Massachusetts Senate Passes Draconian Flu Pandemic Bill

The corporate media is ignoring S. 2028, the flu pandemic bill that was unanimously passed by the Massachusetts Senate. The draconian bill was covered extensively by the alternative news sites, but not a word from the New York Times or the Washington Post.
S. 2028 will be used as a template for legislation in other states. The bill imposes a virtual police state and martial law on Massachusetts at the behest of the governor in the event of a flu pandemic this autumn. It gives the state health commissioner, law enforcement, and medical personnel wide authority to mobilize forces, vaccinate the population, enter private property with no warrants, and even quarantine people against their will in violation of the Constitution. The bill allows the state to enter property without a search warrant and destroy the property without a court order. It would force in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination.
Law enforcement authorities are authorized to “arrest without warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day that the violation continues.”
Other states are in the process of implementing legal actions in response to the H1N1 virus hyped by the government and the corporate media. Florida has distributed blank quarantine order forms, including a voluntary home quarantine agreement, a quarantine to residence order, a quarantine to residence order (non-compliance), a quarantine to facility order, quarantine detention order, quarantine of facility order, building quarantine closure order and area quarantine closure order. North Carolina released a draft isolation order that would provide for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention without bail for any citizen who fails to comply with an isolation order. Washington has granted authority to local health officers to issue emergency detention orders forcing citizens to be immediately and involuntarily isolated or quarantined for up to 10 days.
A form released by the state of Iowa for voluntary home confinement, home quarantine and home isolation recently made the rounds on the internet. “Rumors started swirling after a quarantine form was found by someone on the internet,” KIMT 3 reported. “Health leaders in Iowa are reassuring people that there are no H1N1 related quarantines being ordered.” The form calls quarantine of all individuals suspected of coming in contact with the virus.
S.2028 is now in Massachusetts House Ways and Means Committee. The Liberty Preservation Association of Massachusetts has vowed to kill the legislation before it can reach the House (see MassLPA video above). The organization plans to lobby lawmakers at the capital on Beacon Hill on September 9 and convince them not to vote for and pass the bill.

Wow, you seem even more nutty them all the others. Ok, so if i get this right, you are predicting (since you probably have no sources for what is to come) 1-massive death, 2-food shortages, 3-civilian evacutation of the entire NY state and of course 4-civilian unrest.
If i could legally wager money on this, i would bet my house, my car and everything else i can get my hands on against this happenning. It seems ludicrous and completetly insane to actually believe that. But hey, only time will tell. The end of winter is only about 6 months away so we will all see who is right.

What Mark says is not hard to imagine. Interestingly enough, s/he has posted very ideas that have come into my own brain. It’s not paranoia either, it’s math. I live in and grew up in California. Here we grow up thinking about the big one–earthquake. Well, to make a long story short–what would it take for your community to be thrown into a Katrina like situation. Too many people, no electricity, no access to food, not enough law enforcement. All of this shit is going to happen eventully, and it feels sooner than later. What if the dollar becomes like the Russian Ruble, or the German Marc? Anarchy squashed by the federal goberment. Stock up on ammo.

The very exact same way major news media does not report on all the illnesses being suffered by 911 victims who were exposed to the toxic dust, the same way they will ignore the casualty count from the toxicity of the vaccines.
Majority of people can overcome influenza and be the better for it. With vaccinations the body never gets the opportunity to expel toxins from within it and down the road that is how people become ill with all sorts of cancers and autoimmune illnesses and so forth. Staying home, fasting, having a little chicken soup, recovering, then you are fine. What these Gestapo health authorities in Massachusetts will do is they will take healthy people by way of real actual terrorist means and throw them in with sick people for forced vaccinations that will not consider a persons health history or anything. I grew up in Mass and go back there from time to time. Let me tell you something, Mass is a communist state. For example, there is no competition in the insurance business, the state sets the rates and that’s what you WILL pay for car insurance. Another thing I noticed last time there was in the political field you would think the only people running for office is Democrats and the Kennedy’s. It’s nearly impossible to get a fair shake over there when it comes to TV ads or billboard signs or anything for the opposing party. Also they jack up propery tax anytime they want when they need more money in the coffers and just send you the bill, they don’t even warn you. The tax assesor “just shows up” to your house one day and lets himself in. He studies your interior of the house looking for secret rooms or improvements in the basement (like if you added a bar) so they can “rack up” the value of your property and collect more tax.
Also one day I tried to apply for a handgun permit in Mass. The cop actually “laughed” at me. Translation: You basically can not own a handgun in Mass unless your a cop. One road rage incident on Rt. 95 in Mass ended in tragedy when a motorist shot another guy with a “bow and arrow” killing him. He probably would have use a gun but couldn’t get one.
I bought a car in Mass in 1987 and at the DMV they extorted $622 in tax before I could get a licence plate. My first year excise tax was $365 just for owning a new car like I was rich or something. Plus DMV fee’s.
When I paid Mass income tax they deducted an incredible amount every paycheck, then at the end of the year I filled out my taxes expecting a state refund and they said I didn’t fill out line 52C correctly so my refund was now zero.
And best of all the cops in Mass are assholes. They are king of power trips and give everyone a hard time. Mass drivers have a sticker in the lower passenger windshield usually a bright color like red, or green. When the cops see you without a sticker they imediatly pull you over and harrass you, knowing full well you have an out of state plate and don’t need that sticker. They ask you how long have you been in Mass? And god help you if you answer more than 10 days. Because your suppose to register your car in Mass if you stay more than 10 days. They are total asshole cops in that state.

Actually, it is easy to get a handgun permit in MA, unless you’re a convict or have been committed to a mental health facility.
The other complaints — the sticker proving emission test, the requirement of auto insurance — are the same everywhere. Although 10 days to register your car is on the short side — many states say 30 days. That sticker on the windshield in MA is usually on the license plate in other states.
You’re right about the invasive nature of the property tax assessor. You don’t actually have to let them in, but they’ll walk around your property looking to see if you had any renovations that weren’t done legally. That’s annoying, to be sure. Many communities in MA have propositions that prevent the property tax rate from being increased, so the way they get around that is to reevaluate the value of everyone’s homes based on any renovations they know of. As such, there’s incentive for people to do renovations secretly, and thus a never-ending cycle of hide and seek exists.
And the cops, well yeah, one need only watch the Boston episodes of COPS to see how they are. Heaven help you if you are in trouble with the police and are not Irish.

But again, this is for a nightmare scenario in which hospitals have been filled to capacity (since otherwise, people wouldn’t be quarantined in their homes, would they?).
Chances are this bill would never be needed. If a disease that virulent started killing off the population, I seriously doubt any police would be reporting to work anyway, and laws would go out the window.
