Israel Accused Of Massive War Crime Atrocities
UN Professor Falk cites targeting of civilians, disproportionate military response as Obama and Pelosi express terse approval

A new IAF cockpit video shows an air strike targeted against an alleged rocket launching site located between two civilian homes, as UN Professor Richard Falk accused Israel of massive violations of international humanitarian law.
Falk, United Nations Special Investigator for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, listed numerous actions by Israel that clearly break the rules of engagement codified in the Geneva Conventions.
These include; collective punishment of the 1.5 million inhabitants of the Gaza Strip for the actions of relatively few militants; the indiscriminate targeting of civilians including school children and university students during air strikes, with hundreds now dead or injured; a disproportionate military response which has destroyed every police and security office of Gaza’s elected government.
Israel has also sealed off entry and exit points to the Gaza Strip, causing severe shortages of medicine, food and fuel and hampering efforts to treat victims of the bombing raids.

“Certainly the rocket attacks against civilian targets in Israel are unlawful. But that illegality does not give Israel any right, neither as the occupying power nor as a sovereign state, to violate international humanitarian law and commit war crimes or crimes against humanity in its response. I note that Israel’s escalating military assaults have not made Israeli civilians safer; on the contrary, the one Israeli killed today after the upsurge of Israeli violence is the first in over a year,” writes Falk.
Reports of civilians being targeted on both sides continue to emerge. Hamas TV broadcast a video showing injured Israeli citizens being evacuated with the words “Let them taste violent death” superimposed over skulls dripping with blood.
But the majority of war crimes have obviously been committed by the might of the Israeli military, with one report accusing the Israelis of targeting school children who were making their way home with air strikes
Meanwhile, President elect Barack Obama’s reaction to Israel’s biggest military assault on Gaza in 20 years was a nonchalant “no comment,” while Democratic leader of the House Nancy Pelosi expressed her support for the carnage by stating “When Israel is attacked, the United States must continue to stand strongly with its friend and democratic ally.”
With at least 285 dead and over 800 injured so far, Obama and Pelosi’s terse approval for the indiscriminate slaughter of innocents reminds us that 2009 is unlikely to offer “change” of any kind but is likely to guarantee more war and bloodshed.

It’s a crying shame this goes on.
Like the bully that continuously beets other kids up at school and when one of the kids punches back the big bully calles on the UN and his Arab brothers to condemn them.
How dare you defend yourself Israel, shame on you. Personaly I hope they wipe out the entire region because I’m sick of hearing about it.
If you don’t like to see bloody children and bodies scattered, tell Hamas to do something about the rockets sent into Israeli territory. Don’t you just love human sheild propoganda?

As well, no one targets school children on purpose. This is the reason why Hams get’s away with this crap especialy in a 3rd world, uneducated country where they will believe anything they are told.

Have you ever seen the Gaza strip? If HAMAS set up a rocket launcher it will always be close to civilian population. IT is wrong for you to make out that HAMAS are cynically positioning their launchers close to schools and hospitals.
IT is appalling that any innocent civilians are killed. But if you are so educated why don’t you look up the word terrorist. If you have 2 brain cells to rub together you will note that the hideously disproprtionate atrocities inflicted on GAZA qualify the ISRALIES as TERRORISTS.
Furthermore if your country was blockaded by say CUBA and you were unable to get food, medical aid, and yes ARMS into your country, what would you do in the good old U.S.A or wherever you come from?

No, it is well-known that children are targeted. These accusations are not unjustified.
What needs to happen is that Israel needs to recognize and seriously negotiate with the elected Hamas leadership. Until that happens real militants will continue to attack. They may continue to attack anyway because who knows if they are CIA or Mossod and just want to create incidents?
Israel is not serious about negotiating because they have the upper hand due to our extravagant giveaways to them. The U.S. government is the cause of this. It is imperative that we cut them off so they will be forced to negotiate and respect Hamas for what it is, an elected governing leadership, whether they like it or not.

Yeah, Qassam rockets that Hamas supposedly fired compared to state-of-art weapons and ammunition that Israel is using on the Palestinians.
As far as reports go, one Israeli was killed during those launches, which leads me to my question, will for every Israeli killed, in return they kill 300 Palestinians? And yet I’ve found at least 2 what seems like Israeli propagadist and disinfo agents very supportive of what is happening in Gaza and blaming Palestinians. How sick this world is, sometimes I just wish I was friggin dead.
It’s a friggin genocide there. I don’t hate Jews, but I just don’t agree what’s happening there. Israel is a terror state and it must be dealt with. Jews aren’t even the chosen of God. They are the chosen of the devil.

Israel believes that it doesn’t really matter to kill innocents that were put in the first place in a concentration camp. Israel is a satanic state. This war will just radicalise the terrorists in Iran and Syria and the rockets, and eventually much bigger bombs, are going to fall on Israel.
And when this happens, since Israel is the very only responsible for its own sake, there is absolutely no reason for European countries to help there. Right now, Europe is saying “stop the bombing” to both parties. The day a nuclear nuke will fall on Israel, Europe will say “stop the bombing”, words that will be directed to both Israel and Hezbollah/Hamas.
In the end, the entire world would just be better of without Israel. Saying this is not being racist, it is being realist and pragmatist. This is call the utilitarian philosophy, where the well being of the majority has priority over a minority that has started the hostilities in the first place and has kept 1.5 millions of people in inhumane conditions. Moreover, all this damn issues are really just about the fucking promised land and a irrelevant stupid wall where morons hit the heads on like they were total mental cases.
In Europe, we live in a very secularized environment. The Jews and the Muslims still live 2000 years in the past. On that basis, Europe can’t defend either of the Jews or the Muslims. From my point of view, one Israeli died in the last 6 months because of a rocket launched from the Gaza stripe, but 300 people in Gaza has died in the last few days.
Let the stronger win. In the end, maybe Israel will win, but I would be surprise if they can survive on the long run with millions of death people all around them. If you haven’t pictured it yet, just think of Israel as a big pile of shit surrounded with millions of flies.

If Israel wanted the rockets to stop it would first of all recognize the democratically elected leadership of Gaza & secondly broker a truce with Hamas like the one offered – based on the ‘67 borders.
It is Israeli greed and election posturing behind these attacks, rockets are just propaganda. 15 people have died from rockets since 2004. More people die choking on food. Israel’s PR continues to rule the minds of even people here on Prison Planet. It’s quite disappointing.

If,for the last 10 or 15 years New York city had continualy been hit with rockets launched from the center of Montreal or Ottowa we would all know that it would have to be with the knowlege and blessing of the Canadian leadership. Would it be wrong to strike back with enough force so as to put some real fear into the leaders that had been allowing it to happen year after year?
I know that our government stages false flag attacks like the one on 9/11 but I am talking about if it were actual real incidents of one country against another. 90% of all Americans feel that to save the life of one US citizen or soldier, any response is warranted and justified.
Every other country feels the same way.

No wonder the people of the world are so disgusted. The worst day’s slaughter in 40 – 60 years in Gaza, virtually unprovoked, especially given that the people of Gaza have suffered far more from the crimes of the israeli government than the people of southern Israel have suffered from the ‘rocket’ attacks.
Gaza has been under siege all through the ceasefire by the criminal Israeli government and hundreds of Gazans have died as a result. The entire population has gone without proper electricity, food supplies, medicines, a people reduced to the brink of starvation at the hands of a criminal murderous regime in israel that has systematically brainwashed its citizens into going along with and often applauding these terrible crimes.
In 3 years, 5000 rockets have been fired by Hamas and killed 16 people, yet in 3 days 400 missiles/bombs have been fired by Israel, killing 320 people and wounding nearly 1500, I ask you, who is the terrorist organisation??

It would be. Geneva convention and Nuremberg principles prohibit collective punishment on a population by occupying forces. Whatever your views of Hamas are, Israel is acting again’st international law. These laws were put in place after WW2, to prevent atrocities(like the concentration camps) to happen again. Because, it prohibited governments to act again’st a whole population to punish the acts of resistance of the few. You know, like the constitution is supposed to protect the rights of the individual american again’st the machine of the state, so do these sets of laws protect the bystander in armed conflicts. If the Hamas is hiding behind innocent palestinians, it’s up to the UN to send buffer troops to calm down the conflict. This is what a peace-keeping army should be used for.
If you feel ‘the end justify the means’, slaughtering 300 foreigners to save one american life, it’s called ethnocentrism, and not a very socially sustainable attitude, as it leads to pointless tit for tat conflicts with third world countries.

Israel’s horribly self serving notion, one which systematically suggests a really, really absurd belief that it is justified for them, once they have unearthed criminal suspects living in, or operating out of residential neighborhoods to then murder everyone who resides within a wide proximity of such criminal element is absolutely ludicrous. The sheer insanity of Israel’s cruel and contemptuous mindset provides for the world but a small peek into the poison spirit of the people of Israel. Believe me folks, these are NOT God’s people.
Amazingly Israel not only erroneously claims it is Gods chosen people, but they obviously also believe that the rest of the world is a bunch of totally brainless idiots as well. The deranged people who support Israel’s bellicose persona cannot be the people of God whom they so often claim to be, however it has become increasingly apparent by their actions that they are instead agents of Satan the devil.
Those with any understanding of God’s Laws whatsoever know that Israel’s arrogant opposition to the spiritual principles and strict adherence to God’s Law is pretty defining. God has never provided the people of Israel an exemption. Israel has once again set aside the Ten Commandments for their own selfish benefit, stealing land from and killing their neighbors. The monumental lie that is driven exclusively through Israeli greed and their uncompromising quest for Jewish expansion and domination in the region is that they are defending themselves from the Palestinian people. This is just not the case and the evidence proves it. The honest to goodness truth is, if Israel would immediately cease and desist the illegal occupation of Palestine, if they merely stopped harassing, intimidating, purposely degrading and murdering innocent Palestinian people there would be no logical reason for the indiscriminate retaliation from Palestine, Hamas or any other militant group who see this humanitarian crisis for what it really is, Nazi style genocide!
More times than not we get what we bargain for, both good or bad in this life. Believe it or not this long proven truism even holds true where the “puffed with pride” Israeli Jews are concerned. As the currency of their oppressive and murderous actions against their neighbors in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine Israel has purchased an unprecedented level of future unrest.
The retaliatory violence which certainly be launched against Israel following this most recent example of their heartless and illegal aggression will be a directly linked to their own ironic policies. Policies that defy international law as well as the terms of the Geneva Convention restricting without exception the use of indiscriminate military artillery and incursion within heavily populated civilian areas. One has to honestly wonder if those in Israel having strategic and decision making authority are not totally retarded.
Sadly after the current bombing campaign directed at civilian targets the type of empathy and support which Israel has become so accustom to over the past sixty years will be quite limited in the years to come. After the total economical collapse of the United States of America later on this year I suspect the Arab nations will eat Israel alive and justifiably so.

The war crime is putting military weapons in civilian areas. Read international law and the Geneva conventions. Putting active duty military weapons in civilian areas is a crime. The law and conventions also say that military weapons in civilian areas are fare game to attack.

Let’s not engage in an argument about who has been victimized the most. Israel left Gaza in 2005, giving Palestinians the chance to run their own lives. Despite this, more than 6300 rockets and mortars have been fired into Israel since then.

The Egyptian president agrees with Israel’s attack on Gaza, saying that not only was it Hamas that provoked Israel, but Hamas is the true obstacle to peace in the region. Even the Egyptian Foreign Minister stated that he was frustrated because it is actually HAMAS that is blocking aid from Egypt from getting to the Palestinian people. But of course, this is not broadcast in the media. It is unfortunate because even the Arab countries who truly support peace efforts, Egypt and Jordan, are being chastised in the Arab world for speaking out against Hamas, and Radical Islam. There can be no peace with terrorist organizations such Hamas, Hizbullah in Syria and Lebanon, or the Arab countries such as Iran and Syria, because they cannot stand even the existance of Israel in the region–and they are inciting violence, a call to jihad, to all the radicals/extremists-shaids– in the Muslim world against Israel. Meanwhile, Iran with the help of the Russians, are working tirelessly to create a nuke, so that they can use it on Israel, asap. This would cause the 2nd Holocaust. Ahmadinejad has stated on several occasions that this was his goal, his mission in life, and this is what the muslim world is waiting for. Most of these 4,000 rockets were fired into Israeli “Defense Force” staging areas within the Israeli border during Israel’s military incursion into Lebanon. NO rockets have ever been fired from the West Bank, and there the Israeli IDF has bombed and bulldozed homes and murdered hundreds of Palestinian civilians, including many children. Israel had broken its truce with Hamas by perpetrating a two-month starvation blockade of Gaza, so Hamas had resumed military actions. The timing was perhaps poor, but kids are dying in Gaza. Many Jews are now repudiating these atrocities by the Israeli government. Don’t let anti-semitism flourish by failing to repudiate this fascist perversion of what it means to be a Jew.

On another subject, I believe there exists an NWO conspiracy, backed by international bankers, which has existed for some 100 odd years. Which is why I visit this site. But not everything that happens on this planet is the result of NWO/bankster conspiracies.
It seems that many of the people here are completely ignorant to the fact there has been another, different, NWO conspiracy that has been around for 14-times the banksters’ timespan at their racket. Its called Islam, and its seeks world domination as well; a new world order as such, where the entire planet must either 1. submit to Islam or 2. become a dhimmi (second-class citizen) and pay the jizyah tax (mafioso style “protection money”), or 3. be killed.

Once again, Israel is using advanced fighter jets and attack helicopters to bomb the civilian population of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate vote to send between $3 billion and $6 billion in free “foreign aid” to Israel each and every year.
When the cash arrives in Israel, the Israeli government takes between $200 and $400 million and routes it back into the Untied States via their Jewish political action committees, with instructions.
The instructions tell the groups which members of Congress and which members of the Senate are to get how much donated into their political campaign funds! Congress ignores the atrocities committed by Israel because Israel kicks back millions to congressional political campaigns. It’s that simple.

The Senate must also give its advice and consent to anyone nominated to become a U.S. Attorney; the guys who are “supposed” to enforce the law.
Like the Judges, most of the U.S. Attorneys they approve also have skeletons in their closet making them susceptible to extortion. Hence, there is little if any enforcement of the law against corrupt members of congress.
If some uppity US Attorney decides to open an investigation into the criminal money-laundering and foreign bribery perpetrated by Israel, Congress tells the US Justice Department that their funding will be cut. The Justice department like every other bureaucracy, needs money, so they shut up.
The criminality being perpetrated by Congress – at least as it relates to Israel – is ignored by every law enforcement and judicial official in the country.
The entire system of government at the federal level of the USA is thus completely, totally, corrupt. There are more criminals in our government than there are in prison! Our government is totally illegitimate.
If these facts don’t convince you, just look at how many people have been arrested and indicted in the ongoing financial crisis: Almost none.
Who are the key players in the sub-prime mortgage meltdown? Jewish bankers. Who wrecked the banks by breaching their fiduciary trust? The same Bankers.
Who turned a deliberate blind-eye to the creditworthiness (or rather the lack thereof) of those mortgages when they were bundled into “Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO’s)? The Securities dealers and brokers on Wall Street; the same Oy Vey crowd!
So whether it involves the so-called “state” of Israel, or their collaborators in Banking and Finance here in the US, this same select group of people get a free pass from government no matter what crimes they commit because these key bankers and financial people are all inextricably linked to the ongoing criminal conspiracy that hides behind a religion. That criminal conspiracy disguised as a religion is centered in Israel, and Israel is the key player that launders campaign money back to Congress!
Voting is not going to fix this. Only removing this corruption by . . . . . . unconventional means . . . . . is going to fix it. There will be four million of us in Washington, DC on January 20. If half of us were to come “prepared” we could solve this corruption right then and there.

You are the best and the brightest of Europe. You are educated. You attended the finest schools. You care for the birds, the bees, the bears, the trees. You favor free speech and freedom of religion. Strange it is that the one and only place in the Middle East that shares your world-view is Israel, and it is Israel that you slander.
Israel is a Jewish State. Is that your problem? At the first hint of Jewish self-defense, how quickly you show your true colors.
I’ve seen the photos of your candlelight vigils along the streets and boulevards of Europe, all of it; all these tears in the service of those terrorists whom you call your brothers. Indeed you are related to Hamas (and Fatah) as once before, a mere generation ago, you were related to Hitler’s stormtroopers. Your angelic faces are touching – and disgusting. Your hypocrisy is transparent and nauseating.
You speak of disproportion. You want proportion? Give Israel a population of 300 million residing in 22 countries, similar to the Arab Muslims who surround and ambush Israel – instead of five and a half million Jews in one single country. There’s plenty of “proportion” coming from your BBC, which delights in presenting one side of the story and picks up where Der Sturmer left off. Now, with this type of “news”, we know how Europe was conditioned for a Holocaust.
Already we see Nights of Broken Glass. Thank you, Europe, for reminding us why America was discovered just in time (and why Israel was redeemed many generations too late). You dare judge Israel? In your deportations, your expulsions, your forced conversions, your inquisitions, your pogroms, you have no moral authority over Israel or even within your own borders. You gave all that up from 1492 to 1942.
To those on the Left who sought peace, well, dear peace-lovers, peace brought this on. “Land for Peace” made this happen, as Land for Peace became Land for Jihad. “Painful Concessions” caused this war. “Goodwill Gestures”

backfired. Want more “peace”? Give up the Golan Heights. Give up the entire West Bank. Give up Jerusalem. Imagine the “peace.” As for those “innocent civilians” in Gaza, they were given a choice and they chose Hamas. They chose this pestilence.
As for those “refugee camps” – why are they “refugee camps” when Israel handed over all that territory for a nation to be built in peace and security alongside Israel? Why are all Palestinians automatically refugees even after they’ve been given a home? The only true refugees are the thousands of Israelis who were driven from Gaza and still live in trailer parks. No tears for them in this world that still dreams of Auschwitz.
On this day, in response to a column I wrote about Theresienstadt, someone responded that I was incorrect; that Theresienstadt was not a prelude to Auschwitz, but rather “a vacation resort.” I wrote back wishing this person a lifetime in such vacation resorts. I wish the same lifetime vacation resorts to all those parading throughout the streets of Europe with banners crying, “Death to Israel.”

i have learnt a great deal in the last 6 months regarding the new world order their agenda
and that seytan is more than real , it is the true eneny and root cause of all of the problems we have on our planet. Some of our information leaders might hesitate to use the word in fear of being redeculed .
the enemy is not contained in any one country and it is not the ordinary people in it it is the mind controling all seing blood thirsty DEVIL investigate and you will find their mark is infested in almost all products servises,money ,yet the volenteer blind and and brainwashed will not look as near as the product in front of them to see the evil , how i would describe my feeling of nowing the truth is like being in a horror movie where humanity i zombified to a sound of the evil where all the masses get up from their beds and one by one walk to the edge of the cliff to jump ,only to find that theire are several people amoungst like myself trying franticly to stop these people from jumping It is my belief that it could partially be the frequncy these people are on or channeled to and we need to jam these evil frequencys in order that they may wake up.
