Martial Law Will Be Declared If Banker Bill Not Passed In House

In House debate on the banker “rescue” bill, Rep. Brad Sherman told his fellow Congress critters the government will declare martial law and the stock market will drop 3,000 points if the bill is not passed. “The panic-mongers were to the point of telling people the market would drop 3,000 points and there would be martial law,” said Sherman.
Sherman’s comment was not in the same context as a comment issued by Rep. Michael Burgess earlier in the week. Burgess, who appeared on the Alex Jones Show, said Pelosi threatened to invoke House rule XIII(6)(a), described as “martial law,” intended to suspend normal procedures and safeguards and thus allowing the House leadership to operate in a more authoritarian fashion. Sherman, however, said martial law would be declared on Wall Street, not in the House.
Rep. Sherman said the “exaggerated fear-mongering turned out not to be true” and the House “can draft a good bill,” regardless of the pressure put on representatives to pass the banker bailout bill.

The bailout plan is not only “economic fascism,” as Richard Viguerie has correctly noted, designed to loot the U.S. Treasury and reorganize and further consolidate elite control over the economy, but it is also a brazen effort to impose a martial law and dictatorship. Paulson’s role as financial dictator, not answerable to Congress or the American people, fully compliments additional steps taken over the last few years.
As former California congressman Dan Hamburg said earlier this year, the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act gives the executive the power to invoke martial law in case of “major public emergencies,” not limited to “a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack,” but also “any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order.” Obviously, a financial crash and ensuing social chaos of the sort now being implemented by the ruling elite would be characterized as a dire emergency and a near perfect excuse to impose martial law, a long standing goal of the elite.
As well, the Military Commissions Act of 2006, codifying indefinite imprisonment of dissidents, and the National Security Presidential Directive 51, ensuring the “continuity of government” in the event of a “catastrophic emergency,” are tools the government will most assuredly use after the economy implodes, now a foregone conclusion according to many economists.
Numerous Bilderberg pronouncements, dutifully reported here at Infowars and Prison Planet but ignored by the larger corporate media, reveal what the global elite have in mind for us — an engineered economic crash followed by a consolidation of wealth under fire sale conditions. In order to successfully accomplish this, the elite must impose martial law and “maintain public order,” that is to say force the public to accept their terms by military force.
As the Army Times reported last month, a battle-hardened “homeland” brigade is now “going domestic” after spending time in Iraq. It appears this illegal deployment (under Posse Comitatus) is designed to respond to “public disorder” as the economy is deliberately and cynically dismantled at the behest of our rulers who are now investing in the Treasury and the executive, with the complicity of Congress, dictatorial powers heretofore unheard of in America.

Here’s how we create our revolution: we start using an alternative currency. It worked for the Founding Fathers and it will work for us. If we don’t use their money, the Federal Reserve and its member banks will disappear. The government’s tax revenue will disappear and then we can build sane social institutions again.
The Founding Fathers are an excellent example of how to handle this. Let’s follow their example! They didn’t start a fight. They defended themselves when their legitimate rights were trampled on.

I’m a banker, or was, the industry is sickening. Put it this way, the banks knew they could crush already hard pressed middle class. We know every detail of projected income down to spending habits. As long as theres even .5% interest there always working at a profit, *cough* fed reserve. Banks knew and forsaw soon as they got into the sub prime it was unsustainable. They make their profit, and then the feds use our taxes to *bail* them out? Their making more than they put in. The prime lenders amalgamate the sub lenders, consolidate the elite, even with the bail out they increase interest and cut availability of loans. Im Canadian, CIBC and BMO were also into sub prime, not to mention we own big real estate on wall street. We’re essentially the 51st state. The Fed reserve now owns american homes and land, and its only a matter of time until Canada sees the same fate. I would be looking at those running the reserve, *cough* 23 trillion in holdings. They must love America.

Time to get serious, folks, about pulling completely out of the system and setting up your own private independently energized domain far away from North America. I did it long ago. Don’t get mad. Get the hell OUT! Fighting the system only strengthens it. Just unplug yourself, and it will collapse of its own accord. Informing others is always positive and admirable, and I still do it — but pulling your energy (and income, and taxes, and attention, etc.) out of the system completely is the easiest, quickest, and most damaging action you can take to seal this putrid system’s coffin forever.

if we want to change the face of government, and thus, the way government represents the people, new faces must be placed in government. After fdr was elected and while pursuing the new deal legislation, it was decided that support in congress by and from like minded individuals was necessary. To accomplish this goal, it was determined that about 10 percent of the existing congress needed to be replaced with fdr’s representatves. With this ten percent of newly elected congressmen all thinking the way fdr thought, the new deal plan was easily adopted. Likewise today, that same strategy, having worked once, would work again, only this time for the people’s sake. Ten newly elected senators, and approximately 4o from the house, thinking like we think, and all pursuing the same objective – good government – should alter the complexion of government, and once again, give we the people the advantage to start to reverse our course. But, those 50 new candidates must be candidates that we the people choose, not those that a party agenda chooses for us. If we can all agree to accomplish this one task, it will be a start to put us back on the path our founders envisioned.

Herre’s Direction… There is only one way to stop it… We as groups at larger employers MUST go into the payroll department together, and demand they stop removal of federal income taxes from our paychecks, and remind the employer it is not his or her duty nor responsibility to pay your taxes, it is our own, we have the right to do that on April 15th, and if we claim 15 dependents there will be none taken… Imagine a government that has to wait an entire year for compensation from its “Subservients”… If this were done en-mass, the federal government would be brought to its knees within weeks, and they would have great difficulty retaliating because this would be a passive protest, and they could not use their microwave and sound crowd control weapons… They would have to target all of us… Then we completely clean house once the government has become insolvent, press the restart button on the constitution, and change our currency so what these crooks have will be worthless… Its simple and easy, JUST STOP FUNDING THEM WITH YOUR TAXES! Oh, When installing our new government make sure to put signs on all the personnel offices saying… “No Previous Politicians, Lobbyist, Lawyers or Bankers need apply”… And seize the assets of every Greedy person(Lobbyist, Politicians, Corporations etc.), and entity involved! If there is the quintessential “Taxation Without Representation” then it just happened, and is grossly unconstitutional, and the constitution doesn’t give us the right to overthrow a despotic leadership, it gives us the “RESPONSIBILITY AND THE DUTY” to do so… This President(if you can call him that) thinks he has the right to suspend or cancel the constitution in case of civil unrest due to the citizens displeasure with their elected officials… Well the constitution gives the citizens the right to “SUSPEND THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT… What do you trust more, a little twerp that is using dictatorial powers in a 238 year old democracy, or the documents that created this great nation in the first place… Remember our founders never considered the Constitution a “God Damned Piece Of Paper” which Bush has said in public twice, the Founding Fathers called it a “LIVING BREATHING DOCUMENT” as it was deemed to be the very Soul Of This Nation!

All right. Looking at things logically in the “war” for our minds, it seems that we are not growing fast enough in equivalent to “them” coming out with all these laws, rules, regulations, and upscaled brutality. There are still so many people to “wake up”, but I see there is one thing that will get the people to muster together to the point of believing people like this group who bravely met and had their “down with the regime” conference.
Most people say here and some have even called into Alex Jones’ radio show to say that they are having such a hard time getting others to believe the “truth” stories. Yes, many have “awakened”, but percentage-wise, it is small. There is only one thing that will snap all the nation’s people to finally “get it”, where people who are like this brave group and those handing out “truth” DVD’s or flyers, will be able to be listened to almost immediately. That one thing might happen in the next 40 days or maybe an additional 75 days or so. It was said here by others and has been spoken about for years, starting from the Clinton era before he left office.
The only thing that will snap the entire country into “awakefulness” or realization of the “truth”, is to have Marshal Law, to stop either the presidential election somehow or to stop the transfer of power over to the president elect. All other Constitutional laws have been broken by this regime and the people have accepted it, but it seems that they want to have the Constitutional election. So what we need is to have that Marshal Law which seems to be the only thing that the people are saying that they will accept for stopping an election by the Constitution.
If the election or transition of power is done, then I would tend to believe that we really are in trouble because no one would transfer power, which technically is the same thing as giving oneself up to the authorities for crimes committed, unless that person(s) was assured of a safe haven and if a safe haven is available, that means that whomever is taking over the power position would be condoning all crimes committed and therefore would be just as bad as this regime. That allowance of the transfer of power would then obviously be done for a facade, to help fool the people, making it look like “CHANGE” actually is happening, when it would not be.
MARSHAL LAW (or the stoppage of the presidential CHANGEover) IS OUR SAVIOR that will gather the people together in one fell swoop that is not happening now,

Since so many people want to know what to do, when is the gunfighting going to start, or just claim what they would do if such and such a situation ever happened to them or one of their own, maybe all those capable should find out where Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Jessie Ventura, and many of the other patriots who Alex has interviewed are and follow them around all day long giving them body guard services.
Now, obviously the enemy will eventually start something that will start a shoot out, but the defense will obviously be a glorious one that will go down in history as the first shot of the real revolution, the day when the battle cry started from the masses, not just the few. The enemy of course has the high tech weapondry and the tanks and aircraft, but it will be an organized effort on the part of the ones who are serious and capable of doing something for the first time as the question constantly arises about everyone organizing somehow to do something useful for the cause of stopping this police state we are now in.
Ones like Alex, Dr. Paul, and Jessie Ventura are alone in a sense. They are lone wolves. They are loners. They are the ones who are presently out on the front line. So why not start an organized effort yourselves to be with those loners on the front line while you can? Go help those on the front line already, bodily help that is, not just writing here or buying some of their books. Physically they have no protection, even if they have private body guards. Those who are capable of doing what I just suggested now become publically involved and the front liners are the ones who need it most giving them the backing they need for their very lives that they do not have presently. I am sure that someone here can now expand on this to make it work. Yes?

My question is how does one negotiate with the pirates when they have taken over the ship?
Obviously some form of action must be taken… inaction and apathy is exactly what has landed us in this miserable mess.
But what?
Appealing to the system is beyond pointless, as the courts and our representatives are already bought-and-paid-for and have already demonstrated time and time again a willingness to hand over their power and capitulate to the NWO.
Leave the country? All it will do is delay the inevitable. I mean we live in a “global” economy, so when the U.S. markets crash, the rest of the world is going to sink right along with it… never mind that there are few places if any on this planet that the plutocrats can’t reach.
Armed resistance? Yeah, right. I can think of all sorts of reasons why this would be a bad idea, never mind that with the government holding all the cards when it comes to the military and advanced weaponry, anyone even thinking of such a plan would be squashed like roadkill.
Civil disobedience? That’s a possibility, assuming that those involved are willing to pay the price. We already know that said price can be quite severe, and I wouldn’t put it past the government to outright dispose of dissidents. We have seen what other totalitarian nations have done to people who disagree with the official party line, and if the U.S. is determined to go down that path, protesters might face a pretty horrific fate.
Hide/drop out? Again, another possibility, and one that does have a certain appeal. I would agree that if enough people did it, it would break the back of the globalists… but getting people to do it is the key. Too many people don’t have the skills to be truly self-sufficient, and are more concerned with who’s winning American Idol to even care. It would basically mean doing everything to avoid getting on a record or database. No credit cards, cell phones, driver’s license, owning property, car, kids in public school, job, higher education, etc. Essentially means living life like it was 150 years ago.
Educate? I say good luck on this one. Not only have people been warning us for at least the last 70+ years as to what is coming, but we have had numerous totalitarian examples to show us what to look forward to. Yet in spite of it all, people choose to ignore it, or ridicule those who speak out… talk about the NWO, and you are a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist. Unfortunately a lot of it is deserved too… there have been some real crackpot ideas that have been thrown out there, such as David Icke and his shapeshifting reptile humanoids for example.
So what is the solution?

Look People! We need to boycott & Protest against the same people that we support! The movie Stars! They all need to NOW pull together and stand up for us! Does anyone remember last year’s short-lived TV show called “Jericho,” about a post-atomic attack town in Kansas? I did think it was odd that the show was canceled precisely when it got really interesting: average citizens started working undercover to salvage democracy from a dishonest political administration and a fascist corporation that was a thinly disguised Halliburton/Blackwater, as well as exposing that the atomic bombs had been false flag attacks. Coincidence? Hmmm, I wonder. Sure, the writers’ strike didn’t help, but the show had already staved off an earlier cancellation by mailing in loads of peanuts to the TV studio. (at one point, the hero responds to a command to surrender by replying, “Nuts!”) I remember thinking when I saw the last couple of episodes that they were pretty practical game plans for a civilian insurgency.

I am happy to see more Posts after mine. The majority of which are hungry for some sort of revolution. Also leaving the USA is a viable alternative, so your work and taxes do not benifit the elite on our shores. However the calls for Revolution are hapless and hopeless, unless we form a viable 3rd party. Otherwise we are just a bunch of disparite and powerless patriots. A third party of real import must be formed and Meetups across our fruited plains. We must on the local level know who we are. That is why the Hippies were so successful. They banded together, wore long hair, flashed peace signs, had distinctive dress and did the hardest of things. Put their differences aside and focused on the war and Nixon. They were successful and could be seen a mile away by their hair and dress. Up close the flash of a Peace Sign. They were identifiable no matter where you were. These are the mechinisms we need. For all I know a Post here could be by a neighbor. But there is no way of knowing who are us. No hair, no peace sign and such. That is why we are impotent. We bitch on the Net and agree on much. But who are we? We must have local regular meetups, a hand sign and devolop a third party of real effect. These things will scare the hell out of the NWO. Worked on the war and Nixon. This time the stakes are much higher. The majority of the Posts agree. But who are we? We must have local meetups, hand sign and begin with ourselves and those with money who support the Movement. Greetings;
First I would like to offer an explanation of the name “Soothsayer”. It is from the “old English “Sooth” meaning “Truth” and “Sayer” self explanatory. Sooth means “TRUTH” and the addition of the word “Sayer” completes the thought as “One who speaks the Truth”.
It has become, like a lot of ideas, out of vogue and not politically correct of late. Over the years it has become identified with the occult, as in some one who see’s the future or as a sorcerer. Like the word “Occult” its self, the true meaning of which has been lost or mangled over the years, “Occult” just means hidden, not seen, as in the truth behind the moves we have witnessed being instituted by the Bush administration and the Elite. The word “Occult” of and by it’s self is in no way Evil. There for “A Soothsayer of the Occult” would be a person who tells the truth about the hidden agenda of the worlds super rich and the men who would control your lives.
I find I disagree with “The Resistance” in his/her statement that leaving the country deprives the Elite of any thing, in this country or in the one to which you run, the key word here is “Run”. You can not be victorious if you cut and run. I find my self at the same time agreeing in part with “The Resistance’s” assertion that we need a third or even a fourth party. However, using the Hippies” of the 60’s and the peace sign as something of a resurrected new age tool of recognition is a bit shallow.
Now don’t go getting upset. The fact is, I am an old Hippie [in my 60's], still got hair down to my arse and a weakness for paisley print shirts and tie-dye. From the way his/her memory recalls the hippy movement we were all secretly in communication from coast to coast and clear over to England and Amsterdam riding on a wave of clandestine hand signs, much like a cross between the CIA and street gangs of the inner city’s. Hey Homey, Don’t ya know me? The truth, [remember the word? "Soothsayer"] could not be farther from this idealized vision of the 60’s Hippie movement. [Ain't no one real sure you could truthfully call it a "movement' in any real sense of the term as it normally applies anyway.]
What happened in those days was a combination of factors that just happened to occur just about at the same time in history. 1, A growing Middle Class, that not only had some bucks left over at the end of the month to spend on things other than necessity’s, but also with which to obtain access to collages for their kids. 2, A “Newly educated” and more aware generation was begining to question some of the more transparent Bull Ship that had been foisted off on their less educated Parents and Grandparents. 3, The exposure of the previously only imagined truth and sheer horror and terror of War, brought into your home by the magic of TV “Live” and in color, Although tightly Edited buy the government, enough got through to the average young adult, for them to determine that war was not good for children and other living things. Put that together with the discovery of all that Bull Ship and the conclusion was easily reached that a reasonable person would just say no and quit supporting the root cause. 4, At just about this time an old friend of man’s and a new one made an appearance. The old friend? Was Cannabis or Hemp and the new one was LSD. The two sacraments, Cannabis, used for millennium by man all over the world for its medicinal benefits as well as its calming effects was rediscovered by a young population already traumatized by living under imminent Nuclear oblivion and farther brutalized by watching their country napalm and white phosphorous bomb women and little kids on the nightly news at dinner. And LSD, which in the begining was not something any one would just do and then drive over to a friends party. It was embarked upon as seriously as any space mission ever undertaken, with tech people, former “Ceribonauts” and mission control people on the site. When properly supervised and not done to you with out your knowledge, LSD is, to most who experience it a mind opening, life changing event. Recent University’s re-contact people involved in some university study’s conducted in the 60’s fond overwhelmingly, that those involved in the study’s were convinced to this day that their experience with LSD made them better people and was a very positive event in their lives. There are a few more things that occured at that time but these will be enough to make my point.
In the begining, what would become the original “Hippy” was a Collage kid from any town USA who decided to drop out. That meant to quit your job, your school what ever and by reducing your consumerism to as close to nil as you could, refuse to support any thing that remotely resembled a government or corporate entity and watch them collapse do to lack of interest and income. We banded together for mutual support and to share the Sacraments and worked in our own way, growing community gardens, opening and running free cafe’s, opening and running free clinic’s to treat the new arrivals to our groups, opening free furniture stores, you got it free, when you moved you brought it back or had us come get it to give away again. This is what they feared about us, not the Cannabis or even the LSD, it was the lack of power over us because money was no longer our God and it took their whip away from them.
People who don’t have a ton of cash are forced to find and make ways to entertain them selves, they would go to parks and play guitars and tambourines or fly kites what ever and of course share the sacrament. These were called “Happenings” suddenly you had a couple hundred folks sitting on a hill in some park all getting along not fighting or causing trouble, this is deviant behavior that scared the Ship out of the establishment. But these “Happenings” were not “organized’, they were not “arranged” by secret hand signs passed in the dark. You just can’t plan on a “Happening” to happen, can’t be done. Believe me many people tried to back in the day to no avail.
Then a new kind of “Hippy” started to arrive. These were mostly scared kids, runaway’s and lazy people who just didn’t want to work, they had no agenda other than self preservation no values other than self gratification and partying. They took from the free stores and gave nothing back they “crashed” at your place and ripped you off when they left. The Sacraments became pedestrian and the circle of its sharing was broken. We buried the Hippy in San Francisco in 1968. Then of course along came Charles Manson and his family of vampires, Not Hippies, they would not have made a pimple on a real Hippy’s arse. But he had long hair, our symbol right? NOT. He used Marijuana and LSD, no he abused them, and the Hippy, the long haired peace nick became the worlds villein in a heart beat. Ever since the bad guys in the movies all have long hair and look like outlaw bikers and hippies.
It was the willingness of those first Hippies who were willing to go into the country and form communes and live in small Eco friendly non consumerist units who were mutually supportive and run groups like “The Pig Farm” which provided health care and comfort stations and latter when the sacrament LSD was handed out like candy with no guides to led the way through the unexplored land scape of the mind provided shelter for those left adrift on strange seas. It was not a planed thing nor did we much give a damn if you saw it or not, we just were not going to support it so there.
Most of the originals, at least the ones still alive, we are all getting older, are still firm in their conviction that we were right and still hope the rest will wake up and just say no, we are not the ones who sold out because its easier to work for them than to work against them. We were the workers who just changed the way we worked and for whom, not the lazy ones who just went for a ride till they either fell off or gave in.
My point is, its not about secret signals or symbols to identify or make your self different or recognize each other. We already have that, we are Americans Its about a mind set of Truth. A mind set that says, I’m not going to put up with this any more I’m just not. A mind set that, it will take work, its not easy being cheesy, you have to make up your mind to work, in a different way for a different reason and for a different goal but you must work none the less. A mind set that, they just don’t scare me any more and a mind set that you can take care of you and yours with out resorting to thievery or violence and with out their system that makes a slave out of you.
Do not support the Republican party, Do not support the Democratic party, Vote none of the Above when you cast your ballot, spend at least one hour a day contacting your congressman and Senator and explain to them how if they don’t listen you will start a recall vote. Realize that you really don’t need to keep up with the Jones and reduce your spending, [Money not being consumed really scares the hell out of em, see bail out.] Talk to your neighbors, see who’s on your side and who you can convince to your way of seeing things and try to get those that are to help start a community garden, [If you plant a Tomato and your plant produces 5 tomato's and then you get a neighbor to plant one and he gets 5 now you got 10 tomato's, not much to work with but get one hundred neighbors all growing a tomato plant and now you got a 1,000 tomato's, now you got something to work with.
Start up free furniture stores, cafe's, clothing shops, start to shed the idea that every thing we do must show a profit. Try to see your self for how small you are in relation to the universe and listen to it, we are all part of it and it is alive. Stop the US Vs Them culture its wrong its nasty it causes trouble and if you suspend it you just might find a whole new world of nice people who like to grow tomato's too.
IT COMES DOWN TO WHAT YOU REALLY WANT OUT OF LIFE. HOLLOW INSTANT GRATIFICATION, OWNING ONE OF ALL THE TOYS AVAILABLE, OR A LIFE OF DIGNITY, HONOR, FREEDOM AND HAPPINESS. iTS A BIT LIKE THE GOOD NEWS, ONCE YOU SEE THE TRUTH OF IT YOU JUST CAN'T WAIT TO TELL SOME ONE ELSE ABOUT IT.
America doesn't need to rule the world and it doesn't need to own it either, it just needs to stand with and beside its Peers and be willing to bend down to offer a hand [with out strings] to those less fortunate. Lets make our government of the people by the people and for the people a reality not a pipe dream. I am pretty sure becoming a Hippy won’t help much. But you just might want to think a bit about becoming a Soothsayer, One who speaks the truth. Then if some one asks you if your a part, you can say; For Sooth. “IN TRUTH.”

To all, I say LOVE is the true power and that the OATH taken by so many is a pledge out of care for what is good and right in this land we call America!
I myself do not wish for a fight and that I have called, emailed, pleaded, challenged to all concerned of their Responsibility and DUTY to the Oath for which they have pledged, from Police, Politicians, Soldiers (I am a Armorer), friends, family and all that are in positions to make a positive effect. Still the ones that are in positions of power will not do THE RIGHT THING or even the job we elected them to, by protecting our sovereign rights as citizens of this land & by promise of their oath to office,leaving us citizens with the last resort to ever come closer.
I am just a man that loves his country and sadly I must now start preparing to defend this land I care so much about; not from some invading Foreign force but my very own ELECTED GOVERNMENT. This is a fight NONE of us should want but to all that have taken the Oath, REMEMBER this!!

Ah, the vast well of self delusion. Its always easier to say “leave it to God” its in his hands. I think you should remember that the Jews believed God would save them and sang Psalms right into the gas chamber. Preachers change that so they can promise you all this ring side seat to the slaughter oh, and don’t forget to put something in the collection plate on your way out, cause it would be bad form for your preacher to arrive at the Rapture in an old jalopy.

You are with out the courage to stand up for your self and your community’s because you surrender to a make believe God all that is beautiful in human beings. Even if these “God” people were prepared to do Gods will they would know God demands they prepare the way.
“Gods” people and the “God” notion has been around for a long time, probably since men could first write and became “CIVILIZED”. I say civilized half heartedly. We all know were not really civilized. And what has God done? He has helped mankind be ruled over by superstition and holy men with less honour than a common criminal for all through his “intelligent” period. Again said half heartedly. The mere mention of “GOD”, “DIVINE BEING”, divides people immediately. Either through differing deity, or non belief of said deity(s). Religion has been around much longer than any King, Queen, ruling family/dynasty, and despire the latters ability to oppress and utterly dominate its subjects, Religion has done it far longer and with more cunning and vigour.
Devotion to an afterlife is neglect of this one, in all probability the only one you will get.
Also Soothsayer is absolutely right. The scriptures clearly state 144,000 will go to heaven and be a part of the heavenly kingdom. It is also clear about death. Nothing survives death. One passage basically says what would you see without eyes. The finality of death can be found throughout the bible. The general jist that I get is that 144,000 go to heaven for Gods govt. The rest of the “faithful” will be resurrected from the grave to spend an eternal life on earth in a paradise, Gods earthly govt. You only have to look as far as the Lords prayer. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth.
Its pretty clear. What astounds me is the lack of knowledge about the Bible religious people really have. The clearest example is the twisting of God, his force(the holy ghost), and his son (Jesus) from its true intended meaning into the trinity. Any one with an ounce of sense, religious or not, cannot study the bible and come to the honest conclusion Jesus the holy ghost and God are all the same thing. By the bibles own teaching Jesus was asking (praying) to his father on the cross as to why he (his father) had forsaken him. So Jesus was really praying to himself,, and his sacrifice didnt really mean anything because he was God and with infinite power and therefore the sacrifice was no biigie, a piece of cake you might say. All of this disatisfaction, tells me we need to start the beginnigs of a fresh, new third party. There are many good suggestions. But they won’t work in a nation, that is mostly urbanized. Save for not paying taxes. It’s not like the Regime has not put the fear of god in us with the IRS. I think it more likely that a new party is born. It has happenened many times in our nation. Whigs, Federalists and all that I cannot remember, that at some point, were the dominant party and had control of Congress and the Presidency. The inate structure of an overpopulated, urbanizated country makes the Pig Farm concept untenable. I had the good fortune of living on a Pig Farm commune in Norton Vermont at the Canadian border.That will not work for 305 million americans. That must eat mostly from big AG. Peasent farming will not work in the USA. We must be patient and game the very system that is now gaming us. A third party works within the corrupt system and by the weight of the fearful masses votes will over time supplant the DEMS and REPUBS. We are dealing with 305 million americans that need food, gas, medical care and such everyday. Some by the millions are disabled, others are old and infirm. Only a third party over time will do it.So lets get organized and do it. I concur with the idea of avoiding as many major corporations as possible in your purchases. Barter when you can. Garden when you can. Buy local. And damn it. Enough talk. This nation has given birth to successful and failed third parties. It is time we begin that dialoge on how to start it. Enough bitchin. One more thing. I realized not paying taxes is not workable. If you take 15 deductions,the IRS will just take the money eletronically overnight. Just as Social Security can send at the beginning of the month, 60 million eletronic credits out. The IRS can quite easily take at your workplace before you can hide the cash. All your money at work, 401k and other electronically recorded deposits one has.Time for a third party.

Ok, Nuff of this God crap. I apologize to all for my comments, I allowed my self to become angry over some folks opinion’s, who suffer from a very narrow view of reality. I refer to them as “the hard of thinking” and they should be afforded the same understanding we give any Handicapped person. So shame on me.
Also in my first post, I took exception to the idea that the Hippies had something going we could adapt to use as a means of identification of people who have similar views, I don’t believe we ever had a “Movement” as such, it just happened. I am also not so sure that being to easy to recognize is such a great idea either, in case you haven’t noticed a coup took place on Monday. Neither did I intend my comments to be taken as pro-LSD consumption or an ok to use drugs, with the possible exception of Cannabis for the ill. I do not recommend Orange Owsley or any other LSD for use by the general public.
We are now in a state of Pre-war with the men who stole our government. Notice I did not say with our government but with the creeps who have slithered in through the cracks in the dead of night. We have a perfectly fine government, what we don’t have is representatives who represent anyone but them selves. A president the sees him self as King and above the law and a House and Senate made up of thieves and cowards.
The bail out is a sell out, what most people don’t know is, just where the hell is this magical $700 billion and it’s $150 billion worth of sweeteners going to come from. First the bill goes from the Senate to the House then after approval it goes to the King..whoops I mean the president and he signs it into law. It is then sent to the Treasury which then barrows the money from the Federal Reserve who in turn, wave their magic money wand and out of thin air create the cash. It is nothing more than a computer entry backed by nothing. It is then printed by the Treasury and the American people begin paying the interest on it.
Paying the interest on what? A computer entry? And just who the hell are we paying this interest to?
Answer to no. 1, Paying interest on made up money.

Answer to no.3, We are paying that interest to the same bunch of bastards that through malfeasance and greed crashed our economy. This has already taken over a million Homes a few thousands businesses and its starting to claim lives. The poor little old woman, 90 years old who shoot her self because she lost her Home, in the news today, a man killed his whole family and then him self over loosing his fortune and its just a few months old and not over yet. There may be many more who have done them selves in and we just haven’t heard about it yet.
There are rumors running rampant on the internet over a comment made by Brad Sherman, a congressman. He spoke to the house of the utter bull shit this bail out is and mentioned that several members of congress where taken aside and told by un- named people that they would be facing Martial Law if the bail out was not passed. That is by definition Extortion and terrorist threats. To threaten the peoples representatives is to threaten the people. Our government is a Democratic Republic, we elect people to go to the seat of power and carry our wishes to the other representatives of the other states and by weighing the pros and the cons come to a compromise acceptable to all. It is not a Democracy. A Democracy is mob rule where 51% of the people can tell the other 49% to go to hell.
If we allow the King to threaten our representatives and they are weak and cave in, we have lost our control over government at that point. Bush forced a bill through hidden in with some stuff that wasn’t too bad and sounded good at the time, but this part suspended the Posse Comitatus act of 1878. That little act, passed after the civil war, because the damage done by a standing Army with police powers caused so much hatred and fear that it was decided to never again allow troops to be used in this manner. Bush killed it and now as of Oct. 1st we have a brigade of the US Army here at the disposal of the Home land security apparatus Bush foisted off on a shocked Nation after 9/11, intended for use in deterring protest and crowd control using the new micro wave and other non-lethal weapons on Americans deemed to be un patriotic. If we can not come together as Americans and demand that these people be forced to cease and desist by court order and ordered not to leave the country while a real and honest criminal investigation is carried out we will wind up fighting in the streets of any town USA. This must be carried out as a criminal investigation just the way we would get at the truth if we had some one in custody for suspicion of any crime. We must do this to avoid any more damage being done to the people and our true form of government. This is not a revolt against our government it is a criminal investigation and the suspects need to be arrested and held so they can do no more harm until the truth is told.

Please let me ask a question without any one taking offense. Think about it with an open mind. Just exactly what does exchanging “God” for some new age Metaphysical mubo-jumbo change? Its is just the same old tired whore dressed up in fancy clothes. Nothing is still nothing and no matter what name you tag on it its still feel good bull shit. Its still a way you can see a problem and do nothing about it but bitch and have an out to feel good about your self. Here you are decrying our lack of spiritual advancement blaming our current condition on the poor rate of spiritual growth, still not embracing your Humanness or the beauty of your fellow man.
The human race has spent eons wrestling with these questions and always ends up choosing to grab all that he can and to hell with the other guy, if he ain’t as smart as I am tough. This isn’t advanced spirituality or rocket science its greed and laziness and a complete refusal to accept responsibility for your own actions or lack there of. The philosophy of, “we have polluted our world, squandered its resources and poisoned its waters but hey, the sun still rises and wind still blows is as bogus as Bush’s Presidency.
The fact is the sun will still rise and the wind will blow even if man has gone to the dust bin of history or if he is still here. Also it will rise and the wind blow if your a free man or a slave, the difference lies in perspective and relativity. The sun as it rises, will most assuredly appear much brighter and much more full of promise and the breeze smell sweeter, if your the jailer than if you happen to be the slave. It is relative to where you stand in the social situation, you can believe anything you want as long as when the whip is cracked you obey.
Americans have a bad habit of letting some one else do their thinking for them and as a result over time, those who have done so,began to think they could get away with anything they choose. Now they have played fast and loose with your wife and kids and your house and your cash and you freedom and you still want to let them handle it. Do you know the definition of Insane? To be insane is to constantly engage in the same behavior and expect to see different results each time. We can no longer afford the luxury of letting some one else, of dubious character handle our affairs, with out first demanding a much stronger set of over sights and some rock solid laws to prevent any ass hole from attempting to piss in our post-tosties again.
We have a constitution, we do not need interpreters for it, its written in plain English and if, at first glance you don’t quite get it, the guys that wrote it were a loquacious bunch and dashed off reams of personal papers explaining how and why they did what they did. It is not an episode of unsolved mysteries as some politicians would have you believe. If you but add the question “Why” in between each of the bill of rights, it becomes clear to a blind man what was being done. An example, we have the right to bear arms….Why…So you can be secure in your person, papers and effects. See, simple ain’t it. But you got to read it and love it and protect it from all comers both foreign and domestic for it to mean any thing.
I personally couldn’t give a tinkers damn for what comes around 50,000 years from now, whether man suddenly erupts into a glowing ball of pure energy or if he is once again reduced to living in caves. I do give a damn about whats going to happen to this and the next generation of our kids, who, each and every one of them did not ask to be brought into this world, the ones who are going to inherit this sewer we have created through our greed and apathy.
You can not effect change for the better if you are convinced “God” is coming and he will fix it or if you believe that we must wait until we all start glowing from the inside before we make an effort. I do not disagree that a third party or even a forth or more is a good idea, quite the contrary. But while we get those started up, we still need to lock up these folks who are screwing us before they finish it off and leave us so far down in the hole it will take an act of “God” to extricate us from it. Since “God” is a Fig newton of your limited ability to grasp reality we will be completely and totally screwed.
Next time you wake up in the morning go take a long look at your kids, If you don’t have kids of your own go take a walk past the nearest grade school. Then think about how you can explain to them, just how you justify doing nothing to prevent them from being saddled with unending debt before they know the difference between the worth of a nickel and a dollar. If that doesn’t bring a tear of frustration to your eye, you ain’t human.

It is hard to face the truth, no matter who you are or where you live you spend most of your waking time trying to be unaware of it and not face up to it. You fill your days with worthless time consuming little “got to do’s” and mindless TV in an attempt to avoid facing it. Thats what “God’s” all about, go to church and confess or pray for forgiveness have a priest of preacher absolve you of your sins, but for cripes sake don’t face them and try to change them that would be hard and painful. To add insult to injury you pass this avoidance syndrome on to your kids so the cycle goes on and on and on.
My purposes here is to point out the truth, report the truth and to do just a little bit to ensure that the kids are not screwed so badly that they will never live a happy and care free life. I will endeavor not to write any thing I have not researched and all will be subjected to the criteria mentioned above, that does not mean that I am impervious to bull shit, I am a human and I have all the warts and hairs so I can get pissed off at people when they are stupid or to lazy to think.
I am old, and I am very ill. The only dog I have in this fight is that I am an American, I Am a former Marine and I took an oath to protect my country. I don’t believe that oath went away at my discharge and even if it did I am an American and that brings with it certain responsibility’s in its own right. I will not live to see many more elections but I hope I can help to ensure that the next one will be honest and the people running for office know that if they screw up we will come and get them and they will rot in jail.

So far Pamela it appears to be a threat by the Speaker of the House through an intermediary and it was not, as was the remark made by a Senator earlier in the week referring to a House measure that carries that unfortunate title, but in this case to Troops in the street.
I have an email I sent and am awaiting a reply to it from Rep. Lloyd Doggett, Texas my congressman inquiring as to the truth of this statement. I have not been contacted on this subject as yet but it is a bit more than speculation. Rep. Brad Sherman is not to my knowledge a nut case nor is he prone to make unfounded statements. His remarks can be found on CAPAN, type in Brad Sherman + Martial law and on You tube as well.
This is all I can say about it at this time until I can get more information.

To Soothsayer. All you say way be well and good. Your dialoge with other humans is just fab–BABY!Some of it may even have a little truth to it. All the typing must give you fast, strong and adept fingers. Your comments about the Almighty and the occansional freaks that come with it, on ocassion appropriate. But you are just a little to fixated on on the words Mumbo Jumbo For a creature that just learned to walk.Albeit you need to get some. You will be much happier. Acension, for you and other Homo Sapiens is hundreds of thousands, of what you call years away. So go eat some Dark Choclate, get some and call-in a pizza and catch a snooze. Your type of specis abounds in this galaxy.Many have not made thus far. Others much further. The key to happiness and unlimited energy is generations away feom your people. A precious few will survive the internecine battle to come. You will die in it. Now is the time for dark chocklate, a little bit of the GRR, pizza and rest.
