Polaroid in bankruptcy protection

Camera-maker Polaroid has filed for US Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection amid allegations of fraud by the founder of its parent group.
Polaroid has been owned by Petters Group Worldwide since 2005, which was established by Tom Petters.

Mr Petters is now “under investigation for alleged acts of fraud that have compromised the financial condition of Polaroid,” the firm said. Authorities believe that Tom Petters, the founder of Peters Group, was running a £3bn fraud scheme.
Polaroid is best know for inventing instant photography. But it stopped making the instant cameras about two years ago due to falling sales in the face of the growing popularity of digital cameras.

US Constitution Is Not Inspired By Divinity
It’s striking that so few truly understand the basis of our Constitution. Arguments that the Constitution is somehow a divinely-inspired document show either a lack of education as to the ideas and principles behind the tenets of the document, or a deliberate attempt to pervert the true intent of the philosophies behind the Constitution. In no way are the Constitution or the Bill of Rights Christian documents. The philosophical underpinnings of each of these documents stem from Locke and Cooke, primarily Locke.

The heart of the Constitution is ‘ethical’. Ethical in measures and practices. It degrades trickery, falsehoods, treasons, ect. especially warnings of practices by those, such as privately-owned corporations, seeking to over-take and over-rule the Country’s common laws for their own harmful agendas.
I’m not impressed by clever rhetoric used to derail truth. The educated writers who do this as though to convince you that what they say holds water is a laughing joke. The truth is they simply agree with the President of the United States:
