Media Distorts Malkin Confrontation; Provocateurs Caught On Tape

Reading Fort Collins Now, formerly Fort Collins Weekly, one has to ask if Julia Cobb got her journalism degree out of a crackerjack box. Reporting on the events outside the DNC yesterday, Cobb describes Alex Jones’ confrontation with the neocon Michelle Malkin as follows:
But soon, the attention was diverted from the peaceful protest by an altercation between a member of the conservative media and a citizen attending the protest. This was the second incident of its kind; on Sunday, protesters took exception to a Fox News reporter trying to question Ward Churchill, controversial former professor at the University of Colorado. Today it was radical Alex Jones, from the group 9/11 Truth, which believes that the September 11 terrorist attacks were planned by the U.S. government, verbally confronting Michelle Malkin, a conservative columnist and Fox News contributor.
“You support torture. Shame on you, you fascist piece of trash,” Jones yelled. He also accused Malkin of supporting the U.S. Marines when they drown puppies.
Malkin found an ally in Recreate 68’s Sanchez, who pushed his way into the crowd of TV cameras to yell at Jones: “Michelle Malkin is a true patriot!”
Sanchez later said he had no idea why Jones was attending the protest and added that Recreate 68 does not support Jones’ ideas. He added that although they strongly disagree with her views, Recreate 68 supports Malkin’s right to free speech.

Drown puppies? Lance Cpl. David Motari didn’t drown a puppy. He threw it over a cliff. This was a big story back in March, but for some reason Ms. Cobb didn’t bother to do any research.
She also did not mention the fact that Michelle Malkin insisted the puppy was not real. “The puppy doesn’t move. It’s clear to me that it’s either dead or a stuffed toy. The sound effects of a dog yapping seem to have been dubbed in,” Malkin wrote on her blog on March 3. “Disturbing whether the dog is real or fake, dead or alive? Yes. A hanging offense? No. But the clip is a useful cultural Rorschach test. Those who buy into the soldier-as-monster narrative are up in arms — demanding that the soldiers be hunted down and shot.”
Malkin then includes a few obscenity laced quotes that accompanied the video on YouTube. “I’m sure Gloria Steinem and the Berkeley City Council would agree,” she adds. This is the same Gloria Steinem who enjoyed “a 10-year association with the CIA,” according to Nancy Borman and the Village Voice. As a member of the CIA’s Mockingbird corporate media — Malkin works for Fox News — it would seem Michelle Malkin has more in common with Ms. Steinem than she would care to admit.
It is bizarre to claim Malkin “found an ally” in Recreate 68’s Kenneth Sanchez, who along with co-founder Mark Cohen attempted to “levitate” the U.S. Mint in Denver. Of course, this is not even original, it was ripped off from Abbie Hoffman. Back in 1967, 50,000 hippies attempted to levitate the Pentagon, turn it orange, and drive out the evil spirits responsible for the Vietnam War. Mark Cohen, wearing a red velvet wizard costume, and Recreate 68 managed to attract 50 people to this less than original stunt.
It makes sense Sanchez would declare Malkin a “true patriot,” although Recreate 68 allegedly disagrees with her views. According to Truth Alliance, Recreate 68 is a COINTELPRO project designed to discredit legitimate antiwar groups by instigating violence in Denver during the DNC. Malkin did her part, adding to the hype on her blog on March 21 when she wrote that Recreate 68 is part and parcel of “the history of left-wing violence against law enforcement” and admonished the cops to “take the nutballs seriously.” In response, nutball Sanchez embraced Malkin and disavowed the “radical” Alex Jones.
“Recreate 68 co-founder Glenn Spagnuolo agreed [with Sanchez] saying [Alex Jones] is “the true agent provocateur, he was so busy hating, he missed all the love.” Spagnuolo’s “love” is rather peculiar, as the point of Recreate 68 is to initiate a re-run of the 1968 police riot in Chicago. Is it possible Mr. Spagnuolo echoes Yippie Jerry Rubin, who wished for martial law in Chicago? Love has nothing to do with bashing heads.

John Ingold, writing for the Denver Post, says Alex Jones engaged in a “brief shoving match” during the Malkin confrontation. In fact, Malkin’s goons initiated this “shoving match,” as videos of the incident reveal. “Police mostly stood by,” writes Ingold, even though Malkin’s “security” assaulted both Jones and his cameras.
Finally, according to the Gateway Pundit blog and others, Alex Jones screamed “Kill Michelle Malkin” during the confrontation.
In fact, Alex did not call for Malkin’s murder and witnesses say this call came from others not associated with Alex Jones or his crew. It was “frat-boy type” instigators, notes Aaron Dykes, editor of The Jones Report, “wearing court jester hats and making inflammatory statements.” Dykes further states that, after chanting for Malkin’s death, these instigators asked why Alex had called for violence against Faux News’ neocon darling. “The court jesters are just like the Wonkette people who would try to ridicule Ron Paul with Mickey Mouse cameras and demeaning questions,” Aaron adds. “The point is, it is disingenuous and meant to ridicule, not to confront or raise real questions.”
Wonkette is a reference to a popular “progressive” blog run by Ana Marie Cox, the wife of insider Chris Lehmann, formerly of The Washington Post and now an editor at Congressional Quarterly. Cox’s blog obsessively criticized and stalked the Ron Paul presidential campaign.

Alex Jones has crossed the line this time. In public he engaged in an attack on Malkin and used ad-hominems while she declined to participate. He followed her, shouted at her and essentially threated her. Regardless of your politics or Malkin’s, Jones’ aggressive behavior, shouting and ad-hominems constitute violence on his part. By the looks of the video if Malkin had no shields Jones looked like he would have put his hands on her or put himself so close to her as to constitute a physical threat to a woman he has opposing viewpoints with. She could get a restraining order on him and a terroristic threat charge could be issued. A new all time low for Jones and a real eye opener for me as to who stepped over the line!

Yes, now that is a totally different story. There is a HUGE difference between drowning a puppy and throwing it off a cliff…..NOT!! Oh, I guess one should be lesser than the other? I agree with AlphaOmega. While watching this video I was thinking, “If I were Malkin, I would have told Jones that if he didn’t back off then I’ll have to warn him that I have every right to defend myself.”
Man, even though I like Jones’ politics, I don’t think he carries himself very professionally.
It seems whenever I see his videos that are like this I tend to sound like I’m going against my own kind, but in reality I’m not. I’m more of a passive human being and I rarely get excited, angry, etc. I’m always in the middle. Yeah, I have my views but Malkin is a human being so she should be treated as such.
I guess everyone has an opinion of how they’d do things if they were in that position and this is mine. So I don’t know what to tell you guys.
I noticed that in his videos there are common faces. Every video, every time. So what I wonder is whether or not people have jobs…I just don’t get it…
I also think Alex needs to find an older, more stoic crowd. Not a bunch of geese flocking with their leader. Moreso humans who have independent though..

I watched the entire clip, and to my understanding, Jones has a total of three people in his entourage (including himself), at no point is he or either of the other two guys violent towards Malkin (In fact, her crew pushes him first), and none of them say “kill Michelle Malkin”. That can clearly be heard, but it obviously wasn’t Jones or the other two guys. And he never talks about marines “drowning” puppies. They’re going to try and spin this as best they can, but I can’t see it amounting to much. How can you possibly feel sorry for this vile little woman getting yelled at loudly because she openly endorses torture and concentration camps, amongst other nefarious neocon ideaologies? They tried and executed people at the Nuremberg Trials for conducting the acts she openly supports. Are we supposed to feel sorry for the little She-wolf of the S.S. because someone finally told her what she does is WRONG? What a joke.

What you are doing is attempting to justify Alex Jones over the top behavior. Malkin can endorse anything she pleases just like Jones can. It is not Alex Jones job to peruse someone on the street in a threatening manner, shout ad-hominems or defamatory comments at her or obstruct her from her right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
If Jones believes that Malkin broke a law he can file a complaint but if she did not have those 2 shields the other day he looked like he was going to attack her. He should be ashamed of himself and apologize! Only a coward would attack a woman verbally or physically!

A couple of points-
1. Where in the heck did Israel get brought up in this. Forget Israel.. The modern state isn’t the Israel of the bible, its just one tribe of 12… h e l l o. If Yaweh will protect them, then they have nothing to worry about- they don’t need the USA (and actually, I believe they’d do better with a breakup of the socialist Union of Amerikan states)
2. I concur with many’s view that Alex was a bit too provocative and aggressive. When I see kids (in their teens and 20s) doing it, I’m filled with hope- when I see one of our “leadership” doing it, it doesn’t look so good. -maybe its time that Alex delegate some of his activities to others like the We Are Change kid who seems to always keep his cool, even through great persistance to the issue.
I’m not going to give Alex a hard time about it, because anyone who has been in these situation knows how the blood can get pumping good and hot. Hey, you win some and lose some- luckily for us, we win almost every one. My only little advice is for Alex to try to keep his head cool when in a 3 person minority (the situation would be different if Malkin Monster was a guest on the show).
Most importantly- I’m glad to see the Faux guys in the middle of the controversies… It definately shows them not as reporters, but as characters upon the stage. On that mark- let’s keep it up.

This is a truly amazing revelation showing the tactics used on the ground in the infowar. The guy in the green shirt is a well trained disinformation agent – he may not even realize what he is doing, and have good intensions. We need to stay sharp and share ideas on how to counter this type of activity. Let us all learn from this. Marxist-Leninist philosophy calls for the advancement of Marxism BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. They will Lie, Cheat, Steal, and Murder – all while accusing their opponent of doing the same – and claiming they are Honest and Pure. I believe the tactic used here was to create chaos and cause distraction.
This Guy in the green shirt approached Alex (at 1:05 in the video) and says “I’m a huge fan, I saw you in Chicago” – The green shirt then gets behind Alex (Like he’s with him) and starts chanting (at 1:26) “Kill Michelle Malkin” – Seconds Later the Same Guy Yells (at 2:00) “Alex Jones is a Capitalist Stooge Wearing a …undecipherable.. UN Tee Shirt” – Now The same guy (at 3:15) off camera yells “Michelle Malkin is a true patriot” – He is off camera, but I believe it is his voice, He can be seen moving in the same direction as Alex (at 3:04) on the Left of the screen.
The Guy in the Green Shirt is a Huge story – It’s hard to focus on the periphery when the action is in the center – This Should be made a Textbook Example of Disinformation Tactics – I hope Someone else will take my analysis and build on it – spread it around – and make it known. We need to educate ourselves!! This is a Guerilla Information War!!! And You are Engaged by reading this!!

However, I think you need to look up the definition of slander and harassment. Slander does not mean stating the facts…as much as you would like to believe that. If Alex vehemently voicing his opinion to “pug face” is considered harassment then why did the police not enforce that in NYC when that one goof ball was harassing the 9-11 truthers protesting. You remember that guy, the foreign speaking crazy person who shoved the 9-11 truthers??? If she doesn’t like being responsible and confronted for her statements and book content, she has a choice…either she can edit her content accordingly OR keep her ugly behind at home and out of the public forum so her delicate feelings won’t get hurt. i love alex jones. He is a good man and has his heart is in the right place, but by being the sole screamer, along with the agent provacateur, it made malkin a sympathetic character. I cant believe im writing that, because when i see her on TV, i get tourrettes. She is a monster, just like Alex said, but I think either Alex should have more people with him yelling her down, or if he cant do that, then he should be a little less animated. As you can see that program was succesful in making alex look crazy. The problem is that the evils that are running the world dont run around screaming, instead they have a team of people who calmly push their evil in their media. We need to be calmer, so that we can look like the best of people.

That everyone can understand, but like the old man round the corner used to say before he met his maker a few moons ago, it’s not the crisis that is the matter but how you handle it.The world has always been nihilist acting like you can change it is futile,the only change that is possible is that within the individual becuase it’s only from there that there ill be a better tomorrow. Alex, you did an outstanding job of confronting this liar and propagandist (i.e. she works for Fox News people). She is already beyond complicit for being a willful employee to Rupert Murdoch’s media influence and thus a co-conspirator of genocide. Not to mention the book she has authored. I have already been approached by provocateurs, when I tried to pass at information at UC Berkeley about Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, it was on Friday and a few students came and held signs saying “Don’t believe anything they say” and every time a person would come and ask questions they interrupted and were completely incapable of rational thought. Usually if you are motivated enough to make a sign like “Don’t believe anything they say” when 95% of the campus is running home looking to enjoy the Friday weekend, you have a bit of a problem. My friend Ramin, from Iran, said he was sure it was CO-INTEL or on campus-ROTC, and I was skeptical until I realized how determined yet idiotic this provocateur was.
Alex, keep up the FANASTIC WORK. It baffles my mind, that more people are indifferent to evil, being ignorant and allowing evil, is just as bad as not confronting it. It’s a wake up call to the seriousness of indirect genocide, and should shake apathetic observers back into reality.

Notice at the beginning of the Melkin confrontation he is the one who starts yelling “Kill Michelle Malkin”, and other seemingly pro-Alex statements, as if he supports Alex and as if this is what Alex is promoting. Only minutes later he starts yelling “Alex Jones is a corporate stooge” and other anti-Alex rhetoric. This kind of random interjecting of highly inflamed opposing extremes into a heated argumentive crowd is exactly what would be the case for prosecution.
Know this mans face, have him arrested and charged, possibly a citizens arrest even. People like this must not be allowed to generate more fear and confusion into an already bewildering situation.

First let me say that I totally support the 911 truth movement and Alex Jones, but I’m afraid I have to put my foot down on this one. Alex can be quite vociferous and clearly overstepped the mark on this time.
Alex didn’t assault anyone. Michelle’s goons didn’t assault anyone. but there was a lot of high school pushing and shoving. Alex just raised his voice to much.
The idiot from recreate 68 is also not a fault either. Even though he’s a few quarters short of a dollar, how can anyone say that his shouting peace, peace can in anyway be construed as instigating violence when Alex was the one raising his voice we uncivilized words.
