A jury has the right to dismiss the judge and the prosecutor and talk to the defendant alone, the judge is basically a refery the jury is there to judge the law

The Browns were targeted as another Waco practice run in attacking citizens.
Income tax is an illegal fraud. The states never ratified it properly and some illegally. The IRS, Fed Reserve and hell, the whole govt is a fraud! One big financial fraud from day one.
The IRS does not need tax money. They just print it. If nobody is working, no income tax but they don’t care. They just print more. No jobs? So what! It’s to be expected when you trash a country, drain it’s wealth, and hijack the govt for world conquest and the NWO agenda. The USA is beyond the point of no return and now it’s just the military power for the NWO hijackers, bankers and corporations. The people are expendable and just an annoyance to the govt. They only need enough people to run stuff, that’s it. That leaves a surplus of over 200,000,000.
I think americans are too stupid to wake up to the fact that they lost their country to greedy politicians, bankers and warmongers.

The Brown’s jury has only just now been chosen? I could swear I read over two months ago that their property had already been liquidated. Am I mistaken? Could someone please verify this? It would seem to me that you would at least wait for for the show trial before passing sentence. Did the kangaroo jump before the court convened?
Also, while I admire Rep. Ron Paul’s words, sometimes his actions fall short of the mark. I know for a fact that he campaigned in NH while the Brown’s were under seige, yet as with 9-11, his silence was selfish and has not been lost on some of us. In the old west the cattle herders often employed “outriders” to entertain the strays. Sharpton, Nader, Paul, Maher, Goodman, Turner… pick a hero… follow the money… prepare to be disappointed.

They don’t allow the Constitution in federal court(s); and they very conveniently limit the defense of defendants so they can’t ask questions or make points that prove that there is no law under which they can be lawfully convicted, and/or proving the state’s case is so full of holes that one could at least fly a space shuttle through them, etc. They also stack the juries with “false ‘patriots’” who ignorantly and blindly do exactly what the “indict ham sandwiches” prosecution and judge(s) tell them to do, rather than exercising their rights and duties to carry out “jury nullification”.
How could Ed and Elaine Brown ever get a true fair trial in this kind system? Answer: They can’t! They didn’t get a fair trial in the tax case; the jury is also going to be stacked against them in the latest case; and they are not going to get a fair trial, except only the “appearance” of one, this time around either.
Neither will the higher courts overturn on appeal. Unless they’re miraculously released, they are going to spend the rest of their lives in federal prison(s), as completely unconstitutional and unjust as that is.
God be with them.
