Israel backs Georgia in Caspian Oil Pipeline Battle with Russia

Georgian tanks and infantry, aided by Israeli military advisers, captured the capital of breakaway South Ossetia, Tskhinvali, early Friday, Aug. 8, bringing the Georgian-Russian conflict over the province to a military climax.
Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin threatened a “military response.”
Former Soviet Georgia called up its military reserves after Russian warplanes bombed its new positions in the renegade province.
In Moscow’s first response to the fall of Tskhinvali, president Dimitry Medvedev ordered the Russian army to prepare for a national emergency after calling the UN Security Council into emergency session early Friday.

Reinforcements were rushed to the Russian “peacekeeping force” present in the region to support the separatists.
Georgian tanks entered the capital after heavy overnight heavy aerial strikes, in which dozens of people were killed.
Lado Gurgenidze, Georgia’s prime minister, said on Friday that Georgia will continue its military operation in South Ossetia until a “durable peace” is reached. “As soon as a durable peace takes hold we need to move forward with dialogue and peaceful negotiations.”
DEBKAfile’s geopolitical experts note that on the surface level, the Russians are backing the separatists of S. Ossetia and neighboring Abkhazia as payback for the strengthening of American influence in tiny Georgia and its 4.5 million inhabitants. However, more immediately, the conflict has been sparked by the race for control over the pipelines carrying oil and gas out of the Caspian region.
The Russians may just bear with the pro-US Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili’s ambition to bring his country into NATO. But they draw a heavy line against his plans and those of Western oil companies, including Israeli firms, to route the oil routes from Azerbaijan and the gas lines from Turkmenistan, which transit Georgia, through Turkey instead of hooking them up to Russian pipelines.
Saakashvili need only back away from this plan for Moscow to ditch the two provinces’ revolt against Tbilisi. As long as he sticks to his guns, South Ossetia and Abkhazia will wage separatist wars.

Jerusalem owns a strong interest in Caspian oil and gas pipelines reach the Turkish terminal port of Ceyhan, rather than the Russian network. Intense negotiations are afoot between Israel Turkey, Georgia, Turkmenistan and Azarbaijan for pipelines to reach Turkey and thence to Israel’s oil terminal at Ashkelon and on to its Red Sea port of Eilat. From there, supertankers can carry the gas and oil to the Far East through the Indian Ocean.
Aware of Moscow’s sensitivity on the oil question, Israel offered Russia a stake in the project but was rejected.

Georgia is part of Eretz (Greater) Israel, which stretches from the Mediterranean to the Pacific, and from the Acrtic to the Indian Ocean. This will be the future Homeland of the Chosen People of Israel, the Promised Land of the Talmud. G-d has chosen to use the Americans to achieve this Divine Goal for Israel.

The United States Air Force Academy, which is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, defines its Core Values as “Integrity first; Service before self; and Excellence in all we do.” The US Air Force certainly excels at killing people from a safe and lofty distance, and the US Air Force also unquestioningly and apparently without any ethical qualms serves the interests of wealthy US corporations in their ongoing quest for global economic domination. But the US Air Force Academy’s self-attribution of “integrity” is false and ludicrous.
In June of 1954 the CIA and the US Air Force overthrew the democratically elected President of Guatemala, Jacopo Arbenz, because Arbenz supported land reform in his country, where 2% of the landowners owned 70% of the arable land and farm laborers were treated like slaves. Arbenz’ program of land reform went against the wishes of the United Fruit Company and other US corporations that benefited from the exploitation of Guatemala ’s land and its people. During the past fifty years the USA has supported a succession of murderous right-wing dictators in Guatemala, and during that time, in what is rightly termed ‘genocide,’ the Guatemalan government has killed more than 200,000 peasants. The Guatemalan death squads also target those who champion or protect the rights of the peasants, including Catholic nuns and priests.
The Guatemalan military and its death squads have received direct training from the CIA and the US military, particularly the US Air Force. General Efrain Rios Montt, a ‘born-again’ Christian and a graduate of the notorious School of the Americas at Fort Benning, Georgia, became the dictator of Guatemala in a 1982 coup. Montt was one of the most savage of Guatemalan dictators, and ‘born again’ US President Ronald Reagan was an avid supporter of Montt and the Christian fascist rulers of Guatemala. The Iran/Contra scandal of the 1980s briefly shed some light on the CIA and US military participation in drug and arms smuggling, torture training, and death squads in Central America, but those activities have continued to the present day.

An unquestioning acceptance of the values, motives, and goals of the US government by the majority of US citizens allows those citizens to be easily fooled and manipulated by the propaganda presented to them by the US government and by the US government-controlled ‘Mainstream Media.’
From early childhood, US citizens are raised on a steady diet of pro-US government propaganda that is fed to them at school and at home through the media of television, radio, newspapers, magazines, books, and popular music. The propaganda presents the US government as an ethically superior exemplar of justice for the entire world, as an exceptionally generous contributor to global economic development, and as a benevolent arbiter of world affairs. New Testament and antisemitism

Certain historians have noted that the New Testament, although recognized as being largely authored by Jews within a Jewish cultural context, has been singled out for its progressively antagonistic tone and hostile attitude toward Jews. Particularly, the Gospel of John (יוחנן Yôḥānnān) has been singled out in antisemitic texts, because it includes many anti-Jewish episodes, and it contains many references to Jews in a pejorative manner.[50]
Any study of antisemitism in the New Testament must come to terms with 1 Thessalonians 2:13-16. The verse states that the Jews killed Jesus, displease God, oppose all men, and had prevented Paul et al from speaking to the goyim/gentile nations concerning the New Testament message. The verse has created significant debate among scholars because it appears to contradict many other writings attributed to Paul, and because Paul did not have an attitude of revulsion toward his life as a Pharisee before Christianity.[51]
The New Testament states that while on trial, Jesus was struck in the face by a Jewish guard for allegedly speaking ill of the high priest (John 18:20-22). Such incidents were the source of the myth of the wandering Jew, who was doomed to the punishment of endless roaming and suffering fated to never die.[52]
The death of Jesus, according to the New Testament, was done in brutal mockery by the Roman soldiers. Pontius Pilate’s words (Matthew 27:24-25) imply that the Jews were entirely responsible for the killing. When Jesus is nailed to the cross, the New Testament states that those present mocked Jesus (Matthew 27:39); some have speculated that the unnamed individuals were in fact Jews. Further speculation states that the overall impression on Christians was that the Jews controlled the events that lead to the death of Jesus [53], even though the Roman (or goy/gentile) involvement in the affair, specifically the form of execution, is attested to within the New Testament text.
The process by which some believe that Christians began to see Judaism first as a rival, and then as a scapegoat, is seen as traceable through select passages in the New Testament, as well as early Christian writings and of the Apostolic fathers. The destruction of the Second Temple was seen as judgment from God to the Jews for the death of Jesus. [54] Parallel passages to this affect can be seen in the Old Testament nevi’im (prophets), specifically Book of Jeremiah, which speaks of the judgment, destruction, and deportation of the Jewish nation from Jerusalem by the Babylonians (under Nebuchadrezzar II in 587 BC )
The majority of the New Testament was written by Jews who became followers of Jesus, and all but two books (Luke and Acts) are traditionally attributed to such Jewish followers. Nevertheless, there are a number of passages in the New Testament that some see as antisemitic, or have been used for antisemitic purposes, most notably:
Jesus (Y’shua, ישוע) speaking to a group of Pharisees: “I know that you are descendants of Abraham; yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you. I speak of what I have seen with my Father, and you do what you have heard from your father.” They answered him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do what Abraham did. … You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But, because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? He who is of God hears the words of God; the reason why you do not hear them is you are not of God.” (John 8:37-39, John 8:44-47)
Stephen speaking before a synagogue council just before his execution: “You stiff-necked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whom you have now betrayed and murdered, you who received the law as delivered by angels and did not keep it.” (Acts 7:51-53, RSV)
“Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie — behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and learn that I have loved you.” (Revelation 3:9, RSV).
Some biblical scholars point out that Jesus and Stephen are presented as Jews speaking to other Jews, and that their use of broad accusation against Israel is borrowed from Moses and the later Jewish prophets (e.g. Deuteronomy 9:12-14; Deuteronomy 31:27-29; Deuteronomy 32:5, Deuteronomy 32:20-21; 2 Kings 17:13-14; Isiah 1:4; Deuteronomy 9:12-14Hosea q:12-149; Hosea 10:9). Jesus once calls his own disciple Peter ‘Satan’ (Mark 8:33). Other scholars hold that verses like these reflect the Jewish-Christian tensions that were emerging in the late first or early second century, and do not originate with Jesus.[citation needed]
Drawing from the Jewish prophet Jeremiah (Jeremiah 31:31-34), the New Testament taught that with the death of Jesus a new covenant was established which rendered obsolete – and in many respects seen as superseding – the first covenant established by Moses (Hebrews 8:7-13; Luke 22:20). Observance of the earlier covenant traditionally characterizes Judaism. This New Testament teaching, and later variations to it, are part of what is called supersessionism. However, the early Jewish followers of Jesus continued to practice circumcision and observe dietary laws, which is why the failure to observe these laws by the first Gentile Christians became a matter of controversy and dispute some years after Jesus’ death (Acts 11:3; Acts 15:1; Acts 16:3).
The New Testament holds that Jesus’ (Jewish) disciple Judas Iscariot (Mark 14:43-46), the Roman governor Pontius Pilate along with Roman forces (John 19:11; Acts 4:27) and Jewish leaders and people of Jerusalem were (to varying degrees) responsible for the death of Jesus (Acts 13:27). Diaspora Jews are not blamed for events which were outside their control.
After Jesus’ death, the New Testament portrays the Jewish religious authorities in Jerusalem as hostile to Jesus’ followers, and as occasionally using force against them. Stephen is executed by stoning (Acts 7:58). Before his conversion, Saul puts followers of Jesus in prison (Acts 8:3; Galatians 1:13-14; 1 Timothy 1:13). After his conversion, Saul is whipped at various times by Jewish authorities (2 Corinthians 11:24), and is accused by Jewish authorities before Roman courts (e.g., Acts 25:6-7). However, opposition from Gentiles is also cited repeatedly (2 Corinthians 11:26; Acts 16:19; Acts 19:23). More generally, there are widespread references in the New Testament to suffering experienced by Jesus’ followers at the hands of others (Romans 8:35; 1 Corinthians 4:11; Galatians 3:4; 2 Thessalonians 1:5; Hebrews 10:32; 1 Peter 4:16; Revelation 20:4).

A number of early and influential Church works — such as the dialogues of Justin Martyr, the homilies of John Chrysostom, and the testimonies of church father Cyprian — are strongly anti-Jewish.
During a discussion on the celebration of Easter during the First Council of Nicaea in 325 CE, Roman emperor Constantine said,

These restrictions began as early as 305, when, in Elvira, (now Granada), a Spanish town in Andalusia, the first known laws of any church council against Jews appeared. Christian women were forbidden to marry Jews unless the Jew first converted to Catholicism. Jews were forbidden to extend hospitality to Catholics. Jews could not keep Catholic Christian concubines and were forbidden to bless the fields of Catholics. In 589, in Catholic Iberia, the Third Council of Toledo ordered that children born of marriage between Jews and Catholic be baptized by force. By the Twelfth Council of Toledo (681) a policy of forced conversion of all Jews was initiated (Liber Judicum, II.2 as given in Roth).[56] Thousands fled, and thousands of others converted to Roman Catholicism.

Georgia is just a ‘cats-paw’. Putin, who still runs Russia, via his puppet president, first came to true power through Blair’s support.
Through Blair, Putin got his genocidal war in Chechnya (on the back of Russia’s 911, the Moscow apartment bombings, for which Putin was caught red-handed). Blair ensured that Putin suffered no legal repercussions from the EU. Blair ran all of Putin’s money laundering in the UK, and later gave Russia control over the domestic fuel supply for the entire continent of Europe, flooding Russian coffers with ‘donations’ from every european resident.
Putin, of course, was given control of Libya’s energy resources when that nation was ‘permitted’ to rejoin the ‘civilised’ world by Blair.
Who was it that ‘denied’ the mock Russian attempt, at the UN, to demand that both sides laid down their arms in Georgia. Could it be that Blair once again ensured that Putin got exactly what he wanted (no ceasefire) while allowing Russia to be painted whiter-than-white? YES, IT WAS THE UK THAT DENIED THE CEASEFIRE RESOLUTION.
Now Russia can say “we wanted peace but that nasty old UN gave us no choice”. You americans have not got the brains to understand how devious Putin and Blair are, and how easily your simplistic view of the world is used to pull the wool over your eyes.

The oil pipeling is known as BTC and it was supported by the US, Great Britain, the EU and Israel. Not along ago, the new president of Russia, along with Mr Miller from a major oil firm, went to the Caucus region to work on contracts concerning getting a hold of the vast oil reserves in the Caspian Sea region. The BTC pipeline was considered a circumvention of their prospects.

Human Beings are all mindless. We all find ourselves praising some “god”, never to realize that we are doing these things to ourselves. If you really do believe that some “god” created us, taught us how to live “properly”, only to see us “disobey” him, and then him getting angry and “punishing us” for our “sins”. Than you must not realize that “god” is just another way for man to torture one another. We all have our beliefs and we all have our minds set on “following” our bibles, qu’rans, torrahs.. etc. Not realizing that every single one of them contradict themselves. Why we decide to use a “god” as an excuse for our own actions beats me. We are so afraid of being betrayed by one another, so afraid of confrontation that we use religion as an excuse for our actions. I say we “atheists” take over the world and distroy those who choose to confide in any kind of religion. Because the truth of the matter is, we are not fighting because we want to fight for our religions, we are fighting because we want power all to ourselves. We want to be able to control the whole world.
If we do in fact practice religion for a good reason.. why don’t we learn to accept one another and accept that everyone has their own opinions, and that there is no right or wrong in any of these stupid situations?

I look at news from around the world online and i’ve noticed lots of incidents. This explosion in Toronto with the propane tanks is another one. Anyone else noticed that one?
