Martial Law Lockdown Exercise in Seward, Alaska?

A caller into the Alex Jones Show today provided details about a possible Department of Homeland Security drill at the end of this month in Seward, Alaska, the seventh most lucrative fisheries port in the United States.
The caller, identifying herself as “Barbara,” said she had an encounter with a man from the Transportation Security Administration, an agency within the Department of Homeland Security. The man had black and white photographs of buildings in Seward and made unusual comments about terrorism. He also seemed confident he would see Barbara again.
Alex has received several emails from residents of Seward recently claiming the town will be locked down and a Homeland Security exercise conducted there.
Barbara and other residents of Seward believe the Department of Homeland Security is preparing a drill or exercise of some sort, based on the following events:
1) In November of 2008, parents of students at the Seward High School were informed of an “Every 15 Minutes” event to be held at the school on April 27 and 28. The Every 15 Minutes Program is billed as “emotionally charged” event “designed to dramatically instill teenagers with the potentially dangerous consequences of drinking alcohol,” according to the program’s website. The “Grim Reaper” event held on school grounds is quite macabre, as literature on the site reveals:
One student is removed from class every 15 minutes. A police officer will immediately enter the classroom to read an obituary which has been written by the “dead” student’s parent(s) — explaining the circumstances of their classmate’s demise and the contributions the student has made to the school and the community. A few minutes later, the student will return to class as the “living dead,” complete with white face make-up, a coroner’s tag, and a black Every 15 Minutes T-shirt.

This “death education” event includes a simulated auto accident, a mock funeral service, and “an actual trip to the morgue, the hospital emergency room, and to the police department jail for the purpose of being booked for ‘drunk driving,’” according to the website. Barbara indicated the high school will be “locked down” during the event, although this is not stated in the document sent to parents (it does state that students participating in a “retreat” associated with the event will have meals provided and be “chaperoned by law enforcement personnel and responsible members of the community”).
2) Access in and out of Seward will be blocked the weekend of the 25th. “Road traffic between Anchorage and Seward will be blocked all weekend while the state installs temporary replacements for two older bridges on the Seward Highway,” the Anchorage Daily News reports. “The Alaska Department of Transportation said that recent inspections showed the Falls Creek and nearby Ptarmigan Creek bridges need to be replaced.”

Barbara told Alex Jones the road in question is the only one in and out of Seward.
3) In May, 2007, the final leg of Alaska Shield/Northern Edge 07 culminated in Seward. Northern Edge 2007 was a Joint Chiefs of Staff directed, Northern Command sponsored homeland defense and Defense Support of Civil Authorities exercise, according to GlobalSecurity.
“Hundreds of first responders, with uniforms ranging from the reflective jackets of local firefighters to military biohazard suits, were on hand at the Alaska Railroad dock to practice an integrated response to a simulated terrorist threat on a marine vessel,” Capt. Amy Hansen of the Joint Task Force-Alaska Public Affairs office wrote at the time.
The Seward Police Department, the FBI, and Coast Guard participated in this “massive interagency effort” in response to “suspicious people” boarding a marine vessel docked at Seward’s port.
As Infowars reported earlier this week, the Northern Command, the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA have graduated from exercises focused on “incident response and recovery” to events concentrated “exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection.”

FEMA’s National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), to be held on July 27 through July 31, 2009, “will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants” in the ‘aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside of the United States.” So-called “exercise play” will concentrate on “preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks.”
Because Seward, Alaska, is located on Resurrection Bay with access to the Pacific Ocean, it would serve as an ideal candidate for Homeland Security “exercise play” concentrating on “preventing subsequent efforts by … terrorists to enter the United States and carry out … attacks.” It is also an ideal candidate for such an operation because there is but one highway leading in and out of the town.
As we noted earlier this week, the threat of al-Qaeda or Muslim terrorism in the United States is a remote possibility at best. In recent weeks, the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI have raised the specter of domestic terrorism carried out by “rightwing extremists” and this effort to stigmatize and demonize the patriot movement has been vociferously criticized and has led to a lawsuit against DHS secretary Janet Napolitano and her agency.
The presence of an employee of Homeland Security, apparently engaged in less than covert surveillance of Seward, adds credence to the assertion made by Barbara and other residents in contact with Alex Jones that a DHS exercise may indeed be in store for the port town.

This just makes me sick !! Im to the point that I dont know what to think anymore .. Even here in my small home town in Iowa there have been changes that I see .. I spend a lot of time trying to talk to my friends and people here and thay have to mutch trust in the govenment or thay just dont care .. I find that those that are standing on a track wont move from it untill the train hits them ..

the people of seward need to do a few things here …they need to go out in force and block the bridges…and not send their kids to school..and in case the military does make it in hang a big sign on their door…do not want to play games…lock their doors..I hope alex can help get this cancelled…

I find it interesting that the address of “every 15 minutes” is a private home as well as a party store in Easton Pa. The party store All About Fun is located at 5217 William Penn Highway, the same as “15 minutes”. The phone of the store is 6102534777.

Well, you never know about those Russian Terrorist that you can see from Alaska, just ask Palin, and ignore that rush of wind and stupidity that is bouncing around in her head. Sounds like a training exercise, in a remote US owned location, as a practice run for total martial law, kind of like working out the kinks, so that they can push martial law into effect with the least amount of resistance possible.

There is supposedly 1 police officer, per 300 people in the us… if our Police forces FORGET that they are supposed to follow the laws of the Constitution, and that our rights are inalienable, and that no law can circumvent those rights… then if only 3 of those three hundred stood up, the police would be outnumbered 3 to 1.
I would hope that the Police and Military remember their oath to uphold the Constitution, but if it comes down to it, if just 1 percent of Americans stand up, you would have the worlds largest, standing army.

Once the bullets start flying, and sheeple start dying, they will wake up, like being splashed with ice cold water when your in a deep, deep sleep, first feeling they will have will be fear, and a huge WTF, followed by anger, and a lust for revenge.
After enough of your family and friends die, people will wake up and fire back. Most of the insurgents in Iraq are the family members of people gunned down by the US military, who are out for revenge for the brutal murders of their loved ones. Same scenario will play out here.
I would rather people be awake, and choose to fight back, before they lose their loved ones, but between you and me, someone will have to take this angry mob of sheeple and arm them, and get them to resist, those will be the ones amongst us that are already awake.
So, just waiting for the first shots to be fired… better to die on your feet, than live on your knees.

The police will be backed by troops who are trained to shoot first and ask questions later. I suggest that you realistically examine the new weapons we have developed before posturing yourself in a no win situation. There is no way Americans can defend themselves against the military unless it is a suiside mission. The only defense to get out of the cities and well populated areas before martial law becomes the flavor of the month. Find refuge were the troops will not be focusing on.

A suicide mission that keeps us from living as slaves in a Fema Prison Camp. I am tired of everyone saying that we as a people are not capable of fighting the tyranny in this land. I will argue that guerrilla warfare never won a conflict, but it sure as hell lasted long enough to get the enemy to give up, remember Vietnam. I do agree with the idea of leaving the highly populated areas, but if we all make a run for the hills, the hills will be filled with us. I say, if you have the choice of becoming property of the state / federal government, or taking some of the bastards with you, even at the cost of your own life, let your last breath be that of Freedom.

I didn’t know that drinking and driving was such a problem there. Do they really have to go to these extremes? Is the problem that bad?
I really oppose this locking down of anything. How can I get my gun if something happens? So if they lock down Columbine during the killing then how can I or anyone stop these maniacs? You will be sitting ducks!

Worried about your gun? Get a good crossbow as an alternative so that you have something else to shoot. Guns are primarily what they’re after. They’re not expecting any archers. Last time I checked there weren’t any laws for bow control like there is gun control.

Yeah, I’ve looked at a few improvised munitions manuals and I think they’re pretty good. If you haven’t done it already, go out and buy some gun powder. They sell them by the gallon or more at a lot of gun shops. With gun powder you can make grenades and booby traps.

Yeah, I know. I upgraded the scope on my crossbow and mine has 150 pound draw which is made for hunting large game. And you’d be surprised how accurate they are. I can make head-shots from 60 yards away. A couple advantages with the bow is that the arrows or bolts can be reused again and again. The other advantage is that nobody will hear it coming. They’re silent and deadly. Oh, I forgot a third advantage. Even if they make them illegal to purchase, they can still be made at home.

Perhaps we should all just smile, and accept the label the Government wishes to push upon us, and then, with an evil grin, show them just how horrible that term can be.
If patriot = terrorist, if someone who holds the constitution and the bill of rights as the law of the land, and is willing to give their life to ensure it still exist, I would gladly wear my label of Terrorist with guns blazing, before being a slave and coward.

Hmmm… The psychology displayed is an interesting one. In a morbid sort of way.
I’ve become quite curious as to why humans have such an intensity of a sadistic urge of cannibalism. The other species of primates have a rare, sometimes problem with this. But for humans, it seems to be the order of the day. Why? What prompts the urge to engage in cannibalism, whether it be mental or physical?
A possible hypothesis: a human is wracked with total egotism, an absolute conviction that the self is the center of all things (How the hell did this conviction arise considering there literally isn’t anything that would support it?) and therefore only one’s own flesh is important and that makes it alright to eat the flesh of other people because their flesh isn’t important and that makes it alright to kill and devour them so their flesh will no longer exist as competition.
And that prompts the question of “Why total egotism?”
Every single everyone in this universe is 100% dependent upon, directly or indirectly, the existence of others who create a support system for the enabling of life to exist at all. So where is the attitude of total egotism coming from?
Total egotism, cannibalism, sadism… What creates these genuinely repulsive forms of mental illness? Every single effect has its root cause somehow, in someway.

Has anybody heard about Bill H.R.1388? I just passed scretively & signed into law mandating that all 18-15 year olds be required to serve in a new civillian Army. Gotta register with the Obama regime & “volunteer” for your training for three months. The Bill
goes on to say they will supply the uniform & housing, etc & that it’s “Mandatory” This Bill
was signed into law April 21, 2009. All those who voted for resident B.O. can now be proud
to a part of Barak’s new “Civillian” militar! H.R. 1388 allows up to 8,000,000 volunteers!
But again, the bill does say it will be MANDATORY!

Here in my apartment complex in Colorado Springs, CO. I was getting out of my vehicle when I noticed an older women standing outside my apartment building with a note pad and caring bag that clearly stated U.S. Census Bureau on the bag. She was stopping at every vehicle writing down their license plate number and circling and inspecting each vehicle thoroughly. Then she was looking at the buildings and writing down the building numbers and taking further notes. I tried to make eye contact with her on several occasions but she would not look up at me and continued to write. I then spotted her 3 days later at my complex again and this time she was taking notes on my vehicle. I have anti Obama stickers on my vehicle, am I considered a terrorist now or what!?!?! I have never seen the U.S. Census Bureau doing anything like this before….have any of you??

Had the same stuff happen here, even posted about it… Census worker came out, scanned our place, wrote down some stuff, and then after about 10 minutes, turned around and left. She called something in while she was here, on her cell… but never once got out of her car to ask the occupants of our household any information.
Seems like the census is working in hand with the Red and Blue list, finding out if we still live where we say, writing down info to help swat teams, etc… might be a wild paranoid idea, if it was just happening to me and my household, so it’s nice to see it’s happening everywhere, yet frightening at the same time.

How come all the Census Bureau workers are women? I saw one here on my street a couple weeks ago. She never got out of the vehicle. She drove slowly up in front of each house and started punching something into a keyboard. A couple days after that there was some cop car parked on the street facing my house. He was parked there for about five minutes then decided to park right in front of my car. As soon as I stepped out the door he drove off. Weird.
Then just yesterday I saw a different woman following the mailman. They were both on foot. I’m not sure exactly who she works for. She had a clipboard and some electronic device. She would write something down and then type something on a keyboard in front of each house. Very odd.

they are primarily women for the same reasons that McDonald’s uses primarily females at their cash registers.
1) sex appeal; 2) lets the customers feel more “in-charge” (fewer rude people will diss a male); 3) decent people are taught to be polite to a lady’ 4)plentiful & thus expendable.

And why are census people going door to door? I remember the 2000 census…we had forms mailed to us that we had to fill out and mail back.

They were here last week also but they knocked on the door and asked if it was a one family or two family house. Then they wrote down the address and marked one family house. It really wasn’t anything too sinister.

All of this is happening in the usa and i am far away here in saudi arabia. Still reading this news report gives me the shivers and makes me feel like themartial law is on my door step.
A few months ago i googled in some searches about martial law and nwo and all those stuffs and i spotted a news clip i dont remember what news channel it was. It reported that the US intelligence informed that there is going to be a nuclear attack on NY city 2013 by trrorists.Similarly i saw another news channel which was broad casted in 1999 reported that the US intelligence informed of an event going to take place in NY city between 2000 & 2002. The elite is planning something really vere than 9/11.

Im wondering if theres any truth to this story…I posted a note on craigs list..in alaska..got several responses..no ones heard a thing…its sorta like that lady that know a friend of a truck driver that was hauling a mysterioue cargo for the government at night..paid in cash…and on and on…will someone please check out this story…sounds like disinformation…might be the same lady…maybe calling in to radio stations just turns her on …

He walked around to the side of my house and I watched through the window as he what looked to be inputting information into a GPS unit. He then came back around to my front door and knocked again. He looked at me funny when I then asked him if he knew about the FEMA concentration camps and said that yes he did know about them and that he would rather remain in the dark. I then said I think you’re really a snitch now “get lost!” so him and another man 2 houses down immediately got into a white mini van and took off. Now wait, if they were truly Census workers how come then did they not finish their routes and why was only my street chosen? I am worried about this activity being there is no Census going on and if there are reports of it happening then it’s false reporting. I have spoken to someone who knows what’s happening and they tell me that the Census Bureau is false and that the people really are spies and give GPS coordinances to special “Black Ops” that are paid hitmen to “Rendition” Dissident Americans accused of being Home Grown Terrorists based on thought crimes extending to the latest AIPAC report. It’s true that Communists have taken over, I have been a victim of Eminent domain and lost everything before. Now I’m under constant threat of a fire fight with no way of knowing when it will happen. The only question a census worker is authorized to ask per the US CONstitution is, “How many people were living at this residence on April 1, 2010? I always enjoyed the notion that they picked April Fool’s Day for their measurement day in Amerika. It must be a little joke they enjoy every ten years. Any other census is not a authorized by the CONsitution, but is authorized by CONgress or the Executive Branch to snoop. As are all those questions on the oaficial census.

I live here in Seward and attend high school here as well, the every 15 minutes program was just as stated with the fake car crash and kids being taken from the class room but as to a martial law lock down did not ensue the roads being closed i believe were circumstantial, though I was very suspicious of the very 15 minutes thing at first though it was just as it was made out to be, not a police take over.
