New Legislation Authorizes FEMA Camps In U.S.

“National emergency centers” on military bases to house American citizens

A new bill introduced in Congress authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency.

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”.

Ominously, the bill also states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.

Many credible forecasters have predicted riots and rebellions in America that will dwarf those already witnessed in countries like Iceland and Greece.

With active duty military personnel already being stationed inside the U.S. under Northcom, partly for purposes of “crowd control,” fears that Americans could be incarcerated in detainment camps are all too real.

The bill mandates that six separate facilities be established in different Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions (FEMA) throughout the country.

The camps will double up as “command and control” centers that will also house a “24/7 operations watch center” as well as training facilities for Federal, State, and local first responders.

The bill also contains language that will authorize camps to be established within closed or already operating military bases around the country.

As we have previously highlighted, in early 2006 Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root was awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the event of a national emergency.

The language of the preamble to the agreement veils the program with talk of temporary migrant holding centers, but it is made clear that the camps would also be used “as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency.”

As far back as 2002, FEMA sought bids from major real estate and engineering firms to construct giant internment facilities in the case of a chemical, biological or nuclear attack or a natural disaster.

A much discussed and circulated report, the Pentagon’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program, was more recently updated and the revision details a “template for developing agreements” between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor on Army installations.”

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `National Emergency Centers Establishment Act’.

SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.

(a) In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations.

(b) Purpose of National Emergency Centers- The purpose of a national emergency center shall be to use existing infrastructure–

(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;

(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;

(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and

(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

SEC. 3. DESIGNATION OF MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AS NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.

(a) In General- Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate not fewer than 6 military installations as sites for the establishment of national emergency centers.

(b) Minimum Requirements- A site designated as a national emergency center shall be–

(1) capable of meeting for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected by an emergency or major disaster;

(2) environmentally safe and shall not pose a health risk to individuals who may use the center;

(3) capable of being scaled up or down to accommodate major disaster preparedness and response drills, operations, and procedures;

(4) capable of housing existing permanent structures necessary to meet training and first responders coordination requirements during nondisaster periods;

(5) capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance needs;

(6) required to consist of a complete operations command center, including 2 state-of-the art command and control centers that will comprise a 24/7 operations watch center as follows:

(A) one of the command and control centers shall be in full ready mode; and

(B) the other shall be used daily for training; and

(7) easily accessible at all times and be able to facilitate handicapped and medical facilities, including during an emergency or major disaster.

(c) Location of National Emergency Centers- There shall be established not fewer than one national emergency center in each of the following areas:

(1) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions I, II, and III.

(2) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV.

(3) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions V and VII.

(4) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VI.

(5) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions VIII and X.

(6) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IX.

(d) Preference for Designation of Closed Military Installations- Wherever possible, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate a closed military installation as a site for a national emergency center. If the Secretaries of Homeland Security and Defense jointly determine that there is not a sufficient number of closed military installations that meet the requirements of subsections (b) and (c), the Secretaries shall jointly designate portions of existing military installations other than closed military installations as national emergency centers.

(e) Transfer of Control of Closed Military Installations- If a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Defense shall transfer to the Secretary of Homeland Security administrative jurisdiction over such closed military installation.

(f) Cooperative Agreement for Joint Use of Existing Military Installations- If an existing military installation other than a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Defense shall enter into a cooperative agreement to provide for the establishment of the national emergency center.

(g) Reports-

(1) PRELIMINARY REPORT- Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) an outline of the reasons why the site was selected;

(B) an outline of the need to construct, repair, or update any existing infrastructure at the site;

(C) an outline of the need to conduct any necessary environmental clean-up at the site;

(D) an outline of preliminary plans for the transfer of control of the site from the Secretary of Defense to the Secretary of Homeland Security, if necessary under subsection (e); and

(E) an outline of preliminary plans for entering into a cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f).

(2) UPDATE REPORT- Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) an update on the information contained in the report as required by paragraph (1);

(B) an outline of the progress made toward the transfer of control of the site, if necessary under subsection (e);

(C) an outline of the progress made toward entering a cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f); and

(D) recommendations regarding any authorizations and appropriations that may be necessary to provide for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site.

(3) FINAL REPORT- Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, shall submit to Congress a report that contains for each designated site–

(A) finalized information detailing the transfer of control of the site, if necessary under subsection (e);

(B) the finalized cooperative agreement for the establishment of a national emergency center at the site, if necessary under subsection (f); and

(C) any additional information pertinent to the establishment of a national emergency center at the site.

(4) ADDITIONAL REPORTS- The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting jointly with the Secretary of Defense, may submit to Congress additional reports as necessary to provide updates on steps being taken to meet the requirements of this Act.

SEC. 4. LIMITATIONS ON STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION.

This Act does not affect–

(1) the authority of the Federal Government to provide emergency or major disaster assistance or to implement any disaster mitigation and response program, including any program authorized by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.); or

(2) the authority of a State or local government to respond to an emergency.

SEC. 5. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

There is authorized to be appropriated $180,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 and 2010 to carry out this Act. Such funds shall remain available until expended.

SEC. 6. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act, the following definitions apply:

(1) CLOSED MILITARY INSTALLATION- The term `closed military installation’ means a military installation, or portion thereof, approved for closure or realignment under the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101-510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) that meet all, or 2 out of the 3 following requirements:

(A) Is located in close proximity to a transportation corridor.

(B) Is located in a State with a high level or threat of disaster related activities.

(C) Is located near a major metropolitan center.

(2) EMERGENCY- The term `emergency’ has the meaning given such term in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122).

(3) MAJOR DISASTER- The term `major disaster’ has the meaning given such term in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122).

(4) MILITARY INSTALLATION- The term `military installation’ has the meaning given such term in section 2910 of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101-510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note).

   I live in canada and there is a military base just 15 mins away from here. This is good because I don’t like long bus rides. And the airport that was closed 14 years ago is only 10 minutes away so I’m sure to get my share of aluminum oxide,barium and cadmium, of course there are no white military planes flying around because the airport was closed.

   You guys are little slow, first of all we need these FEMA camps. These camps could have been relieve for Hurricane Katrina when New Orleans needed it the most. The government is just taking the necessary steps to ensure our safety if a national disaster does happen. Yeah it says they can take any appropiate need and use it for whatever homeland security wants for it. But when it gets down to it do you really think concentration camps are going to start when we aided in a War not long ago to stop this. Our government isn’t going to do that to us. We have rights that they have to abide by and they can’t intrude or parden these rights.    If we DON’T do something, the legislation goes through. However, if we write or call or email our representatives in the course of DOing something, then they get a tailor made list of people to keep under closer watch, because “those people” are the ones who are paying attention.

   The system is broken, and those who use it to “make change” are wasting their time. When something’s broken, you either fix it (hint: NOW) or you replace it (ditto). All this talk really comes down to a bunch of armchair patriots doing NOTHING that makes a difference (including this comment from me).

   It’s too late to do anything. We gave up our freedom for “protection” years ago. We have willingly handed over basic rights to our government systematically through the years. When they passed legislation to have all guns registered, we should have fought back then. When they passed ledgislation that the FDA would control our food we should have thought about that.    This is merely a formality, the camps have been built for quite some time and the Feral Government has already built in the legal structure they wanted into other bills and authorizations.
   These camps were built to be used and the government has every intention of using them.
   The only thing is they are counting on the population to go along with it. The camps are not big enough to house everyone, nor can they be protected against a determined group.

They can barely deal with less than a hundred million barely armed Iraqis… They can eventually process all of us, but they really cannot hold all of us at one time.     I was employed by a tool mfr and distribution co KBR and Haliburton were two of our customers. I made a copy of the CILP and showed it to my co workers. I copied articles about kbr no bid contracts for the camps and left them in the lunchroom. I resisted several attempts from HR to get me to participate in global ID. I left because I could not know what I knew and continue to be a part of biochemical warfare, weapons proliferation and prison camp building. I was labeled as a crazy drug addict.     Simple-Chess Like Solution…All Patriots…Send a letter or letters to all of your skeptical friends… Tell them to read it after they have not heard from you for a few days…Give them links and or cds or dvds, so when they get locked up too, they will at least have an idea about what is going on….Figure out your own strategy, but make sure you have one that includes once you have been off the map for a minute they will know to read your memoirs….Maybe they will have a chance at least….Or another idea is to write a letter to them now, that tells them when something big happens to check out certain videos or read your letters, whether they get in touch with you or not…..it really isn’t about us that have some idea or not, we are probably goners….We have to try to help the people that we care about….I would help everybody if I could, but I cannot.     One of my friends encountered FEMA first hand during Hurricane Katrina. Our company had a service contract with Bell South. It was my friends job to go to a few Wal-Marts and get water, diapers, and other much needed items. They had a semi full of stuff. Listen to what happened in Louisiana. Once my friend with the truck full of supplies came to a FEMA checkpoint, they wanted to search the truck. When they found out that there was supplies inside, they tried to seize it for their own use! My friend informed FEMA that Bell South had authorized them to go into New Orleans with the supplies. FEMA didn’t like it, but let them proceed. My friend also said that he was told if he need more fuel, then they(FEMA) could flag down citizens and siphon gas from their personal vehicles!! No lie. My friend would not lie! If you don’t have a survival plan…..get one.

Videos and location listings for hundreds of such FEMA and DHS facilities are readily viewable online. Are they anticipating imposition of martial law?     To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers on State Parks and Federal National Parks.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the `National Camping and fishing and hunting and wild Herb growing areas Centers Establishment Act’.

    SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL CAMPIMG CENTERS.

    (a) In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 60000 national CAMPING centers on PARKLANDS AND RIVERS AND LAKES.

    (b) Purpose of National Centers- The purpose of a national center shall be to use existing infrastructure–

    (1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to BEING FUCKED OVER.
    (2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first CITIZENS

    (3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of , private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and ARMING UP AND GUN SHOOTING

    (4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the PEOPLE OD USA AND MEXICO

    SEC. 3. DESIGNATION OF PARK INSTALLATIONS AS NATIONAL SURVIVAL CENTERS.

    (a) In General- Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate not fewer than 6 00 PARKS as sites for the establishment of national SURVIVAL centers.

    (b) Minimum Requirements- A site designated as a national SURVIVAL center shall be–

    (1) capable of meeting for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected by THE BID RIPOFF
    (2) environmentally safe and shall not pose a health risk to individuals who may use the center;

    (3) capable of being scaled up or down to accommodate major disaster preparedness and response drills, operations, and procedures;

    (4) capable of housing existing permanent structures necessary to meet training and THE PEOPLE coordination requirements during nondisaster periods;

    (5) capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance needs;

    (6) required to consist of a complete operations command center, including 2 state-of-the art command and control centers that will comprise a 24/7 operations watch center as follows:

    (A) one of the command and control centers shall be in full ready mode; and

    (B) the other shall be used daily for FOOD GATHERING and

    (7) easily accessible at all times and be able to facilitate handicapped and medical facilities, including during an emergency or major disaster.

     I found a camp down the street from my house, ages ago.

     a few times At night, I jump the fence and go look around the joint.

     lots of train cars, with shackes in them. No airport on this one, but the barbed wire faces in, so its tougher to get out. I use my leather trench coat. No people around and no guards. weird like turnstyles everywhere to get from one place to another, so I cant get into certain parts.

     Why is the NWO in high gear at panic speed? Many historic powers have vaporized because they couldn’t pay their troops. Perhaps they need to get this done while there is still enough value in the currency to pay for it. The USD is failing faster than they anticipated and getting harder to prop up.      This could be good or bad. I remember watching the movie “Deep Impact” years ago and thinking how lucky the political figures were with their families getting to escape the Meteorite collision with Earth by going to the giant underground facility. Well if the government truly cared about the people in a disaster and really wanted to protect us by allowing many more of us an escape with a facility that helped and provided, this would be a good thing.
     However, the government we have been blessed with rarely does anything to truly help us, and it seems much more likely to be of a nefarius nature, especially when considering the recent past, and what has occured in relation to legislation in very quick order soon after being enacted.

     Are you saying that FEMA will happen possibly after Jesus comes? This is not for Christians, but for those who don’t believe. I don’t remember reading anything in Revelation about Christians being physically tortured. I thought it dealt with the unbelievers. Thanks for the scripture, I read 2 Thess. 2. It makes sense!!!

     Well, sorry to those who live in Canada, but I have a feeling we may be in the same situation as the USA. If you look at google earth, and type in FEMA camps/ Camp Grayling, you will notice that these camps are also in Canada.
     If this is truely a devious plan and not just some mechanism to keep America from falling apart, this makes me want to speed up getting my hunting license and xbow.

     One thing is absolutely certain: The days of the politicians are over. They have done too well their job of being destructive, violent. He improved the weapons, which can bring death to the whole world, to such a point that there is no way to going back. Either there will be ultimate war — which means death to all and everything — or a total change of the whole structure in the human society. I am calling that change “meritocracy”.

     One thing — we have to drop the idea that every man, just because he is twenty-one, is capable of choosing who is the right person to decide the fate of nations. Age cannot be a decisive factor. We have to change the decisive factor, that is changing the very foundation.

     My suggestion is that only a person who is at least a matriculate, a high school graduate, will be able to vote.

     The president should have at least two Ph.D.s and one honorary D.Litt. or LL.D; and the same for the vice-president because he can become president any day.

     In this way mobocracy is destroyed.

     Then just because your are twenty-one it does not mean you are capable of choosing the government. Choosing the government should be very skillful, intelligent job. Just by being twenty-one you may be able to reproduce children — it needs no skill, no education, biology sends you well prepared. But to choose the government, to choose people who are going to have all the powers over you and everybody, and who are going to decide the destiny of the country and the world, just to be twenty- one is certainly not enough . . . the way we have been choosing them is simply idiotic.

     I would like all the universities — within each state — to call a convention of all the Vice chancellors and the eminent professors; of the eminent intelligentsia who may not be part of the university: painters, artists, poets, writers, novelists, dancers, actors, musicians. It would include all dimensions of talents, all kinds of people who have shown their caliber — excluding politicians completely.

     All the Nobel Prize winners should be invited — excluding the politicians again, because within these past few years a few politicians have been given Nobel Prizes, and this has degraded the value the Nobel Prize.

     So from each state a delegation should be chosen for the national convention, which goes into details of how the meritocracy can work.

     From the national candidates there should be an international convention of all the universities of the world and the intelligentsia. This would be the first of its kind because never has whole intelligentsia of the world come together to decide the fate of humanity.

     They should write the first constitution of the world. It will not be American, it will not be Indian, it will not be Chinese — it is going to be simply be constitution of the whole of humanity. There is no need for different kinds of laws. There is no need – all human beings need the same kind of laws.

     And a world constitution will be a declaration that nations are no longer significant. They can exist as functional units but they are no longer independent powers. And if the whole intelligentsia of the world is behind this convention it will not be very difficult to convince the generals of the world to move away from the politicians.

     And what power do politicians have? All the power that they have we have given to them. We can take it back. It is not their power, it is our power. We just have to find a way to take it back — because giving is very easy, taking is little difficult. They will not be so simple and innocent when you take the power back as they were when they were asking it from you. It is our power, but they will go on having it if the mob remains there to give it to them; the mob can be convinced about anything.

     It is the function of the intelligentsia . . . I would like to say that now, if anything happens to humanity, the whole condemnation will go to the intelligentsia: “What were you doing? If those idiots were ready to kill humanity, what were you doing? You simply went on grumbling, being grumpy, but you did nothing else”.

     And the time is running short. Once we decide that the voting power is not the birthright of every human being but is a right which you will have to earn by your intelligence . . . You have to see the distinction: Everybody is given the opportunity to earn it, there is equal opportunity for all to earn it, but it is nothing birth-given; you have to prove it.

     Once we move the power from the mob into the hands of intelligent people, people who know what they are doing, we can create something beautiful.

     If a man who has devoted his whole life to think about education and its problems, has done all that was possible to do to find out every detail, every fundamental of education, all the possible philosophies of education — if he becomes an education minister, there is a possibility that he will do something.

     I suggest to shift completely from the mob to the chosen few.

     I am not against the people. In fact, in the hands of these politicians, the people are against themselves. I am all for the people, and what I am saying can be said to be exactly what has been said about democracy: for the people, by the people, of the people — just “by the people”. I will have to change. This intelligentsia will be for the people, of the people. It will be serving the masses.

     It is so simple a thing. You don’t elect a doctor, and just anybody can stand, because it is a birthright and people can vote . . . to persons fighting to be the doctor or to be the surgeon. What is wrong in it? The people choose for themselves: for the people, by the people, of the people. They choose one person — to be surgeon — because he speaks better, he looks good on the television and he makes great promises.

     But he is not even a butcher, and he is going to become a surgeon! A butcher would have been better; at least he would known how to cut — but you don’t choose a surgeon by election.

     How can you choose a president by election? How can choose a governor by election? For one post so many people are hankering, desiring. Those who are more sick with ambitiousness will fight the most, they will kill — they will do anything.

     You are giving so much power to power-hungry people; with your own hands is you are helping them to hang you!

     This is not democracy.

     In name of democracy these people have been exploiting the masses.

     So politicians and priests both have to be dropped out of their long, long-standing establishment, and a totally new kind of management has to be developed.

     Just to make distinction I am calling my system “meritocracy.” But merit for what? The merit is to serve and share. And once you have decided to shift the power from the politicians to the intelligentsia, everything is possible — everything becomes simple.

     Meritocracy is a whole program of transforming the structure of society, the structure of the government, the structure of education.

     It is a difficult job, arduous but not impossible — particularly in such a situation when death is the only alternative.

     After nations, the second great disease is religions,
     the religions have destroyed man’s integrity.
     They have broken him — not only in parts but into opposing parts,
     and these parts are continuously fighting with each other.
     In this way they have made humanity schizophrenic,
     by turning you against your own nature.
     They have taken away your individuality, your freedom, your intelligence.
     In its place they have given you bogus beliefs, which mean nothing.

     Truth is a search, not a faith. It is an inquiry, not a belief.
     An Authentic Religiousness, needs no prophets, no saviors,
     no churches, no popes, no priests -
     because religiousness is the flowering of your heart.
     If religiousness spreads all over the world the religions will fade away.
     It will be a tremendous blessing to humanity when man is simply man.
     One humanity is enough. And one religiousness is enough.

     To be religious is an experience, just like love. It is an encounter with the totality of existence.

     It is an oceanic experience, the dewdrop slipping from the lotus leaf into the ocean. You can say either the dewdrop has become the ocean, or you can say the ocean has become the dewdrop. It is the greatest experience there is.

     But to belong to a religion is not an experience, it is just a belief system in which you have been brought up. It is all borrowed. And remember that truth cannot be borrowed. Either it is yours, or it is not there.

     Religion, is not in the holy scriptures but in the holiness of existence.

     It is a prayer without words. It is a song without sound. It is pure silence. And in that silence, existence speaks to you. In that silence, you speak to existence, there is a dialogue, there is a transfer of energy.

     But to be a part of an organized religion is to be not really alive, not really in search of truth, not in love with existence. It is a kind of death – although you go on breathing, you go on eating. But all your breathing and all your eating drive you only towards the graveyard. You don’t grow up, you only grow old.

     The organized religions are all dead; the churches, the temples, the mosques, the synagogues… they are all graveyards of the past. And the sooner we convert them into museums the better, otherwise they are going to kill the whole of humanity, they have already killed too much in every man. They have crippled everybody, poisoned everybody; their destruction is uncountable.

     The rebellious man cannot accept any of this idiocy. His religion is his intelligence.

     His religion is his consciousness.

     His religion is his awareness.

     And out of his awareness, he starts living for the first time, and he knows that life is the only God there is – there is no other God.

     The true religion has no name, it cannot have any name. Buddha lived it, Jesus lived it – but remember, Jesus was not a Christian and Buddha was not a Buddhist, he had never heard of the word.

     The truly religious people have been simply religious, they have not been dogmatic…

     It is strange – so strange that it is almost unbelievable – that there are three hundred religions in the world and there is no peace, no joy, no celebration, no holiness, no divineness anywhere – this is such an absurdity! If truth is one, how can there be three hundred religions? If science, which is concerned with the objective truth is one, then religion is also one, because it is concerned with the subjective truth, the other side of the truth…

     Meditation, truth, love, authenticity, sincerity -
     which do not need any name… a quality,not something organized.
     The moment organization comes in there is going to be violence,
     because there will be other organizations in conflict.

     First nations, second religions; and third, a science completely devoted to a better life,
     to more life, to better intelligence, to more creativity
     - not to create more war, not to be destructive.
     Start working with nature not as an enemy but as a friend,

     you guys may be wrong to judge the writer. this may be the first time someone like me has said anything but….. I worked for a engineering company in little rock arkansas and i built one of these camps in 1996-1997 on google and it is empty. the question really is why is congress just now voteing on it. i guess congress changes and the new doesnt really know what the old did and it shows that a not seen group is getting all this in place and presenting later bills to support what already is in place how did that happen. all you who have lost a job will go to work for the govt (just listen to Obama) and where will you go and what work will you do. Dont worry housing will be provided and like cattle they will go to the work camps because by then it will be the “right” thing to do; just look out the gates will shut behind you. FEMA first and then youll work for UNICOR. just like the rest of the convicted prisoners in America i now work for the federal bureau of prisons (11 years). I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS.

     i am looking for aktually news about the behavior of the police and/or military against the people in the USA.
     I have a little blog and i try to fill the caps in the offical press here in germany.

     Back in the 90’s during the last Clinton Administration….hehehe…3 people I know ..neighbors delivered some odd panels stacked on trucks to men-in-black at rural locations just off of major Interstates.The aluminum-plastic panels were quick ,easy, 30 ft. by 30 ft. instant imprompto jails temporarily hidden in barns,warehouses and one story Cold War Mil Com bunkers, some under antenna farms. They are to be pulled out to snatch people from Interstates. The large known detention camps will be to re-educate and release.The Aushwitzes are down under in 13 story to 32 elevator floors deep bunker/silos as of which are at many rural and mountain country club rich boy hotels in every state.Better do your homework to get out of this one!( Many white government vans and cars are also loaded onto 3 story trains by men-in-black.wwww.amerikanexpose.com Chris Gurner used to have pictures of these quicky jails on the back of semi-trucks.)Rememeber ,state lands are now federal lands and are also United Nations Lands-they are one and the same!Happy hunting.

     When I was little, “camp” invoked thoughts of roasting marshmellows, hot dogs, hiking, fishing, and other such activities. And it was optional.
     If free American citizens allow themselves to be disarmed and put in camps, it’s over for them. They took the bait.

This is the style of journalism we need more of–no conjecture, speculation or finger-pointing, just cold, hard facts backed up by independent news sources.      In the face of a global financial meltdown, rapidly diminished 401(k)s and any number of hotspots (Iran, Pakistan, Israel, Russia’s ongoing staredown with NATO and Western Europe) capable of spontaneous combustion, we should all be so aware and making noise about the potential dark side of such innocuous sounding legislation.

     There is a prison camp in Arizona ((Well it looks like one)) that is quarter mile long by an eighth mile wide and nobody has no clue as to what and why its there!!
