Thank you for discussing the problems concerning mandatory immunization in your recent article “Nurses plan rally to protest mandatory swine flu shot.”
Although the referenced Newsday article correctly states that our organization supports opposition to mandatory vaccination, the article on PrisionPlanet.Com inaccurately draws an connection between the organizers of the Sept. 29 rally and the New York State Nurses Association.
Our position is that: The New York State Nurses Association is not affiliated with the Health Workers March on Albany. While we share the belief that immunization should not be mandatory, NYSNA disputes the accuracy of the rally organizers’ message and believes such a rally is not the best method of resolving this issue.

Albany nurses and other health professionals are planning to stage a rally next week to protest a state regulation that mandates they will lose their jobs if they refuse to take the swine flu shot, as fears grow about the vaccine’s dangerous ingredients and government plans to forcibly inoculate whole populations with the H1N1 jab.
Earlier today we reported on the case of “Clare,” a daycare worker in Albany who, despite having minimal contact with hospital staff who work in a separate building, an exemption allowed in the official decree, was ordered to take the seasonal flu shot on the spot or be fired. She was also advised that the same procedure would be in place for the swine flu shot, as is outlined in the New York State Department of Health’s emergency regulation issued in August.
Now nurses across the state are standing up against government intimidation to take the shot, pointing out that the vaccine has not been properly tested and contains mercury, squalene and other dangerous additives.
The New York State Nurses Association is supporting a demonstration on behalf of nurses set to take place next week, reports Newsday.
“This vaccine has not been clinically tested to the same degree as the regular flu vaccine,” said Tara Accavallo, a registered nurse in Stony Brook’s neonatal intensive care unit, the division that has produced a number of protesters. “If something happens to me, if I get seriously injured from this vaccine, who’s going to help me?”
Accavallo says she is willing to lose her job if need be, which is exactly what will happen to thousands of other health professionals on November 30 if the government refuses to back down.
Rob Kozik, another registered nurse in Stony Brook’s neonatal intensive care unit, said he has no problems with a seasonal vaccine but he has deep concerns about being immunized against H1N1. “I usually get vaccinated against the flu, but they are mandating an untested and unproven vaccine,” Kozik told Newsday
“The H1N1 vaccine already has a poor track record,” he added. “Back in 1976 there was vaccine [to protect against swine flu] that caused death and Guillain-Barre syndrome,” said Kozik, referring to a nerve-damaging disorder that some people linked to the vaccine. He said he also worries about the vaccine additive thimerosal, which is used as a preservative in some doses of the vaccine.
According to Dr. Steven Walerstein, medical director of Nassau University Medical Center where H1N1 vaccinations have already started, 25 workers at the institution refused to take the shot and were later “referred to human resources and counseling.”

If polls are proven accurate, at least a third of nurses and health workers in the U.S. and the UK will refuse to take the shot, with another third still undecided.
The fact that health professionals, and even employees loosely affiliated with hospitals, are being intimidated into taking the shot, proves President Obama’s claim that the vaccine will be voluntary to be deceptive and misleading. At the very least people’s livelihoods are on the line if they refuse to be injected and elsewhere, in countries such as Ireland and Greece, authorities have threatened large fines and jail time for people who refuse the vaccine.
As we have previously documented, the swine flu vaccine was rushed through safety procedures while governments have provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.
It was previously revealed that some batches of the vaccine will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders. The vaccine will also contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.
It was also recently reported that the UK government sent a confidential letter to senior neurologists telling them to be on the alert for cases of a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. The CDC in America replicated this warning weeks later.
As a result of the dangers of the vaccine becoming widely known, authorities are moving to get out ahead of the story by acknowledging that millions of health problems in the aftermath of a vaccination campaign will be blamed on the vaccine, citing the 1976 swine flu debacle when the shot proved far deadlier than the actual virus.
Reuters reports that public health officials, “Expect an avalanche of so-called adverse event reports, which are reports of death, illness or other health trauma that occur within two weeks after receiving treatment — in this case, the swine flu vaccine,” in reaction to an estimated “one million heart attacks, 700,000 strokes and 900,000 miscarriages.”

Why don’t YOU get vaccinated first, and we will see how YOU fare. Don’t make sarcastic comments regarding healthcare workers getting it first. Nobody should take the vaccine and nobody should ever be forced into taking it. It sounded fishy from the start. Anyone with a brain would have doubts about something that keeps getting repeated several times a day that it is a farce. Last year Bird Flu, before than SARS, this year they ran out, and made one up even worse. It is in the plans to depopulate the world as quickly as possible.

In Cassie’s defense, I think what she implied was to vaccinate only the bureaucrats who are supporting and advocating the H1N1 vaccine. I can’t imagine she would infer that nurses and other public workers who oppose its use should be mandated to take the jab as well.
Personally, I believe the researchers, scientists and heads of the vaccine manufacturers who produce these experimental potions should be the first ones to be tested on. If the vaccine causes a serious or fatal adverse reaction, then nothing is lost. Of course, that’s never going to happen because no one is more aware of the inherent dangers of vaccines and other drugs than the people who are actually concocting them.
The buck stops with the President, and since he’s made it clear he supports the mass vaccine program, he should be among the first to receive its alleged protection. Naturally, in cases such as this, the real vaccine would likely be replaced with an inactive placebo, concealing evidence of its true safety and efficacy.

Beck attacked ColorOfChange’s co-founder, Van Jones, for weeks, exaggerating and distorting Van’s record on 16 shows as well as devoting an entire segment to discrediting him. Beck presented his attacks on Van as honest journalistic inquiry, while dishonestly failing to mention that Van co-founded the group leading a successful advertiser boycott against him. Last week, Van resigned from his job as the White House Special Adviser on Green Jobs rather than force the administration to deal with Beck’s politically-motivated attacks.3

Holding the line
Our campaign is working. Respectable companies don’t want to be associated with Beck or support his show with their dollars. It’s resulting in a major loss of funding for his show, and at the same time making it clear that Beck’s race-baiting and fear-mongering are far outside the mainstream.
The longer Beck stays isolated, the more of a problem he’ll be for Fox, and the less he’ll be able to spread his lies and distortions. If we can keep the pressure on, Fox will have to make a choice: 1) drop Beck because it doesn’t make business sense to keep him; or 2) communicate to the world that they’re so intent on providing a platform for race-baiting and fear-mongering that they don’t care if they lose money (a serious problem for a public company like News Corporation, the owner of Fox).

Beck says question with boldness. From your statements, I can tell that you don’t question anything put to you. Beck’s ratings are through the roof. Do you really think advertisers are going to keep ignoring that revenue stream? You don’t know your history. Most of the men that signed the Declaration of Independence lost every thing. I agree with what you said. When I was a kid I watch contrails from jets all the time. They would disappear behind the jets and never linger very long. Now the sky is full of them at times. They form X’s and patterns so they can be photographed from space. They grow and never disappear.
I live in Florida, the bug capital of the U.S. There is a definite lack of insects and frogs and also lizards. As my name implies I ride motorcycles. If you know what a love bug is you know that in May and September the air is full of them. I usually don’t ride much in those months. This year has seen heavy chemtrails. Almost no love bugs at all. There used to be trillions of them now very few. This is not good, although I will not miss the love bugs because they are foreign pest invaders, it is scary that they are almost gone.
I am a practicing healer trained in five different healing modalities. I have a constant stream of people the doctors can’t fix calling on me all the time. Many are poisoned by something they breathed in or ate. I use herbs and natural processes to heal them heal. Praying or blessing your food is a very good idea. Hello Biker, excellent post. I live in Hollywood CA and every other day streaks of chemtrails dirty up the sky. They seem to have started criss-crossing each other forming grids; have you noticed this too? I lived in New Port Richey for a year (married a demon) in 1989 and the insects were huge. I believe you when you say they are vanishing. Nothing we can do about the chemtrail, just stay as healthy as possible. You are right about the blessings; I say grace over every meal.

I don’t believe that’s the best way to take it. I have a few pre-made bottles of solution in distilled water ranging from 10 to 20 PPM and just a couple of tea spoons is what’s recommended. You want to wash some down your throat to kill pathagens there and soak some under your toung to get in your blood stream. I don’t think it would penetrate as well by diluting it in more water.

Money is not a problem because I’m a very rich doctor. That is one of the wonders of the US medical system (scam). Doctors can charge pretty much what they want because medicine = monopoly.Plus, I’m so healthy I never really need medical care beyond what I can administer myself or receive for free from my rich doctor friends. no hard drives- no virus simple.
I use ubuntu 9.04 on live cd.. it works great.[ any linux live cd will do the job]
I surf /watch videos/ check email etc. everything functions just fine.
No, i dont use or need an antivirus or a firewall.
Download to usb… burner works great.
just grab an .iso burn it and boot it.
I’s a wee bit slower than using installed o.s. but no slower than most machines and connections i use.

The patients should be concerned as well. If the HC workers get the vaccines, their immune systems will be suppressed and they will be more prone to the seasonal flu. In turn, more likely to spread it to their patients. That is if they don’t have and adverse reaction and have to be hospitalized themselves. is they appear as much a blind faith as any other. I can’t verfiy a Galactic Federation of
Light or that some advanced humans are able to communicate telepathically with such.
I have read the NASA Blue Beam project where the NWO needs a New World Religion to
make it possible. Voices in the head may be from advanced Tall White aliens or they
could also be the product of direct energy beams into the heads of some people like
yourself in order to create the New Religion of the Galactic Federation of Light.
I do think other advanced life forms are a Reality of this Universe. But if they are in
direct communciation with you I can not verify with any facts or proof. It would be

Good luck to all nurses who do not get the H1N1 vaccine and actually get the Swine Influenza from treating (insert number) of people who do get it.
It makes perfect sense that the vaccine be mandatory for nurses and health care professionals, but not at this time; there are just too many unknown factors at this point relating to its contagiousness.
Also, while the manufactures may be exempt from liability, the companies, schools, hospitals, etc, are, and can be held accountable.

Huh? You do not understand this virus at all. It is not nearly as lethal as many form of the common flu to at risk populations.

Watch out for the website “thintheherd.info”.
This site has a video posted of blatant police brutality, entitled: Woman Gets Attitude Adjustment by Cops” or something similar.
As usual scenario, cop pulls over car for traffic stop. One cop tells the woman she was going 51 in a 35, she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, her windsheild was broken and a taillight out. She says something like “whatever.” The cop runs a check on her, comes back and orders her out of the car. She’s talking on the phone & refusing to get out.
Then he pulls out his trusty taser, and another cop appears. She’s telling the other person on the phone that he has a gun & is going to shoot her. He says several times: get out or I’m going to tase you. Then he tases her, she falls to the ground screaming. Then, the other thug standing over her orders her to roll over and put her hands behind her back or they’ll do it again. She screams I can’t I can’t. Then of course their blood is all souped up now, they need another shot of fun, so he tases her again. She’s screaming, then they say put your hands behind your back and roll over. Again: “I can’t I can’t.”
So, of course, then they do what they could have done anyway, in the first place, they rolled her over and cuff her hands. They knew she couldn’t do this – she’d just been tased. You lose control over your muscles.
First of all, rather than tase her, the big, thugs could have just reached in, pulled her out of the truck and put handcuffs on her. They didn’t need to tase her. They wanted to. Or, perhaps it’s a police policy to tase as many people under as many circumstances as they can. I don’t know. But I do know that this would be a routine extraction of an unarmed woman from the vehicle, by 2 big guys.
That the police did this is not unusual these days, although it’s still criminal as far as I’m concerned, and it violates the US Constitution prohibition against cruel & unusual punishment.
It was posted by “DEAN” – perhaps the site owner or the person who put the site up. He has most of the posts on the site.
If Dean is a true patriot, and has this site for patriots to track the H1N1 flu, why would he title this video in a way that makes it look like the woman was at fault? That what she got was an “attitude adjustment” when it was in fact, torture of an unarmed and defenseless woman.
I don’t understand how the public has been dumbed down to accept torture of fellow citizens, how the police have been trained to use this violent torture methods on the people, and how legislators allow this to happen.
One reason it’s happening is because the propoganda associated with it, shows the victim as the one at fault. Yes, the woman should have gotten out of the car. But, even if she didn’t, there was no need to tase her to get her out.
Yet, she’s portrayed by Dean, the poster of this vid, as getting an “attitude adjustment” – rather than the reality – which is that she was tortured with cruel & unusual punishment.
It was clearly:
police brutality,
unnecessary force, and
cruel & unusual punishment.
The cowardly thugs could just reach in, pull her out & slap on the cuffs. Read her rights, and off she goes to the clink.
Why would a patriot portray the victim in this way? True patriot wouldn’t.
Why wouldn’t a true patriot point out the police brutality? True patriot would.

I’ll believe it when I see it.
Speaking purely from experience, it is my opinion that the majority of these nurses (and all nurses nationwide) will cave when pressured. I’ve seen first hand how nurses and staff react to the bosses and it’s anything but pretty. You have to be in the hallways though and you will not get enlightened by showing up as a patient. I had never witnessed a true two-face until I entered the IT world for a large HMO. I thought I had, but I was wrong. Yelling, screaming, and even crying are common. You can bet the nurses aren’t the ones yelling and screaming though… that’s left to the doctors. To think these people go on day to day only makes sense when you realize they are just like you and I and are living paycheck to paycheck. To think they’ll all just get up and leave their paychecks when the government steps in is silly at best. Maybe I’m wrong again and maybe now’s the time to step into the medical field as someone who actually works with medicine but I doubt the nurses will let unemployment rise to 15-20% just because they don’t want to get stuck with a needle.

There is no need to pay a small fortune for the lemon detox diet drink used by celebs such as beyonce. Here is the recipe.

I live in New Jersey and thus far our great governor hasn’t made this swine flu vaccine mandatory, I quess hes afraid that this would only be one more thing not to vote him back in in November. I don’t generally take any vaccines any more. I had to fight my hospital not to take the chicken pox vaccine. Finally gave in after months, first dose made me so violently ill within 30 minutes. I absolutely refused the second dose. I have very mixed feelings about vaccinating children. All my children have received all the mandatory and optional vaccination. I felt I couldn’t refuse them but I’ve never made them get the flu vaccine. i do wonder if vaccinating doesn’t cause problems for some people down the line. I have moderately to severe fibromyalgia and wonder if the prevalence of this has anything to do with vaccination. Yet, there is always the lingering doubt in my mind about not doing it. My great grandmother died in 1900 from typhoid when my grandfather was 10 months old. My great grandfather died in 1918 in the flu epidemic but he was an alcoholic. When you hear and see the results of these diseases that we vaccinate against, it is hard not to say vaccinate.
The real question is should the government mandate such a thing. I don’t believe that it is a depopulation conspiracy. It comes down to the government trying to micromanage our lives and preventing us from making foolish decisions in their opinion. In the words of Janis Joplin, Freedom is another word for nothing left to lose. I would rather be free then having someone else making my decisions for me. I am responsible for my decisions.

it becomes very confusing. But not giving Americans freedom of choice is unconstitutional. Why has no one who believes in depopulation responded to me,, I seriously want to know what purpose this would have.

I thought I lived in a Democratic Country. I thought we had freedom and rights. New York State is threatening the healthcare workers with a loss of rights and freedom. They are forcing the workers to take the H1N1 flu shot. We can send our soldiers to fight for the rights and freedom for overseas countries but here in America we are losing our rights. What gives??? Who in the hell has the RIGHT to tell me what I MUST put in my body… Give me a break NYS, this is pure Bullsh.. Why not innoculate all the prisoners on death row, who needs them anyway, Me, I need my son!!!! Give healthcare workers freedom of choice by allowing them to sign a waiver, releasing all from prosecution if they become ill…

Why aren’t christians and the churches supporting these nurses for the very fact they used fetal tissue(aborted) to make this vaccine. WHERE IS THE CATOLIC CHURCHES STAND??????

You don’t live in a democratic country. Is there a country anywhere that is really a democracy? Someone once defined democracy as “having the right to fight for democracy”. At least we are not mown down by heavy artillery if we dare to protest on the streets. When the vaccine-ators come into your communities, get together en masse, and refuse the jabs. If you stand together to fight for your rights and freedoms against those who would take them away from you, you will win. Your bodies do not belong to the state or Big Pharma – they belong to YOU!

The problem here is nobody will stand with you. We are not like Europe where in France the government is afraid of the peoples protest. They send out their own protestors who make trouble and then blame it on the people who care, here. I think they would just round us up and put some of us in jail. People have become to complacent. Nurses don’t all stick together in many issues and they buckle like stated above in a blog. This is why they attack us first to say all the nurses got it it must be OK. The medical community doesn’t see anything wrong so why should you. How much press are the nurses getting locally and nationally in New York who are opoosing this. Selch. I haven’t even seen it on Fox the only hope for some info. Where are the churches protesting the use of aborted human tissue to make this?????? i can’t believe how many medical personeel I work with are oblivious to any of this.

I finally saw a clip on Fox news about the nurses protest in New York. It was like a miracle since there has been almost no press on this. I am still waiting for the churches stand.
