Xbox Live is an online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service created and operated by Microsoft Corporation. They refer this platform as “the Ultimate Broadband Gaming Experience,” accessible on the Xbox and Xbox 360 consoles. After reaching 10 Million users, I decided to change my GamerTag (GT) to disseminate 9/11 truth to the console gaming world.
About a a month ago, I changed my GT to www911TRUTHorg. Utilizing the headset, every time I entered a new game lobby I spoke to the other users in the “room” about the 9/11 Truth Movement. The responses varied: most people ridiculed or mocked the GT, while the others either commented with approval/praise, or said nothing at all. Either way, BOTH the nay-sayers and fellow truthers listened to what I had to say. In fact, many times the conversation of the game would revolve entirely around 9/11, the Global War on Terror, corporate war profiteering, the destruction of our civil liberties, etc… It was a great method of cyber-activism, until Microsoft caught on!
A week ago, this message popped up as I attempted to login on the Xbox.com website:
Expecting this, I quickly referred to the Terms of Use:
“How You May Not Use the Service.
-use the Service for commercial purposes (except as expressly permitted by us);”
I assumed Microsoft considered this “advertising,” even though 911Truth.org is a non-profit, educational corporation. I then proceeded to change my GT to x911 False Flag, ditching the website alias.
Within 24 hours:

Digging deeper into the Terms of Use, I find:
“- use the Service in a way that harms us or our advertisers, affiliates, resellers, distributors, or vendors , or any customer of ours or our advertisers, affiliates, resellers, distributors, or vendors;”
As well as:
“In addition, your use of the Service is subject to your compliance with the Code of Conduct. You agree that we may also discontinue your access to the Service if you do any of the following while connected to the Service:
-Publish, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content, topic, name, material, file, or information;
-Create a Gamertag , avatar or use text in other profile fields that may offend other members. This includes comments that look, sound like, stand for, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate or relate to any of the following: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities;”
Sept11FalseFlag was then created. This new GT seemed to be OK with everything for a few days, until this message today, 11/26/08:
When is this censoring going to stop? Are they going to censor everyone?
Other dissenting GamerTags in the XBOX Live online gaming arena include: “ae911truth org” “loosechange911” “WEareCHANGE”
“GOOGLE 911TRUTH” “Question911” and “Inside Job”
Assuming they would prefer me to change my GT back to something more ignorant (thus, acceptable), I decided to respond to this censoring:
Although only a matter of time before it is required for me to change my GT yet again, I’m here to tell Microsoft:

Probably because their fun has a time limit unless they realise whats really going on. Personally Im glad it got mentioned to me on the net. Cause I would probably have never got a hint of it on TV, and so when I went to look at the real facts surrounding 911 I was disgusted. You dont have to be CT to admit peoples remains were scooped and dumped into a landfill. Yeah respect for the fallen and heroes my ass. Or that the govt told rescue workers and residents the air was safe to breathe. Just put those two together and you see where govt priorities lie, and it isnt with the people, it isnt even with the best, most courageous and compassionate people. Their agenda is power and greed and control. And thats no stretch. Their own actions confirm what they are all about. Keep gaming while you can. And when your kids ask why your country isnt like it was when you were his age tell him because too many people sat on their fat asses playing games while the country and its economy was sabotaged from within.

How to make everybody happy [most everybody]. Somebody please write a 911truth game.
Plant conventional explosives in the right locations then you must plant a nucleur weapon in the towers. Can’t dial the nucleur yield too high or too low. The building must come down symetrically or you lose points. You can steal the gold stored for more points.
You can use hologram planes, real planes, planes disguised as missles, etc. If you are detected you are executed for treason. The truth movement has already done most of the work as far as plot and intrigue. The 3D graphic of the NY skyline is available.
The more people that you trap and kill inside the building then the more points.
This is a great opportunity. This would make JFK reloaded look like PAC MAN.

I have an idea for you, sue Microsoft. Its a breach of your Constitutional right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression. They have no authority to sensor political views.
Start a class action law suit in the order of hundreds of millions of dollars. You’ll see how fast they reverse their decision to prevent the loss of money and negative publicity.

Cajon daddy – i love it – although many wouldn,t it would certainly raise the profile of 911truth but would also discredit the movement to a certian extent.
however, one good game design feature which would remove the gratuitous violence factor would to be to play any number of characters in the plot – with the main objective to plan, carry out the attack and the main objective is to cover it up by having a planing phase, event, and the aftermath of msm reporting.
Mkes me think however that some points on 911 were not planned succesfully and this is why there’s gaping holes in the official story – a game would attempt to cover it up (asopposed to the objective being to kill people which is very sensitive in a game) – all of it while at the same time creating awareness en-masse of the possible events and and possible cover ups.
So, you put in all the variables for the planing – as basic or as detailed as you want then hit “go” and the event plays out (like a football management type of game where you don’t control the event as it happens ) but greatly influence the planing and selecting players etc if you plan poorly then you lose (i.e. the planes dont even get hijacked) and have to try again.
However, it would also be good to choose the exotic methods like you mentioned above too like holograms, concrete dissolving space scalar weapons etc…

To sue you must have been damaged and the defendant must have liability for the damages. You have no grounds to sue Microsoft because you have not been damaged by Microsoft and Microsoft has no liability.
Like I said write a 911Truth game, spread your message, and make a fortune all at the same time. I’ll buy a copy and my kid and I will play. Maybe this could be a group public domain project like Audacity Sound Forge with its own Wiki and contributors from all over the world.

I love what you have done with the idea.
I also agree that some things went wrong for them. “Battle plans go to hell once the first shot is fired.” They probably ran a computer analysis of the plan. Writing a game would be easy if they would just give us their computer analysis. Can we get it by freedom of infromation. lol
I am an engineer and what you said is exactly what I had in mind. Put some formulas based on physical laws. you could incorporate add on programs such as Microsoft Flight Simulator. For example put the player in the character of the a “hijacker” or helpless pilot of remote controlled plane and watch the twin tower get larger and larger until you die.
You could try just one scenario after another and see the result.
Correct you have to plan it, execute it, and cover it up. Throw in some psyops [psychological operations] with Osama Bin Ladin for more sophistication.
You would actually be writing a movie without knowing the ending. The game would compile the variables and give you the ending. Probably would not be that hard for gamers to write. Just use subroutines from other games.

it does not suprise me that xbox live did this, i subscribe to this service and enjoy online gaming, the only problem is that microsoft is really outstepping their bounds, all their service does is link together other peoples machines. They don’t even have their own servers, this leaves the Xbox community open to hacks and potentially viruses which have not come about yet but all in due time. I find it absurd that you pay money to have your hardware used as a vessel for them to channel information.
As well all current realease games except Metal Gear, further brainwash our youth into the whole anti muslim terorist propaganda so if anybody needs to be chastized for propaganda it’s microsoft for alllowing game companies to put out propaganda.

exactly number 21, i see vulgar gamertags all the time mixed in with characters and symbols, futhermore they basically allow hacking which is really bad as credit info is stored on xbox consoles, all they do when they detect hack is ban the account. The user then creates another account of a 30 day trial card and starts all over, if microsoft actually cared about this type of “content” they could easily stop a hackers by baning mac adresses of network card hence forcing the hacker to buy a new xbox or nic card, but do they do this no, wouldn’t want the dollars to stop rolling in.

The thing you have to realise is that the government and intelligence services are taking the threat to their existence by way of the 9/11 truth movement extremely seriously and are drawing up plans of ways to eliminate this threat. They know they messed up with 9/11 they counted on the public being stupid enough to believe the media. It nearly worked only some people were smart enough to see it for what it was at the very beginning and they have done a damn good job of informing a great number of people to the truth about 9/11. But. If you believe, that the people behind these attacks, and the people that are covering up the crimes are going to just hope this movement goes away, back into the obscure shadows of where it first began then you can think again. They are planning like never before because they know how important it is to nip this movement in the bud before it becomes too strong for them to keep a lid on it. They have plans for you and all you have is words. They have armies and prison camps and torture houses and billions of dollars and the media and control of just about every aspect of your lives. If you are serious about doing something about the New World Order that they want to bring into effect you had better start doing more than just coming on here and going on xbox live and talking about 9/11 and the elite. Otherwise, very soon, you might just find out what those plans are that they have in store for people like you. If you are not afraid, you should be. That fear might just keep you alive.

I already have gotten rid of TV and I suppose if we lose the internet then I will cut that off also. I will use my eyes,ears and my senses along with my faith to guide me. You should have realized Microsoft would do this kind of thing considering they deliberately omitted words from their Encarta dictionary that had to do with male sexual dysfunction. Apparently Microsoft believes getting rid of the word somehow gets rid of the problem. Similarly, they will apply this methodology to ridding the world of that which they deem is unnecessary. Microsoft took over the minds of millions with its deeply flawed windows software then failed to prevent hackers from tampering. Think of it, they took over the world in which they can purchase the entire continent of Africa and solve the world’s hunger and homeless crisis, with this flawed software. Bush is a F****n TERRORIST!!!!”…it’s been up for over a year now and I’ve not recieved one contact from Microsoft about it…I’ve had other Gamers comment on it though, none negative so far! guess most would agree with me…

First, XBOX Live is Microsoft’s property. You pay to use it, and as such you expressly agree to abide by their decisions on how the network is to be used…even the ad-hoc ones. As such, it is not a forum in which your right to free speech is guaranteed — your use of the service is limited to topics approved by the owners.
Were you to annoy someone to the point where they canceled their subscription, MS could potentially hold you responsible for their loss of income…but rather than do that, they gave you the opportunity to choose a tag that was more germane to the environment. And instead of taking the hint, you chose press your luck.
Don’t be surprised when your account gets banned — you were given the rules, and you chose to ignore them. And if you can’t find the part where your actions could be interpreted as inappropriate use, keep trying — it’s there.
All that said, I’m not an XBOX Live subscriber or an MS fanboy…but this seems just a tad like grandstanding for the sole purpose of furthering your cause. Regardless of the truth, you’re not doing much for your point of view by breaking MS’ EULA and then crying after getting called on it.

First and foremost, I agree that the truth is still out there. Unreported and uninvestigated. I do not for one minute buy the crap that is the 911 Commission Report.
Now, having said that, I entirely agree with Microsoft’s stance in this instance. XBox is a gaming experience, not a political forum. XBox Live is not the place to forward your agenda.
PrisonPlanet is (one of) the place(s) for that kind of activity. A good site, btw, but stay keep the politics off the XBox.

RGL i would agree with you on this but for the simple fact that games played on xbox can be inherently political, if you look at tactical games that you play like rainbow six you have these political agendas imbeded right there, your in middle-eastern countries going after terrorist networks to take them out, so it would never occur to microsoft that maybe… just maybe that could spark some type of political debate, that kind of stuff is part of the online gaming experience, sharing your views and communicating with others while you have fun. if someone is annoying you, you have the option to mute them out or block the contact. So who cares if people talk politcs onn Xbox live, i don’t use it as a medium to spread politics but i do play it and wouldn’t be offended if people talked about whatever the hell they want, if i don’t like it i mute them. your not infringing on anody elses rights by talking about what you want

Similar thing happened to me on ebay– they ignored me for months as I reported hundreds of scam auctions (con artists selling things they didn’t own and pocketing the deposits). I got fed up and posted my own auction to “sell” advice on how to spot the scumbags’s tricks. I got thousands of hits and the bogus auctions went elsewhere- then ebay pulled my auctions- first for made-up reasons, then for no reason at all. When I wouldn’t relent they cancelled my account. Meanshile, the scammers moved their show over to the cyle and car trader sites, so I followed them there and hounded their web master until he grudgingly started to post warnings and tips on how to avoid scams. Unfortunately, it seems they have all now roosted on Craigslist. Never discount the damage one crazy, persistent bugger can have on the plans of the evildoers. Throw a wrench into the works whenever and wherever possible.

To help further this article, I play very often. Microsoft screwed Me over on my account and will refuse to do any thing about it at all. I tried for two months with them, on the phone, to get my account fixed and eventually they just quit on Me and stopped answering my calls. They sent Me to every “floor” of “professionals” who consistently did nothing; so, this basically means Microsoft is straight-up telling people they are going to do whatever they want. They will do what they want, as this article said, and then they won’t even take care of their customers in ignorance.

Soon it will be possible to use “dark” communications that cannot be broken into either through brute force or quantum processing.. I do not care about microcrud or any other form of OS out there, we need to willing to change the way we use technology, instead of being its servants, we should be its master.
All the major players in this game they play with our lives are doomed to fail, whenever you try to hang on by control of another, you end up causing the very thing you are trying to control against. Use encryption methods, design your own, and this alone would defeat a great deal of cyber-control..

Somebody fiegning shock when reporting a horrific ordeal one minute and then cracking jokes about all the snow the next just irks me.I expect to see genuine emotion when someone hears that a 5yearold girl was butcherd after being raped.What kind of souless robot are you?Anyway.For the price of that console and all the various crap with it.You could have bought alot of Tangible toys.Like to shoot? People like EZ in comment 85, yammering away about “no planes” and fake TV footage nonsense are likely plants, using one of the oldest tricks in the book; associate the real truth with absurdity as much as possible.
Real planes hit the towers, nobody in their right mind believes otherwise. They just shouldn’t have disintegrated 3 buildings into dust and girders at near freefall speeds…

People should be able to inject 9/11 messages into whatever they’re doing, in my opinion. Gaming, corporate media, eating fast food: It’s all soma. People are asleep, often arrogantly and willfully so. The “9/11 Was An Inside Job” meme ought to be inserted into all of one’s activities, whether they be social, political, occupational, etc. Sure, it makes people uncomfortable. But the truth of 9/11 is an uncomfortable fact. Jones is right to be bullhorning crowds on this issue. The Xbox player is right to have an online identity that speaks to this core issue. Doing so may enrage others, cause them to seek to silence you, but that is the price of their waking up to the murder and deception taking place in their name. For my part, I have an Amazon alias of “Name – 9/11 Was An Inside Job.” I also put up PrisonPlanet.com bumper stickers at community bulletin boards and many other public areas. It’s all about raising awareness to some as yet unmet critical threshold for (hopefully peaceful) revolution. We’ve still got only 1-2% voting 3rd party. That, for starters, has to change.

Makes you wonder if they have stealth avatars set in GLOBAL mode looking for Avatar names.
I ran a world in Activeworlds once ,it was a p100 and as they came into my world i could see all the names without being seen.
Sometimes i used my bot to see the names in global mode and sometimes i just hung out way up in the air 100 meters and had the bot whisper to me as they came in to the 3D environment. –with gravity turned off for everyone except me of course.
When you run a world or are the system admin for the server the sky is the limit on what you can do.
In this case they probly have spies in there watching and are told not to type or say anything —just report back to Microshaft

Microsoft has allowed my current GT “QuestionSept11″ to remain.
Should they force me to change it again, I have chosen “READ my BIO: thus leading the curious ones to a paragraph of 9/11 Truth followed by links.

The use of the opening quote is silly. The reason 9/11 truth is riducled, is not because its true (and will eventually be accepted)….its because its ridiculous.
And a private company is allowed to do whatever the fuck they want so long as it is their service and in their terms. Although i don’t agree with it, this is a far cry from anything serious.
