A new video from North Korea  is portraying President Obama and members of the U.S. military  in flames, with voice-over explanation of the nation’s recent nuclear test due to American aggression.
The video was posted Sunday on a YouTube  account that was found to be affiliated with a government agency that favors reunification, The Associated Press reported.
In it, fire is blazing over superimposed pictures of Mr. Obama and troops. The footage ends with a nuclear-device detonation.
