HAVING FLOWN THIS TYPE OF AIRCRAFT FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND OVER 10,000 HRS IN THIS AIRPLANE, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A TAIL COMPT. SLIDE INFLATING IN FLIGHT. I WOULD SUSPECT RATHER THE AIRCRAFT HAD A HYDRALIC PUMP FAILURE WHICH COULD HAVE MADE THE CONTROLS SLUGGISH AND THUS CAUSING THE COCKPIT CREW TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. IT IS NORMAL PROCEDURE TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND LAND AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT.

CFR standing by? Maybe he was asking for the Council on Foreign Relations to be standing by, in case something happened to Obama and they needed to hand pick a back-up canidate.

Here we have the FAA lying again, saying there was no emergency when clearly there was. Why would they need to lie about this to begin with?
