Lawmaker Warns Of “Forced Servitude” Under Obama

New Hampshire state representative Dan Itse, who is one of many lawmakers leading the charge to assert state sovereignty against federal encroachment, has warned that the Obama administration seeks to institute “involuntary servitude”.
Appearing on Fox News to discuss the states’ rights movement, Itse told hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade, “This is about drawing a line in the sand and saying we’ve tolerated usurpations for so long but we’re not going to tolerate you violating the constitution, we’re going to hold you accountable.”
Asked if his warning about involuntary servitude under Obama meant young people being forced to attend community service, Itse responded, “Exactly, I mean, if you are required to do a job against your will with a pay scale not set by you or not agreed to by you, that’s involuntary servitude.”
Despite denials that Obama plans to institute a mandatory program of national service, his original change.gov website stated that Americans would be “required” to complete “50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year”. The text was only later changed to state that Americans would be “encouraged” to undertake such programs.
In addition, Obama’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, publicly stated his intention to help create “universal civil defense training” in 2006. Such fears were also stoked when Obama himself said that a “national civilian security force,” that is “just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military was required.

Itse cited the No Child Left Behind program as an example of the federal government encroaching on states’ rights.
“They dangle a dollar in front of us and we chase it like the donkey with a carrot on a stick but ultimately they are infringing upon our domestic policies in the states, manipulating our domestic policies and we need to stand up and say that’s not your job, that’s our job,” said Itse, adding that if enough states stood up to Washington then they would have to pay attention.
In response to increasing federal encroachment, a growing number of states have passed and proposed resolutions to assert the Tenth Amendment and the Bill of Rights of the Constitution.
Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, California, and Georgia have all introduced bills and resolutions declaring sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment. Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering such measures.
“This is about enforcing the constitution which states to the government, you’re not the boss of us, we’re the boss of you,” concluded the lawmaker.

Slave to the 40+ hr work week? No.
I don’t think it’s fair to say that people are a slave to their paycheck. That would be like saying a caveman is a slave to hunting. It is a natural condition to have to work for your survival.
However, I would say that people are a slave to the 40+ hr work week. In order to support a family with a reasonable standard of living, not only do most have to work at least a 40 hr work week, many need to work more.
This is a direct result of the economic looting perpetrated by the central banks. They siphon such a volume of wealth away that people spend a good proportion of their lives working (involuntarily) for the bankers.
If the criminals that owned the banking system were eradicated, people would see an increase in their standard of living and need to work but a fraction of what they currently do. Prices would plummet if inflation, usury, insurance and taxation were eliminated.
Our rulers are stealing from us and all we need to do to unseat our rulers is stop using their money. When we switch to an alternative currency their system will fall. The central banks will dissolve and their political actors will be out of a job.

I find it funny that after years of demonizing Faux News, the patriot movement is now embracing them with all of these recent YouTube broadcasts. Remember, this is the same Faux News that shut out Ron Paul when he could have made a difference. Now that he’s no longer a threat to the establishment, Faux News has him on their channel all the time. As far as New hampshire is concerned, that state had its chance during the presidential primaries, but instead, rejected Ron Paul. New Hampshire also allowed the federal government to come in and trample the rights of Ed & Elaine Brown. New Hampshire is not really any different than any other state. You’re describing Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union, where slaves were merely kidnapped and worked into the ground. In the United States south, plantation slaves represented a significant monetary investment, and one would no more beat them and starve them than would a workman leave expensive tools out in the rain to rust. Yes, there were cruel and inhuman slave holders. A significant portion of slaveholders saw slaves as expensive tools that had to be used properly to maximize the financial outlay. And to a certain extent, the freed slaves were worse off as sharecroppers, because nobody looked after them at all, there was no protection from vigilantes, and their food, or lack thereof, was dependant on what they could grow for themselves.

Isn’t it interesting that a Republican is talking about up holding the Constitution? No one seemed to care when Bush was in office. Where was this guy then?
You also have to remember that if our system works right (which it usually doesn’t) the President can not just make laws. They have to go through Congress. The people in Cingress are supposed to represent the people of their state. So if enough people speak out about something our Congeressmen should vote yes or no depending on what they hear from the people. Of course this seldom happens any more. They would much rather play politics.
But anyway, don’t beleive everything you hear, especially if it’s on Fox News.

I think you guys instigate too much. They already have community service programs in high schools now. And as long as you get some type of compensation, such as high school or college credit, i don’t think it is such a big deal. 50 to 100 hours is not a lot of time. It is not enough to wage civil war over. I think Paul Watson gets a little ahead of himself some times. I know there are some serious threats, but we must remember to pick our battles wisely as well.

work for free. If you want to be a teachers aid to earn credits, fine. If you want

Look at what they are doing with the Mortgage Refinancing Plan; they are giving THE BANKS the decision to refinance the people’s house, if they chose to, not at the current depreciated market value, but instead they are forcing these people to refinance at the prices that we all know were inflated by the banks and lending institutions fiddling with the numbers that drove the housing bubble up in the first place.

Israeli “Right of Return” law is based on this matriarchal lineage principal of rabbinical law. Either way it still does not proove that she is Jewish for 100% sure. What do we know about her or where she comes from? Do we have a maiden name to go on? I’m sure there must be some other way to find the answer without trying to get it out of Alex. Even if you did get a definitive answer from Alex, you would still have to confirm it with an alternative source of information considering his bias.
I will admit though, that it seems that if there were nothing to hide, it would not be a problem for Alex to answer that question honestly. Sometimes silence speaks for itself. But as I have laid out above there may be another reason.
On the other hand his silence on the matter does not proove it either way because we can only assume the reason why.
I completely understand your point and why it should be an issue but there needs to be more than just an educated guess to put it into fact.
Allthough a part of me can see the possibility of a glaring conspiracy another part of me needs to be honest, unbias and fair when getting to the facts and truth.

I just looked around the net, the only thing I could come up with at a glance is a picture of him and her in a short video on you tube where Bilderburgh “police” are harassing her. She does’nt look Jewish but it isn’t that good of a picture either.
One thing that sticks out in my mind is that if Alex or his counterpart is working for the Israli Government or some other related subverive faction then why would there be articles on this site that talk about Israel at all? Like the one about one of the 911 terror suspect having a Jewish cousin and what that implies? Or the numerous ones about Israel being guilty of warcrimes?(which it most certainly is) Or the one about Isreal’s killer drone machines? If Alex is really who you may think he is, then why run negative articles about Isreael on his site?
Either way I still wonder what the answer to our question is just for peice of mind. Of course, the real question goes beyond what his W-i-f-e’s religions allignment is. But untill that happens I have no reason to doubt Alex Jones’s patriotism to the USA and it’s Constitution.

Alex HAS to post a few articles that are critical of Israel and Zionism on his site or else he would lose ALL CREDIBILITY. He also does this on his radio show.
In case you didn’t know, Alex NEVER talked about Israel OR Zionism on his radio show until about two years ago. Did you know that? The only reason he started maybe devoting 1% of his radio air time to the subject was because too many people were finding out about this topic on other websites! He was forced to engage in damage control in order to save face and retain some semblance of credibility. And apparently his tactic worked.
I’m telling you, this guy’s w-i-f-e and kids are Jewish, and I suspect that he himself is Jewish. I think that his family are a bunch of Jews who “converted” to Christianity many generations ago. I would bet money on it.

Servitude is a reality here in Ohio. If it hasn’t come to your neighborhood yet, it will. Our local High Schools require all students serve a required amount of time in “community service” or they will not be allowed to graduate. Your child could have a 4.0 average and not graduate.

Well first off,i am 18 years old and as i type this i am sitting in my world geography class at my high school, and yes they do require community service already, we have a program called TN/VA scholars, this program is for seniors and you need at least a 2.9 gpa and 40 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE to recieve this award. I had already done my community service for this program outside of school, and my guidance counselor came to be and said i would be better off “if i did my community service through the SCHOOL”.
For all you OLDER more MATURE men on here, you are a little late.
