Mukasey: ‘very high’ risk of attack over NYC 9/11 trial

Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey said today that it is highly likely that terrorists will attack New York City as a consequence of the Obama administration’s decision to send five alleged Sept. 11 plotters there for trial in federal court.
During a question and answer period following a speech to a conservative legal group, Mukasey was asked about the possibility that there might be an escape by one or more prisoners.
“The [Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan] is a very secure place….Is it secure? Of course, it’s secure. They’re not going to escape,” Mukasey told a conference of the Federalist Society. “The question is not whether they’re going to escape. The question is whether, not only that particular facility, but the city [at] large, will then become the focus for mischief in the form of murder by adherents of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed–whether this raises the odds that it will. I would suggest to you that it raises them very high.”
Mukasey said the men now to be tried in New York should have been left before military commission proceedings at Guantanamo that were already in progress.

Future proceedings must differ from the present norm of extracting incriminating evidence by way of torture, while totally ignoring real evidence. Deliberately misleading or false testimony is punished to the maximum discretion of the court, which means in a capital case perjury or contempt of court is punished by hanging!
The 911 investigation is a capital case.. when Mr Mukasey is brought to the stand he must reveal his part in the plot to the fullest of his knowledge, his video taped testimony without torture or mistreatment, but by summons and open court proceedings will be inserted on the investigation data base open website, then he will either go to trial by jury or seek the mercy of the court.

True, the trial will be another scam ending in their conviction, and all of us in the US can go back to sleep knowing we finally got the real perpetrators of 9-11. Those of us who study history, world wide can’t help but wonder how much longer this mindless propaganda can persist.

For a year I have been on sites Zeitgeist,Alex Jones sites etc. I do not find it hard to believe that our Government is planning to hord the American peoples money. After all look where all the money goes,Food stamps=Banks,Unemployment=Banks,SSI=Banks, SS=BanksWelfare=Banks,What’s not going into BANKS????? As for 9/11, I do believe our Gov. had a big hand in that EVENT.All involved should of been in our courts a long time ago. Take those trials of the so called 9/11 conspiritors and move it to the Miltiary Courts,where it belongs. Of course televise the courts so the public can see what’s up with our Government,the conspiritors.Perponally I would love to get my own hands on that 9/11 Commioners report. As for the Military people, no one held a gun to your heads to Join the Military. In the 70’s I recall the words (Jail or inlist in the Vetnam War)So, the Government gave them a DEATH sentence instead!! Another War WE did not belong to!!!Then you have that prick John Mc Cain, a POW so what. What about your fellow comrads who are on our streets right now beggers,drugies,homeless and McCain sitting in the pockets of that rotten BUSH FAMILY for years.Are other POW people doing as good as he is???NOT!!And we have that wonderful SWINE FLU shoots!!! And they want to open the boarder up so that SHIT can finish getting across!!Good reason to call for Martial Law. If there is a reason to ever call Martial Law,the Gov. won’t have a hard doing so. Have you looked around on your Inertstates in the past few years??What do you see??? I don’t know about other States but Colorado has some pretty tall cement WALLS on both sides. How hard would it be for the Military to put troops right there, No in No outs!!Kind of blocks us off from going anywhere.Just how are you protecting us over there?? Mukasey,another Zionist whose goals are the strengthening of Israel at the expense of the US, is worried that a fair trial would show how fake all the evidence is against these suspects.
They cannot let it be known that these guys aren’t guilty because all of our efforts,lostlives and money was spent in support of that claim.
If there’s a trial it will be strictly suppressed so that the gullible public never has a chance to hear the side of the suspects(our government doesn’t want it to be known that these confessions arose from pliers being applied to their testicles,etc).

You LITTLE GIRLS~!!!! (no offense to the ladies who read this post) Scared of a little terroist attack? When I was in iraq I breathed and lived the through the attacks, I think they are genuine in thinking an attack could follow, the logic does make sense, however they may be more worried about legally prosecuting people who have already been tortured, accused and sentenced without any fair legal proceddings, is anyone mad about the fact that our government fails to follow it’s own laws and ethics?
Yesterday violating laws is ok as long as it is only being done to the terroist, today you become the terroist. Soon enough they are finding you guilty of crimes against the state,

The resulting crash will punch a neat 16 foot diameter hole in the wall through which you an gain access to the other side. Most (99.99%) of the aircraft will vaporise leaving you with practically no garbage to clean up. A very neat solution, I’m sure. We know from a previous episode that this really works.
