FLASHBACK: U.S. Troops In Homeland “Crowd Control” Patrols From October 1st
Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Monday ordered his top department leaders to conduct a broad review to determine whether the military, National Guard and Reserve can adequately deal with domestic disasters and whether they have the training and equipment to defend the homeland.
The 41-page memo signaled an acknowledgment that the military must better recognize the critical role of the National Guard and Reserves in homeland defense, but stopped short of requiring many specific policy changes.

His memo comes in the wake of a stinging 400-page independent commission report that concluded the military isn’t ready for a catastrophic attack on the country, and that National Guard forces don’t have the equipment or training they need for the job.
That report, released early this year by the Commission on the National Guard and Reserves, said the Pentagon must use the nation’s citizen soldiers to create an operational force that would be fully trained, equipped and ready to defend the nation, respond to crises and supplement the active duty troops in combat.

So as one can imagine, this is an open door to request more funding for training and recruitment. Not to worry though, I’m sure Obama’s youth brigades, much like Mao’s, will help us maintain order. Nothing like some teenager with an IQ marginally above Forrest Gump, maintaining check points and snitching on citizens. Telling police about the Bill of Rights at least provokes a degree of comtempt, as they at least vaguely know what they are. But the youth brigades raised on video games, rap music and public school indoctrination, will only give a blank stare – as they’ll have no idea what you’re refering to.
I can almost see it now, overweight, medicated, crybaby youth chanting “Yes we can!” as they tread on what remains of our rights after some disaster. Almost makes 1984 seem desirable.

Please understand people. They are not going to use our military to police us. They will use private companies. Don’t believe me????? Ask a soldier who has been in Iraq within the past 12 months. Our bases over there are being guarded by EODT.
In January 2008, the check points, DFACs, PX’s, and LNE duties were handed over to EODT. Private contractors. They employed a bunch of you Ugandans (not coalition) to be the only people on the base at Centcom with live rounds in their weapons. I was there! Saw it with my own eyes. I saw them kill people.
Look into this!

You are out of your mind. You definitely should never have gone to Iraq. You don’t belong anywhere where anyone has weapons if you can’t handle it. You were in Iraq for the hot season, and probably lasted about 3 weeks before your brain turned to slush. You should have stayed in your nice air-conditioned shack, instead of wandering around the base. I bet you are not right anymore, after you “saw it with your own eyes.” I would hope they were your own eyes. But I guarantee you are lying, or don’t have a clue what you saw.
Stupid. Just stupid. If you were never in the military, and never deployed anywhere, you should not make the mistake of thinking you can handle what she thought she could. Stay home, and be blinded by mainstream media, and conspiracy theorists like this nut, “Shawna.”
Oh, and implying that you have a security clearance, and that you gleaned information from the military, and discussing things that are classified….not smart….hope you go to prison, lady!

I wonder what makes the Pentagon think that military policing will be any more effective than it is in Afghanistan or Iraq?
I’d be willing to bet we have more people here willing to shoot back than they have over there. If for no other reason than we have more people and more guns.
A 2% rate of resistance will overwhelm these security forces in a matter of days.

They are not prepared not have they been preparing for an outside attack. All the preparations are being made to defend the government FROM the citizens. They know that outside attacks are impractical and no nation has the resources to pull it off, even the UN.
They key is communication, we have to be ready for them when they move.

Don’t see how effective it would be without a draft. Where are they going to get the manpower? And even if they use Blackwater, etc; its still not enough. Esp. if Obama goes forward with plans for a surge in Afghanistan (”graveyard of empires” anyone?) Not to mention widening the war(s) into neighboring Iran, Syria and Pakistan with hot pursuit tactics. Maybe for some of the major cities it will work but not most. I foresee a big increase in local militias for self-protection, maybe in tandem with a breakup as discussed elsewhere.

Yes they may use private security forces to police angry masses, this is better though because Americans need not feel the remorse in battle as lives are taken from these ranks as these forces will be traitors and foriegn enemies who need to be destroyed, so defend your civil liberties and property with impunity . We need our military, we don’t need Blackwater or UN troops in our country and the initial site of them, by law is an autonomous order to fire at will. Posse Comitatus cannot be repealed under the Constitution this is treason. The ciminals who perpetrated these crimes wll be arrested eventually and thanx to Alex Jones and many others as there has been an awakening and we hope that the awakening will continue. I belive that I can speak for the local authorities in my county when I say that they will not fire upon thier community but instead will organize effectively against an illegal assault, and we can effectively seal off this sector from rolling frontal assault. There won’t be any railcars with our people onboard leaving our community.

AGREED, i was talking with friends over the weekend and we all agreed that foreign troops on american soil would NOT be tolerated. real patrioic americans fighting mercenary forces is the equivilint to our founding fathers fighting heshen mercenary forces during the revolutionary war.

I can’t believe that I would be living in a time where there would be a possibility that me and my fellow Americans would be forced to take up arms and join revolutionary militias.
I agree with most of the people here that if there is any foreign-troop presence should not and will not be tolerated. They should be shot on site.
Local law enforcement has the chance to to protect their communities from unlawful assaults and harassment. If local law enforcement does not step-up and protect their communities they should be considered traitors and be shot on site.

With access to Habeus Corpus now in question, there is NO reason to peacefuly submitt to arrest. 1,000 years of blood and sacrafice to develope a peaceful and Just Law proceedure, is being Raped and cast aside, for Plunder and POWER.
The meer presence of a Military Force being used against citizens is, “Beyond Peaceful Remedy”, IE: a BLATANT act of War, even prior to the first shot being fired.

Posse Comitatus cannot be repealed by executive fiat. Habeas Corpus cannotbe repealed by an act of congress or executive order.
Any attempt by ANYONE whether or not they carry a badge or authority will be acting outside their legal authority if they violate the constitution. This means any citizen will be with their rights to defend themselves, their family and their property from criminals acting outside the law.
Just because an executive order is signed or an act of congress is passed does not make it legal if it violates the constitution.
Do not worry or feel guilty if you have to take down a Blue Helmet or a Bearclaw. I would actually have more empathy for a Blue Helmet because he is likely a conscript following orders a long way from home. A Bearclaw (Blackwater) will be an American and will know better yet does it anyway for the money. Show no mercy on those creeps. They desrerve no more quarter than any homicidal criminal gang member.

A Little off topic but prisonplanet should get on this story, apparently it was revealed today that HPV is linked to throat cancer, this is getting fuckin absurd, they are saying that men who give oral sex to women have an increase by 8.xx times to contract throat cancer. here is a link to the story, it was also reported by fake media outlets such as FOX and some in canada

It is interesting to note they claim Guardasil is 100% effective, this stat was purely made up as inoculation age is between 11 and 26 while guardasil has only been around 1 to 2 years and women don’t contract cervical cancer t’ill the age of 40. It has also caused 7 deaths so far and 64 reported cases of chronic illnesses and that is just what was reported.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T LET THEM GIVE YOUR KIDS THIS SHIT
talk to your kids and tell them under no circumstance are they to let somebody give them an inoculation without your consent and presence, my kids are now officially never getting another inoculation for anything, EVER

Isn’t this a cheery article. I thought domestic troops weren’t allowed to operate on U.S. soil.
Apart from an external or false flag threat, if they foresee manipulating this scenario so large that people will need militarized organizational help getting food (soup lines), I could see this emergency utilization of troops who are being paid (anyway) with your tax dollars being far more preferable to chaos, with bully ‘patriot’ factions with arms monopolizing food stores away from normal folks as is happening currently in some parts of Africa. However, if you subscribe to the ‘death camp’ depopulation theories, my above comment is lost on you. What if the camps are for the pissed off rebel factions with big guns and numbers who will try to keep all the food for distribution to themselves? A country in trouble is duty bound to see that everyone gets fed if possible. Order is crucial if food is short. Just saying.
