Marines Admit “Security Force” To Operate Inside U.S.
Contradicting Northcom denial that troops would be engaged in law enforcement, dealing with “civil unrest”

Following Northcom’s denial that U.S. Army combat teams would be used to deal with “civil unrest” after the announcement that thousands of active duty military personnel were being moved inside the United States, an Army.com report now concedes that more than 400 Marines assigned to one unit includes a “security force” that would operate within the homeland.
A September 8 Army Times report stated that active duty troops from the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team returning from Iraq would be on call as a “federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks,” for a period of 12 months from October 1st.
This preceded a December 1 Washington Post article which reported on plans to station 20,000 more U.S. troops inside America for purposes of “domestic security” from September 2011.

According to the Army Times article, their duties would include dealing with “civil unrest and crowd control”. This admission was later denied by Northcom’s operations division chief Army Col. Michael Boatner, who told Homeland Security Today, “This response force will not be called upon to help with law enforcement, civil disturbance or crowd control, but will be used to support lead agencies involved in saving lives, relieving suffering and meeting the needs of communities affected by weapons of mass destruction attacks, accidents or even natural disasters.”
However, a January 7 American Forces Press Service story posted on Army.com confirms that at least some units operating inside the U.S. will rely on a “security force” to provide protection for troops responding to a mass casualty event in America.
Marines assigned to the Chemical, Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF) operating out of the Naval Support Facility in Indian Head, Maryland are “tasked by the Defense Department with responding to disasters that require federal assistance,” according to the article, a job that mandates “the squad’s weapons were replaced with metal pry bars, Kevlar helmets with construction hard-hats, and combat uniforms with coveralls.”
“The commandant of the Marine Corps set in place the guidelines for designing a highly trained and specialized unit designed to respond to such a threat in the event that state and local authorities need Defense Department assistance,” we read.
“The 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force led the operational efforts of the unit until October 2008 when, in a historic move, the U.S. Northern Command pulled into its ranks nearly 5,000 active-duty forces designated to respond to homeland emergencies.”
“Now, the CBIRF is associated administratively with the 2nd MEF, but can tap into the extensive medical, aviation, transportation and logistical support of the other units within Northcom’s response force.”
Although Marine Col. John M. Pollock states, “Security for our forces operating within the homeland is a law-enforcement issue, and I would much rather leverage local and state law enforcement to provide that security,” the article does reveal that a “security force” tasked with protecting Marines during their duties is a component of the unit.
“The unit has specialists in bomb disposal, technical rescue decontamination, chemical identification and detection, medical and casualty extraction. It also has a security force,” states the article.
Pollock also stated that the unit was in position at the Republican National Convention in Minnesota, an open violation of Posse Comitatus, the law that restricts the military from undertaking law enforcement operations except in times of declared national emergency.
Just who do the Marines need protecting from if all they will be doing is aiding rescue efforts and saving people’s lives? The only conceivable scenario in which Marines would need other Marines to protect them in a law enforcement guise would be if the tasks they were undertaking were highly unpopular and risked reprisals from the general public.
The fact that the original Army Times report of September 8 let slip that Marines would have access to non-lethal weapons to be used domestically, a revelation that was later retracted after it stoked media controversy, perhaps offers a not too subtle hint about what the real mission of the Marines will be in anticipation of a total economic collapse or the dreaded mass casualty terror attack that is constantly being hyped by the establishment and the corporate media.

One piece of advice I can give to people is, wherever this group is to be stationed near, expect some inside job to occur. They need personnel to either carry out the attack or to respond immediately to it. Consider with OKC, the ATF was absent from the building at the time, but were activated just in time to respond. On 9/11, there were no casualities amongst the FBIA and other agencies in building 7, but they were ready.
These may not be agent provacateurs, but they may inadvertantly assist in the preperation or the coverup of an incident. We can be assured they will be used for road blocks and as advisors to stand offs.

Non-violent, passive action? I can’t recall any serious change or revolutionary force in recent history that was non-violent. The only way the powers that be give concessions to regular people is when they are scared of the consequences of not doing so. Looks to me like that are merging all the armed forces to function as a single entity under NorthCOM. Its like how they are merging the FBI, police, etc. to all function as a single entity under Homeland Security. They are practicing to perfect the coordination between all of them to get rid of any kinks. The numbers are too small for martial law, but the end result is NorthCOM functioning as a single minded entity that melds all the other branches of military together. Through centralization, NorthCOM would then be the ultimate entity best equipped to handle martial law.

Arcanum is correct, homeland security subsidized *all* law enforcement agencies in the country to change over to para-military uniforms. Once martial law is declared the feds will take control of everything.
I am really concerned about this ‘mass casualty event’ sounds like they are really planning something nasty, also sounds like a reason for them to use those plastic coffins for us

I hope the marines will be armed and lined up on the southern border. Maybe the invaders will finally get the message that it is i-l-l-e-g-a-l to break into our country. I’m sure the ACLU, La Raza, The US Chamber of Commerce and all the weasels who profit from illegal immigration will raise a mighty cry, but they can’t argue with the law. Cops and Robbers, i feel what you have to say about hoping the NG picks the people’s side; but i believe the government has a plan for that. It wants to federalize the national guard so they can send them wherever they want. I believe its gonna be a scenario like the PRC’s Tinnamen Square, where they shipped in security troops from the northernmost rural regions to quell riots in the coastal cities, because the local troops were to “soft”. They are going to play our differences and divisions to their favor. Alabama national guard in los angeles, new york national guard in texas, texas in new york. Ideoligies and cultures against each other. Get what im saying?

Good citizens and patriots, please know that not all of your military has “drank the Koolaid” Many of us in the National Guard are aware of the lines being blurred between the mission of States Guard forces and those of regular active Military units. The enlistment oath of the Guard is different from that of the active duty Soldier. Our Oath is not only to the United States of America but also to the State in which we enlist. While I don’t really believe that 9/11 was an inside job, I do appreciate the radio show and podcast, God Bless Alex Jones and Free Speech, thanks for making people think,and all the hard work. God save our great Nation.

Fellow American’s, solders and guardsmen. Please know that is not our desire to that you be our enemy. Rather that you realize where your oath and loyalties lie and conduct yourselves in an appropriate manner, you will be welcome to fight this tyranny by our side. That being said, those that choose to abrogate their oath of loyalty to the Constitution, must clearly understand the penalty for that choice.
I would much rather shoot foreign troops than domestic. But if it comes to it I will not take time to distinguish the difference. So tell your brothers that you and they must make a choice as to which side you shall serve.
@Overlord Hunter; If you are not yet prepared, I suspect that your are to young or inexperienced or both to be much of anything but a burden. But we can always use cooks and runners.
Whatever the cost it cannot be more than that of slavery and servitude. No matter the penalty, or what must be endured. We will resist the the forces of the NWO and shall stand together in opposition.
