On May 9th 2009 We Are Change Ohio hosted a screening of the Obama Deception in Dayton Ohio at the Neon movie theater. Many fresh faces showed up to the event and we got several interviews of first time viewers of the film to get their take on it. We also passed out free dvds of the film afterwards at a local mall, until security told us we couldnt pass out dvds on private property. All in all the event went well and we were able to educate many local citizens of the city.

   Can’t pass out DVDs on private property..? sigh… this is an example of sheep being used to herd the others. Why don’t these idiots get some common sense and let people pass out whatever the hell they want?

   Agreed!

   Also, i would think We Are Change members would be smart enough to KNOW the statutes and codes. That ‘officer’ never even asked them for ID. How can you define me as a ‘person’ when you havent asked me for ID yet? How does he know i am a ‘person’ that is subject to his jurisdiction?

   Or just simply ask…….”Where is the injured party?”

   it said he was a security guard so he had no authority to ask for ID. he could only state the policy of the property owner and request that they comply or leave. your other statement regarding “person” is so very true but really only applies to enforcement officers

   This was at The Greene Outdoor mall in Kettering, Ohio, which is 15 mins away from me… why did i not know about this?! grr i would have been there! also the dvd thing doesnt suprise me, they are very stricked when it comes to that mall cause they have so much money invested in it, they dont want solicitors, which is what they wre doing by passing out DVD’s

   Technically, you are not “soliciting” anything. They did not expect anything in return. The thing that is being given away is worthless. The film is free, the DVD cant be reused. This is the equivalent to walking around and cheerfully saying “hello” to everyone.

   I can understand them not wantin people to be passing out stuff, but why do these nazis always think they can make people stop filming? Fuck them. I really am just getting so fed up with all these little nazi stormtroopers. My main question on them is, why are they always so fat? Is there a correlation between their nazi authoritarian leanings and an inability to exercise their arms by pushing away from the table? Maybe nazis just lack the willpower to stop eating. Sorry, just hate nazis.

   Great job!!!!! When they first stopped people from smoking in the local mall, I was unaware & went in with a cigarette. I was accosted by some punk (not security), telling me I couldn’t smoke there. After I finished my smoke, I politely informed I would smoke where I pleased. He got in my face & came very close to being arm locked & knee dropped. That’s when I saw the no smoking sign. He went running to security which said & did nothing. I can understand private property making rules on their premises, but they want it to become law. This is where sheeple get crazy. The local news channels tell about people being arrested & charged with something the news people make up- no such law.
