Massive US Terrorism Simulation Involving Foreign Agencies Begins Today
Mainstream media AWOL again as huge drill begins nationwide

A huge simulation coordinated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has begun today with no mainstream media coverage at all.
The security exercise known as National Level Exercise 09 (NLE 09) will last for five days and will involve foreign security officials working in conjunction with the US military, as well as Federal, State, Local Tribal and Private Sector representatives.
According to a factsheet in the recesses of the FEMA website, the agency will host National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) on July 27 through July 31, 2009:
“NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery,” the factsheet states. It is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise, or TOPOFF, which are exercises conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), “which serves as the nation’s overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises,” according to FEMA.
NLE 09 “will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants”.
The FEMA information sheet states that the exercise involves a scenario that begins “in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside the United States, and exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.”
The exercise will also include agencies in Britain, Mexico, Canada and Australia, the Department of Homeland Security has said. The Navajo Nation will also participate.
“This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.” The FEMA factsheet does not explain why the participation of foreign officials is necessary, nor does it elaborate on the roles they will play.
Canadian federal involvement was today confirmed in a press release attributed to “Public Safety Canada”. The Press release also noted the involvement of the United Kingdom, Australia and Mexico.
An independent reporter from Oklahoma (or FEMA region VI) was informed that NLE 09 is not “media friendly” because it largely involves people looking at computer screens in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
After asking if it would be possible to sit in on the exercise, Andrew W. Griffin
of Red Dirt Report was told by Brook Arbeitman, the public information officer for the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security, that this was not possible and that the exercise is mostly decompartmentalized.
Arbeitman, interestingly enough, could not answer some more in-depth questions about NLE 09 because she is a role player in the exercise, playing – you guessed it – a public information officer for Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security and as a result “is not privy” to some of the specifics.
“We will be playing along with everybody to whatever extent the exercise” proceeds, Arbeitman said.

According to FEMA, the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Justice, and State, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a broad spectrum of component agencies, offices and commands will all participate in the exercise.
NLE 09 activities will take place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and field locations throughout the country, including federal headquarters facilities in the Washington, D.C. area as well as facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and California.
In our previous story on NLE 09, we noted that this exercise is a continuation of previous simulations under FEMA and the DHS that have involved the rounding-up and internment of American citizens labeled as “suspected terrorists”.
Under REX 84 and other operations, FEMA, in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies, has consistently trained to detain large numbers of Americans.
We also noted that several recently leaked Department of Homeland Security, FBI, and local law enforcement documents have stated that the focus of security operations should be “rightwing extremists” who support the Second Amendment and states’ rights and oppose abortion and open borders.

I was in jail about a year ago and most of the women there were there for drug charges. And when my ex-husband beat me through a wall ( I don’t mean he pushed me into it, I mean my head & shoulders left a nifty little cartoon like imprint through the sheetrock) the cops said “he’s probably drunk isn’t he? Why don’t you give him time to calm down.” Nothing was done!

I was in jail for disorderly conduct. Been there twice for that. It seems I sometimes have anger control issues lol. My ex-husband (many years ago) was drunk & on pills because apparently that is what people like him do. As for admiring my cat’s shit, grow a sense of humor, please.You DID make a comment about women being brain damaged by cat litter dust. First post was serious, second post was joke. .. according to my friends who were in the “behind the scenes” with the government, this is not “terrorist prevention”, this is Martial Law training. If it was terrorist prevention, why would we need foreign troops over here? Also, according to my friends, refuse the vehicle and people searches. The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia , the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.
The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.
The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union ; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.
Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, “the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States .”
The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.
During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada . The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.
The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA , and not even beyond the borders of their respective states. Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold.
Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states: “The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States .” In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, “that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it.”
“This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose. Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power.”

Read the second amendment again.
The most important part only gives the “RIGHT”to keep and bear arms to the people.
To wit….”the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” That means everybody who is willing and able to handle a gun regardless of age or physical limitation and “shall not be infringed” means there shall be no governmental control or limits PERIOD.
Please notice that it confers NO RIGHT to the militia or to the fucking state.

I do it all the time. I’ve told them… I can prove to you in less than 2 1/2 hours with graphic visual evidence that 9/11 was an inside job. They still reject me. Prepare for the “terrorists” to “take advantage” of this exercise, and launch an attack. not only does ronda not have the ability to reason, but she also lacks the good sense to get out while the gettings good. while you ronda say you were in jail recently, you fail to place any statistics on the table. let’s give you the benefit of the doubt. you were in jail recently, and now you’re out. that implies a stint in county correct? well those ladies you were locked up with will all be out soon, but men aren’t getting out, they’re going to prison. cops get women to snitch on men, why? because 99% of women will snitch when threatened with prison. but don’t take my word for it, surely there are some honest cops on this site, ask them. next, there are almost two and a half million men in prison in this country, and only eighty thousand women, check for yourself, those are government statistics. this proves i was correct, and this proves you were wrong. now here in elkhart indiana i’ve set and watched the guys i grew up with over and over again get 50 to 75 year prison sentences for selling drugs, the chicks i’ve known who get popped are always back on the streets soon after. not one of them has ever gotten anything more than 2 years for drugs. this can all easily be confirmed online at the elkhart truths news page. i’d do it, but frankly your not worth my time. last year in the elkhart truth i read about a black chick who shot her boyfriend in the head and killed him. she told the cops 3 different stories before finally admitting she intentionally killed him. the woman got 8 years in prison, and the judge suspended one of them. now there is not a man on this site that would want men to get away with murdering a woman, but we would just like some equality. so all i’m saying is, since you can legally go and kill our children without even telling us your pregnant, maybe you should keep your pie hole shut when men sometimes rant about nazi feminists who hate our republic on the internet. okay? after all real woman don’t want men to be so unjustly discriminated against in their own country by a completely unjust justice system. they have fathers and sons and brothers and husbands who they care about. and just because you deny it happens doesn’t make it any less true that it does. and if you want women to get away with crimes that men get nailed to the cross for, what exactly does that say about you?

This is why I’m learning a foreign language. We can’t go any more West so I’m going back East. At least in Europe you get good healthcare with your gov’t. We have just as an invasive gov’t, but they give us little. Besides I can’t farm and am dependent on the system (raods, ships, money, etc…) Although It is nuts to see whats going on here. What has to happen for people to wake up? I hate to a pessimist, but I don’t see anyhting getting better before they get worse.
We have internet, Radio, even politicians get on T.V. and say its a take over. Besides it just makes sense! Why does anybody think that U.S. leaders won’t succumb to the desire for power and control, especially if they know whats “best.”

I mentioned that all authoritarian regimes claim some lofty goal, and that it justifies violence and oppression. He couldn’t see it. I feel like even if the truth came out, and the U.S. proclaimed global gov’t said they were beyond the power of Americans, that democracy is an outdated system, liberty is innefficient, and that there is no need for people to be concerned….they would buy it! Just shrug, say “probably right,” and back to the grind stone.
Even with everybody watching… some degree of education…literacy…mass media…. we might as well have none of it!

anyhow, as they used to say, it seems that we have a problem communicating…although, I respect that some of the rants come from righteous indignation. I don’t know what the Solzhenitsyn quote had to to with anything. There were a lot of party crashers around the time of the Russian Revolution. People got fed up with the rich eating caviar and sturgeon while the rest of the people ate moldy bread. A lot of payback was going on. Here, we have another problem. There are millions of people who have been programmed to think that what comes out of that little box, is REAL. They are will to believe that fairy tale, with the two jets hitting the buildings, and three skyscrapers, designed to withstand collisions with airplanes, collapsed into dust…and so forth, and so on. We are not talking about reason, common sense. We are talking about unquestioning belief in the whole set-up. That whole NYPD, COPS, Jack Bauer fascist fantasy stuff.
We’ve been prepared for a long time to accept the police state. I know, since sometime after the Reagan election, I returned to my home town, a little backwater near Cape Cod, arriving in handcuffs at the local cop shop. My crime? Well….basically, they were getting rid of the local cops, and moving in these gung-ho types, in this case some clown from Prince George’s County, Maryland, who didn’t like my looks. The rest of the cops knew me, and they undid the cuffs. One of the cops, a vietnam vet, used to sell me dope that he’d confiscate off of hippies on the way to Cape Cod. Needless to say, in the eighties, my friend was busted for his pot patch behind the house, that had been there for years. The locals were being replaced by urban robocops, Darryl Gates knock-offs.
Remember the so-called War on Drugs? where, as my sister said, on the streets of New Bedford you can’t find a joint, but you can get crack on every corner.
Two days ago, I went to a beach on this island next to a so-called lake which is part of the St. Lawrence River. I sat having a coffee and a smoke, from tobacco that I picked up on the Mohwak rez nearby, and this woman in a red lifeguard outfit came up to me and told me that I’m not allowed to smoke on the beach. It’s for our own “good.”, I guess. Now, there I was sitting looking at this huge lake with the mountains in the distance, with the light dancing on the water, knowing that it’s an enormous industrial toilet bowl, that my native ancestors would go down and drink crystal clear water, that the water was once boiling with fish, the sky filled with birds, and now, you’re risking your life to swim in this water. But, the government doesn’t want to me to sit and smoke on the shore. We the billions who aren’t billionaires have got to stop bickering over inessentials, and bring these corporate criminals to justice. We’re all on the Titanic now. Whether your some Mayan indian driven off his land at gunpoint, ending up in some up in some stinking shmutta sweatshop in New Bedford, getting busted by Migra goons as gunpoint and sent into some federal pen to get franchised out to another sweatshop for even less money…or you’re just some dumfuck middle American one paycheck away from tent city. As far as those politicians that are being rewarded for playing the game with some perks of power, a remember this historian writing that by the time Rome fell, the former slaves were running the empire. They have been playing the game of divide and conquer for a long time, and getting away with it. In my case, well, when I was told I couldn’t smoke, I took a walk in the nearby woods, found a little trail that led to an empty beach with the remains of a campfire and a lean-to to protect against a sudden storm. Of course, once you get off the beaten track, you have to unplug the cellphone and keep an eye out for poison ivy.

Considering that on 9/11 and 7/7 military exercises were being run simultaneously with the actual events that occurred mirroring the attacks of those days, is it too much of a stretch of the imagination that something more may come of this? Now, add in that the Bohemian Grove ended yesterday, MSM isn’t covering either, congress is going on “vacation”, the swine flu, or the fear mongering of it, is really ramping up, the penchant for distraction to achieve desired goals and the day that these exercises kick off the economy recovers(according to MSM).?! What better way to keep peoples head in the sand than to make them think that financially everything is going to be OK.
I live in an affluent, beach side tourist area with 5.7% unemployment and old wealth. I have been going out all summer checking to see if people were going out and doing things, a.k.a spending money. Up until today the number of people I have seen is way down, even for a lot of the free events, fireworks displays etc. Today MSM declares the recession is over and my area is alive with activity. I actually got upset because thus far driving around town has been nice with everybody staying home. So even if it got on the news very few people would be aware of it. They are going to go out and enjoy the last month of the summer now that everything is going to be OK(pfffffft). It sounds like a pretty good time to catch everyone off guard.

I remember my time in the U.S. Army when I was stationed in Central America. I remember the “little people” in one village who only TALKED and COMPLAINED about their plight. They were provided arms by the U.S. Government to defend their village against a group of anti-government insurgents who also happened to be drug lords. Our forces trained the villagers in how to be vigilant and how to ACT in defense. Instead, they did as the majority of people in the U.s. are doing – talk, talk, talk. In the end, out of 1,200 villagers, only 37 were left alive and not ONE ACT OF DEFENSE was noted. Not one. They gave in to control by fear.. fear of what could happen to them if they resisted. There would have been more alive had they resisted instead of cowering.
The people of the United States will get what they deserve for their lack of resolve and commitment to action, just like the villagers in central America did. And after the people have been thinned out, the dark forces will have won simply because, with the lower numbers, all resistance onward will be futile and sure suicide.
The people in the U.S. have already lost the battle. Can they ever possibly win the WAR?

Well, these operations should be clearly suspect since the Feds are out doing this. I’m glad there was a bit about the late Jim Keith, he aslo died under suspicious conditions. Um—excuss me, but nothing has happened and you guys are still talking about the martial law drill affecting us!!!!! There is one more day left and you think it will happen tonight or tomorrow???? I was participating in all of this conversation and truly believe that the goverment is up to something but every time I get on board with — Lets see–Y2K, or even this!!! I have heard folks taking out money of there banks and putting it underground for fear of complete control of the goverment!!! Now I see why people start getting frustrated from all of this talk!!!
