Kim Jong Nam, the eldest son of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, may defect to China after his younger brother was reportedly anointed next leader of the communist country, the Sankei newspaper said.
Kim Jong Nam, 38, has decided to remain in Macau, the report said, citing unidentified South Korean authorities. His aides were seized by North Korea’s secret police on April 3 and April 7 in Pyongyang, the report said.
