I have an email I sent and am awaiting a reply to it from Rep. Lloyd Doggett, Texas my congressman inquiring as to the truth of this statement. I have not been contacted on this subject as yet but it is a bit more than speculation. Rep. Brad Sherman is not to my knowledge a nut case nor is he prone to make unfounded statements. His remarks can be found on CAPAN, type in Brad Sherman + Martial law and on You tube as well.

The human race has spent eons wrestling with these questions and always ends up choosing to grab all that he can and to hell with the other guy, if he ain’t as smart as I am tough. This isn’t advanced spirituality or rocket science its greed and laziness and a complete refusal to accept responsibility for your own actions or lack there of. The philosophy of, “we have polluted our world, squandered its resources and poisoned its waters but hey, the sun still rises and wind still blows is as bogus as Bush’s Presidency.

The fact is the sun will still rise and the wind will blow even if man has gone to the dust bin of history or if he is still here. Also it will rise and the wind blow if your a free man or a slave, the difference lies in perspective and relativity. The sun as it rises, will most assuredly appear much brighter and much more full of promise and the breeze smell sweeter, if your the jailer than if you happen to be the slave. It is relative to where you stand in the social situation, you can believe anything you want as long as when the whip is cracked you obey.

Americans have a bad habit of letting some one else do their thinking for them and as a result over time, those who have done so,began to think they could get away with anything they choose. Now they have played fast and loose with your wife and kids and your house and your cash and you freedom and you still want to let them handle it. Do you know the definition of Insane? To be insane is to constantly engage in the same behavior and expect to see different results each time. We can no longer afford the luxury of letting some one else, of dubious character handle our affairs, with out first demanding a much stronger set of over sights and some rock solid laws to prevent any ass hole from attempting to piss in our post-tosties again.

We have a constitution, we do not need interpreters for it, its written in plain English and if, at first glance you don’t quite get it, the guys that wrote it were a loquacious bunch and dashed off reams of personal papers explaining how and why they did what they did. It is not an episode of unsolved mysteries as some politicians would have you believe. If you but add the question “Why” in between each of the bill of rights, it becomes clear to a blind man what was being done. An example, we have the right to bear arms….Why…So you can be secure in your person, papers and effects. See, simple ain’t it. But you got to read it and love it and protect it from all comers both foreign and domestic for it to mean any thing.

I personally couldn’t give a tinkers damn for what comes around 50,000 years from now, whether man suddenly erupts into a glowing ball of pure energy or if he is once again reduced to living in caves. I do give a damn about whats going to happen to this and the next generation of our kids, who, each and every one of them did not ask to be brought into this world, the ones who are going to inherit this sewer we have created through our greed and apathy.

You can not effect change for the better if you are convinced “God” is coming and he will fix it or if you believe that we must wait until we all start glowing from the inside before we make an effort. I do not disagree that a third party or even a forth or more is a good idea, quite the contrary. But while we get those started up, we still need to lock up these folks who are screwing us before they finish it off and leave us so far down in the hole it will take an act of “God” to extricate us from it. Since “God” is a Fig newton of your limited ability to grasp reality we will be completely and totally screwed.

Next time you wake up in the morning go take a long look at your kids, If you don’t have kids of your own go take a walk past the nearest grade school. Then think about how you can explain to them, just how you justify doing nothing to prevent them from being saddled with unending debt before they know the difference between the worth of a nickel and a dollar. If that doesn’t bring a tear of frustration to your eye, you ain’t human.

Timothy Leary is dead…oh no, he’s out side looking in. Can you picture Roseann Barr on acid? Most people have a very hard time accepting them selves without constant approval from some out side action or force as it is. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions or what they really are, can you imagine what a shock it would be for them to look directly at their own unmasked Ego? There ain’t enough Prozac in the whole damn world to pacify the damaged minds resulting from that un thought out little plan. before you speak, make sure what you say meets some criteria, Has it been thoroughly thought out through and through. Has it been tested and proven to be of benefit to the individual and society, does it meet the standards of TRUTH. If it does not, then it is not a plan, its noise.

It is hard to face the truth, no matter who you are or where you live you spend most of your waking time trying to be unaware of it and not face up to it. You fill your days with worthless time consuming little “got to do’s” and mindless TV in an attempt to avoid facing it. Thats what “God’s” all about, go to church and confess or pray for forgiveness have a priest of preacher absolve you of your sins, but for cripes sake don’t face them and try to change them that would be hard and painful. To add insult to injury you pass this avoidance syndrome on to your kids so the cycle goes on and on and on.

My purposes here is to point out the truth, report the truth and to do just a little bit to ensure that the kids are not screwed so badly that they will never live a happy and care free life. I will endeavor not to write any thing I have not researched and all will be subjected to the criteria mentioned above, that does not mean that I am impervious to bull shit, I am a human and I have all the warts and hairs so I can get pissed off at people when they are stupid or to lazy to think.

I am old, and I am very ill. The only dog I have in this fight is that I am an American, I Am a former Marine and I took an oath to protect my country. I don’t believe that oath went away at my discharge and even if it did I am an American and that brings with it certain responsibility’s in its own right. I will not live to see many more elections but I hope I can help to ensure that the next one will be honest and the people running for office know that if they screw up we will come and get them and they will rot in jail.

Its your country too, you want to wait for enlightenment or “God” to come save your ass? Fine but don’t expect me not to tell you your full of shit.

As for God. There are no exceptions. Believers no matter what they say, ultimately take it on faith. No one has a phone line to God. No one. But I have hope for the survivors. That is part of why a real third party MUST be devoloped pronto. It is essential an organized resistance is born. It is true we are aready a fairly well established nation under a unique form of Martial Law. Also in my first post, I took exception to the idea that the Hippies had something going we could adapt to use as a means of identification of people who have similar views, I don’t believe we ever had a “Movement” as such, it just happened. I am also not so sure that being to easy to recognize is such a great idea either, in case you haven’t noticed a coup took place on Monday. Neither did I intend my comments to be taken as pro-LSD consumption or an ok to use drugs, with the possible exception of Cannabis for the ill. I do not recommend Orange Owsley or any other LSD for use by the general public.

We are now in a state of Pre-war with the men who stole our government. Notice I did not say with our government but with the creeps who have slithered in through the cracks in the dead of night. We have a perfectly fine government, what we don’t have is representatives who represent anyone but them selves. A president the sees him self as King and above the law and a House and Senate made up of thieves and cowards.

The bail out is a sell out, what most people don’t know is, just where the hell is this magical $700 billion and it’s $150 billion worth of sweeteners going to come from. First the bill goes from the Senate to the House then after approval it goes to the King..whoops I mean the president and he signs it into law. It is then sent to the Treasury which then barrows the money from the Federal Reserve who in turn, wave their magic money wand and out of thin air create the cash. It is nothing more than a computer entry backed by nothing. It is then printed by the Treasury and the American people begin paying the interest on it.

Paying the interest on what? A computer entry? And just who the hell are we paying this interest to?

Answer to no. 1, Paying interest on made up money.

Answer to no.2 Yep.

Answer to no.3, We are paying that interest to the same bunch of bastards that through malfeasance and greed crashed our economy. That’s right, the Federal Reserve is owned lock stock and barrel by privet Banks, Mostly European Banks with a few Home grown money terrorists thrown in for spice. They can not loose, only we loose and become ever deeper mired in debt muck.

This is the worst attack by terrorists on the sacred soil of America period, 9/11 whether pulled off by Bin Laudin or by Bush only took 3 buildings and 3,000 lives. This has already taken over a million Homes a few thousands businesses and its starting to claim lives. The poor little old woman, 90 years old who shoot her self because she lost her Home, in the news today, a man killed his whole family and then him self over loosing his fortune and its just a few months old and not over yet. There may be many more who have done them selves in and we just haven’t heard about it yet.

There are rumors running rampant on the internet over a comment made by Brad Sherman, a congressman. He spoke to the house of the utter bull shit this bail out is and mentioned that several members of congress where taken aside and told by un- named people that they would be facing Martial Law if the bail out was not passed. That is by definition Extortion and terrorist threats. To threaten the peoples representatives is to threaten the people. Our government is a Democratic Republic, we elect people to go to the seat of power and carry our wishes to the other representatives of the other states and by weighing the pros and the cons come to a compromise acceptable to all. It is not a Democracy. A Democracy is mob rule where 51% of the people can tell the other 49% to go to hell.

If we allow the King to threaten our representatives and they are weak and cave in, we have lost our control over government at that point. Bush forced a bill through hidden in with some stuff that wasn’t too bad and sounded good at the time, but this part suspended the Posse Comitatus act of 1878. That little act, passed after the civil war, because the damage done by a standing Army with police powers caused so much hatred and fear that it was decided to never again allow troops to be used in this manner. Bush killed it and now as of Oct. 1st we have a brigade of the US Army here at the disposal of the Home land security apparatus Bush foisted off on a shocked Nation after 9/11, intended for use in deterring protest and crowd control using the new micro wave and other non-lethal weapons on Americans deemed to be un patriotic. They have dried up almost all sources of silver and gold so you can’t hedge your nest egg, they have dried up your money so you couldn’t get a loan if God him self co-signed, they have restricted travel, just for your own good though, they have cowed our Stenators and Representatives, they have threatened us with Martial Law, they have shown a complete disregard for the opinion of 75% + of the American People and Bush gave him self the power to suspend the elections in case of National emergency [uh, like the economy taking a huge dump on the American carpet?] , so he can continue in office under the Continuity of Government presidential directive he wrote and signed him self and in fact become Dictator of America. He would not let congress see this document, I wonder why.

If we can not come together as Americans and demand that these people be forced to cease and desist by court order and ordered not to leave the country while a real and honest criminal investigation is carried out we will wind up fighting in the streets of any town USA. This must be carried out as a criminal investigation just the way we would get at the truth if we had some one in custody for suspicion of any crime. We must do this to avoid any more damage being done to the people and our true form of government. This is not a revolt against our government it is a criminal investigation and the suspects need to be arrested and held so they can do no more harm until the truth is told.

We do not have much time to act in. It must be now and it must be legal and it has to be done by you and me no one else is going to do it for us.
