Liquid Bomb “Terror Plot” Collapses In Court
None of suspects charged with headline-grabbing plan to blow up airlines, alleged ringleader completely acquitted

The much vaunted liquid bomb “terror plot” that provoked paranoid airport security measures, an overnight change in baggage procedures, and at one point led to mothers having to drink their own breast milk, completely collapsed yesterday in court after the alleged ringleader was completely acquitted and none of the other suspects were charged with conspiracy to blow up an airliner.
“Seven men admitted plotting to cause a public nuisance. An eighth man was cleared at Woolwich Crown Court,” reports the BBC.
“But after more than 50 hours of deliberations, the jury did not find any of the defendants guilty of conspiring to target aircraft.”
“Mohammad Gulzar, 27, who Scotland Yard accused of being a ringleader in the plot, was cleared of all offenses,” adds the Register.

Despite the fact that all the suspects were cleared of charges of targeting aircraft, some quarters of the media are still bizarrely citing the verdicts as a reason to continue the inane and pointless restrictions on liquids in carry-on luggage.
Numerous airliners as well as Britain’s largest airport owner are now calling on the government to repeal the measures.
“We would expect the government to review its security regulations following the outcome of this case,” said Roger Wiltshire, chief executive of the British Air Transport Association, whose members include BA and Virgin, reports the Guardian.
BAA, the owner of Britain’s top three airports, including Heathrow, said: “Today’s verdict seems like a good opportunity for the government to consider the security measures currently in place at British airports.”
Whether the government will cave in to pressure and reverse their much cherished behavior compliance airport security measures remains to be seen, but the fact that the “liquid terror plot” was a complete fabrication became apparent from the very start.
In every single major terror bust or terror alert we have proven the evidence to be flawed and the charges to be cooked up nonsense aimed at prolonging the illusion that terror cells are lurking around every corner waiting to cause mayhem. The geopolitical agenda of the U.S., Britain and Israel depends on the proliferation phony terror threats in order to continue the farcical war on terror and take more of our innate freedoms at home to stifle dissent against the plot for worldwide hegemony.
In a series of reports following the August 10th scare, we traced the source of the alleged attack plot to Pakistani and British intelligence and were rapidly able to confirm that the story was nothing more than a manufactured ploy to frighten travelers at the height of the holiday season.
The reason being cited for the failure to convict the suspects of being behind a plot to blow up airliners is that the U.S. government wanted the men apprehended before MI5 were able to collect all the evidence against them.
In reality, as we reported at the time, an MI5 spy had infiltrated the group at an early stage which is often the case when agent provocateurs are attempting to radicalize a group and provoke them into committing acts of violence.
The announcement of the foiled plot was made on August 10th, but officials stated that they wanted to wait at least another week before busting the group, meaning August 17th or thereafter. According to the very timescale of the plot put forward by authorities, the attack was scheduled for August 16th, meaning authorities only wanted to bust the group after the attack had taken place.
Evidence that the suspects identified were mere patsies in a wider conspiracy became clear when it emerged that they didn’t even have passports and could not have boarded a transatlantic plane.
Echoing the activities of the 7/7 bombers, some of the main suspects in the case exhibited behavior that in no way suggested they were preparing to launch mid-air suicide attacks on jumbo jets. Far from preparing his last will and testament, psyching himself up for his imminent death or acquiring the necessary materials to conduct the operation, Tayib Rauf was caught on CCTV hours before the launch of the plot doing something far more mundane - he was buying cakes for his father’s confectionary business.
Former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan Craig Murray slammed the so-called foiled plot story as “propaganda” on behalf of Bush and Blair who yearn for a “new 9/11″ to reinvigorate their flagging support base.
“None of the alleged terrorists had made a bomb. None had bought a plane ticket. Many did not even have passports, which given the efficiency of the UK Passport Agency would mean they couldn’t be a plane bomber for quite some time,” said Murray.
The embarrassing collapse of another government-concocted terror fairytale should immediately mandate the repeal of ridiculous measures in airports that do nothing to stop would-be terrorists and everything to hassle and inconvenience innocent travelers - but don’t expect the authorities to give up a key aspect of their prototype police state without a fight.

I wasn’t suprised at all when I watched this news yesterday on BBC world. What I found very revealing was that the BBC after telling us there was no plot to blow up jetliners, they went on and showed us old news footage of an exploding airliner telling us that this ‘possibility’ was the reason for the governments actions regarding the ‘plotters’. First they say there isn’t a plot but we’ve found three of them guilty anyway, then they show us a video of an exploding airplane.. in your face fear mongering!!

BBC’s Newsnight (Sept.
reported the sentencing, gave a mention that the jury could not link the accused to any possible aircraft bombing, then went on to give us a detailed account of how seven planes were to be blown off in the air, and how this was planned, with details of the liquids to be used, etc, etc, etc.

How that can be called *accurate reporting* when he fails to mention PEOPLE WERE CONVICTED.
The Guardian, which Watson himself quotes says:

Rubbish. A jury convicted three people of “conspiring to commit murder”.
PLUS the same jury brought a single verdict of NOT GUILTY. ONLY ONE has received a verdict of “not guilty”.
Why convict three for “conspiring to commit murder” - and give a single verdict of “not guilty” - if the charges were ENTIRELY “cooked up nonesense”?
The jury clearly were not too afraid to bring a “not guilty” verdict for one person - so why suppose the 3 actual guilty verdicts were entirely for “cooked up nonesense”?
If your thesis about terrorism and provocateurs holds up, it shouldn’t need such embellishment and distortion.
3 people WERE found guilty. Only one received a not guilty verdict. OK?

I cannot take water onto a plane because as I stand in line I must throw it away because it looks too threatening to the TSA screeners. When did a bottle of water get to be the sum of all fears when I have to travel publicly. Unbotton my pants let the guy look inside and see what Im packing… Why does he get the right to stare down at my package? Taking off my shoes to walk barefoot on a floor that could have some strange fungus since it is an international airport who knows what I have to walk on.. And I remember when flying used to be fun, now its a constant headache you cant wait for it to be over as your driving away from the NAZI Airport…

Perhaps Watson should have mentioned the conviction of the 3 - but nothing in his article is incorrect - and that’s why he provides sources - as always trust, but verify!
Also - wtf is a charge of conspiring to commit murder - sure sounds like pre-crime (thought crime) to me!
If I got aressted every time an American suggested someone should “remove” corrupt politicians then we’d have half the country locked up (instead of 1/3)
As always it’s good for commentors here to keep the PrisonPlanet crew honest - but Watson’s article is still very poignant - despite an insane amount of pressure to convict these patsy’s - the Jury still couldn’t in good conscience convict these “terrorist’s” of reasonably plotting to traget aircraft - and as such the rediculous restrictions instituted by the TSA should be immediately recinded.
I know I have cut back my flying by 80% due to this blatant attempt to humiliate and subjugate the US public - and the Airliners will ALL fail if every consientious citizen refuses to tolerate this unconstitutional fascist behavior from our government.
Let’s not quibble on every little thing when the Govt. is spending Billions to lie on an unimaginable scale.

The TSA is specificly designed to lull the American Public into accepting random, pointless, searches at the whim of the government. Look at them. I would like to know how he KEPT it from igniting! TATP appears in a lot of their questionable scenarios.

TSA has turned into the nightmare that everyone said it could possibly be. When you walk like cattle through a line and you get called for a Random inspection (or I should say public humiliation by holding your arms up, opening up your pants, etc), you know the BS is just about to start. The Constitution prevents (forbids) illegal search and seizure. What we have here is everyone is guilty until proven innocent.
This was tried in Communist Russia and was used extensively to bring fear and compliance into thier KGB monitoring system. We as Americans are just beginning to understand the Hell that people in Communist countries lived with then as they were considered guilty until proven innocent. It is key in stifling public dissent as you are fighting thier system if you tell the TSA they are buying into the NAZI behaviours that America was NOT founded upon.
Ever miss a flight because you had to go through Nazi-like TSA inspections? Also your family is no longer allowed to meet you when you get off the plane, because once again… your family is guilty until proven innocent, that is why there are alot of restaurants inside and they are practially empty. They were built when people actually used to spend time with thier families upon arriving at the airport, sadly that is a part of American Freedom that went the way of the Dinosaurs…

hey people… calm down with naming the TSA only! Damn! Have any of you not flown around the world lately? This is happening globally! I live in Shanghai and travel to SE Asia quite frequently. I can tell you all that China has ramped up their own “liquid abuse game” as well!
Now I’d just like to say that will overall I like Alex Jones and his work, I see him calling the kettle black as he attacks the “fear mongers” while his approach is fear mongering as well. He doesn’t offer much as far as solutions.
What is need is for people globally to REJECT the concept of nations and authority. People need to realize that there is absolutely no need for them and “patriots” are BAD. Patriotism is BAD! What we need is a society that utilizes administrators and people who act as voices representing respective communities in systems that don’t govern but rather advocate positive progress.

Yeah, CNN and few others have said that they were guilty. Guilty of what is probably the question. If it is just troublemaking, then CNN is leaving out an important detail. The thing about it is that there should be laws against the government for creating a false panic. And if there are such laws, someone should bring up charges. Just like if someone yelled fire in a crowded room and there was no fire, they should be arrested.

Which is why one person was aquitted of charges, and another 3 found guilty, with no verdict reached by the jury on the others?
What “evidence” has prisonplanet got that the jury didn’t have? Why did the jury find 3 people guilty and failed to return verdicts on the others?
If the jury are right, then Watson is not only dead wrong but he is also undermining faith in british justice - just to push his agenda that “there is no terror threat”. Maybe there is little reason to have any faith in UK justice anyway - fine - but how does Watson already know the jury was wrong? from behind a computer keyboard?

Does that claim need attacking? Surely it is obvious how it is patently untrue? The dudes found guilty yesterday? They’re going to jail - for what then? For some total hokey story that even prisonplanet can uncover sat at a keyboard!? Sure……
That governments over-react and exploit such situations is not a surprise to anyone, is it? But that fact in no ways means there is no genuine threat - it does not mean “ALL terror plots are bogus.”
So - the backline of this story seems to be Watson saying THERE IS NO THREAT - THEREFORE THERE CAN BE NOTHING USA IS DOING WRONG (TO CAUSE A THREAT)
And for Watson to mention the 3 convictions would undermine his FALSE thesis that “there is no threat”.
Hence the article is A LIE BY OMISSION.

In case you are that seriously ignorant, history has demonstrated again and again that governments of ‘powerful people’ tend to seek MORE POWER and CONTROL over the citizenry using any of the various ‘invented’ tactics like “false-flag” operations, psyops, and especially, the use of ‘patsies’ - ie: most properly known as “scapegoats” with which to blame any contrived acts of violence or ‘terrorism’. This game can go as far as creating the illusion of ‘justice’ ( or is it more like “just us”? ) by proxy of a ‘trial’ ( oftentimes where the REAL exonerating evidence is precluded from this ‘trial’ ).
As to your berating the messenger ( in this case: PJ Watson ); have you even bothered to check the “archives” section to see if he has posted anything on the arrests and ‘convictions’ of the ‘three’ you mentioned? Were they convicted on “unrelated” charges or were they convicted based on questionable ‘evidence’? Once again, did you check through the archives to find any of this out?
As to your VERY broken English; You would do more for your credibility if you educated yourself better in the proper use of the English language, and in proper English grammar! Your spelling errors ( if they were such ) also belie your inability to communicate effectively! In other words, most elementary school children could have written this piece better!

Fuk flying. I get so mad at the airports I start talking about how 9-11 was ainside job.. Most the times the security guards agree with me. They know this heightened security BS is a JOKE.
