A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.
The American Police Force organization is a paramilitary unit that “provides surveillance, investigative, and military services across the world,” according to its website, which shows men dressed in military fatigues carrying machine guns.
“As part of our mission, APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs. Within the last 5 years the United States has been far and away our #1 client. Technologies, programs, and services performed by APF have played a very important role in U.S. military and civilian efforts to protect our homeland and combat terrorism,” the website states.
APF were originally contracted to provide security at a previously empty detention center in Hardin, a small town in Montana, but are now patrolling the streets driving SUV’s with “Police Department” printed on them despite the fact that Hardin doesn’t have a police department. American Police Force has no jurisdiction in the area because it is a private organization, not a police force.
According to Two Rivers Authority officials, having the private security force patrol the streets was not part of the contract. “I have no idea. I really don’t because that’s not been a part of any of the discussions we’ve had with any of them,” Two Rivers Authority’s Al Peterson told KULR 8 News. Peterson said that patrolling the streets was on the “wishlist” of APF’s Captain Michael.
The American Police Force is a shady outfit shrouded in suspicion. According to an Associated Press report, questions over the legitimacy of the organization abound.
“Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds “virtual offices.” A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address,” reports AP.

Furthermore, APF was tasked with filling the empty Hardin detention center with inmates, without any clear indication of where those prisoners would come from.
“It’s unclear where the company will get the inmates for the jail. Montana says it’s not sending inmates to the jail, and neither are federal officials in the state,” according to the report.
Maybe the inmates will be the local population of Hardin if American Police Force is allowed to continue to pose as a law enforcement outfit in the town, which is exactly what they intend to do for at least another month.
Having a private security force whose stated mission is to help the U.S. government “combat terrorism” patrol the streets of small towns in America without even having the authority to do so from local authorities is obviously a frightening pretext and harks back to the private paramilitary forces that helped Adolf Hitler rise to power in Nazi Germany.
Many fear that if martial law is declared in response to a flu pandemic or other emergency, private security forces such as APF will be used by the government to oppress citizens by operating outside of the law.
This is completely unconstitutional and a flagrant threat to the liberty and security of the population of Hardin. The County Sheriff is effectively breaking the law if he doesn’t immediately kick APF out of the area and end the occupation of the town by a private paramilitary army.

Terrorism in Montana? that is ridiculous and looks to me like someone is employing their friends company probably via tax money. Thems got brothers that own construction companies is the old saying. If this is really true and for now it seems to be, it does not bode well for the country. What in the hell are these storm troopers doing patrolling the streets of small town USA??? Who sent then there and why haven’t the locals, the sheriff, or some state agency done something about it? What in the hell is going on??? Why haven’t they been arrested and thrown in jail? Maybe because they outgun the sheriff. If this is happening anywhere in this country it is wrong and illegal. I’m still curious about that myself! What terrorism is there expected in Montana? Montana has a smaller state population than most of its neighboring states! ( Including where I am! )

Thanks for pointing out what I suspected. We have a “story” about a paramilitary unit in a remote “Montana town” a couple of para’s on the title, and a tiny (likely photoshopped) image of a faux police car that says NOTHING of a para police force. Like much of what this website has become, it is just another example of the hi-jacking of what was once a truth telling organization, by dis-info agents who want to foment a mindless revolution among the mindless idiots who eat this up. WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT, in order to justify a martial-law takedown. Truthteller612 you are both right and wrong. The double eagle is actually much older than that dating back to ancient Egypt and the “Atonists”. It is still used today by the Elite and is very widespread. The sheild and cross in the middle also has historical symbolism and significance. Tsarion was on the Alex Jones show…once.
This same month Jordan Maxwell was also on the show.
And this same month David Icke was also on the show.
Now when you listen to the Jones and Tsarion interview you will see that not even .001% of Tsarion’s work is discussed in any exploratory or revelatory context. A totally anemic waste of time. As it seems to me Alex never read one of his books or watched any of his videos, nor knew anything about the depth of this man’s research and work.
So why did Alex have him on the show…if he is only unfamiliar with his work?
For his own selfish reasons and to gain audience from the fringe.
Jordan Maxwell’s interview on the Jones show was really no better, but was done for the same reason. Appearances sake mostly…to say “See, I expand my investigations beyond the CFR.” But never delving into their work.
Because both of them would go places Alex never wants to…and purposely shuts down any information coming out about certain subjects.
David Icke’s was better as Alex drew more out of the guest in relation to this person’s work…only where there was overlap and common ground.
And unless there is common ground…what you believe or profess is not discussed.
So even though Jones categorized Icke in the past as a “turd in the punchbowl”, a shill and an agent, Icke has now linked his headlines to prison planet’s headlines. This cooperative effort quickly followed this month of “alternative to the alternative” guests that Alex had on the show.
This has to do with Alex monopolizing the “truth movement” as being, in his own words, “The one who provides the most truth than anybody.” Icke has the bigger audience and appeal…so a merger of sorts was apropos to propel the Jones ego and enterprise.
And if this type of mis-characterization and animosity toward Icke existed due to differences of opinion….then why isn’t this more recent form of forgiveness and cooperation extended to say….Eric John Phelps? This man’s work in his book is some of the most valuable in the conspiracy community. Why the boycott and demonization?
You see the invitation still stands. Phelps will gladly do an interview or a debate with Alex Jones, but only without any form of censorship or control over what is said by both parties. So both have an uninterrupted opportunity to voice their views and researches for the benefit of the listener to make up their minds on these topics and how they fit together. To expand the awareness of all parties and listeners involved rather than devolving into the “I’m right and you are wrong” argument.
But Alex won’t touch upon that. As he likes to have his fingers on the button to mute others and speak over them, or have the next advertisement interrupt the train of thought and discussion. When he can remove his fat ass from the control chair and do a real expose of the NWO by open revelation of other researcher’s work, no matter how he personally feels about it, for the benefit of the listener to make up their own minds….then I will know he is using his popularity and show for the benefit of the listener and for expansion of knowledge, rather than selling ringtones and water filters.
Until then, Alex is the CNN of alternative media, but mostly grabbing headlines of mainstream media. The 911 was an inside job Geraldo Rivera of the internet.
But once he can really go in further depth…then the truth will begin to be less obscure.

Chris, Jesus is dead. Sorry to inform you of this but a dead being is dead and thats just it. People believe in religion b/c it allows them to socialize in a safe environment for the most part and are led to believe that there is an afterlife of some sort.
Like a dog or the cattle that my family farm…. when the cattle are sick and suffering they shoot em in the head with a .22 and their skull is thick so more than one shot is needed. Does the cow go to heaven/afterlife I doubt it. B/c humans have a thumb, decent brain, and are able to communicate extremely well we have created these beliefs and ideas, and made them part of our everyday life simply out of curiosity. Is my family going to a so called hell. NO! Being devout Christians through the Church of Christ like they are I hate to inform them, they have wasted a few hours every Sunday and Wednesday of their lives on this earth. They will die and rot in a casket and that is it. People are afraid to believe in themselves and its scary. You in a sense are your own GOD! You control for the most part your life on earth and the possible way of your death outside of what this site claims the higher authorities are trying to control or kill you with. Weapons are not necessarily the way to go unless the keen grasp for the obvious and COMMON SENSE are completely over looked. Thank you! Sounds like a good idea. I have 2 friends, who may get to our “hunting camp”, who are both “nuclear scientists”. One spent 20 years at Los Alamos, designing smaller sub-critical weapons, and ER bombs. I could certainly teach the Chem/Bio stuff, have degrees in those subjects. I read in the paper last spring that the county (Bighorn, I believe) had built that small prison to hopefully contract out to the state or the feds to hold prisoners. They were especially desirous of getting the Gitmo detainees. However there were no takers. It was built before they had even tried to get a contract. They were concerned about getting a return on their investment, they are not the richest or most populated (less than 3500) county in Montana. I told myself then that it would probably be used, eventually, to hold citizens (i.e. Fema camp). Now I see my prediction may come true. If the city or county didn’t contract with these mercs, (or even if they did) then something is up. Small towns with no police force, especially county seats as Hardin is, are patrolled by the Sheriffs department. They don’t have a budget to hire mercs. Maybe this is a precursor to getting the Gitmo detainees and no one is talking?

Is the Montana Town being “occupied” by a “private paramilitary security force?” Well of course it isn’t. It isn’t anywhere near it. This supposed “patroling” was probably just their one branded vehicle driving down the street. My family has been here since 1607, and fought for our FREEDOM in every war but Vietnam (Dad was too crazy), everyone else too old or young. My neice already has a tour in Iraq under her belt, she also had the advantage of the USAF Academy. Few points:
The town built the prison, failed to get contracts to fill it, and in desperation went to APF who claimed they could get contracts to fill the prison.
However, it looks very much like the town was taken for a ride. APF isn’t, as far as the AP can determine, a real company. They claim to be a spinnoff, but won’t name the parent company. They claim to be able to get prison contracts, but haven’t produced any info on how. They claim lots of things. So do many other groups.
This *looks* like a simple case of a financially strapped company being taken for a ride by someone with a fake mailing address and a personal injury lawyer for a contact.
You can conspiracy theorize about that all you like, but getting people riled up into “must defend the family from the death squads” mode probably isn’t helping any. Next time, audit your source material just a bit better.

What you see is – on the south side is a supply yard with large drain pipes just feet from homes, on the west side is a GROCERY STORE or Hardware store. take a look… Is this outside of town, because the address on the paper document (in the video) is NOT the location of City Hall (where the document was supposively signed) and its certainly not the new buildings. Second, no you’re wrong (no offense). It looks like this “police force” barely exists. If the town is having problems with them, then its likely to be something the state police will step in and handle, as this yahoos have no real authority. All they’re supposed to be doing is bringing in contracts to house prisoners… for those who don’t understand the modern prison system, let me explain. Prison footprint (the number of square feet in a cell, for example) is sold to states to house their inmates. This Montana town tried to do just that, but their prison wasn’t selling.
To sell off that space, they turned to a random company that claimed they could get contracts (in other words they claimed that they could get some state or federal agency to contract with them to store their prisoners in this prison). So far, this is a fairly typical story. What’s odd is that this company appears to not be very legit. Their HQ is a fake mailing address. Their rep is a personal injury lawyer. Essentially, the town appears to have been lied to. (all this is based on the AP story linked to from the main article, above)
Now that random company appears to be trying to act as the town’s actual police. The article doesn’t make it clear how much policing they’ve tried to do, but it’s a pretty shady move. One expects the state police will want to have a talk with them real soon, now and the problem will be solved.
Frankly, anyone who’s trying to read more into this than a sad story of a Montana town that got taken advantage of (and will likely be out millions) is doing these good people a disservice.

Hardin, Montana is most likely the site for the remaining 200+ Gitmo detainees and this so-called “America Police Force” was probably hired to provide security for the new Gitmo detainee site. They just have not released the info to the public yet because they probably don’t want their crazy terrorist buddies finding out where they are going and attempt to break them out. Just a note: before everyone starts slaughtering everyone else, first disassemble the cores in the 104 nuclear power plants in the USA so they can’t go into meltdown if something goes wrong with their coolant systems and there’s no one there to fix things. It won’t really matter who the final victor is after the slaughter ends if the USA has been turned into a highly and deadly radioactive mess from 104 chernobyls. Being victor of any side doesn’t make you magically immune to dying from radiation sickness or radiation-induced cancer.
Yee-ee-ee-hah! Isn’t people killing each other such entertaining FUN!!! Side A wants to slaughter side B. Side B of course then wants to retaliate by slaughtering Side A. And then Side C, with its own particular grievances, jumps in to slaughter both Sides A and B and maybe even Side D who just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And if the slaughter does begin before the core decommissions happen, remember, no one of any side touches or causes any harm at all to the nuclear power plants and their personnel. The plants and their personnel are absolutely verboten to one and all. Period. No discussion. No wiggle room. Those cores MUST continue to get their coolant. Period. No discussion. No wiggle room.
And to those who actually understand what I just said, you might consider stocking up on KI tablets to lessen the danger of dying from thyroid cancer. Stupidity has a habit of getting its way. If those nuclear plants go into meltdown, it completely won’t matter who won the war as big chunks of the former USA are now uninhabitable by anyone.

Just for the git and shiggles of it, go here and get a printout of the plans for making a kearny radiation meter. If things go badly wrong, at least you’ll have something to measure radiation levels with. While the kearny meter isn’t as fancy as a high tech giger counter, it’s a whole hell of a lot better than having nothing at all.

I didn’t quite understand from the Prisonplanet article what the concern was. So they took the contract for running the prison and bringing in prisoners (fairly standard practice for private prisons these days), but they haven’t finalized the paperwork yet, and appear to have rolled into town with cars painted up as police cars, which wasn’t in the (as yet unsigned) paperwork.
What’s more they only incorporated AFTER the town’s financial problems became national news.
Why does this feel like an episode of Leverage?

Unfortunately we have something similar in suburban Austin.
The Springwoods MUD contracted with a private security company after some damage to one of their parks. I was at one of the Springwoods MUD parks with my son when the rent-a-cop told me the park was about to close. The parks close at sunset and it was a good 45 minutes until sunset. He came back about 5 minutes later screaming that he told me to leave and I had better do it. I pointed out the park was open until sunset, it was still bright out, and there were others in the park and no, I would not leave. He backed down, but harassed other people.
They drive Ford Crown Vics that look an awful like the Travis County SO cruisers (adjacent county). I’ve had them tailgate me with their headlights flashing. They have no light bar and since they’re not police I ignore them. I was riding my bicycle one day and and one of them yelled at me to stop. I didn’t. He started his car and came after me yelling at me to stop. I had done nothing wrong and again, since he’s not law enforcement I went on my merry way.
I think the name of this rent-a-cop organization is Shamrock PI, but I can’t find a listing for them, so I’m probably mistaken. As far as I can tell they are not armed. But it’s really scary seeming them slowly cruise the neighborhoods.

No our government is not perfect, be WE ARE the government. Any of you can run for office, many of you should. Government “Agents” are not raised up on some island and placed into authority over you (us), they are just people trying to do the best they can to serve. Government work does not pay a lot, that is why I am confident that the people that work for you/us are doing it because they actually want to make a difference. I really think there must be something else going on here paramilitary activities in such a small town and they are driving around in cars marked as police units. Something is definately not right or there is a part of the story that hasn’t unfolded. Regardless they are mercenaries basically and it is disturbing to know that someone is providing them vehicles and allowing them to enforce laws or whatever they have been told to do in this country. But the end of it is. We need answers. Why are they there. What are they there for. Who authurized them to be there and why do we need them. Oh yea and who is going to take the blame for this. That is the start I am looking for. Otherwise. They are mercs we need to remove them in a legal manner.

Where is the Federal Government so ubiquitous in most other situations? If these
people are really self selected policemen would this not be illegal? Isn’t it still illegal
to impersonate a policeman?
Who is paying these people? Who owns the expensive vehicles? Why is the State of Montana not sending their police to intervene? If I showed up in a police labeled car in a police uniform, I suspect that I would be in jail in ten minutes. Somebody is lying here.

Last time I remember, it was a violation of federal and virtually ALL state laws to “Impersonate a police offcier, officer of the law, public official, etc.” Last time I remember, this applied to individuals AND organizations!
There again, what does the law really mean to folks who helped ‘elect’ a citizen of questionable birthplace to the office of President of the United States???

please would someone respond to the bad rap the vaccine is getting –in dallas last weekend a 14 year old girl checked in and 24 hour later she was brain dead– in corpus christi a girl 12 went in for the sniffles and 24 hours she was dead. i live 2 hours from corpus and teach 500 children in 2 weeks i am scared for them and i am scared for my son at texas a&m please will you stop fighting with each other to help others of us who believe that you are all well informed thanks
