Iran missile tests prove US missile plan ‘not needed’: Russia

Iran’s recent missile tests showed the limited range of Tehran’s arsenal and proved that a planned US missile defence shield in Europe is unnecessary, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday.

“The tests in Iran confirm that Iran has missiles with a range of up to 2,000 kilometers and confirm… that a missile defence shield with these parameters is not needed to monitor or react to such threats,” he said.

   how funny…. they push this missile shield for europe, because iran has missiles that can’t even reach europe…

   i read in a magazine a couple of months ago and it said iran’s missile could reach europe at a distance of 12,000km….

   if america does attack iran… expect a huge reaction… iran is a country of 60 million people… 3 times bigger then iraq… more powerful then iraq and afganistan combined…

   this war will go off, and hopefully not spread into world war…

   Russia is allies with Iran. Propobly the alleged missiles that hav been fired were bought from Russia. Some say that Russia is investing money into new Iranian oil fields.

   china has a 200 billion dollar deal with iran… oil for the next 20 years for china…

   if america takes on iran,,, expect china to help iran,
   china doesn’t want to loose it’s investment in iran…

   Let’s ask the question what restarting the ‘cold war’ really means. It means the start of the rebuilding process of the military industrial complex: trillions spent to upgrade our defenses and hundreds of billions more in ‘no-bid military contracts’. All this does is fattening the pocketbooks of politicians like McCain.

   The question I would ask is, “Where do we get the money?” How soon will the Chinese control our dollar since they hold so much of it already?

   The missile shield to protect the world from Iran is a US lie and a deceitful cover up to hide the real reason. The real purpose of the missile shield is to eventually surround Russia and China with ballistic nuclear/biological/chemical weapons. They could not put missiles in Cuba, but it is OK for the US to set them up on the border of Russia. As usual, the same old US double standard. The US seems hellbent on starting WW3. I think the greed of the scumbag ‘elites’ will cause them to make a fatal mistake that may cost them the world conquest they seek. Invading countries one by one foes not go unnoticed by other countries that will eventually realize they are next.

   The world will rejoice when the American empire falls, which it will. Something that corrupt, twisted and sick is doomed to fail. I hope the wait isn’t too long. No wonder the muslims burn American flags. Im a westerner and if I had a US flag Id probably burn it too. Of course I’ve nothing against actual American citizens. They are for the most part just very ignorant, over consumers. Its their government. In saying that if their government was really answerable to the American people, and they weren’t so apathetic they wouldn’t be in this mess. So they kind of deserve what they’re getting.
