Why is the London Telegraph reporting that it was a snowstorm. It wasnt a snow storm, it was an ice storm.

Ohhh this is wonderful ,my weather machine works.
Ha-ha-ha.
Now i will work on another plan to blanket another part of the US.
What is the best part is that law enforcement CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Why? because they do not believe in weather control and that gives me full power to control weather on any city with SNOW!!!!! RAIN, STORMS, TORNADOES ETC
