Of course he “can” sue, and I hope he does. This would be an easy case to get a settlement out of court actually. I’ve sat in on a couple police brutality cases, this one would be an easy win. Once the Jury sees this poor man it’s all over.

Ok, for starters, he cannot sue. I have bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder so they tell me, i am trying to move to get out of the system. I think i do have some psychological issues, but i am off topic here. The thing is, most of us who are mentally ill are poor, most homeless and unemployeed. We struggle to pay rent let alone anything else. I am also blind. The nwo is targetting the mentally ill and disabled because they are mentally ill themselves. We are also considered useless to them as well. When in fact, I am working on a degree in psychology. Useless i think not! That man was targeted for a mental illness, and that sickens me.

I really, really hate to see this kind of thing happen. It is of course always inappropriate for one human being to treat another one in such a disrespectful and violent manor. God is a God of perfect Love and that is what He expects from mankind as well. From what I saw this was no exhibition of love.
The truth is this guy most certainly CAN sue! The problem being that there is a real good chance he would NOT prevail in either criminal court for the crime obviously perpetrated, nor would he win a judgement in a civil court for the civil tort committed against him.
Sadly there have been a handful of cases of a similar nature here in Sacramento, Calif. Only one attorney who has been willing to step up to the plate and represent low income plaintifs that have been abused by police. This attorney whom I will not mention for obvious reasons hasn’t won any of the cases that I can recall in recent history. He is a pretty good attorney so I don’t know what the real deal is. He appeared to present a decent case in each of the situations.
Well maybe I know. At this stage of the NWO game I think all the guys in government everywhere, all the way from the bottom of the food chain to the very tip top do exactly what they want, to whom they want to do it to and when they want to do it. They have this self appointed liberty with absolute legal impunity. Satan makes sure of it.

my friends, when it comes down to it, we all are being asked to step up for our humanity.
it’s simple. what kind of world will you live in? i myself have forgone cruelty, torture and selfish lies. measuring myself by the standards of this world as – seemingly – the devil or the devil’s henchmen have created it. now, in order to reject this…., it seems i have to have some other reference point. maybe i am a christian…, but wait , there are others that i admire and love that are not christians… and there are “christians” that i reject.

Spread the news. I try to replicate these sorts of stories on other news sites. The more people know the more people get pissed off and as a result will take a stance against injustice. The Justice system… Or should I say the “Just-Us” system is corrupt to the core. In my neck of the woods police get off on ticketing and financially raping people through fines and useless harassment…

It only takes two weeks of basic training to get a badge and a gun in Coos County, Oregon. Everybody is on meth, the highschool drop-out rate is through the roof (this is including adults well into their forties), and the police are some of the most corrupt I have EVER seen in all my years travelling the world. My sister had to get a restraining order on one of their officers for STALKING her in his patrol car.

I’m not with you on that. We must, of course, fight injustice. But we must pick our fights. Right now, we are the smaller and weaker side, if you count only those who have made a conscious decision to risk all for the cause of justice.
The enemy knows our current state of weakness, and they seek to provoke us, in the hope we will exhaust all our resources attacking minor injustices. Then, when we are completely defenseless, they will move in and finish us off.
We are like Lee in the later years. His only thought was the preservation of his army, hoping against hope that better opportunities might later present themselves. He could not afford to exploit every opportunity, because of the risk that it could bring about the destruction of the entire Army.
We are also like the underground resistance in the Soviet Union. They were infinitessimal compared to their opponent. They had no realistic prospect that their side would ever carry the day. In the end, outside forces came to their aid, and they had a kind of victory, a half-hearted one, but I’m sure they weren’t complaining at the time!
The point about the USSR is that these people hardly EVER resisted publicly, because they knew that every single person who resisted publicly was a person lost forever to the movement. So again, their only thought was “the preservation of the army” — to survive another day, another week, another year. Every day the movement did not shrink, had to be counted as a victory, because there was no prospect for any serious, successful resistance. Anyone suggesting serious resistance would have been universally labeled mad.
Perhaps we are not in quite as bad a situation — though our situation is deteriorating rapidly, even as our numbers grow! Our task right now is to convince those who are thinking about how they would like to do more that the time is ripe for action. How do we do this? Partly by convincing them that WE ourselves are not mad! We are not going to go out attacking every minor thing and, in a sense, pulling them with us toward a more tenuous situation. A situation they had no desire to be in.

Something made that pig jump out of his patrol car and attack this guy. The dude WAS schizophrenic so maybe he doesn’t remember saying something like, “f--- you pig, i don’t have to zip my jacket up or down or all around”…now mixed with that punk ass cops boyfriend probably cheating on him, caused him to unleash all hell on this guy.
Cops are punks with badges. period. Look at them. They all walk around with this, “you lookin at me?” attitude. I personally am not afraid of them as i am old enough that i can beat them mentally at their own game as most of them are young punks and don’t know s---. I have only had minor run ins with them in the last 15 years, such as a traffic ticket here or there or witnessing some suspicious activity and reporting it.
Up until i was 27, i had been arrested for fighting alot. I had some anger control issues but have since grown up (and am not on any Rx drugs, have never been diagnosed with anything mentally) was just young and full of adrenaline. I’ve had fistfights with cops and then of course 10 of them jump in and save their buddy and when that happens, it’s over.
I fought with them because alot of them will goad you into it. They will taunt you in hopes of making you act up.
This video is no suprise. I hope the cop loses his job, his house and everything else. He deserves to be sent to guantanamo bay and taught a lesson on what torturing is really all about. Since this piece of s--- cop likes to torture others…let him find out what it feels like when he’s on the receiving end!

I find it so disappointing that some of you who post here (and people who post on other websites online for that matter) find the need to spout slurs & insults toward each other based on such things as sexual orientation among other things.
You seem to have the opinion that being homosexual makes a person inferior.
I find many of these comments quite offensive.
It’s so saddening and disappointing that people that are supposedly educated and evolved still let fear and hate take them over to the point where they lash out at others.
I am all for free speech.
I hold our human & constitutional rights dear.
People seem to think that the internet is free range for slandering & disrespecting others just because their options don’t match.
The fact that people can not have educated debates and dialogue online (or in person for that matter) makes me wonder of what value are these people’s comments on here anyway.
Just a bunch of negative vibes going out into the world.
And if you haven’t realized one thing yet in this life, this universe etc…. it’s all about love.
I know I’ve heard Alex say this before on his show too.

Just watched on FOX News a video clip of a Texas police officer tasering a 75 year old grandmother for speeding. She looked frail and weak and weighed about 90 pounds. The cop looked 6 feet 4 inches and 220 pounds. The police chief said the officer “did the right thing”. It shows how completly out of control some police departments are.
Hey police cheif, are you telling all of us that your cop can’t put a pair of handcuffs on a granny that weighs 90 pounds? You need to retrain your force. All your cop cowards use the taser first and ask questions later. I just can’t believe my eyes watching that video.
