratories in Paris.
“Although the missiles weren’t all equidistant from the camera, they’re the same size in the picture,” Issert told AFP in the southern French city of Arles.

I do not believe these experts simply because they are or were part of government. Remember that Iran counts on Russia to supply it’s weaponry and as those that know better, Russia has the best weapons on the planet.
I don’t agree with war but Iran has every right to do as it wishes with it’s technology and all this lying from Israel and the US is nothing more than a tactic to prevent Iran from developing the ability to defend itself from them.

The whole issue with the middle east I believe is that
The big 4 1st world English speaking countries (USA/UK/CAN/AUS)are slowly but surely loosing their standard of living as the rest of the world catches and overtakes them in wealth, infrastructure,resources.
Of course they do not like this nor want to see it happen as such they do all they can to bring other nations down - best way to do this of course is to wage war so that resources are expended.
This slows down development in those countries that they target and as such helps to guarantee the living standard and position of the big 4 that they have been able to build up since WW2 in an era of relative peace with no widespread conflict.

If anyone can show me a link to those pictures, I can prove they are doctored by the US and not IRAN. The picture on the right is blown up a bit to make the plume from the rockets look longer when in reality the plumes are shorter than the picture on the left. If you will look closely at the bottom of the so-called mis-fire, you will see the plume beginning. The truth is, the photo on the right was taken just a frame or two BEFORE the picture on the left. Look at the fence posts on the right. They are farther apart. Proof of enlargement. Look at the difference in the size of the missles themselves. The ones on the right are a hair larger. Proof of enlargement. THE PHOTO ON THE RIGHT WAS TAKEN A FRAME OR TWO BEFORE THE PICTURE ON THE LEFT! Proof our MSM is being manipulated by the War Criminals in Washington! Those missles all fired like they were supposed too! LIARS!

Here it is. Another version. Looks even more doctored. But still, look at the plumes in the picture on the bottm. They are shorter than the upper photo. No other explanation than the misfire actually did fire a few frames later. Am I wrong?

These missile tests are just part of this theater. Ahmadeenijad is a pawn of these globalist trash. They are trying to keep those oil prices going higher and higher and they will do all they can at this time to maintain their goals.
Oil is on the way out. They have ten years max to get their last profits out before they can no longer suppress emerging technologies.

Well I’ll be darn, the US is spewing out more lies to justify starting another war. The US thirst for blood is insatiable. I would bet lots of money that someone representing US interests doctored this missile picture. Why would Iran doctor the photo, realease the photo, and then release the actual photo?! That would make no sense.

don’t use bit torrent any more, it is hugely compromised now, same with utorrent from 1.7.x and up, anything below that is ok.
ie 1.6.x etc etc. also be wary of certain torrent sites, alot are co-opted now too, sites like pirate bay and to a lesser degree mininova , demoniod are ok but sadly most are compromised
and before you do any of it make sure you have at the very least peer guardian running before you download or upload anything through torrenting, stay safe.

Now. Did Iran doctor that image, or did our friends in the media do that for us. Iran doesn’t need to be, or want to be, attacked. Israel and the US want to attack, Israel and the US control the media, Israel and the US have long sordid histories of distorting the truth to get their way.

Get a domain name and webhost, make a webpage and post the link to it in a forum, make sure all the metatags are working and follow website making rules so google bots will find and list your site under the proper kewords. Make those webcrawlers do the work for you!
I have zeitgeist running 24/7 on my bit torrent client machine.
And like hmm says, don’t download ANY torrents, they are almost all trojans, some introduced by gov to infect and some to spy, most are malicious viruses and trojans that send computer content snapshots back to databases. Even the websites themselves auto download trojans to your machine simply by going there!!!!
